The staff are so helpful and kind. They gave us good advice about what to see and how to get those places. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and brand new! A/C was just right and that made hot-and-humid days tolerable. We watched Olympics on big screen TV in our room. The location was little far from bus and trains stations (8-11mins), but everything else about this hotel was superb. Definetly worth more than we paid for.

Fantastic location, incredibly clean and friendly hotel staff! Overall, it was great value for money and I would love to stay here again. Pro tip, try the hot matcha latte from the hotel cafe!

Great location and wonderful property. Had a great stay. About 25 minute walk from station and 9 minutes to food market. There is also an amazing bakery nearby for morning pastries!

Cómodo y limpio

Nos gustó muchísimo, las áreas comunes son muy lindas, el árbol en medio del hotel lo hace muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas; todo muy limpio. Lo único que no nos gustó, fue encontrar todas las luces prendidas de nuestra habitaciones el día que tocó limpieza, la cuál por cierto es solo 1 por cada 3 noches de hospedaje. Por todo lo demás, nos gustó mucho, la ubicación y amenidades. Si lo recomendamos ampliamente.

地点还算不错，浴巾和其它住宿用品自己到电梯旁更换即可，入住时有些不适应，需要再次填写自己到信息包括信用卡，而不是直截了当的付费，有些麻烦。楼下酒吧晚上会有不少游客，但房间的隔音不错。

The room size is big for japan standard. Plus they have laundry on every floor. The shower is amazingly strong and the temperature is hot. The location is amazing. Close to all resturants and shops. Will stay there again.

Enjoyed the location, comfortable beds and rainfall shower.

Overall the hotel is in a great location, has a modern feel in the common areas and a great bar plus breakfast restaurant.

Reasons for my 3 stars: rooms are dated and basic, carpet is dusty.

Worth knowing: luggage cannot be stored on site (except for when using a luggage shipping service), has on site laundry machines, no ice machines and limited cleaning (daily cleaning available for a fee).

Cozy hotel, convenient for everything.
Slippers are reusable ones, no lotion and cream provided.

Everything was good.
3 points though:
1- On Tuesdays their rest/breakfast is closed!! Never saw hotel breakfast closing…
2- They don’t let rental bikes sleep over in front of hotel even when the have a nice place for it!!
3- Depending on kind of guests, we can hear them talking outside (inner courtyard) even after 10 PM

Overall a great experience. The room was very good size with a king bed. The staff was great and location was perfect. Only small negatives were pillows were not great and they only cleaned once during a week stay.

Lots of foreigners here working and staying. New and clean. Great bar. Good size room for Japan. Comfy bed. Small but fabulous shower. Easy walk to a bunch of restaurants. No bottled water but many vending machines on the street right in front.

Really enjoyed our stay it's quite a walk back and forth to the old town. But this keeps you out of the crowds which can be quite brutal in Kyoto. You're very close to the big shopping area. Room was a decent size, and a sharp contrast to Osaka and Tokyo where accommodation is really pokey at this price point. Very easy to recommend.

The room is beautifully designed. Bed was nice. Almost everything was within 10 mins or less of walking. We went to Osaka and station was 10 mins. Lovely restaurants within 10 mins or less.

Wonderful, we loved the property. Comfortable hotel stay for lots of in-and-out daily activities. Close to lots of restaurants and areas, all walkable. Comfortable rooms with plenty of size and convenience. Very nice bathrooms and great showers. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Kabin Kyoto for 4 nights and are happy with our time there The room is clean, spacious, with coin-operated laundry machines available at each floor. The hotel is on a quiet street, but 10 minutes walk to Nishki market, a few minutes walk to the Shijo station, and around 15 minutes walk to Gion. We didn’t try breakfast in the hotel restaurant, because a small size of black coffee there costs 680 yen, more than double the price of coffee in Family Mart and tastes worse.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kabin Kyoto, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel's location is one of its best features, as it is conveniently situated near local transportation options. This made it incredibly easy for us to navigate the city, whether we were visiting famous temples, exploring historic neighborhoods, or simply enjoying the vibrant local culture.

In addition to its excellent transportation links, Kabin Kyoto is surrounded by a variety of shopping and dining options. We loved having so many choices right at our doorstep. The nearby shopping areas offered everything from traditional crafts to modern boutiques, perfect for picking up souvenirs. When it came to dining, the numerous restaurants in the vicinity catered to all tastes, from local delicacies to international cuisine. It was delightful to have such a range of options within walking distance, making mealtime convenient and enjoyable.

Safety is always a top priority when traveling, and I felt very secure during my stay at Kabin Kyoto. The hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood, which allowed us to explore the area freely, even in the evenings. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating, adding an extra layer of comfort to our experience.

The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay.

I love how you can just grab a roll of toilet paper or some fresh towels whenever you need them. There is a supply cart on every floor. They also have the choice to check in virtually before you arrive. So then you can just go straight to your room. The door has a numberpad and they send you the code. No room key to lose. Everything is so convenient.

No dia do nosso aniversário de 1 ano de namoro, compramos um garrafa de vinho e duas taças e decidimos descer no lobby do hotel onde fica uma área externa com uma árvore e algumas mesinhas para comemorarmos, assim que abrimos a garrafa o dono ou pelo menos foi como ele se apresentou do bar nome Pierr que fica em frente dentro do hotel a essa área veio até nós de maneira super rude com palavras ofensivas dizendo que devíamos sair pois estávamos oferecendo risco ao negócio dele!
Perguntamos então por que não havia nenhuma sinalização ? Mas, continuando com tons de ameaças e palavras ofensivas decidimos sair para evitarmos maiores constrangimentos.
infelizmente nos deparamos com pessoas como ele em nossos dias perfeitos em Kioto.
Tirando esse incidente nossos dias no hotel foram bem agradáveis.

Staff and hotel are great ( my only issue is there is no view from windows they have frosted screens which cannot be opened 😱)but everything else was excellent, room was big by Japanese standards and I do which hotels in general would have more hangers

Loved the rooms! Really hard to find such a big spacious room in the area. Booked the suite 30.
Was really surprised by how firm the beds were... super firm, not for my liking. The bathroom was very clean. Loved the options for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hand soap was also very nice. Really liked how you can help yourself to. Loved how there's a hamper outside your room to exchange dirty towels for clean ones yourself. I also enjoyed the layout of the building, pretty cool. Beautiful tree right in the middle of the hotel. Will definitely come back!

We got a double room for an excellent price through Expedia. For the price, thought the hotel was probably going to be okay, but not great. Turns out it was really with a rooftop bar and a nice restaurant on the first floor. We were given some gold coins at check-in that we later cashed in for free drinks. Overall, a surprisingly nice hotel at a great price that was central and easily walkable to most everything we wanted to see and do in Hiroshima.

Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, aber nicht bequem. So sind die Betten und auch die Stühle furchtbar hart. Das Waschbecken befindet sich nicht im Bad, sondern im Zimmer. Außerdem sind in einer Reihe von Zimmern die Fenster aus Milchglas, sodass man nicht hinausschauen kann, was nicht auf der Website steht. Die Preise in der Bar und dem Cafe des Hotels sind überteuert

This hotel was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The location is great. Easy to walk to shopping area and multiple train stations close by. Lawsons is only 2-3min walk and there is 2 vending machines right out the front with cold water. Loved everything about this hotel.
