家族4名の宿泊でしたので、１部屋に4ベッドあるのは助かりました。また部屋の中に洗濯機、浴室乾燥機があったのも便利でした。

The room was spotless and the amenities were perfect. This was our first time staying in Osaka, Japan, but we have no complaints, long travel from Arizona.

For 4 people plus all our luggage, this hotel was quite amazing.
There was much more room then i expected. The only small part of the room was the toilet.
The shower was very good and the beds were comfortable to. They are a little small if you are over 6"2.
Check in was very simple, you dont even have to talk to anyone, you just put the code in the kiosk that is sent you. There is staff there if you do need help.
There is only 1 elevator so at times you may be waiting a little. It does suck for those on the 8th floor or higher. We were on the 10th. Just a minor thing im complaining about.
Location is very residential and quite. If you are looking for a more night life this wont be the spot. But mind you everything is still fairly close to with a quick walk to the subway.
Overall highly recommend this place.

This hotel was perfect for what our family needed I especially appreciated the lanai/ patio. It was perfect to enjoy the view and also hang dry our clothes.

객실상태 깨끗하고 좋아요. 침대도 편안하고 방도 넓어서 편히 사용했어요.
다만 물건을 올려놓을 수 있는 테이블이 없네요. 바닥에 앉는 자식 테이블 작은거 하나 있어서 사용은 했는데 의사가 있는 테이블이나 식탁에 있었으면 더 편했을 것 같아요. 객실 내에 거울이 없는 것도 불편했구요.
스크린 있는 방이었는데 공간만 차지하고 활용도는 저희 가족에겐 별로 없었어요.
위치는 역에서 5분거리 번화가에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 공항선 연결역과는 도보 20분 도톤보리에서도 도보로 약 20분, 모두 전철로는 1정거장이라 전철을 이용하기도 걷기도 좀 애매했습니다.
그래도 주변에 식사와 간단한 술을 먹을 수 있는 곳들이 간간이 있어서 잘 이용했고요.

This hotel is great when traveling with a family. Within walking distance to trains, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

交通方便、飯店乾淨

Pros: Amazing staff, so helpful in resolving issues. They really go all the way to ensure guest satisfaction. The unit is large and comes with a washing machine which is super useful. We would hang dry on the balcony.

Cons: Not many restaurant options around the area and difficult for Uber to come in front of the hotel since the hotel is located in a small street.

It was a bit strange that the main room had a huge projection screen and a mic on a tripod rather than a TV… it looked unfortunately like a sex trafficking set up which I’m sure wasn’t the look they were going for….. there was a hole in the window screen which let mosquitos in. However, it was clean, quiet and the kitchen ok. Good area but a good 20 minute walk to Namba.

Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he went out with us, bowed, thanked us, and wished us the best. I really want to recognize the amazing and sincere service he provided. We stayed in 5 places in Japan, and he definitely stood out when it comes to customer service. Overall, we loved staying in this hotel.

It is close to a JR station and a metro station, convenient to get around Osaka and to places outside Osaka. The area is also quiet, the room is clean and appliances provided were thoughtful and useful. There are also food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

good sized rooms. washer in the room (drying is done in the bathroom: hang to dry with heater). no staff to help with luggage transport. and there was only one elevator which cleaning staff uses so be prepared to see long lines when staff is cleaning rooms.

2살 아이랑 4박했는데. 룸 컨디션 좋고 역가깝고. 야끼니쿠 맛집 있어서 좋습니다!

도보 4분거리에있는 야끼니쿠는 어느집에 내놓아도 손색 없고 로컬들만 찾는집어서 최입니다.

사장님이 교포여서 한국어 가능해서 주문하기도 좋습니다

The hotel is very clean and even has washing machine and cooking utensils. The night before we left, we bought the food ingredients from supermarket and cooked. The beef was super delicious!

Well situated location, like 5 mins away from a train station. About 30 mins away from Universal Studios.
Was initially annoyed at getting long email instructions about the check in process, but it was fairly straightforward.
Just note down the number to get in through the front glass door and then have the other check in code ready to go. You can only check in after 3 pm and if you're earlier you can just lock your bags up on the shelves on the front counter.

We had the deluxe triple room for our family of 5. Location was good being a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a 7-11 down the block. It was great having in suite laundry since we were traveling in the hot, humid summer. Note that the toilet room is a bit tight though especially for guests who may be tall. Also the unit opens up out to the outside, not a hallway which wasn’t a problem for us but just a call out. Nice added touch to have a welcome snack box waiting in our room upon arrival and hand fans in the lobby for guests which came in handy for us! Overall good value for what we paid for!

I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price .
Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!!
On arival no water in the room.
You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! No a big deal but if I may complain 😜
3 minutes from Subway and bustop nearby.
Breakfast we didn’t do because the time till 9:30
We are on a holiday and don’t want to set a alarm instead I book a longer period , so we can see everything!
Kyoto is so beautiful!

We have family of 5, We slept comfortably, room is clean, with laundry and dryer, which is very important for us. Hotel is located in very convenient location, few mins walk to two subway stations. Seven Eleven is right by the corner. This hotel has made our Japan trip very pleasant, highly recommend to family travelers.
