新しい良いホテルですが…

室数に対してエレベーター2機は少ないと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト、食事時間帯のエレベーター待ちは酷かったです。
フロントの熟練度はまだまだ足りていません。宿泊人数の確認ミス、寝具の案内漏れ、閑散期の私語等改善余地はだいぶありそうです。

便利な立地

海外からの観光客が9割以上。加湿空気清浄機には限りがあるので、乾燥する時期には注意が必要。
御堂筋は夜中の騒音(特にバイク)がかなりうるさい。

예약할때 주차장이 없는걸 안내했다면 이용하지 않았을 호텔로 주차장이 없어 너무 고생했고 호텔안내받아 길건너편에 주차료 2,000엔으로 주차함.

The hotel itself is just as you would expect from a decent hotel: clean, everything is in good, working condition, water pressure is good. However, since it is located in the heart of Osaka, expect to be swamped by tourists and locals as soon as you step outside the hotel. Bring earplugs, because there is constant high level noise from the streets, especially at night when motorcycle gangs are out roaming.

The Staff was friendly, location is excellent, close to department stores and shopping. Hotel is in btw to train stations and access to both is short walking distance. (Namba station and Shinsaibashi Station. Has Laundry on site and Spa on top floor with great views. We had the room with 3 beds. Decent size for Japan trypically

Perfect location between Dotonbori and high end shops, beautiful room and onsen. Staff was fine, but did not like that they booked our dinner res at a restaurant with a 600 yen pp cover charge without telling us (rare and frowned upon in Japan) or that they would not let one buy just a cup of coffee from their “coffee to go” station at the breakfast buffet (2200 yen for coffee only seems excessive).

Room is VERY small. Couldn’t really walk past the bed but hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. Temple was great to see too. Hotel was right in the middle of everything, so very convenient. Would consider staying again!

Amazing hotel in Osaka. The location is close to all the shopping and food. The skytop Onsen was lovely. However it can get a little noisy on a Friday night with all the action in Dontonbori. The front desk people are super friendly and helpful and speak English. They were able to get reservations for omakase for my wife and I, something we were not able to do on our own.

The best hotel we have stayed in Asia. There’s literally a temple on the first floor untouched, and they built the hotel around it, just amazing. The breakfast book buffet is really good. The hotel is upscale and beautiful. The staff are very attentive. It’s literally two minutes walk to Dontobori.
There is not a better hotel than this if you’re going to dontobori. If I ever come back to Osaka, I will 100% be staying here. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re actually very upscale and beautiful inside. If you get a corner room like we did, you can see the main road which lights up at night it’s just fantastic. They have a on on the top. They also have a laundromat. Don’t make the mistake of not going here.

No cleaning of the rooms whatsoever (even if you request it) Expect to have your bath, even the toilet and sink not cleaned, the same with coffee mugs or glasses. Windows aren’t soundproof so expect to hear the very loud and annoying un silenced exhaust of the machines of the motorcycle gangs that gather in front of the hotel EVERY NIGHT to reev up their bikes (to their amusement but to the chagrin of guests). We were awoken by one of those mentally challenged idiots by 4:25 am the morning I’m writing this review. Also (as if all of the previous accounts were not enough) most of the hours of the morning of our first day in the hotel the hotel (15 stories high) worked with just one elevator.
There is not relation of cost to benefit in this hotel. Too expensive for what it delivers

The staff were amazing, but the rooms were odd. Location is fantastic if you like nightlife but not if you are looking for a more traditional Japanese hotel. Very reminiscent of a mid-tier Vegas property.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location within a short walking distance to Dotonbori, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the bed comfort — the mattresses were exceptionally firm, which may not suit all travelers’ preferences.

We arrived early for check-in and staff stored our bags so we could go out and explore the area. We returned later in the afternoon and the front desk had kindly moved our bags to our room. We really appreciated the extra touch. We stayed 2 nights and our only complaint was our room was not cleaned during our stay and the housekeeping staff was less than pleasant.

清潔真的非常需要改進，入住時地毯有零星食物碎屑，預約了全室清潔服務，放在垃圾桶旁的一袋垃圾居然沒有收走，入住三天都覺得身體有點癢癢的，建議或許需要增購空氣清淨機或除溼機這類設備更能優化空氣及整體乾淨
除此之外其他都非常棒，服務人員都很友善及體貼，房內空間感很舒適開闊明亮，廁所也很乾淨無異味

This is a great hotel to explore Osaka and especially around Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi areas. The hotel is very elegant and clean. Staff were pleasant, helpful and assisted us with shipping our luggage to the next destination. The room was a good size, clean, and had a great view. The only con was lighting is low in the sink area and elevators were slow because there were only 2 of them.

