7月に宿泊しました。とても清潔感のあるホテルです。無駄なものがない。宿泊費は2人で8千円でした。ニセコでこの値段は破格です。
エアコンがないので、ニセコは涼しいところですが、窓が開けられず（網戸がなく虫が入ってくるため）締め切っていると暑く感じました。扇風機は一応ありますが。暖房はしっかりありそうです。値段でのことを考えるととても良かったです

特に部屋は非常に落ち着けた。
食事は摂ってないのでわかりません。
フロントは6時以降は不在です。
チェックインしか絡みがないので、スタッフさんについては判断しかねます。

「ヨウテイスイート」に家族４名での宿泊たったが、
いわゆるの“SuiteRoom (寝室＋居間のひと続き部屋のスタイル)”ではなく、広めの１ルームスタイルだったのが残念。大きな窓からの羊蹄山眺めは最高。
収納スペースは大きく４名分の雪遊び装備も充分。ただ雪遊びで濡れた衣類を乾かすハンガー掛けなどのスペースは非常に乏しい。バスルームは広く使いやすい。
冷蔵庫が非常に小さく近隣にはコンビニ等がないので、ストックした物は全く収納できないのが非常に残念。

施設はとても新しく、清潔でした。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、欧米系をターゲットにしている様なメニューでした。美味しかったです。
客室については、エアコンのリモコンはあったのですが作動しているのかよく分からなかったです。エアコンとは別にヒーターがあったのでそちらで調整しました。

初めて家族でニセコ一泊スキー旅行！

天気にも恵まれ、ホテルも良く最高でした。
特に朝食は、羊蹄山とダイヤモンドダストを見ながら美味しいコーヒーを飲む最高のひと時を家族と過ごす事ができました！

朝食がとても美味しい。和食、洋食どちらも美味しかったですが、特に洋食のレベルがとても高く、量も多かったです。

ヒラフゲレンデとレストラン街からは歩くには少し離れますが、一時間に一本程度、ホテル宿泊者専用のバスが出てるので、苦にはなりませんでした。

比羅夫スキー場に近いので良かったです。

部屋の設備がちょっと残念

少ない人数で運営されているようですが最低限のサービスは出来ていたと思います。
新しい建物でロビーから部屋までの通路が印象的です。部屋にはキングサイズのベッドがあり清潔で快適です。朝食も美味しく、食べ過ぎに注意が必要です。
直してほしい点がいくつかあります。
1）駐車場について
今回、駐車場が少ないと事前に連絡があったので駐車場を予約しましたが、部屋数分の駐車場を確保すべきと思います。
2）マニュアル
ホテルのマニュアルが英語のみでした。日本人にはマニュアルは不要ということでしょうか？
3）シャワーヘッド
お風呂が無くシャワーだけなのですが、そのシャワーのお湯の出る方向が不均一で、お湯の勢いが強く当たると痛い位です。もう少し穏やかで均一に出るシャワーヘッドにしてほしいですね。4）ヘヤーブラシが無い
部屋には髭剃りが二つ有るのにヘヤーブラシはありません。単なるセッティングのミスでしょうか？

羊蹄スイートに宿泊しました。
部屋も広く快適でしたが、お風呂掃除がされておらずとても残念でした。
宿泊客のほとんどが海外の方なので、仕方ないとは思いますが、すべてが英語で表記されており分かりにくい点もありました。ホテル内の案内だけでも日本語版を用意していただけると、ありがたいと感じました。

Not recommended

The room, facilities and cleaning was ok, except heater didn't work in chilly weather. But online booking site has erroneous description about breakfast. Additionally customer service was poor. It seems the hotel doesn't put much money for operation staff. Overall, not recommended.

宿泊の感想

部屋、水回りは新しくすごくきれい、テレビも画面が大きく、今回1人で宿泊でしたが、ダブルベットで快適でした、又宿泊したいと思います。
残念なのが朝食付きのはずがチェックイン時朝食の案内が何もなく（朝食券等も）素泊りだったかな？と思い朝食食べずにチェックアウトし帰宅し確認したら朝食無料になっていた、案内してほしかった、会計がネット予約時カード番号、セキュリティコード等を入力したのに、支払になってなく、ホテルで支払いをしましたなぜでしょう？カード不正使用が不安です。

カジュアルな雰囲気は良いですが、ホテルでは日本語はほぼ通じないと思ってください。客室は清潔で良いです。ただ、バスタブがなくシャワーだけなので、冷えた体はなかなか温まりません。

出来て間もないためきれい。チェックインは英語だったので、日本でいながら外国気分が味わえます。泊まった日はあいにく天気が悪く羊蹄山は５合目くらいまでしか見られなかったけど、晴れた日は最高だと思います

まるで海外旅行

ホテルのスタッフはほとんど外国人で チェックイン時の館内の説明等もすべて英語で 海外旅行にきた気分でした。
施設は新しく快適。
街の中心まで少し離れていますが夜まで無料のシャトルバスが30分おきに走っているし 歩いても行ける距離でした。

日本人は泊まってはいけないホテル

2016年12月にオープンしたばかりのホテル。
ホームページもなく、あまり情報がないままエクスペディアから予約。予約後にキャンセル不可であることに気づく。
予約時にキャンセル不可であることをはっきり明記してほしかった。

ホテルに電話で問い合わせをした際、英語での第一声だったため、「日本語を話せる人はいるか」と聞いたら、「英語は話せませんか」と英語で言われ、「話せません」といったところ鼻でクスっと笑われた。

