特にエビフライが美味しく、朝なのに何個も食べてしまいました。
周りのホテルよりリーズナブルな価格でしたが、部屋も高級感があり良い滞在となりました。
また利用したいと思います。

初めての宇奈月温泉

今回は初めての宇奈月温泉でした。何処も初めての場所なのでしたが、一人で宿泊するのでこのホテルを選びました。駅からも程よく歩ける場所で、遠くも無くよい環境でした。チェックインも丁寧で、晩ご飯までゆっくり過ごしたく、15時過ぎにお部屋に到着しました。和室の部屋で通路と部屋に襖があるのですが、閉めないままでいると、廊下での声が聞こえてくるので、慌てて襖を閉めることで、気にならなくなりました。夕方のお風呂は湯上がりサロンがあって、アイスやビール等が頂けて、お風呂上がりをさらにリラックス出来ました。朝食付プランでしたので、朝はホテル内での食事でした。バイキング形式の食事で、種類も多く、満足度も高かったです。

畳でベッドの和室は初めて！とても新鮮でした。施設自体は古そうでしたが手入れが行き届いていて気持ち良く使えました。クローゼットの位置が分かりづらいので何か表示があると良かったかな？また、入り口付近にちょっと上着やバッグを掛けるところがあると有り難いです。

Great Onsen Experience

The onsen experience was wonderful. The hot and cold tubs were very relaxing. The refreshments afterwards were also great.
The rooms and hotel are clean and fairly modern.

We got the breakfast and dinner option which worked out well especially because many of the restaurants in the small town were closed on the Tuesday we were there. The public bath was first rate.

A good onsen hotel

I went to Unazuki Onsen for Kurobe Kyoukoku Torokko train by solo. The hotel was good for a group and family.

It's an OK hotel. The room was nice and big with a beautiful view in the morning once the windows unfogged. But it is old and could certainly see some refreshing/renovation.

Some poor lighting in places like the bathroom, and very few outlets, had to select which device to recharge at a time. Wifi is limited to one network that does not seem secure. There were some room level networks but no room level codes were provided anywhere be it a card in the room or on the TVs (room had 2 in a room for 2, not sure why).

For some unknown reason, the bathroom had no towel aside from small hand towels so had to use the one for the onsen instead. Also, this is an onsen town which means everything closes by 5pm so don't forget to include dining in your reservation (my bad). Finally, breakfast buffet system while OK felt disorganized, even half-full I had a hard time finding a table that was not set up for a group of 6 which as a solo traveler would feel disrespectful to occupy.

Otherwise, pricewise it's fine and there are free drinks available which is nice, but with a Japanese only website it is perhaps best suited for local visitors.

The location of this property and the views from the rooms incredible. The facilities they provided at the hotel including table tennis tables, space invaders, kids pool and an area which had free drinks including a self pouring beer machine and icecreams. Great onsen area which were spacious and lots of areas where you could sit with comfy chairs and drinks machine.
Only downside for us as swimmers, they have a pool but it is only available to children only between certain hours and no-one can use it any other time, otherwise this place was a slice of heaven.

We have never had facilities like what this hotel has to provide, a kids only swiming pool and games, large onsen areas and drinks and ice creams available to cool you down. If you are in the area you need to stay at least a few nights. The town has 4 natural hot spings foot baths, one of which is near the hotel. It has raised the bar regarding level of service, room size and facilities.

Good experience.

Hotel is situated in a quiet location. There isn’t much around this area but lots of onsens in the vicinity. Footbaths in town are free. Walkable to the Kurobe Gorge Railway & train station. This traditional room is very cozy & comes with a small separate living area with an enclosed balcony view. Do note that the convenience store is quite a distance away, so come prepared. Shops closes early with few dining options but the hotel offers a buffet dinner at an additional charge. Free drinks are available at the lobby & onsen areas. U can also buy snacks from their souvenir shop. Overall, a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel to unwind & relax.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Rooms are updated, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread had good variety & service was excellent. Though the staff can only understand limited English, it’s nothing Google Translate cannot handle. Extra perks includes shuttle service to train station, free drinks at lobby, onsen & yukata to wear. The perfect place to rest & relax.
