スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで親切でした。

とてもアクセスの良い場所でした。
ベッドは下段を予約しました。
寝ている時、上や横の方の物音はしませんでしたが、出入口はロールカーテンなので、廊下を歩いてる人の音は少し気になりました。

このホテルは設備が新しく、過ごしやすい設計になっており快適に過ごせました。ただし、寝室に入ると、敷布団に砂が乗っていました。おそらく前回の利用者が宿泊した後、清掃がされていなかったためそのような状態になっていたと思われ、残念でした。

The facilities at this hotel were new and the room was designed to be comfortable. However, when I entered the bedroom, there was sand on the mattress. It was probably because the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest's stay, which was disappointing.

初めて使用させていただきました！とても清潔で便利な作りになっていて、寝に帰る程度のSTAYなら十分です。
一つ気になるとしたら、従業員の私語でしょうか。
仕事を終えた後なのか、そのような従業員システムがあるのかわからないのですが、チェックインしてすぐシャワーを浴びて、ひと眠りしようとしたら、シャワー室前に従業員が数名でずっと喋っていてシャワー浴びていても声が聞こえるほどうるさかったです。
到着して疲れてたわたしにとってはちょっと残念な部分でした。改善されたら良いな～と思いました。

髭剃りが有料になってしまって残念ですが、なんば駅からも近くトイレやシャワー室も綺麗です。
館内着もあるし、共有スペースで事務作業などもできるから使い勝手も良いと思います。

どこに行くにも便利な大阪難波駅からすぐ。連泊すれば、２４時間出入り自由。猛暑の旅で、15時ぐらいにホテルに戻り、シャワー🚿でリフレッシュして夕方きらまた出かけられる。　スタッフ、お客さん、ほとんど外国人の方たちだが、マナー違反もなく、夜も静かで、しっかり睡眠取れました。

初めてカプセルホテルを利用しました。初めは勝手がわからず、手探りでしたが、すぐに使い方に慣れました。ベットスペースも、程よい広さでぐっすり眠れました。トイレもメイクエリアもシャワーも、全て快適で、思わず連泊したくなりました。
ただ一点のみ、ベットに前に泊まった人のゴミ(お菓子とメイク道具)が残っていました。さほど不快になることはありませんでしたが、その点だけ改善していただけたら嬉しく思います。
フロントスタッフの方は、笑顔でとても感じが良く、気持ちが良かったです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

1人素泊まりには十分です。

寝るだけだったので十分満足です。
思っていたよりも清潔で綺麗でした。
宿泊の方数名いましたが、
静かで眠れました。
素泊まりの時はまた利用したいです。

フロントスタッフがいなくなった22:00以降でも、事前に伝えておけば、セルフチェックインに対応してくれました。

タオル、スリッパはロッカーにあって、そこまでは土足で良いみたいでした。

女性1人でも安心して過ごせます。

The hotel is a bit older and not as modern as other capsule hotels. The location is fantastic and it’s a surprisingly quiet hotel to stay at. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sehr guter und entspannter Aufenthalt. Alles ist sehr gut strukturiert. Allerdings ist das Kissen sehr hart. Zudem war es bei mir teilweise sehr laut und etwas schmutzig, da die anderen Reisenden sich nicht ganz an das Redeverbot gehalten haben oder ihre Haare in der Dusche entfernt haben.

Würde aber hier wieder übernachten. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und alles ist gut erreichbar.

Amazing service and facilities for a great price!

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I was extremely impressed at how spacious the capsules were, how clean the bathroom facilities were, they also even had a coin laundry. The staff was all extremely friendly and very helpful with any advice needed. This was an amazing place to stay for a great price, definitely recommend!

Overall a solid place to stay - however the housekeeping staff was a tad rude and never cleaned my bed. I wouldn’t have really cared but they made it clear that they would at the beginning of my stay, and then by the 3rd day I asked if they would, and they seemed as if it was a huge inconvenience.
I don’t want this to reflect on the full staff (such as reception) who were all great! It was mainly just with housekeeping.

Staff were lovely but the place was not well maintained extremely uncomfortable pods and late check in making it hard for anyone arriving early. People didn’t stay quiet and kept their belongings in the hallways whilst leaving dirty plasters used toothbrushes laying around the common areas.

Perfect for short trips

A great option for short solo trips. Clean spaces and polite staff. There was no water dispenser, even though the 5th floor indicated that there was one. I was informed that it was broken, so I had to buy water.

Location is right in the heart of Dotonbori and is a lot of fun. Hotel is super clean and run very well. Capsule sleeping area is quiet and people were respectful of the quiet areas. My only complaint is the temp in the capsule itself was a little warm. There is a fan inside each capsule but it was still a bit stuffy. But all in ask would totally stay there again. Completely worth the price paid

Overall, the employees clean pretty well particularly the bathrooms. However, the lockers smell horrible and so do the shoes they make you wear in the dorms. The bed sheets smell strange like they don’t use soap to wash them. There is 1 washer and dryer for all the men in the building to use. If you aren’t there 1 second after your load is done, they are gonna be sitting on the floor. Area is good, that’s it.

혼자여행시 좋아요.

코로나 전에 이용하고 오랜만이었어요. 시설은 크게 변하지 않았는데 업체가 달라진 건지 체크인시 서비스 내용은 좀 바꼈어요. 예전에는 수면안대나 간단한 빵과 주스 같은걸 줬었는데 이제는 안 줘요. 가격도 예전에는 3만원 내에서 1박 가능했는데 이번에는 4~5만원 선이어서 호텔스 1박무료 할인 안받았으면 숙박료가 더 비싸게 느껴졌을거에요. 다만 리셉션쪽에 정수기, 냉장고, 전자렌지랑 탁자와 의자가 갖춰져 있어서 야식으로 간식을 먹거나 늦은 저녁 해결하기엔 좋았어요.

The staff spoke English well and were always willing to help or be accommodating. They cleaned the bathrooms and other areas everyday. Only bad things were that although I stayed in the hotel for nearly 3 weeks they did not change my bed sheets. I'm sure if I requested it it probably would have happened. But it should have been some automatically every few days or so. Also the laundry dryer did not work very well so I used a local laundrymat instead. I would not stay in a hotel ever again for that long length of time again however. Too many coughing loud neighbors.
