部屋がワキガ臭かった。言えば部屋の変更も可能だったかもしれないが面倒だったのでちょっと我慢した。疲れたので部屋を変更してもらうのはまぁいいかと思ったけど喫煙の部屋に泊まったぐらい残念だった。

ホテル全体にアートが取り込まれていて楽しめます。ロビーからの展望も素晴らしく東京タワーと富士山を同時にに観ることができました。サービスも大変満足のいくものでした。また利用したいと思います。

特典として、チェックアウト時間を2時間も延ばしていただきました（ただ、私の都合で1時間しかゆっくりはできなかったのですが）。
滞在はユッタリと楽しませていただきました。フロントの方々の接客も丁寧出良かったです。

部屋からの夜景が素敵。フロントのロビーがゆったり出来て無料のコーヒーのサービスがあり
ロビーの窓側から夜景も楽しめます。
スタッフの対応も親切丁寧にしていただきました。コンビニが地下にあり便利でした。
私が宿泊した日は海外からの利用者が多かったです。

いつも東京出張時は必ず宿泊します。ロケーションもよく、スタッフのサービスがとても良い。
日本人の宿泊客よりも海外からの旅行者が大半で混み合っているが、それだけ支持と評判が良い証明ですね。

今だからという事もあるのでしょうけど、外国人宿泊者がほとんどですね。美味しいのですが朝食にもう少し工夫があればと感じます。米粉パンは美味しくなかった。スタッフサービスは★星4つです。素晴らしかった。

部屋は高層階なので見晴らしも良く、とても快適に過ごせました。ホテルが駅と直接繋がっているので、交通機関等のアクセスにも問題ないです。また機会があれば使いたいと思います。

空きがなかったせいか、部屋のアップグレードがなかったのが残念だった。
他については、非常に素晴らしい。
歯磨きペーストは、チューブ式の方が朝・晩２回歯磨きするのに使いやすい。

東京タワーをずっと見ていたくて こちらのホテルにしましたが 東京タワー下半分ビルに隠れてしまうのですね やむおえません笑
　1番気になったのは寝巻きの匂い 洗面所下水の匂いが微かにします これ宿泊者じゃないと分からないと思いますね アート作品多数とコラボして美術館のようなホテルなのは流石でした

郵便物の事前受け取りや、スタッフの配慮、笑顔が非常に良く、なんの不満もなく滞在できる。

美術館と融合したようなホテルとして、静かで落ち着いた大人の雰囲気が気に入っている。
定宿にしており、いつもはアップグレード等のサービスがあるが、今回はなし。外国人客が多くきており、部屋が空いてなかったのかな？

建物全体が美術館であり、壁に展示された絵画を
眺めながら心豊かな時を楽しめました。
部屋数が多いにも関わらず、ルームサービスや
アイロンを拝借した際には、速やかに片付けを
して下さり、建物内の隅々まで美観・衛生管理の
行き届いている素晴らしいホテルです。
ルームサービスのお食事が本当に美味しくてﾋﾞｯｸﾘ！

ロビーが25階にあり東京タワーが近くに見え、部屋からはスカイタワーが見えロケーションが良いです。また宿泊客やスタッフは外国人が多く海外にいるような気分も満喫できます。
また美術館並みに作品が展示されてあるのも魅力のひとつです。

深夜、たばこ吸いに行った。偶然エレベーターの出口を清掃中だった。エレベーターの扉が開いた時に、床が洗剤で濡れており、足を滑らして転倒した。大したことはなかったが、清掃中はエレベータを止めて掃除をしてほしかった。大変危険である。清掃員の対応は良かったが、フロントの対応は気が付くのが遅く対応が余りよくなかった。

交通の便が良く、電車、地下鉄、タクシーが使いやすい。
ホテル内は清潔で、スタッフのサービスも良かった。室内からの眺めはとても良かった。

The hotel was lovely, the room was great and the staff were outstanding. The problem we had was the location was very difficult to navigate. Really hard to understand the subway system directions from underneath the tower as it was extensive and confusing. With all the tracks, roads, highways etc surrounding the hotel, it was also difficult to navigate outside the hotel. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor and has amazing views of Mount Fuji and the Tokyo tower. It is near two subway stations and the JR line so it had easy access to everywhere. The art rooms are painted by different artists, , and the whole hotel is an art gallery. It was very walkable with lots of food options nearby and 15 minutes to Ginza by foot. Our art room was Zen themed, which was a little less brightly-painted than some others, which we preferred. The room had a tub/shower combo and a fully heated bidet toilet. It also had a view of Tokyo tower and Mount Fuji if you leaned up to the window and looked to the side. The one retraction was because the room was facing the train tracks, you could hear them from 5am through midnight. We would not say that it was a show-stopper, as the Fuji views were well worth it.

The Park Hotel is first class. The staff is attentive and very helpful. And the hotel is very clean. The hotel has direct underground access to Shiodome station and Shimbashi station, which is helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was fantastic, and had an amazing view of the station from the side we were on. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and helpful.

The hotel itself was also very nice, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, and on a clear day, a view of Mt. Fuji. We aren't even big art fans, yet found ourselves admiring the art, and were fortunate to see the transition into the Winter Collection.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with a Family Mart accessible in the basement level, and both the metro and subway are connected to the hotel, allowing for an ease of transportation. Two taxis were also stationed outside at a time.

