初めてのカプセルホテル

横浜でファンミが22時に終わって、他のイベントとも重なり、渋谷駅に着いたのは23:30,夜で、道に迷いながらたどりつきました。スタッフさんがとても親切で、部屋？も思ったより広くて天井が高くて、快適です。寝るだけなら、十分ですね。また利用しようと思います。

ハチ公改札を出て、109を左手にした道を上がって行き、途中で左に曲がれば(ここはGoogleマップで)、二軒目だったかがホテルです。

女性専用フロアーを利用しました。
ベッドの数に対してシャワー２つ、トイレ３つ、洗面台３つか４っつで少ないと思いましたが、私がホテルに戻った23:00頃は全部空いていて、焦ることなく使えました。

フロントの若い女性もとても親切でかわいい方で、駅までの道順や電車の乗り換えの質問にも調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
とてもいい所だと思います。

チェックイン時の対応も良く、気になるところはありませんでした。
シャワールームが、少し手狭なですが、清潔ですし、問題ないと思います。
部屋の中も、私が宿泊したときは静かでぐっすり眠れました。

オートロックの入口ですが、夜はガチャと音が響いてうるかった。洗面台のゴミ箱が使いにくいので髪の毛とか捨てにくい。貴重品を入れる場所がベッド横にもあってよかった。バスマットも個人用があった。本もたくさんあって退屈しなかった。Wi-Fiも無料でよかった！

はじめて宿泊させて頂きました。
スタッフの方はとても親切で安心出来ました。
5Fの女性オンリーのお部屋に宿泊させて頂きましたが。通路には、スリッパがあちこちに散乱していて、女性なのにもかかわらず見た目全く綺麗に感じませんでした。
そして、シャワー室ですが、私のやり方がおかしかったのかはわかりませんが、なかなかお湯もでて来ずすっぽんぽんでどうしようかと思いました。
着替えとかを一時的にいれておけるものであろうものが入れ物が、使い終わったタオルが入っていて、それぞれに対してもう少しわかりやすく説明が書いていて欲しかった。洗面台周りもびちゃびちゃでした。

タオル、枕、スリッパ、ドライヤー、ロッカーが無料で使用できました。
部屋着、歯ブラシはありません。
ヘアアイロンもレンタルがあるようです。
思ったより広くて、綺麗でした。
夜中に来る人もいるので、アイマスクや耳栓があると良いと思います。

個室も貴重品をいれるダイヤルボックスとハンガーをかけるフックもあり便利でした
スーツケースのロッカーはSサイズであれば入れられますがMサイズ以上は入らないので皆さん通路に出してます
シャワールームは狭いですが脱衣スペースは少しひろめでエアコンも効いてます
水圧は低いのでシャンプーを流すのに時間がかかりましたが、ボディシャンプーやシャンプーは備え付けがありました
ワンフロアでシャワールームもトイレも洗面も移動が楽だし、なんだか落ち着きます
またお世話になりたいと思います

今回は外国人らしき宿泊客が深夜遅く帰ってきて、マナーを気にする様子もなくゴトゴト物音を立てるのが気になりました。そのため延泊を迷いましたが、スタッフはとても親切で、ベッドを変えてくれました。久しぶりに読書もでき、いい滞在になりました。

フロアに漫画や雑誌が沢山あり、チェックアウトまでゆったり過ごしました。
女性用フロアだったはずなのですが、男性スタッフが入ってくることがあったので驚きました。(男性っぽく見えた女性だったのでしょうか…？)

これまで利用した中で一番快適なカプセルホテル

最近カプセルホテルを利用するようになりましたが、そのなかで一番快適でした。いくつか、他になかった良い点をあげます

①照明のスイッチがコンパートメントの外側にもある。暗い中に潜り込んで枕元のスイッチを探さずに済むのはありがたいです。
②トイレ、洗面、シャワースペースが近い。他の階に移動したり、一度公共スペースに出たりせずに、ドア一枚で行けるのはありがたいです。
③鍵のかかるロッカースペースがコンパートメントの向かいにある。離れているとちょっとしたものを取りに行くのが面倒なので、ありがたいです。
④コンパートメント内部に、ちょっとした薄い棚のようなスペースがある。枕元に置くほどではないけど個室内には置いておきたいようなものが置けて便利

1階のカフェのコーヒーがおいしかったのも、良かったです。駅からの距離はまあまあありますが、スクランブル交差点から1本道なのでわかりやすいです。
BookTeaBedという名前ですが、残念ながら本棚にはあまり興味を惹かれる本がありませんでした。女性専用階だったからか、いかにも女性向け（愛されるためには系、美容系など）が多かったです。とはいえ、時間的にも本を手に取ってじっくり読むような余裕はなかったのですが…

機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。

海外の方の宿泊が多いです。各フロアにシェアできるトイレとバスがついていますが、フロアによって男女に分かれています。
3,4階はミックスフロアで男女宿泊化。
トイレとバスは男性専用
5,6階はレディスフロアでトイレとバスは女性専用。
今回ミックスフロアでの宿泊だったのでトイレ時はフロア移動しなければなので面倒でした。
バスタオルとフェイスタオル、足拭きマットは一枚ずつ用意されてます。2枚目以降は有料。
近くにコンビニもあるので便利です。

カフェでゆっくりできるのがよかった。宿泊するとカフェタイムにドリンク割引チケットをもらえたのは嬉しい。
部屋に本はたくさんあったが全く読みたい本がなかった。就寝時は暑くて眠れなかったので、改善してほしい

快適に過ごさせて頂きました。
半分以上が海外の方なのでそれさえ気にならなければ全てにおいて快適です。バスタオル、足拭きマット、フェイスタオルのセットが付くのも非常にポイントが高いです。直前の予約で男女共有スペースしかなかったところ、調整ができたということで女性専用フロアに変更頂きました。返信が早い点も大変安心できるポイントです。今回はありがとうございました。

Great for the price

I loved this place! Super affordable and clean. A great location and safe. The only problem is that the mattress was super thin and very uncomfortable. That’s why I gave it four stars overall even though everything else was good.

