USBメモリーを部屋に忘れたのですが、着払いでと
お願いしたのに、簡易書留でお送りくださり、申し訳ありませんでした。
ホテルのフロントは外国の方でしたが、一生懸命対応する姿勢が素晴らしかったです。　
ブランド力が高まると感じました。宿は小さく、シャワールームだけでしたが、それを上回る気遣いが感じられました。　ありがとうございました。

My husband and I stayed in Room 202— it was absolutely wonderful and memorable. The room was spotless, the property was well-maintained, and every detail felt thoughtfully cared for. The staff was warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the stay truly relaxing. I highly recommend MIRU Gion for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and exceptional hotel in Gion.

Absolutely excellent hotel. Staff are so welcoming, the hotel is super clean and modern. Great location to be in Gion, but equally close enough to others parts of Kyoto to explore on foot. A heads up that breakfast is hot drinks, juices and croissants, which was plnery enough for us. Thank you Miru Kyoto Gion for a wonderful stay, we will be recommending to friends and family.

We love love love this hotel. In the perfect spot in Gion. So clean and cozy and great. It was quiet and well taken care of. The check-in and checkout process was easy and smooth. The room itself was clean and had so many great amenities. The bathroom and the bathroom products were stellar. I took a bath every night. The beds are super comfy. Just a great hotel. You can do your laundry for free! We did two loads in two days and it was so nice. What a gem. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Clean simple room with helpful staff. The croissants, coffee, and juice in the lobby in the morning are nice. Very good for the price.

This was the perfect home base to spend our time in Kyoto. Great restaurants nearby. Close to 2 train stations. Walk to Gion. Quiet and such wonderful accommodations. Comfortable. Clean. Staff was so helpful. Morning coffee and croissants too. Our first Miru hotel. And we highly recommend

A beautiful intimate property of 10 rooms. A traditional feel with all the modern conveniences. Staff were delightful. Bathroom was amazing. Room was very confortable in size and lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly, even taking our washing out of the machine for us when we accidentally put on a wash that finished in the middle of the night! Room was western-style but with lovely Japanese touches like sliding doors on the windows. The room was huge - the photos don't do it justice. Breakfast is just tea/coffee/juice and a croissant, but it was a nice touch and there isn't space to offer more. You can buy drinks at reasonable prices in the reception area in the evenings. Location is perfect, in the heart of Gion and close to the subway, two rail stations, and bus stops.

Room was great and comfortable! Croissants in the morning was a nice touch. Stone throw away from the popular areas, but still quiet enough to sleep at night. Highly recommend!

This was our favorite hotel during our Japan trip and would stay in it again next time. The area itself is very charming and great for a walks also very close to the city center, markets and trains. We had no trouble getting anywhere or finding everything we need. We also found the conbini next door to be a great convenience. Will definitely be staying here again the future.

Our flight has been delayed for 3 days and they were nice enough to extend our reservation another day to explore Kyoto. A big shoutout to Sonu who was very helpful in giving us insights about the city.

Honestly everything about this stay was perfect for our Kyoto trip! If you have any doubts about staying here don’t even doubt yourself. It’s so wonderful and comfortable and the staff were so pleasant! We even did our laundry twice without hassle. Highly recommend and will definitely come back when we visit Kyoto again.

Magnifique

C'est l'hôtel qu'on rêve de trouver pour bien passer les vacances. Tout était parfait. La chambre, le confort, le personnel et la position. Il n'est pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel mais des croissants sont servis le matin à la réception sur demande. Un remerciement spécial pour Michi qui a été très gentille et professionnelle. Nous espérons retourner dans cet établissement.

A lot of positives: friendly staff, free to use laundry, proximity to Gion and transportation links, pleasant breakfast, super comfortable pjyamas, tatami style bedding, doona, Nespresso capsule coffee.
Negatives: a bit noisy on the street with multiple clubs next door

Wonderful stay in Gion. Right in the old heart of Gion but far enough away from the super busy tourist streets that it is quiet, plus close to transport stations and easy to get to other neighborhoods. This is a beautifully designed hotel with authentic Japanese aesthetic paired with modern luxury comfort. Generous sized rooms.

We had a great stay at Miru Kyoto Gion. The room was very nice; it had a large king size room with sliding doors separating it from the lounge area. The bathroom facilities were great. We also enjoyed the complementary croissant in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (and we appreciate that they could speak English! We are so embarrassed not to know more Japanese).

The location is great, in a lower density part of the older side of town, a quick walk to main roads, and also across the bridge to the taller side of town.

Highly recommended.
