かぷせる旅籠赤坂 SPABLIC INN

館内はとても綺麗で睡眠スペースもすばらしいのですが、お風呂の温度が常に42度設定で、熱すぎてお湯にゆっくり浸かっているお客はおらず、長居できないようになってました。サウナはよかったです。

添え付けのドライヤーが弱すぎて、まったく乾かない（弱風で温度が低い）ため朝の急ぎのときなど大変苦労します。オープンスペースでの充電がさせてもらえないなど、ところどころ意地悪と思えるようなサービス内容だったのが残念です。

ちょっとしたお泊りには適しています。

荷物を置くスペースが小さく狭いので、着替えるのは一苦労。荷物の整理も廊下スペースでするしかないのが難点。サウナやお風呂か気持ちよくはいりました。

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and quiet (for a capsule hotel). The baths were nice, the restaurant was good, and the staff were helpful.

My only complaint is the restaurant, relaxation space, and co-working space close early in the morning for cleaning. It would have been convenient for me, personally, to be able to use those spaces in the morning without being in the way of the staff.

Awesome capsule hotel! The staff were wonderful, great location, fresh towels and yukata daily and bed refreshed too. Onsen was magnificent. Location is amazing with metro line very close. Would 10000% stay again!

Really clean and quaint place with an onsen available to you at all times! Felt really pristine, and the environment is very quiet. The location and price is incredibly ideal!

Just two very minor cons:
- Locker storage is small, so you’d have to leave a typical carry on luggage with the front desk. However, it is not hard to ask them to quickly retrieve and return luggage.
- Temperature was slightly too warm/stuffy which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable (especially after using the onsen). Each capsule has a “fan” that doesn’t really do much to help this.

Spablic Inn punches above weight

Spablic Inn is the perfect budget stay for a trip to Tokyo. I stayed for 9-nights and the accommodations, while slightly packed, were just as nice as any budget hotel, with much more included in the stay.

First, there is an on-site restaurant that is open from 11am to 11pm that serves amazing Japanese favorites like ramen, chicken kaarage and sushi. For New Years Day and the morning after, a free breakfast was also offered.

Second the on-site "onsen" (really, more a spa) is fantastic and open all night and early morning. There is a hot pool, a cold pool, two sauna rooms of varying heat, and a cool down room. Additionally there are plenty of showers and sinks, all well stoked with toiletries and necessities. Oh, and Japanese toilets.

As for the pods, the mattresses are a bit stiff, but after days spent walking around Tokyo, it helped with recovery. They are also not sound proof, but ear plugs are offered and I never really had any issue.

Wonderful “onsen” in the heart of Akasaka, including hot spring bath, two saunas, and a large traditional Japanese room to relax in. I stayed overnight in a capsule that was very comfortable. My only complaint was that it was quite noisy throughout the night because my capsule was at the start of the row, right next to the door where everyone was going in and out. (I would request a capsule at the far end if I stay here again.)

Great clean capsule hotel for men only. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well organised venue with great spa facilities. Unfortunately the area is not family friendly but more orientated towards the night life. That said short walk to metro station and convenience stores near bye.

Wonderful stay in central Tokyo with traditional onsen for men. Capsule is ample although the mattress is a bit thin. Equipped with full spa facilities. Surprisingly calm and quiet despite the number of people that stayed and passed by.

This is quite simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Yes, it's not a 5 star resort, but if a capsule hotel ever would be considered a 5 star resort, this is as close as you can get. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff were so attentive and friendly. I ordered a package from Amazon to be delivered here and by the time I got back from a walk in the evening the staff had already placed it on my bed! Such amazing service. Fresh towels and robe delivered every morning. Free Onsen open 21 hours a day, with luxurious bamboo and stone accents, two saunas, and a cold pool. Is this a health resort or a capsule hotel?! I was shocked beyond belief that such a hotel is available for such a low price and in such a good location. No shoes allowed in the bedroom, lockers are complimentary and all controlled by a wristband they give you. Quiet at night, capsule beds with adjustable lights and fan. Really, if you come to Tokyo you have to stay here. Impeccable clean.

Very clean, lots of amenities available such as toothbrushes, aftershave, etc. are made available to guests which was very nice.

Sure, it's a bit loud when other guests arrive, start talking around the pods - but what else do you expect from a capsule hotel?

9/10 would stay here again.
