スタッフの方がとても親切で部屋もきれいでした。眼の前のバス停からすぐ出かけられるし、隅田川も近くスカイツリーが目の前に見えて最高でした。
一つだけ、洗面のところのゴミ箱に前の方のゴ（カミソリ）が残っていたのが残念でした。
それ以外は何も問題なく、ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルです！

新しくラノベされたホテルで、オシャレな内装と広い部屋だったので家族で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方も親切、丁寧に対応いただきました。共用の屋上もオススメです。

This was a very nice quiet place to stay at location was easy to walk to the Sky Tree annd Sensoji Temple. We loved 7/11 being across the street. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful for directions and helping us set up luggage service. We highly recommend this place as we had a hard time finding comfortable places for a family of 5.

Essa foi a minha quarta vez em Tóquio e foi de longe o melhor hotel que já fiquei! Além de a localização ser ótima, o quarto é lindo de morrer e o rooftop é absolutamente incrível! Fiquei muito surpreendida. As fotos pareciam boas, mas a realidade era MUITO melhor. Além disso, a equipe era bárbara, super solícita. Há muitas informações sobre restaurantes, passeios e transporte no hotel. Há uma lavanderia do lado. O templo e a Don Quijote são pertinho, não poderia ser melhor.

Zimmer in der 7. Etage überraschend groß, gepflegt und in Ordnung. Sehr sauber. Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr herzlich. Helfen bei Buchungen und geben Tipps. Smalltalk in Englisch wunderbar möglich. Reagieren freundlich und Hilfsbereit auf Extrawünsche. Die Gemeinschaftslounge und die Dachterrasse sind wunderbar zum Entspannen. Man hat überall an liebevolle kleine Details gedacht die den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen. Danke liebes Tomos-Team.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. The room was very spacious, perfect for organizing all the stuff you bought at the end of your trip! The hotel offered laundry, however, very conveniently, there is a laundromat next door with bigger machines! The hotel even gave us a laundry bag to use.

Overall very impressed with everything. Could not recommend this hotel more!!

Did not use the laundry service.Room is clean and the staffs are excellent- super friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Location is great - within walkable distance to eateries, public transportation n tourist sites. Have a great view of Tokyo Skytree on the hotel rooftop. Free coffee n tea at the reception area. Unlike most hotels in Tokyo, the room is really spacious and can fit in a double bed and a sofa bed. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. They took care of my luggages when I visited Nikko for 3 days and when I came back, my luggage’s were already placed inside my room

Staff were the most friendly and helpful of all our hotel stays in Japan. Room was clean and reasonable size, but our room entry door on the 7 floor (and floors above) was from on an outside balcony with stairs opposite the lift - not safe for young children. It had a great new looking laundromat next door. Hotel staff went out of their way to assist us navigate the laundry machine systems. It had a comfortable common use area on the roof top with great views of Skytree and surrounding areas. A big issue with this hotel was that it does not have a restaurant onsite and did not offer breakfast or room service. Instead, staff provided recommendations for cafes and small restaurants about a twenty-minute walk away from the hotel. The one we were recommended was small, had to wait outside for a seat, then the food was ordinary - despite good reviews of this eatery on google - clearly was overrated or we dined on an off night!

Amazing hotel in brilliant location. The room was huge by Japan standards and extremely comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and the rooftop terrace (with views of the Skytree tower) was really nice.
Easy walk to stations, Mega Don Quixote store and Skytree.
Our family loved this hotel and we will definitely be back!!

Ok stay in asakusa.

It's a clean, small boutique hotel with 2 rooms per floor. We thought the location is not the best as it's slightly out of the Asakusa area and not many restaurants nearby. Great staff, really helpful. I would probably choose another hotel next time. For the price we paid, we preferred other hotels we stayed at.

Lovely Hotel

This was our favorite property on our trip. This was the first property we stayed at in Japan and we will definitely come back. The front desk staff were always so welcoming and happy to assist. The room had a cute welcome card and welcome goodies laid out. They had the perfect amount of refreshments downstairs and toiletries laid out in the room. The rooftop was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is convenient and a convenience in front as well! I will defintely be staying here again!

Super Ryokan qui sort du lot, on est loin des hôtels surpeuplés ou de la chambre d’hôte un peu trop roots, ce ryokan est merveilleux et l’équipe est aux petits soin comme rarement vu!

A lovely welcome to Japan

Very happy and surprised by the size and comfort of the room. Lighting was incredible and was welcomed in a very friendly manner when arriving (at 3am) and each day by the staff. A great first experience in Japan!!

Great place!

The services and employees were all amazing. They spoke English very well and were very helpful. The small hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station and near the waterfront trail system. Slept 6 comfortably. Highly recommend.

