接客と清潔について

受付で事前チェックインの手続きをしているのに受付の女性がちょっとお待ちくださいと勝手にiPadで進めるのを拒み、手続きの説明をされたが駐車場にアナウンスはなかったので催促するといきなり睨まれました。その後ずっと睨まれ続け大変不可でした。客室の快適性は良かったのですが、トイレが汚れてました。
いいお部屋でしたが、大変残念でした。

全体的に満足

10階でしたので、とても見晴らしが良く快適に過ごせました。お部屋の広さも十分です。
ベットマットが柔らかめだったのが好みではないので星４です。

綺麗でスタイリッシュ

家族4人での宿泊です。部屋がとても広く快適に過ごせました。食器、、調理器具、レンジ、一人暮らし用サイズの冷蔵庫(冷蔵室と冷凍室が別れているタイプ)あり。先の投稿でスポンジと食器洗剤があるとより便利とありましたが、その通りだと思います。

清潔で広く、家族5人快適に過ごせました。唯一、Wifiルータから先のインターネットに接続出来ず困りました。トイレにルータのスイッチを発見し、それで再起動後ようやくつながりました。

向かいにはコンビニがありますが、近隣はその1店舗ですので、夜などは周りの観光客でごった返していました。

スーパーマーケットも高架下を少し歩いた所にあり、お弁当等で食事を安く済ませようという方にはおすすめ出来ないかもしれません。(でも、あまり安くはなかったような…)

もっとも、商店街には蕎麦屋や高山ラーメン屋をはじめグルメスポットなので、そちらをメインの方が多いと思います。

Modern and high tech hotel which is very walkable to everywhere in the town. Using QR code from photo to get into the room is neat. Check out time is earlier at 10am but that's all fine. We're happy with the stay.

Convenient location, right next to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Having a kitchen was a bonus. We were able to feed three hungry teenagers their fill of Hida beef without breaking the piggy bank.

The hotel is a good stopover for visiting here. What the hotel could improve is there breakfast, this wasn’t great, the coffee was good but you could only have one drink so either tea, coffee or a juice.

The other slightly annoying thing is, we checked in at 2:45 and had to wait 15 mins before we were aloud up to our room. The room was ready as there was only 5 other rooms booked. If it’s ready let your customers go to their room early, pointless and very jobs worthy.

New property ..walking distance from the Train and bus station. Perfect fro exploring the quiet and beautiful town of Takayama. Check out at 10:00 is a bit of a bummer...but overall the hotel is cosy and comfortable. Check out their family rooms with bunk beds for kids..

Ottima scelta per visitare la città se si arriva e riparte con treno o autobus in quanto è vicinissima alla stazione. La nostra camera era grande e spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Pulizia buona anche se si potrebbe fare meglio (la padella non era pulita, il sotto della tavoletta del wc era sporco e mancava una spigna per lavare le stoviglie).

Beautiful, modern family apartment. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kids loved the bunk beds. Immaculately clean. Lovely, helpful staff. Only minor shortcoming was the randomly changing temperature in the shower. Other than that, perfection!

-This is new hotel so everything is new

-Downside:
1)the tatami rooms are corner rooms, the bathrooms are not properly insulated against cold weather. In Winter condition, the bathroom is very cold.. The only way is the fill up the tub with very hot water and use the handspray spray hot water all over. Only by doing so, the heat can replace the icy cold temperature.

2)If u choose the tatami rooms, u have to insert your own bedsheet into the mattress

If not for above 2 x downside, i would have given this hotel a 5 star review.

We loved our top floor apartment with a huge bath looking out over the city.

The hotel is just around the corner from the train station so it's location is ideal, and just a short walk to Takayama old town.

The apartment was very spacious, and we loved the huge bath and TV and the 4 huge beds, 2 of which are bunks.

Some dust around the corner of one of the beds and the sofa had a stain, nothing major but could do better here.

Staff were all pleasant, breakfast was limited to only 3 choices of a menu and I tried all 3 and it was ok. Found a hair in the ham sandwich one morning, so breakfast overall was disappointing and could do with improving.

Overall, I would highly recommend but maybe have breakfast out or in your apartment.