A beautiful space with a great location! You get the experience you would imagine on your first trip to Tokyo :)

If you are curious about the luggage storage that is provided, it fits a 3-4 day packed suitcase (carry on size). My suitcase and Jansport backpack fit perfectly. Had to buy an additional suitcase, but you can do it at the Don Quijote a few blocks away.

Everything went great. The stuff was very helpful. The beds and facilities were super clean. Also, I did not hear a thing during the night. I think they do have a decent sound isolation.
Also it was easy to climb up and down the ladder to the top capsule(I am not very athletic).
There were enough of toilets and shower cabins - never had to wait even during the peak hours.

I was really happy with my stay at this capsule hotel. I didn’t know what to expect and I think it was a good experience. However, as someone who likes their creature comforts, I don’t know if I would do it again, but I think it was worth the price. Even though it was affordable, it did not mean that it lacked any comfort. They have a café/bar, a rooftop Terrace, lots of food options around, and the train station was about 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area is great, and although it’s super busy, it wasn’t noisy. Check-in and check out were easy. I would say that if you have a lot of luggage, this place may not be the best for you although you are able to store big luggage at reception. They are locked behind a door and the reception is open 24/7 so you can go and grab it whenever you want. They gave me a locker and it was a good enough size for a small carry-on. The floor I was on had 16 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 showers (so plan accordingly when using it). I would say that the first night was hard to get used to as the bed mattress isn’t very thick so you can feel the hard floor underneath, however, it wasn’t too uncomfortable. There isn’t much room in the hallway to pack your things. They don’t have a laundry service. you have to go to a place across the street to do it. The only thing I was turned off about was that there was pink mould in the shower. However, I noticed that it had been clean later on as the area smelled of bleach. Besides that, everything was clean.

Great place to stay! Instructions for how the capsules worked were very easy to follow. I loved eating on the rooftop patio and the area was nice and close to the main Shibuya area making exploring and adventuring easy. I felt safe during my stay in the women's quarter and I would book again!

Book it!

Could not rate this higher! The location was brilliant. The place was so tidy and clean. The bathrooms were amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing I would say is the mattresses could’ve been a little bit thicker but overall a 10 out of 10 for every part of this day. I stayed here for two nights as part of a solo trip and would not hesitate to stay here again.

여자 혼자 여행하는데 정말 좋은 숙박시설입니다!!!
직원분이 매일매일 청소해주시고, 수건도 매일 3장씩 주셨어요 저는 일주일정도 머물렀는데 불편한 부분이 하나도 없었습니다😋
조용하고, 아늑하고, 방에 들어갈 때 비밀번호가 있어서 안전함도 보장되는 것 같아용~
물어보고 싶은 부분은.... 어떤 샴푸를 채워놓은건지 너무 세정력이 좋아서ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말 만족했습니다...!

Best budget place to stay in Tokyo

THE best location, it was clean and cozy, this capsule hotel had it all! It was my first time in a capsule hotel and this was spot on! I was worried that it would be too claustrophobic for me, but it wasn’t at all, the capsule is big (on the second photo there is my big bag and still a lot of space). I was also impressed of how clean both the capsule and bathroom were (we also got new towels every day, which I really liked). There was never a queue to the toilet or bath during my stay. The location is Perfect! It is right in Shibuya, there is always a lot of great places to eat, shop or just walk, and you never feel uncomfortable coming home too late as a girl, as there are always people. The area itself is also very close to popular attractions. 7-eleven is just 1-2 minutes away, and the BookTeaBed has a microwave, so this is the best thing if you are travelling on budget. People on the floor (women’s floor) were very respectful and silent. It was very much worth the money!
So THE best place if you are travelling on budget to Tokyo! Recommend it!

Comfortable, Clean and Well Located

Perfect hotel for a night in Tokyo. I’ve learned when visiting Tokyo, you spend such little time in your hotel that a capsule hotel is all you need.

I slept so well, the bed was comfortable, room was SUPER CLEAN. Bathroom was spotless.

Location was minutes away from Shibuya.

Great

I wanted to experience a capsule hotel during my time and this was a great experience! I stayed on the women only floor which was very relieving. It was so quiet and everyone was so respectful of one another without saying anything. People from all around the world slept at the same time in Shibuya, it was a great feeling. The showers and bathrooms were so clean and wide! The bed itself was really soft and I slept better than on my own bed.

It was great. The only comment is that the beds were slightly uncomfortable and hard, and if I close the bed cover it tends to get really hot at nighttime, even during the winter. But otherwise good experience. The showers were great, toilets were fantastic. Good privacy. Would recommend for sure!

Very convenient place to stay in Shibuya if you're a solo traveler that just wants a place to sleep. Check in and check out is quick. Very close to Shibuya Station and Spotify Live Venue.

Room: capsule itself was a decent size. It offered a locked safe, clothing hangers, small bench/storage space. Bedding was a bit hard but just a tip, I folded the bedding and laid on top of it to soften.

Hotel: I stayed in the female only dorm and felt very safe. The hotel offers roof top dining (as you cannot eat in the pod) or you can sit at the cafe during the closing hours. The amenities were very clean.

Location: great location on the quiet side of Shibuya. A short 5 min walk to Shibuya station. Close to many shops including Konbini’s.

Overall: this is a great budget accommodation. Felt safe and secure. And would definitely recommend and return.
