なかなか新しい感覚のホテルだなあと
バスタフ無いのは少々びっくりしたけど、まあ温泉宿でもないし風呂にこだわり無いので個人的には問題なかった
部屋で靴脱がなきゃいけないのは少々鬱陶しかったかな
夕方に屋上から見えたスカイツリーはきれいだった

家族と来た初めての浅草滞在、とても快適に過ごせました。特に夜の最上階でスカイツリーを見ながら電気ブランを飲んだことはとても良い思い出になりました。残念ながらタイミングが合わず落語は聞けませんでしたが、また東京に来ることがあればこのホテルに泊まって落語を聞きたいと思います。

高層の為か、街中なのに静かに感じました。客室の窓からはスカイツリー、屋上からは360度景色が見るここが出来て最高でした。（富士山🗻も見れた？）浅草寺もすぐそこで、ライトアップされた風景も見惚れるほどでした。
スタッフの方も親切でまた来たくなりました。
寄席も良かったです。

素泊まりなら良いかも。8畳くらいの大きさに風呂無し、おまけみたいな洗面台。価格も高いし自分でタオルや歯ブラシ寝具を買ってこなくてはならないのか最初は焦った。フロントはアルバイト的で一流だと思って泊まってはならない、ビジネスだと思えば我慢できる。スカイツリーが見えたのは良かったので我慢できたかな？

星野グループのホテルですが、普通のビジネスホテルと同じでした。食事は２４時間食べられるということでしたが、年末年始のためか、食べられるものが限られており、野菜や果物もなく、がっかりでした。スタッフの応対は良かったです。

Spotless facility, comfortable room; and I loved the location! Right across the street from Asakusa Shrine, with tons of places to eat just a short walk away. Asakusa Station is about a 3 minute walk, another plus. And very friendly staff to boot! I’d stay there again.

This was the first hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Japan, and it really set the bar high for all our other hotels. This hotel is a short walk from the Asakusa train station and one corner away from the famous Sensoji temple. The room was amazing - the style was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Just enough space for my partner and I. In the morning and evenings we would visit the rooftop to watch the sunrise or watch the city at night. A truly beautiful sight to see with the Tokyo sky tree along the horizon. The food options were great, and the self-serve kiosk was easy to follow and understand. I wish I had known how amazing this hotel would have been, as I would have tried my hardest to book other Hoshino resort hotels around Japan for the rest of our trip. I will never forget this hotel! It was our absolute favourite!

If I could give this 4.5 stars I would. Location was a breeze to get to from Asakusa station. Pretty swanky looking hotel. Amenities included pajamas and slippers to use and some toothbrushes in the lobby. We booked a city view twin room that was marvelous and a YAGURA Room which was just meh. It had a musty odor to it that we couldn't seem to eliminate. No window to view as it is frosted and behind the bed. Sleeping in the bed was a bit stuffy as it was a bottom bunk. And don't think you can actually sleep on that top pad. Its a small square and a bit firm. We thought we could put one of our kids up there to sleep. Hotel wouldnt grant us extra sheets to put on the sleep pad because "it's a one bed room". Ok sure. Strict on the 3pm check in as well. The lounge was amazing- buy what you want for a quick breakfast & beautiful views where we were able to hear/watch Senso-Ji morning bell being rung at 6am.

The room was clean and well supplied, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We loved the roof cafe and views. The only negative is that the rooms are very small with very little storage space for clothing. We basically had to pack and unpack every time we wanted to get dressed. I think that would make it hard to have a long stay at this hotel.

沒有星野該有的品牌形象

原以為是星野品牌，至少有一定水準的服務，但服務人員各個冷漠，詢問都是制式的回答，像機器人一樣，另外房間也許多灰塵，沒有徹底打掃、沙發坐起來也會過敏發癢，另外最嚴重的是因為房間浴室設計，導致房間有很嚴重的霉味。

Amazing location right next to Senso-ji complex, walking distance to tea ceremony experiences and samurai museum. Plenty of dining options everywhere.
Beautiful rooftop terrace and breakfast/dining area (note that breakfast inclusion translates to a marginal credit and doesn’t apply to non-adult guests on marketplace cafeteria style selections. Still nice breakfast offerings). We chose the room with the Skytree view that didn’t disappoint.
Rooms were compact and an elegant combination of traditional ryokan screen window shutters, comfortable duvet beds with modern amenities. Friendly staff available to help. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Asakusa gem

We loved our stay at the omo3. It has inscribe views of two of the most iconic landmarks in Tokyo. The rooms were snug but comfortable. Lots of amenities that made you feel welcome and we loved the home base floor with snacks and wonderful views. Hope to stay again soon.

兼具新穎與日式風情的飯店，雖採自助式，但服務親切周到，在飯店也能看到晴空塔和淺草寺週邊景觀，隨處散策就很有氛圍；附近推薦的美食名店不少，且頂樓mini bar的輕食選物更是有特色，最大的缺點就是交通，位在銀座線最後一站，去哪都好遠！且步行距離不短，須耗費不少額外的交通時間。

This hotel was perfect. So easy to get to things we wanted to do. Loved the rooftop patio and lounge space on the top floor. Room was tiny but had everything we needed and even a few things we wouldn't have thought of (room freshener was a bonus). Great hotel and neighborhood - forget shibuya. This area was super chill and it felt like we saw real tokyo.