칸데오 호텔스 신사이바시 다시 가고싶습니다.

방도 깨끗하고, reception에서 친절하게 챙겨주셔서 만족스러웠어요. 위치가 너무 좋아요. 대형 백화점 근처에 있고, 도톤보리도 걸어서 금방 도착하고요. 도톤보리쪽보다 밤에 조용할 줄알았는데, 대로변에 있어서인지, 오토바이 소리가 너무너무 커서, 밤에 귀마개 하고 자긴 했습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 아주 다양하진 않은데, 아침식사로 배를 채울만 하긴했어요. 여행의 목적으로는 나름 좋았습니다. 만점에 가깝습니다.

Great property in an amazing location! The onsen was wonderful after a long day of exploration and eating. Its not as robust with amenities as some of the others, but its very clean and has all the essentials nonetheless. The hotel is very close to transportation, food, and all the shopping - all within walking distance!! And yet somehow its also in a quiet location so you can get a good nights rest. Highly recommend!

Not a 4-Star Experience

I stayed at Candeo Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi for four nights. We booked it as it was advertised as newly opened in 2023. However, the room looked much older than expected. The hotel's location is excellent, next to Daimaru in Shinsaibashi, very convenient. The room was small, typical for Japan, but sufficient for two large suitcases. My main concern was housekeeping. The mouth-rinsing glass was not clean, with toothpaste residue. On day three, we found a bottled drink on our luggage, not ours. It seemed a staff member left it, and our clothes were messily tossed. At checkout, staff asked for an adapter that was mine. Also, the front desk lacked expected Japanese politeness, perhaps due to being busy. Despite being listed as 4-star, it didn't meet that standard. The package included breakfast and sky spa access. While the location is a plus, housekeeping and front desk issues impacted my stay, resulting in an unsatisfactory rating.

Perfectly located hotel. Very easy to get to main attractions to the North or South. Right in the center of great shopping and very close to subway stops. We booked the triple twin for a family of three. Great sleeping arrangement for us with this bed option. Amazing pajamas and buffet breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Bed is flush to the wall making it difficult to get in an out if there are two of you. No storage areas or place to put your luggage in the room. No official separate bathroom as the sink is in the main room with very limited counter space. Nothing in English on the TV. On the positive side the location was perfect.

Great location that’s right in the middle between upscale and dontonburi. Only annoying thing was the bathroom light sensor for the toilet. It kept turning off if you didn’t move every 3 mins.

Overall great location to stay at. Staff spoke enough English to communicate basic information. Location, location, location. Perfectly situated between two train stations and mere feet from all the shops and food you could ever want to explore.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay at the Candeo. We went on an excursion to Naoshima Island, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to leave our suitcases so we could travel light to Naoshima. Loved the market street nearby with tons of restaurants and shops. The Buddhist Temple was also an interesting surprise. On our last morning, I was able to walk to an excellent Ukioye Museum.

Great location

A modern hotel in a fantastic location. Once checked in, room access bypasses the reception area completely, which contributed to the stay feeling impersonal. The breakfast was a confused mixture of food styles that could be improved. The day time room cleaning involved a towel change, but no made up beds or fresh mugs on our return, which was disappointing. Overall, a nice hotel in a great location.

Perfect Location

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and the perfect location! This hotel was a gem. You can access the main Dotonbori area within a couple of minutes. So much fun to stay here and be able to walk everywhere.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location however the rooms were incredibly noisy and we were constantly being awoken by other room noises and streets noises hearing all the cars and motorcycles. For such a modern looking building the windows are not sound reducing and the walls very thin

Best hotel ever by famous shopping street

This hotel is truly upscale amazing and a five star experience. The Spa alone is amazing with a excellent lap pool that is gorgeous and a beautiful lobby to sit in as well as a outdoor patio area by the pool that is absolutely stunning.

Property was clean and in close proximity to the main attractions. Close to the metro as well and they will hold your bags before/after your stay. It wasn’t “dark” as many have mentioned. We had a king bed room and our only complaint is the room was designed for aesthetics and not practicality, such as storage space, for travelers.

Estancia sin igual!

La estancia estuvo increible!
La habitación contaba con todas las comodidades que un hotel puede dar y su espacio estaba de lo mejor. No tenía comparación con el espacio de otros hoteles que me ha todado estar en Japón. Excelente ubicación, cerca de terminales de tren y a dos cuadras de Dotonbori! Sin duda regresaría
