綺麗だけど、室内で壊れてる所があります。

ダブルの部屋だと快適に過ごせました。入り口までの動線に邪魔な物はないのでスムーズに移動できます。
また、浴場までの移動では雨に降られることもありましたが、あまり濡れることもない距離感です。
浴場からの眺めはとても良いです。

23時以降入り口が施錠されるので注意が必要です。
部屋のレイアウトとはいいのですが、浴室入り口に机と椅子が設置されているので動線が悪いです。
滞在だけならとても快適です。

温泉から眺める景色がきれいでした。
部屋はよくあるビジネスホテル並みでしたが、豪華な朝食付きと考えるとリーズナブルだったと感じています。
また泊まりたいです。

愛煙家には窮屈なホテル

ホテル内外に喫煙所が無く、隣のホテル2階にある喫煙所に行かなくてはならないのが不便でした。部屋を含めて全て清潔です。エレベーターは1台で狭いのです

繁華街からの立地も良く、特に温泉や朝食が良かったです。大浴場は景色が良くて夜と早朝二回入りました。
プールとテントサウナなどにも行ってみたかったですが時間が足りませんでした。

リノベーションホテルなのでしょうがないのかもしれませんが、バスルームと部屋の段差がありすぎて、足の悪い方、高齢者には不向き。大浴場には隣りのアマネクに行くのですか、途中階に連結通路はないので、いったん１階に降り外を歩く必要があります。

コスパ良く宿泊できます。

全体的に良いホテルだと思います。

古いビジネスホテルをそのまま使っているため、水回りなどは汚れや設備の古さを感じます。
大浴場があるため私はそこまで気になりませんでした。
トイレを使用する際に気になる方はいると思うので綺麗好きの方はお勧めできません。

製氷機や、自販機、電子レンジも2階にあるため便利です。

6歳くらいの男の子を連れたお母様が女性用の大浴場に入っているのを見かけ、正直、戸惑いを感じました。可能であれば、宿泊者の皆様にご配慮いただけるよう、ホテル側からご案内いただけますと幸いです。

Wronged

I felt fooled and wronged since they have two properties. I felt like I was advertised the Amanek with photos of the Amanek Yule-re but was told I was at the Amanek Inn. When searching on google only the Amanek Yule-re shows up. That is very deceitful. Wrong! My room was super dusty and nasty stuff on the wall right next to my bed. I had to move the bed off the wall to sleep somewhat comfortably knowing I wasn’t going to touch whatever that was.

숙소 자체에는 온천이 없는데 체크인 하고나면 옆에 있는 자매 호텔(?) 같은데서 온천과 루프탑 수영장을 이용 가능해요. 조식도 거기서 먹고요. 저희 방은 좁긴 해도 뷰가 좋아서 아주 만족스러웠고요. 다만 처음에 들어갔을때 침구 세탁상태가 안좋아서 바꿔달라고 요청했고 빨리 해결해주셨습니다.

Weekend in Beppu

Great weekend get away to Beppu with accommodations about a five minute walk from the train station. Breakfast offered dishes and products from the regional area with titles in English as well as other languages. Many other services were available such as spa, massages and public baths. Hotel was within walking distance to two malls, one that offered foot baths. So much to do with so little time.

Staff here were very helpful especially when I was trying to book a private Onsen. Room was nice and clean. The location was great too. Very close to the station and walkable to many of the nice bits of Beppu.

Decent hotel overall.

However :
- The bathrooms could have been newer and cleaner.
- The breakfast buffet is too crowded and messy.
- The pool is also kind of small considering the number of rooms in the hotel.
- The onsen and the pool are not tattoo-friendly which is a shame considering most guests are tourists and many onsens in Beppu welcome tattooed guests.

We chosed this hotel over others mainly because of the pool, the onsen and the breakfast but were kind of disappointed in the end.

Not a bad hotel in any way though.

Great stay and great facilities. The best part is the onsen and the pool located in the property next door that you can use. Would stay here again.

The public bath is located in another hotel building which is a minute away. Ok in summer, but might be a bit inconvenient on rainy/snowy days. The public bath was average. The floor of the locker room was a bit too wet.

There is just one elevator in the entire building, might need to wait for a bit of time during busy periods.

The employees of the hotel were polite.

Modern, clean hotel with small but practical room. 5 minute walk from the station. Neighbors with the more expensive AMANEK hotel where you eat breakfast and can avail of their gorgeous lobby lounge, and roof top pool and lovely onsen.
10/10 for
Value.

Stay away from this abomination

Over a month of hotels and this is by far the worst!

Hotel is non-smoking, yet the room reeked of cigarettes.

Went to reception to ask for another room, the guy came up to the room, sniffed, and started saying that he didn't smell it.
We had to argue that it reeked and needed a new room. After a lot of reluctance from him, we got a new room.

Then the new room's A/C didn't work so great, so our chocolate treats melted while we went to the overcrowded pool with children splashing water everywhere and on everyone.
We saw 2 adults spitting in the water and left.

The bed had a weird stain on it, and the shower had some hair.

There is no parking on premises, and they give you a vague map on where to find parking. 

Google Maps gets confused because this is 2 hotels in 1 with the almost same name. You actually have to go to the other hotel for the pool or public bath. Tattoos are not allowed despite being in Beppu (which is a tattoo friendly town).

Some of the other staff was nice, but that guy's actions kinda ruined it all, and a lot of the other guests were just... horrible?

No parking, lots of lots nearby, but all were full the day we arrived. Beautiful pool, lots of kids though. Came during a festival. Breakfast was a bit pricier than expecting but lots of options and was delicious. Bathroom was meh, bed was comfy and washer/dryer was great (could be charged to the room). Lots of amenities!
