This is our second time staying here because we liked it so much the first time. Room was super spotless and the bed was comfortable. The last beds in Japan have been quite firm, but this was nice!

Spotless room, staff was very helpful, loved all the free inclusions of drinks, wine, and snacks. Room service was good. Free breakfast was good but would have liked to have an egg with it. Loved the soaking tub. Outside tub would have been more used if view was more completely blocked. Bed very comfortable. AC worked well. Liked being able to order room service etc from included tablet.

距離錦系町5分鐘路程，車站附近有Parco和許多餐廳，隔壁有Lawson。東京車站過來搭jr三站就到，去押上就一站到晴空塔。櫃檯人員非常親切還會說簡單中文喔。這次入住很幸運被升級大房，房間跟浴室真的超大，備品是法國spa品牌應有盡有。舒服到我們逛完街不想再出門直接在客房用pad點room service 晚餐，價格合理東西好吃，半夜餓了還有宵夜可點。最難得的是mini bar完全免費，有堅果、餅乾咖啡膠囊甚至一瓶還不錯的紅酒。房間均附早餐也是送入客房。大力推薦，下次來東京一定還要住這！

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho, a limpeza era impecável e os amenities era maravilhosos!!
Os amenities são realmente um destaque: skin care completo, escova de cabelo, presilha, escova de dente, cremes, sucos, chocolates, café, petiscos, vinho… A gente se sente mimado!
Oferecem também um gostoso café da manhã no quarto.
O banheiro é otimo: vaso sanitario super tecnológico e um bom chuveiro.

A região é muito boa: tem shoppings, supermercados, muitas lojas (inclusive uma donki), restaurantes e a estação de trem muito boa (com trens diretos da Tokyo St e do Aeroporto de Haneda).

A única coisa que deixou a desejar é a iluminação. Eu entendo que é o estilo, mas fica dificil se arrumar quando a iluminação do espelho do quarto é ruim. A gente mal consegue se ver no espelho do elevador. Dá receio de tropeçar no corredor… Pelo menos a iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhorada.

Vraiment très belle chambre! La douche vitrée, le miroir et la luminosité dans la chambre rendent la chambre luxueuse. Équipement de qualité et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner compris et servi à la chambre est moins intéressant (soupe sucré) mais servi avec attention. Le service est excellent. L’emplacement est bien près d’une station métro 4min de marche.

Located within a 5 minute walk from Kinshicho station, the sKM Hotel and Dining was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were friendly and the room was very generous for the price. There is a Lawson and a Family Mart within 1 minute walk of the hotel and plenty of restaurants and shops also in the local area. Highly recommended!

IMO one of the best hotels in the Tokyo as its not busy around you but you have so many options for food with full streets packed with restaurant just next to you, you have a train/bus station a 5 minute walk and a supermarket / mall 3 mins walk!

Cleaning was done to perfection. Appreciate the place restock the water every day. The location is not crowded and room was quiet. Very relaxing after long day outside. All the staffs are very kind and welcoming.

It is a very nice hotel, service is perfect, room is clean and big enough to put all our suite case. Close to subway station. And there are both Lawson and family Matt near by. Highly highly recommend.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had while traveling. The service and amenities were top tier. The only issue was a shortage of hot water toward the end of the stay but other than that it was surely a great experience.

It's fantastic. The service, location,amenities etc are so good.
Tjis is my first time staying here abd found the place is so cozy and clean. Just few minutes steps to train and subway stations, various restaurants and shopping malls. Staffs are friendly. Would high recommend and come back in my next visit.

This place is great! Highly recommend. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also nice, with a five-minute walk to the station and access to all the main lines. The free snacks and wine in the room was a premium feature!

Disappointing

I was given a room with a corridor from the entrance that was twice as narrow as shown in the booking photos, which resulted in a cramped coffee/tea/fridge station and a very tight space near the entrance. When breakfast was brought to the room, the door couldn’t be opened fully. Quite frustrating. It seems I was just unlucky, as my friend’s room of the same category matched the photos and had no such issues.

Another disappointing moment was when I asked the front desk if I could borrow a laptop charger. The response was: “We already gave it to another guest, please go buy one at an electronics store.” For a hotel of this class, that felt surprisingly dismissive. I would expect a few spare chargers to be available to accommodate guests' basic needs.

Other than that, the stay was fine and felt generous—I especially appreciated the small but exquisite breakfasts, the great bed and the bathroom area.

It was a wonderful stay and not only will I recommend it to other I will happily stay here again if I revisit Tokyo! The room was huge by Japan/Tokyo standards and so clean. Had more than enough walking space even with 2 large luggages. Shower had great water pressure and temp held steady. Breakfast was wonderful and warmed us up well to start the day- my only feedback would be to consider allowing guests to have their breakfasts at the lobby please. Other than that, it was super convenient, near metro, JR and airport limo bus. Just a wonderful stay!

很感謝前台服務員Mr Balami 完滿地解決我們換房的要求（加JPY8000/晚)，每位職員都很有禮貌，房間很整潔，惟客人若如我們介意房間沒有大窗，訂房時一定要小心選擇並注意房間的樓層和坐向，否則會入住地下房一般的房間。

Superb room and with all the freebie food and drink in the room. Room is cozy and big enough for you to lay your luggage. Good place to stay for family and business traveler.