宿泊当日、チェックイン 時は全て英語、
ホテルの設備や注意事項の説明が記入されてあるシートも英語。これは最後にサイン欄があるため、せめてこれくらいは日本語版があるべきでは？

ニセコのマップも英語版しか用意がなく、街に出てほかのホテルからゲットしてきた始末。これも用意すればよいだけのサービス。
日本人客はまったく相手にしていない姿勢です。

何人か日本語を話せるスタッフはいるがフロントに常駐でない様子。

一番の問題は客室。
写真のような鉄の扉が室内にある。非常口のようや作りのドア。かなり薄く、隣の部屋の話し声が丸聞こえ。始めにアサインされた部屋は、隣に幼児がいたようで、終始泣き声が聞こえたため、すぐに部屋を替えて欲しいと依頼し、快く対応いただいたが、替わった部屋も作りは同じであった。

部屋にあるTVは地上波含め、TV番組は一切映らない。インターネット接続はされているので、Googleにログインできれば、Amazonビデオなどは閲覧できるが、それができない方は、このTVは無いに等しい。
スマホの拡大版があるという感じ。

その他、部屋にはシャワーのみ、せっかくの温泉地なのに非常に残念。
このような施設でもリーズナブルとは感じられない金額でもあり…

ホテルスタッフは皆フレンドリーで（最初の電話の方以外）それが救いでした。

TVもお風呂もいらない、隣の部屋の声が聞こえても気にならない、自分は音を出さないという方であればよいホテルではないでしょうか。

1. 訂房時無法知道會入住沒有冷氣、通風不良的房間，
2. 靠近浴室端有非常強大的風爐噪音
3. Check in 時，長時間等待、係文員工作效率的管理出了問題
4. 除非不得已、不會再入住這樣的旅宿。

Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.

Average stay

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period.

Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Overall, a pleasant experience.
My main complaint relates to the cleaning service, which was not thorough at all. For example, dead winter bugs in plain sight were not removed during my 10-day stay.

Staff was very friendly, check in was easy, they had an English speaking staff which made it extra easy. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are a bit small. The beds are hard. The location was nice. Staff gave this place bonus points, as they were very friendly.

Little bit out of the way but they run shuttle buses every 30mins which can get full to the lifts. The buses also run until 9pm.

Breakfast is good and dinner was good (breaded oysters and ramen)

It’s robbery there!!!

酒店位置不太好，房間設施少，價格亦不便宜。另外在沒有任何證據下酒店職員斷定客人在房間抽煙而罰款（本人並沒有在房間抽煙），而罰款電郵名字也不是本人，查詢後仍不獲退款，懷疑濫收罰款，所以不會光顧此黑店，亦建議其他遊客也盡量不要到此酒店入住
Hotel location is not very good, room facilities are less but the price is not cheap. In addition, without any evidence, the hotel staff concluded that I smoked in the room and was fined (I swear I did not smoke in the room). Strangely, the name of the fine email is not me. After enquiry, they still did not willing to refund the money to me. It’s robbery there. Tourists are advised not to stay at this hotel as far as possible

Staff are from all over the world so communication is not an issue here at all. Very helpful and cheerful at all time.
Breakfast is good with Asian and western choices. Shuttle bus runs every 30 mins and that is a big plus.
I would totally recommend this hotel for its price and value!!

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly, but the rooms are a bit small. Also, the cafe used to open for dinner but is now closed. It would be good if the cafe can be re-opened for dinner or at least for drinks so that friends can gather for chit-chat after skiing.

Good value for $$$

Budget friendly hotel just on the outskirts of the busy ski town Grand Hirafu. Rooms are incredibly small and amenities are basic. But you get what you paid for. Clean and safe. Free shuttles take you into town and to the ski lifts. Staff is friendly and speak English, as most employees are Australian( I think). From desk gave us late check out as we waited for our bus to take us to the train station. Overall, good value and great experience staying in this ski area.

Pleasant stay

Nice place with English -speaking staff. Shuttle bus comes every half hour which is very convenient to get to the slopes. Food at hotel was alright but there are plenty more options in Hirafu itself. Minor hiccups with cleaners not changing towels on some days but we asked for new ones from reception.

Always Niseko gives affordable accommodation for travelers in the Grand Hirafu area. It is not a ski in ski out hotel, yet it’s free shuttle service which runs every half an hour will get you to all the major ski spots and restaurants in the area. The breakfast is decent and the staff are all very helpful. Our suite is clean and spacious for the four of us and there is Netflix so you will be entertained at night if you do not want to go out after a day of skiing. Will definitely come back again!

Friendly staff helped us to organise our first ski lesson and they were so helpful to provide asssitance. Love the breakfast in the morning as well. They got a range of Asian and western food. Room and toilet are very clean with spacious bed. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Value for money ski hotel

Nice clean hotel with a regular shuttle to Hirafu lifts and town centre. Pretty good for the price. Included breakfast was reasonable. Restaurant downstairs was a bit pricey for other meals and drinks, but similar to most of the local competition. There are some great ramen restaurants in town if you are looking for a cheap feed though. Rooms are pretty small, but perfectly adequate if you intend to spend most of your time on the slopes. The netflix option on the TV was a great idea. We enjoyed watching a show on the nights we felt like staying in.

Best So Far

It was amazing! The staffs are from different countries and the Hotel is multilingual. We didn’t had a hard time talking to them. On top of that, it was the cheapest when I looked for a hotel in Niseko during winter/ski season. It was a value for money. You’ll get more than what you paid for.
