Perfect for family trip for 7 !!!

It was new building and felt very safe all the security and police station across from the street . Train station near by but don’t have elevator so you have to carry suits are up stair . 2 family mart near by. Restrants every where and front desk and everyone working there were amazing. We wanted to late check 1pm paid $5000 they can keep your luggage also that was very nice ! Landry place was huge and 24 hrs was so nice !

It was great having so much space with the family. The hotel had coin laundry facilities which was perfect when travelling with 2 babies under 2, and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the free snacks and the front desk were very helpful finding one of our bags when it went missing in transit from Tokyo.

Perfect Location

Hotel Mimaru was perfect for our trip to Osaka. It was clean, spacious and located conveniently to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it.

Excellent apartment style hotel. Was family friendly and had free snacks for kids and cups of tea and sake for adults. Laundry facility on site was helpful too. Would recommend to families traveling to Osaka.

This hotel is perfect for families. The rooms were big and clean. The staff were very nice and spoke English well. The location is close to lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. (There is a Yamato Transport across the street.) There’s also a laundry facility downstairs that is open to the public. One washer and one dryer is reserved for Mimaru guests. We had a wonderful stay in Osaka

Perfect stay for our family of four. Hotel is located just outside the shopping areas and Dotombori making it ideal for walking the town and exploring. Great vibes and will definitely be back when in Osaka.

Excellent service at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East

Our family stayed here for our recent family trip. The location is simply fantastic, super near 2 train stations. The hotel is clean and spacious, and staff can speak English well.
What made us even more impressed was that my child fell sick on one of the days, it was late around 8pm when I called the front desk. The staff on duty Sandra came to our room to guide us through and revommend a clinic to us. She was patient and helpful. The next morning, the staff on morning duty Yuni (i think i could have spelt wrongly, apologies), helped me call the clinic and got an appointment for us. Such gestures really made us more assured and it goes to show how excellent the service is.
Good job Mimaru! Thank you so much!

推薦

2024年10月中住了三晚兩房兩厠家庭室。
位置方便，靜中帶旺，旁邊就是警署更安心 。10-15分鐘步程到最熱鬧的心齋橋道頓崛中心區，附近亦多食店，幾分鐘到Aeon小型超市。
酒店乾淨企理，服務到位。留意如7人住兩房家庭室會較擠迫，而基本上有人在洗澡便不能用洗手盆及其中一個廁所。
特別一提，酒店有提供收費特別寄存行李服務，事前經電郵查詢留位，可在入住前兩天就寄存行李，收費合理，但由於酒店位置有限，建議有需要事前電郵查詢；當然Check in/out當天是必定可以免費寄存。
laundry 是收費提供公眾使用，見很多街外客使用，不少更好像是附近店家清洗業務用品，建議酒店預留兩台只供酒店客用。
整體很好，推薦。

Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi East was such a fun and relaxing stay for our family, there were great dining options right outside the front door! Bara, front desk staff member, was instrumental in helping us navigate Osaka and finding the best places to visit and eat!! Can’t talk him up enough, he was that great! Honestly, the whole staff were very sweet to us, even when the kiddos were so rambunctious and screaming their heads off.

The room was spacious, loved the warm toilet seat, and the overall atmosphere of our room. We were two adults with four children, ranging in ages 11 to 2, in the Family Theatre Apartment. The kiddos loved the bunk beds and we used the table to help keep things organized as best as we could. The room came with utensils, cups, and plates, which we used!

Honestly, stay here. It’s great! Easy walk to the subway station and Dotonbori!! If we ever make our way back to Osaka, we are definitely staying here again!!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East. Close to all the main attractions and there are couple convenient stores within walking distance (3-5mins) - Family Mart is the closest. The room was very spacious as well. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious for the 5 of us. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils. The daily change of towels, and disposal of rubbish, made our 5 days stay comfortable and a pleasure. The coin laudromat on the ground floor has many machines, which makes laundry easy.

The rented a family room. It was very spacious. Definitely the most spacious place we stayed in while on vacation. Coming from the US most places were a bit tighter than in the US. The kitchen was quite well stocked with cutlery needs and pots and pans. Very clean.

We are family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) reserved the TV suite. Property was clean, understood enough English & place was centrally located which is very convenient. I can’t give the full 5 because there’s no ‘water refills’ no amenity included, short of paper product, etc. Overall, it was great, wonderful! I will definitely return and recommend. But just remember to buy water and amenities.

房間非常整潔，空間感足夠，很適合一家人/一班朋友出行。房內不設拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷等日用品，需自行準備。

員工很親切友善，有可說不同語言的前枱員工，溝通完全沒有問題。

酒店離長堀橋站較近，但我較多直接步行至心齋橋站，去多個主要景點都不用轉線，較方便。酒店周邊亦有很多食肆，便利店和AEON超市亦在1-2分鐘內的步行範圍。

唯一不習慣是床褥及枕頭是較軟的類型，有一點兒影響睡眠質素，但overall仍然滿意是之住宿體驗。

The hotel is conveniently located near Dotonburi area and has restaurants and convenience shops just stone throw away. The room was well equipped and very clean! We stayed in the family apartment and though it wasn’t huge, there was just enough space and cosy enough for us all. There were 2 toilets which were really helpful. And they were spacious! The beds were also super comfy! Hotel provided coins for us to exchange them for snacks/sake. Front desk staff was very helpful and responsive to queries even before our stay.

Excellent hotel and convenient location

Location is perfect and the hotel is very clean. Staff is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and the condition is maintained at good level. Nice kitchen in room and the beddings is comfortable. Highly recommended for family.

四人房空間很大，可以大開2個大行李箱。樓下有自助洗衣，洗衣服很方便。房間裡有廚房，可以跟櫃台借烤盤、電鍋...等，還有調味料可借，非常方便。距離心齋橋走路5分鐘內可到。