Great Location, Mixed Experience, but Would Return

This hotel has its pros and cons, but it’s a place I’d happily revisit.

The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the area. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only options were a sandwich or pancakes, and unfortunately, neither was enjoyable. If breakfast is important to you, I’d suggest planning to eat elsewhere.

We ended up staying in two different rooms due to a change of plans. Based on this experience, I’d highly recommend booking the modern Japanese room or a higher-tier option. Avoid the universal room if you can; it felt much less appealing in comparison.

The laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown. While the washer was fine, the dryer didn’t work well at all. If you need to do laundry, I’d suggest using the washer here but taking your clothes to a nearby dryer for better results.

Despite these hiccups, I’d certainly stay here again. The location and the charm of the modern Japanese rooms make it a worthwhile choice, and hopefully, they’ll have improved the breakfast by then! But if not, the local market is a fantastic option!!

不像google評論櫃台態度不好的問題，當天接待是一個男員工，對方還有特意詢問日文或英文，知道我的日文和英文都不是很好，所以有感覺對方特意放慢速度說明。房間乾淨整潔，房型讓小朋友很開心。唯一缺點我覺得是停車場，因為飯店接近馬路也不好臨停，建議可以在訂房平台公告停車場位置，讓客人先臨停在飯店合作的空位，待確定好車位號碼再挪位子。

Although right next to the train line and busy roads, it was still very quiet. Stayed in a bunk suite and the room was huge with a big kitchen, living room and bunks over 2 double beds. The bath on the balcony was so unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Modern hotel

The front desk are really helpful. I had problems with communications on my car bookings and Takayama tickets. They were so patient in helping me.
If you are a foreign guest , this hotel is great.
The rooms are spacious.
The soft jazz music in the lounge is lovely.
It’s location is great.
Lots of good eateries nearby.
Check out Cafe Basque for a lovely small restaurant with reasonable good Spanish food with good vibes. Prices are decent.

The property is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and a nice take on the western-Japanese rooms. The location is convenient being right next to the train station and bus terminal. The included breakfast is satisfactory without being great, but was enough to start the day. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic view from the 6th floor balcony, a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of the city on the highstreet.

Not many facilities in the hotel, a bar andbistro in the lobby and a sauna that requires a reservation, all bathing is done privately in your room.

City views surrounded by mountains on all sides made the balcony our highlight, a great place to take in the fresh mountain air and relax.

The Tatami room was a close second with 4 bean bags and a table to sit at.

We had to make up our own futons to sleep on, which weren't the thickets but were certainly comfortable enough and the wash room was a standard suite with a large bath and window.

The locale is likely the best reason to stay here. The city is not particularly large and you're right in the middle of it. We simply picked a direction and walked for 10 minutes until we arrived at the highstreet, old town or up into the mountains.

The city is a great stop for any trip, the food, atmosphere a nature around are brilliant and this placemakes for a great hub. There may be better options available but if it suits your purpose it's a nice place to stay

飯店本身不大，不過預訂的房間空間寬敞，附有廚房、微波爐等設備，內部設施新穎，房間含陽台，坐在陽台吹著徐徐微風很愜意

房間空間夠大，我住的是Japanese style Room with view bath， 其實4-6人也夠住，去高山站和高山老街也只是數分鐘路程。但房間內沒有提供樽裝水，找遍每個櫃也沒有水壼。到2樓water station以為會有水壺，結果也是沒有。但整體來說我們兩人很喜歡這間酒店。早餐選擇不算多。

Wonderful stay here! Stayed in August, air conditioning worked perfectly. Easy check in/out. We had luggage delivered to the hotel from Kyoto, easy to pick it up from the front desk. Staff were wonderful.

Hotel room felt newly renovated. The kids loved the bunk beds. Adequate facilities to prepare food- the kitchen area is very nice! Bathroom facilities were lovely- my husband loved the shower pressure, the kids loved the deep bath.

The area is right next to the train/bus station, but we were not bothered by road noise. The 2nd floor has laundry facilities, I was able to use them twice during my stay. We drove to Takayama, there is a car park across the road, and we were lucky to get a space all times bar one. We parked in the station (on the other side of the tracks)- it's cheap overnight. We then moved the car back to the normal car park in the morning before the price shot up.