The service from staff was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious. There is a laundry facility in the hotel which is a plus. Also a laundromat next to the hotel if the laundry facility in the hotel is in use. The view from the shared rooftop is amazing at night. Able to see the Tokyo Skytree. You can sit and relax on the rooftop and enjoy the view. The staff went out if their way to make my family feel welcomed. Will definitely come back again if ever in Tokyo.

The location is great in Asakusa. Close to the river with a fantastic view of the SkyTree from the rooftop lounge area, especially at night. And, a short walk to Senso-ji Temple and the old town area. The room was small by US standards but relatively large by Japanese standards. It was fine for us. We were looking for something with a bit more character than the large chain hotels and this one fit the bill. The only negative I can think of is that the beds are very firm. Too firm for us but that may be good if you like a very firm mattress to sleep. Best of all were the staff. Always greeting you with a smile and a helping hand. Best staff I can remember at any hotel I've stayed recently.

What a fantastic hotel! We picked this based on the fusion of Japanese and Western look. Hotel Tomos did not disappoint. The staff were amazingly welcoming and super helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and had a balcony you could sit out on. There is a kettle and fridge in the room. The coffee machine is downstairs in the lobby along with a microwave if you want to heat up food.
Nearby sights and the train station are all walkable. The staff will help book a taxi if you want one (we got one to the limousine bus pick up). On check out the staff walked us out and waved us off. Amazing service Hotel Tomos. We throughly recommend using this exceptional hotel.

This hotel was very cozy. Everything was close by from shopping, restaurants to the train station. Wish we stayed here longer. The rooftop shows the sky tower beautifully at night. Coffee , tea and hot chocolate available for free and laundry was very convenient. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and acomodeting. They gave us a warm eye mask to use for the night. Definitely a place to come back to.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The floor we were on only had our room on it. Our room was large, clean with plenty of space for our guest of 5. The front desk reps were amazing! Highly recommend!!!

This hotel was amazing!!! The room is exactly as the pictures and the service was great. Even if you don't speak Japanese, most of the staff speak English, so no frustration. Great location, close to convenience stores and only a few blocks from the metro stations. Also walking distance to many sightseeing places and restaurants.

Everything in Hotel Tomos Asakusa were great from the hotel, staff, amenities, location, accessibility, toiletries and receeation facilities (lodge and rooftop). The staff were very professional, friendly, kind, courteous, attentive to guests needs and very helpful. The Manager Mr Go was able to arranged our luggage transport even after office hours that made it easier for us to ride the train with minimal luggages and even provided us with elevator access. The staff: Mimi and Marta help with my questions and did a great job helping out what’s the best options for us to travel to Narita. Nanami was so helpful in guiding us with the coin laundry operations. I would like to commend them ALL as they provided services par excellence and good work ethics. Hotel Tomos Asakusa is the perfect hotel. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and always helpful. It's in a quiet part of Asakusa, ten minutes away from the tourist centrety around the temple. It was great being so near to Sumida Park and the riverside walk. The metro is an easy walk, and connections are incredibly good from both airports with just a single train journey; It is also very easy to get to places all over Tokyo. Our room was super comfortable and quiet, and we slept really well. And the roof terrace is a big bonus - epic views across the city! The 7-11 across the street is good for topping up Suica cards and taking ouit cash; there is a good supermarket nearby. We recommend the Tomos wholeheartedly, and thank all the staff for an incredibly happy week.

일단 들어가면 되게 약간 온천분위기?아무튼 포근한 분위기가 나요 그리고 직원분들이 엄청 친절해요 직원분이 제 여권 잃어버린거 찾는것도 도와주셨어요 ㅠㅠ(돈키호테에 전화연결 해줘서 돈키호테에서 찾음) 그리고 시설도 깔끔하고 엄청 가까운 한 2-3분?거리에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 좋고 아 그리고 루프탑도 넘 좋았어요 밤에 갔더니 너무 추워서 ㅠㅠ 얼마 못있는게 아쉬웠네요 아무튼 저는 전반적으로 다 너무 만족했습니다!

This is a delightful boutique hotel that is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is still walkable to the subway (about 10 mins) and close to the main Asakusa attractions (7-8 min walk). The staff are super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Room wise, the rooms are very spacious by Japanese standards and have comfortable beds. The toilet is separate from the shower and it was one of the modern Panasonic ones that washes and dries. Shower pressure was excellent and water was hot. The wash basin though was tiny so those who need a larger sink might find this a bit bothersome.

Guests can go sit on the rooftop terrace and have a great view of the Tokyo Skytree. There is even comfy loungers to relax and unwind.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend Hotel Tomos Asakusa.

The hotel staff Go and Naiame made our stay wonderful. They were so helpful and put our concerns at ease about getting around Tokyo. The rooms were comfortable and clean and felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay at Hotel Tomos again.
