お部屋も接客も素晴らしかったです‼️
今まで色々な所に泊まって来ましたが、部屋の作りは、子供達も大喜びで大変満足なお部屋でした。
備品やサービスも有り難かったです。
一つだけ難点は、カーペットは汚れています。
大人はスリッパを履いたので大丈夫でしたが、
裸足でいた子どもは足裏が真っ黒になりました。スリッパは必須と考えられます。

Walking distance to local places. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the one coin for snacks or sake tasting. The room is spacious for family of four with 2 kiddos (10&11). Would definitely book again!

The size of the room was perfect for my group of 3. Fridge, microwave, and other kitchen ware all got used. Made it feel like a home. It was also a few minutes from Dotonbori which we spent a ton of time at. Made it very easy to pop in and out if we bought anything we didn’t want to carry. Lady at the front was super nice too!

Smaller family room than other Mimaru’s we stayed at but as always it was clean, modern and had everything you needed. Great location too. Staff were lovely! On site laundry was really useful.

I really enjoyed the tatame sleeping area and the size of the bathrooms. The refrigerator, nice sized sink and eating area in the kitchen made it very convenient for my family and I. I would recommend this to others!

Property was clean and minimalistic. Walkable distance from several metro stations. Restaurants and cafe across the street and around the corner. 10-15min taxi from Namba station where you can train to airport KIX. Rooms were large enough for 2+2, with a separate toilet and a dining table to seat all 4 comfortably. My level had 4 rooms, and a single lift for all 12 floors. Wasn’t high traffic. Water refill at ground level. Will try another Minaru branch next time if I go back to Japan.

The hotel had great staff and had all the amenities you could need. There is a spa on the third floor and a laundromat on the first floor. On top of the usual things you would find in an hotel room, our room came with a large fridge, a microwave, a stovetop and even dishes and silverware. Dotonbori being a few minutes away is the cherry on top.

Hotel was great for the value, spacious rooms. Great for families or even couples who just want a little more space than other hotels offer.
Staff at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East was wonderful. We had an early flight and needed transportation big enough for 2 families and they immediately called a taxi service for us and reserved the transportation for us.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. However, the front desk leaves at 10pm, leading the hotel unattended overnight. Also, the laundry room is open 24 hours and doors open to the public to the street. Although you need a key card to get back in to hotel and up the stairs, it’s not difficult for someone to tag along to go up to the hotel. I felt unsafe to learn there are multiple entry point up with no one attending the hotel overnight.

Perfect for family trip for 7 !!!

It was new building and felt very safe all the security and police station across from the street . Train station near by but don’t have elevator so you have to carry suits are up stair . 2 family mart near by. Restrants every where and front desk and everyone working there were amazing. We wanted to late check 1pm paid $5000 they can keep your luggage also that was very nice ! Landry place was huge and 24 hrs was so nice !

It was great having so much space with the family. The hotel had coin laundry facilities which was perfect when travelling with 2 babies under 2, and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the free snacks and the front desk were very helpful finding one of our bags when it went missing in transit from Tokyo.

Perfect Location

Hotel Mimaru was perfect for our trip to Osaka. It was clean, spacious and located conveniently to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for a couple nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The street is quite narrow, but taxi/uber can find you. It is walking distance from Dotonbori and Namba shopping. There are many restaurants nearby. Osaka is a vibrate city. This hotel is central enough to get to many places. You will enjoy it.

It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. (There is a Yamato Transport across the street.) There’s also a laundry facility downstairs that is open to the public. One washer and one dryer is reserved for Mimaru guests. We had a wonderful stay in Osaka

Excellent service at Mimaru Shinsaibashi East

Our family stayed here for our recent family trip. The location is simply fantastic, super near 2 train stations. The hotel is clean and spacious, and staff can speak English well.
What made us even more impressed was that my child fell sick on one of the days, it was late around 8pm when I called the front desk. The staff on duty Sandra came to our room to guide us through and revommend a clinic to us. She was patient and helpful. The next morning, the staff on morning duty Yuni (i think i could have spelt wrongly, apologies), helped me call the clinic and got an appointment for us. Such gestures really made us more assured and it goes to show how excellent the service is.
Good job Mimaru! Thank you so much!

推薦

2024年10月中住了三晚兩房兩厠家庭室。
位置方便，靜中帶旺，旁邊就是警署更安心 。10-15分鐘步程到最熱鬧的心齋橋道頓崛中心區，附近亦多食店，幾分鐘到Aeon小型超市。
酒店乾淨企理，服務到位。留意如7人住兩房家庭室會較擠迫，而基本上有人在洗澡便不能用洗手盆及其中一個廁所。
特別一提，酒店有提供收費特別寄存行李服務，事前經電郵查詢留位，可在入住前兩天就寄存行李，收費合理，但由於酒店位置有限，建議有需要事前電郵查詢；當然Check in/out當天是必定可以免費寄存。
laundry 是收費提供公眾使用，見很多街外客使用，不少更好像是附近店家清洗業務用品，建議酒店預留兩台只供酒店客用。
整體很好，推薦。

房間設備充足，有廚房、大雪櫃，空間很夠，很亁淨。員工親切有禮。最欣賞大型投幣式洗衣機，可以清洗行程中的衣服，而且很乾，不用回房再處理
