とてもアクセスの良い場所でした。
ベッドは下段を予約しました。
寝ている時、上や横の方の物音はしませんでしたが、出入口はロールカーテンなので、廊下を歩いてる人の音は少し気になりました。

このホテルは設備が新しく、過ごしやすい設計になっており快適に過ごせました。ただし、寝室に入ると、敷布団に砂が乗っていました。おそらく前回の利用者が宿泊した後、清掃がされていなかったためそのような状態になっていたと思われ、残念でした。

The facilities at this hotel were new and the room was designed to be comfortable. However, when I entered the bedroom, there was sand on the mattress. It was probably because the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest's stay, which was disappointing.

初めて使用させていただきました！とても清潔で便利な作りになっていて、寝に帰る程度のSTAYなら十分です。
一つ気になるとしたら、従業員の私語でしょうか。
仕事を終えた後なのか、そのような従業員システムがあるのかわからないのですが、チェックインしてすぐシャワーを浴びて、ひと眠りしようとしたら、シャワー室前に従業員が数名でずっと喋っていてシャワー浴びていても声が聞こえるほどうるさかったです。
到着して疲れてたわたしにとってはちょっと残念な部分でした。改善されたら良いな～と思いました。

髭剃りが有料になってしまって残念ですが、なんば駅からも近くトイレやシャワー室も綺麗です。
館内着もあるし、共有スペースで事務作業などもできるから使い勝手も良いと思います。

どこに行くにも便利な大阪難波駅からすぐ。連泊すれば、２４時間出入り自由。猛暑の旅で、15時ぐらいにホテルに戻り、シャワー🚿でリフレッシュして夕方きらまた出かけられる。　スタッフ、お客さん、ほとんど外国人の方たちだが、マナー違反もなく、夜も静かで、しっかり睡眠取れました。

初めてカプセルホテルを利用しました。初めは勝手がわからず、手探りでしたが、すぐに使い方に慣れました。ベットスペースも、程よい広さでぐっすり眠れました。トイレもメイクエリアもシャワーも、全て快適で、思わず連泊したくなりました。
ただ一点のみ、ベットに前に泊まった人のゴミ(お菓子とメイク道具)が残っていました。さほど不快になることはありませんでしたが、その点だけ改善していただけたら嬉しく思います。
フロントスタッフの方は、笑顔でとても感じが良く、気持ちが良かったです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

1人素泊まりには十分です。

寝るだけだったので十分満足です。
思っていたよりも清潔で綺麗でした。
宿泊の方数名いましたが、
静かで眠れました。
素泊まりの時はまた利用したいです。

フロントスタッフがいなくなった22:00以降でも、事前に伝えておけば、セルフチェックインに対応してくれました。

タオル、スリッパはロッカーにあって、そこまでは土足で良いみたいでした。

女性1人でも安心して過ごせます。

Staff were lovely but the place was not well maintained extremely uncomfortable pods and late check in making it hard for anyone arriving early. People didn’t stay quiet and kept their belongings in the hallways whilst leaving dirty plasters used toothbrushes laying around the common areas.

Perfect for short trips

A great option for short solo trips. Clean spaces and polite staff. There was no water dispenser, even though the 5th floor indicated that there was one. I was informed that it was broken, so I had to buy water.

Location is right in the heart of Dotonbori and is a lot of fun. Hotel is super clean and run very well. Capsule sleeping area is quiet and people were respectful of the quiet areas. My only complaint is the temp in the capsule itself was a little warm. There is a fan inside each capsule but it was still a bit stuffy. But all in ask would totally stay there again. Completely worth the price paid

Best value for a stay in Osaka. Stayed 4 nights, and I had stayed 3 nights a year prior. Perfect location on Dotonbori. Highly cost effective and comfortable.

mattresses are worn out and flat, the room smells like socks, little flies in the shower. many of the workers were not Japanese so the work ethic and cultural feeling with service and hospitality was not there.

Overall, the employees clean pretty well particularly the bathrooms. However, the lockers smell horrible and so do the shoes they make you wear in the dorms. The bed sheets smell strange like they don’t use soap to wash them. There is 1 washer and dryer for all the men in the building to use. If you aren’t there 1 second after your load is done, they are gonna be sitting on the floor. Area is good, that’s it.

혼자여행시 좋아요.

코로나 전에 이용하고 오랜만이었어요. 시설은 크게 변하지 않았는데 업체가 달라진 건지 체크인시 서비스 내용은 좀 바꼈어요. 예전에는 수면안대나 간단한 빵과 주스 같은걸 줬었는데 이제는 안 줘요. 가격도 예전에는 3만원 내에서 1박 가능했는데 이번에는 4~5만원 선이어서 호텔스 1박무료 할인 안받았으면 숙박료가 더 비싸게 느껴졌을거에요. 다만 리셉션쪽에 정수기, 냉장고, 전자렌지랑 탁자와 의자가 갖춰져 있어서 야식으로 간식을 먹거나 늦은 저녁 해결하기엔 좋았어요.

The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again for that long length of time again however. Too many coughing loud neighbors.

It is a perfect one-night stay for solo travelers on budget like me. My only complaint is the long wait for the only elevator to go down at peak hours.

Room was clean and neat. But the 2nd floor was a bit hard to get up and the bed was not cleaned regularly ( i stayed 3 nights and it was not cleaned once). Otherwise it was ok for the price

Very conveniently located but at the same time just step away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist noise. Walking distance to Namba station and so easy to travel to other subway lines. Loved the staff who goes and above beyond to help me out. Yesterday when my wifii wasn’t looking, she quickly printed out the subway route even without me asking her for it. They are very polite and tried their very best to communicate and I really appreciate it.
Will surely return and stay in this place when I get a chance to visit Osaka.

This is a lovely capsule hotel right in the heart of Dotonbori. It's within walking distance of Namba station. Easy check-in, staff were friendly. Being a female solo traveller i liked that the women and mens floors were separate. It was very quiet at night. It was also pretty clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great capsule hotel in Namba. Good access to street food and candle area. Although slightly more industrial / business district feel walking from Namba metro. Note Namba is a further distance from the main Osaka JR and Shinsen train station. Hence the nearest station references is Shin-Osaka. That said Namba subway food halls are excellent and good values. I noticed tourists eating above ground whilst locals were eating in the subway walk way food halls.

Excellent place to stay! You can walk, buy, eat all in one zone and also can to travel to Nara or Kobe or any place you want! And also the amenities are with wonderful standards

Good location

The hostel was fine. Cleanliness is really good, and it’s a modern looking place. Also a good location close to Namba station, with 7/11 and Lawson a 1 minute walk away. The pillows are rock hard, which made me wake up with neck pain during the night and both mornings. Stuff like toothbrush, sleeping mask, ear plugs, razor and hair ties are available in the reception. You also get to borrow a small and a big towel for your stay. You get your own locker that you lock with your keycard, and slippers. The bags and suitcases need to be stored outside the dorm. Other guests were being noisy with plastic bags etc until 1 am, but that’s not the hostels fault.

I experienced the place as really strict, because you are not allowed to even drink water other places than in the common area. Which means that if you wake up thirsty during the night you have to go out in the common area to have a sip, which I find ridiculous. I understand restrictions regarding food and other drinks, but there shouldn’t be restrictions on water.

The capsule is being closed with a curtain you pull down, there is a main room light in the capsule and another light you can dim, you can turn on an alarm which make the lights flash when it goes off, and you can choose to turn on an air conditioning in the capsule. Also an usb outlet and a regular outlet.
