金沢駅からは少し離れていますが、近江市場の近くで分かりやすい場所にあり便利です。
外観からロビー、客室全ておしゃれで清潔感がありました。ルームウエアも着心地が良く、おしゃれです。
ウェルカム団子や夜鳴きそばといったユニークなサービスがあり、どちらもとても美味しかったです。ロビーや客室のフリードリンク、帰りのちょっとしたお土産もうれしかったです。
スタッフの皆さまも笑顔が良く、親切かつスピーディーに対応してくださいました。
金沢を訪れる際には、またお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

駅と繁華街の間に七していながら、とても静かです。
施設内のインテリアにこだわっていて、とても和を感じる造りになっています。
ウェルカムお団子や夜泣きうどんのサービス、ラウンジのフリードリンクも多種多様で嬉しい。
ベッドや枕などもふかふかでゆっくり休められる。
何よりスタッフの皆さんがとても温かく優しくて安心できました。
是非、金沢に足を運んでまた宿泊したいホテルだと思いました。

全体的にとても良い綺麗、金沢の街並みに調和したデザインのホテルです。チェックイン時、ロビーで作りたてのお団子と加賀棒茶をいただきました。どちらもとても美味しい！お部屋も清潔感があり、冷蔵庫の飲み物は無料でいただけます。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧です。近江町市場へも徒歩数分で、朝から夜まで食べ歩きを楽しめました！2泊の連泊でしたが、もっと滞在したいと思いました。是非また利用させていただきたいと思います！

同行者含め大満足でした。
仕事では何度か近隣の別のホテルに泊まりましたが、ここには初めてお邪魔しました。
「まだオープンしたてで試行錯誤してるんです、改善点あれば是非教えてください」と支配人の方が話してくださったのは良いものの、特に改善点が見当たらず困りました。
沢山のサービスや、オススメのお店など教えてくださったりと、ホテルらしくない温かいホスピタリティーに感動し、金沢の常宿とすることにしました。

This was such a nice hotel
Experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave us a goodbye gift and note. The hotel was very clean and the layout and space very useful for our family of four.

We loved the plethora of drink options available in the reception area and in our room for free. The evening udon snack was such a nice treat!

The location is very central and near most sites and good dining and shopping. This hotel is a must in Kanazawa!

Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi is an excellent option when staying in Kanazawa. It is centrally located (15 min walk from train station) and was such a peaceful hotel. From the moment you walk in and are greeted and served a local delicacy during the check in process, to the nightly bath salts, drinks both in the lobby and the room, the entire stay was unforgettable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again!

This hotel experience was the best on our trip. The attention to detail really set the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very well designed. They offered bath salts each night as well as free dango and udon. Overall I would highly recommend this location.

We absolutely loved this hotel! They had free drinks in our rooms mini fridge, we had a free udon meal in the evening that they prepared while we waited in the downstairs lobby. The staff was so incredibly kind and even welcomed us with warm sweets including tea. The property was in a convenient location. Will definitely come back! Thank you for this wonderful hotel! ;)

Faultless stay

My Mum and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect in every way. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent. The room was perfectly designed and the well-stocked fridge and evening noodles were very much appreciated. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Zoushi to anyone visiting Kanazawa

Confort, emplacement, personnel tout est parfait !

Bien placé, personnel aux petits soins rien à redire. Literie très confortable et salle de bain de qualité.
C est décoré avec gout.
En arrivant vous avez le droit à un petit café, une petite gourmandise et les boissons mises à disposition dans la chambre sont offertes.
Petit dejeuner japonais de qualité servi le matin.
Si nous retournons à Kanazawa nous irons au Zoushi sans réflechir un instant

Das Hotel ist wundervoll - liebevoll mit jedem Detail. Wir sind sehr dankbar dafür Gäste in diesem Hotel gewesen sein zu dürfen.

Das Hotel bietet sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten und das super freundliche Personal hat uns sehr glücklich gemacht. So sollte Urlaub sein!

Great stay in Kanazawa

Excellent location, literally a 10 min flat walk from station and great for exploring the delights of Kanazawa.
Room was good, staff were super friendly and helpful. Free drinks in room and a free supper were a bonus.

Staff were very nice and courteous. Hotel was very easy to find. Location is walking distance to different tourist attractions (omisho market, kanazawa castle, kenrokuen garden). Our best Japanese boutique hotel

Best hotel on our journey in Japan so far. Warm welcome with local sweets, very friendly staff, free udon soup for dinner, And drinks. The family room has been really spacious and comfortable with an amazing bath and seemed to be completely new. Selection of amenities. Highly recommended hotel.

Exceeded all my expectations. From sweets and tea during check-in to a little present at check-out, just an amazing overall experience. The staff was very kind.

Large and very comfortable bed. Large bathtub (with free complementary bath salts). A fridge with any drink you could want (also free). Free udon noodles at night. The highlight for me was the Japanese breakfast, which was not only very delicious, but also varied a little bit every day.

Location is also very convenient, about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

I would definitely stay here again.

The best staff, they were all amazing.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near Kanazawa Station, Omicho Market, a mall, independent shops coffee shops, bakeries and convenience stores.

The Fuji room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Das Hotel war das schönste während unserer Japanreise. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die fußläufige Lage vom Bahnhof, das Design von Hotel und Zimmer sowie das coole Badezimmer haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Unsere Empfehlung ist hier mindestens zwei Nächte zu buchen.

Beautiful room and lovely staff. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. It's a short walk from the train station and an even shorter walk to the market. Wonderful complimentary food and drinks available as well as bath salts and loungewear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super helpful staff! Called a taxi to retrieve a phone we'd left behind in it! Saved us SO much trouble, couldn't have been more helpful, and saved our vacation. Room was spotless, and very comfortable too. Thank you!