The property had a great unique character, and rooms were gorgeous, well designed, perfectly situated, and quite spacious for the heart of Tokyo. The layout of the room made great use of the space and the shower was one of the best we've ever used. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and helped us with advice about the area and also our luggage forwarding forms. The food and seating area of the 13th floor was also brilliant and had a character all of its own. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Asakusa and we hope to return again!

Excellent location at the heart of Asakusa and a very short distance from Senso-ji. Rooms are well presented albeit compact (though as to be expected in Tokyo). We loved the rooftop which gave spectacular views of Tokyo Tower and Senso-ji Temple, particularly at sunset and after dark.

The hotel room was good.The common area at the top and the roof view are also great. The location is really good. I found the food options lacklustre. No restaurant as such, it is a self service food station. Think of it as the hotels own little food convenience store. You are given credit and scan the bar code to pay. The options were limit in terms of choice. Basically the hotel isn't somewhere you should to eat. Which is fine.

Ein schön gestaltetes Hotel. Zimmer etwas klein aber ausreichend.
Das System mit der automatisierten Selbstbedienung sollte sich allerdings im Preis widerspiegeln. Dafür das hier der Kunder viel Eigenarbeit erbringt ist der Preis zu hoch.
Für nur 20 Euro mehr bekommt man im "The Gate Kaminarimon" sowohl mehr Personal Leistung als auch besseren Frühstück, z.B. mit Eggs Benedict.
Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Allerdings wird man als Raucher in einer Kammer, kleiner als eine Gefängniszelle verbannt. Im "The Gate Kaminarimon" können Raucher auf eigens eingerichteten Terrasse auf die Skyline von Tokio blicken und manchmal sogar auf den Fuji. Man könnte in Omo3 auf der Terrasse ein kleines Eck auch für Raucher einrichten, wäre sehr aufmerksam. Darüber konnte ich auch mit anderen Rauchern im Omo3 sprechen.
Ich würde wahrscheinlich doch "The Gate Kaminarimon" schon aus Preisgründen bevorzugen.

A cool hotel in many ways. Helpful staff. A rooftop lounge with food and drinks. A laundry. But I found the bedroom layout hard to manage with a low bunk-like bed (hard to get up without hitting your head) and a step down right outside the bathroom. I took taxis - a safe and inexpensive option. The subway is close but the steep steps made it unsuitable with luggage.

Clean, comfortable room with a lounge on top of the bed, great shower and toilet, incredible view of the Senso-ji temple, which is right across the street. 24 hour food station, with the same view and a rooftop trade with an amazing 360 view of Tokyo. Very convenient area, close to the station since we caught the Ginza line a lot. The deluxe room is worth it, booked well in advance to reserve it. Floor 12 had a very nice view of Senso-ji although there were noises from the area above, staff cleaning? Close to conbini Daily Yamazaki. Food and drinks on the 13th floor were okay, didn’t use it too much. Took advance of the free drinks at 8pm, very nice photos on the rooftop deck of sky tree and sensoji. It snowed one day so a lot of nice video and photos from the room. Super clean, towels changed daily, took a while to figure out ac unit. Overall worth the stay and walkable to a lot of food, shops and attractions. Very peaceful walking through sensoji at night.

My room had a strange smell coming from the shower. Female staff didn’t really know what she was doing while trying to help us check in. The location is perfect as it’s 3-5min walk to sensoji temple and about 6min walk from asakusa station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Booked this hotel because of its name and reviews. Totally disappointed with their room cleaning and breakfast. 3 nights stay just emptied trash cans and refilled towels. Breakfast booked and paid online but no restaurant in the hotel except a snack kiosk.
Asked for late check out for a hour, rejected right away.
So disappointed with this Japanese brand name hotel.

Nice view of Tokyo skytree

The room is just right for two people, and the view and location are superb. However, the amenities and facilities are quite basic. There are no complimentary water, tea bags, or coffee provided, and there is no phone connected to the front desk.

Great property, terrible service

Hotel itself was great but the front desk staff was horrible. After we checked out in the morning and left the luggage at the hotel, we went exploring the city a bit before our flight. At the end of the day, we went back to the hotel to get our luggage and also wanted to buy a cup of coffee from the machine at the hotel, but the reception staff was rude and said once we check out we cannot use it. Let me reiterate, we wanted to spend our money at the hotel to buy coffee, but wasn’t allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at OMO3. Apart from the nice rooms and great location, we were pleasantly surprised by the lounge on the top floor. A great spot to meet friends and grab breakfast or a drink, with everything reasonably priced. And the roof deck was amazing, with view of Senso-ji and the Tokyo skyline.

Room was a little small with two big pieces of luggage, but overall, a great hotel with a very convenient location in Asakusa. The rooftop bar had great views of the city, and it's right across the street from sensoji temple.
