とにかく普通
日本人レベルの綺麗ではないし、スタッフ同士で大きい声で話してていてお客が待っていても平気、、、
値段には見合っていなかったです

朝食レストランのオペレーションが良くなかった
暇な日は良かったが忙しい日は席に通されるまで長く時間がかかった
部屋も基本的には清潔だったが、指紋や埃が少々目立つところがあった
日本語があまり話せないスタッフも多かった

京都駅から近くてどこに観光に行くにもアクセスが良いです。
周辺に飲食店が多く、ホテルで食事しない場合も困りません。
スタッフの皆さんは笑顔でフレンドリー。とても居心地が良かったです。

スタッフの接客サービスとても良かったです。すごく丁寧に案内等してくれましたが、チェックイン時の担当者が海外の日本語があまり流暢では無い方で、支払いの際に意思の疎通ができず、理解するのが少し難しかったです。ですがすぐ日本人のスタッフが説明をしてくれ、理解することが出来ました。 全体的に外国人スタッフが多く、良い意味で日本じゃないみたいでした。施設内もすごく綺麗で、ロビーに入った途端からすごくいい匂いでした。清掃も行き渡っており、とても満足です。また宿泊したいと思いました。

新しく綺麗なホテル。お部屋のクリーンサービスはタイ人の方々が一生懸命にお仕事されて素晴らしい。おかげさまで清潔感溢れて気持ち良く滞在出来た。ロケーションも良い。
残念だったことは3点

お部屋の設備が不案内
改善されたらまた是非伺いたい。

予想よりも内装がチープ。ADDの接客は最悪で着席後食事をせずに外へ出かける。

The staff didn’t know when the restaurant’s are open, one of the restaurants wouldn’t accept me as I didn’t have a reservation yet it was mostly empty…very strange for a hotel

入住感受

我住一晚一萬八左右台幣的房型一樣的房價應該有更好的體驗。
公共區域氛圍感很棒，但一路check in服務生貼近到讓人有點壓迫感，房間裡床頭櫃、桌面、廁所、杯子都不太乾淨，服務的細膩度也還有空間（以同樣價格來說）

Stunning!!

Absolutely gorgeous stay in Kyoto! On our last trip, we stayed at the Four Seasons, but this hotel is very similar for a much lower cost. Amazing design, brand new, thoughtful staff, and lovely bar and restaurant.

The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful however this would be a property I would choose for work and not for vacation. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station with limited offerings for food and experiences.

Very clean and nice new hotel. Staff is also very kind. The suroundings of the hotel are very calm and nice but not so much to do, so you will have to walk or take a taxi. The station is very close (10 minutes walk/ 3 minutes drive) so its good.

This hotel is amazing. The scent as you enter the lobby is stunning and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The downstairs bar has a cool vibe with excellent drinks. Breakfast is not to be missed especially the Thai menu items. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It spoiled me for all future travel.

- Location is poor, not much around and no transportation.
-Very noisy hotel, they made us pay to get an interior room that was smaller and not as nice as what we paid for.
- The staff in their restaurant were passive aggressive. - The spa and massage service was a joke, we paid hundreds for their signature offering and requested heavy pressure only to be rubbed down with oil in an ice cold room.

Concierge can be more efficient
They were very helpful but didn’t really know what to recommend and had difficulty booking things
I find it challenging as I had to book most things online they were not able to do so
Also take out coffee at the restaurant is way overpriced

Pretty new hotel, nicely designed, with good English speaking staffs( which is unusual in Japan). The street where it is located is very narrow and a little difficult to get taxi. Food is not delicious though.

One of the best

We been to a lot of hotels in the world but this was at least one of the best hotels we ever visited. The welcoming is perfect (seating, refreshing etc.), the rooms are large and the service is brilliant. If we would have time, we would stayed even longer.

The only small downside is the location as the it’s somewhere in between but still far away for all tourists areas.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The only thing that lets it down is that the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and are quite close together. We could hear every noise, and the walls are so thin we could hear noise from other guests TV’s.

I travel to Japan annually on business trips. This brand-new hotel is excellent, with many fine Japanese details. A very beautiful room. Lovely pool and spa area. The staff seemed a bit stressed at breakfast, but overall, it’s an excellent and beautiful hotel. I would love to revisit