We highly recommend staying here

The room was a good size and very clean with a lovely view. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We weren’t in the heart of the action but so close to the subway and Ginza and the fish market. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Geat views of Tokyo tower and surrounding Tokyo. some rooms facing the train lines are louder - as windows aren’t sound proofed or tripple glazed. Friendly helpful staffed moved me to a new room without questioning. Staff very helpful in general. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant feels a little dated e.g chairs and seating benches aren’t that comfortable. Waiting time can be long as it’s fairly small. But great diverse options.
Area to improve- I found the beds weren’t comfortable maybe offer a pillow selection to cater for western softer pillow needs?

Fantastic location close to the metro, trains, restaurants, shops, and bars. The room was a decent size and very clean. The morning pastries and coffee were a lovely touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was comfortable. I choose this location because it the train station is basically attached to the hotel. You just go to the basement level and find what train you want to take and you’re off for your day. The staff are fabulous very accommodating, helpful my husband’s in a wheelchair. They help me with my luggage to my room. They forward my luggage to my next hotel. Everything was wonderful. And on the clear days, which we had, you can see Mount Fuji out the lobby window.

Room was spotless, spacious and contained more in room amenities that I could keep track of. I think I discovered a new amenity every night of my stay. The staff were always super helpful, supportive and hospitable.

Shimbashi and Ginza districts easy to get to. Transport to other parts of Tokyo easily available via Shimbashi station, 5 minutes from hotel. Recommend restaurant "Fish and Sake".

Park Hotel Tokyo is a beautiful building. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and all of the rooms were amazing. The whole hotel is an art museum. The area is quiet and safe. The train station and great restaurants are within walking distance as well. I would absolutely recommend Park Hotel Tokyo if you’re going to be in this area!

The hotel was in an excellent condition with very friendly staff. The lobby was a pleasant place to hang out and it also offered complimentary coffee and tea. The facility and rooms were super clean. The only downside for us was that there weren’t many dining and shopping stores nearby.

Excellent hotel with fantastic views and a great public area/lobby that is as nice as some observationd decks. Very comfortable and even a single room seemed spacious. The hotel is also excellently placed for connections to the subway, JR Rail, monorail to Haneda and Shinkansen, the only downside being the way into the hotel can be a little tricky to find on visit one, but after that you'll love it's positioning for getting out and about.

Good hotel, you may have to wait for breakfast

Overall a really enjoyable stay - a well located hotel with good amenities. The room, whilst small, has a great view and good amenities - the shower was hot and had good pressure, and the bed was comfy. My one issue was with the breakfast facilities - the dining room is too small and they had to put me on a waiting list each morning even when I changed times to go down. It’s very busy - and therefore expect to wait if you go down near any normal time for breakfast.

Service impeccable en tout point. C’est un superbe hôtel, les chambres d’artistes sont vraiment super intéressantes. Cela dit, c’est un hôtel pour Occidentaux, après un mois au Japon, c’était mon dernier hôtel avant mon retour au Canada, et c’est première fois que je me suis senti « pas au Japon ». C’est aussi un hôtel assez chic et je crois que je ne suis pas senti à ma place. Situé en plein centre d’un quartier d’affaires , les alentours de l’hôtel sont tranquilles, très tranquilles, dans le sens où ce n’est pas très vivant et peut-être un peu impersonnel. Les choix au petit-déjeuner sont aussi très occidentaux, et bien que la nourriture soit excellente, disons que c’est parfait pour les gens qui ne veulent pas être trop dépaysés. Cela dit, je ne peux que dire de bons commentaires sur le travail exceptionnel de tous les employés.

Check in/out process was smooth. Front desk staff spoke English. Beautiful views of the city from lobby (you can see Tokyo tower) and room. Artwork in rooms and around hotel was lovely. Walking distance to train station which made exploring the city manageable. Family Mart is in basement of hotel and staff was nice. Room was clean and had eco friendly amenities. Mini fridge in room. Free Coffee/water in lobby. Would recommend the hotel!

The overall comfort was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful and informative.
Only one thing that needs to improve - the pillows were a bit on the smelly side. I could not use them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with some transportation issues… I’m really surprised being in Japan for the first time and that very few people speak English, even in the hospitality trade, including the hotel.. taxi drivers are also very limited in their English.. Google translate helps

I had to stay in the room two days during the housekeeping perion during my 6 days stay, and i was shocked how the housekeeping staff are not paying attention to details in cleaning. some parts i had to remind them to refill. and they don't have VACUM cleaner to use for daily cleaning and i was instantly appalled by it! just walking around little stickies and roll here and there. Second, i stayed at the Park Suite , but while the view is stunning and room very large, the efficiency of the room can be questioned. No working desk so you have to hunch on the sofa to work or sit on the floor to work to use the coffee table - think about placing a working desk given the space is so large! ALso in the big bathroom, not a single hanger to hold the towels. very inconvenient. Third, property is great and much more quiet than the other hotels around, however doesnt have a gym not even a small exercise room, that iit makes it hard for business travellers.
