東京マラソン

東京マラソンに参加するために宿泊しました。事前にメールでチェックイン時間の問い合わせがあり、返事にその旨も記載したところ、部屋にスポーツ用のゼリーや栄養バー、バナナがサービスで用意してあり、マラソン終了後も、今回は冷たい雨が降り寒い大会だったのですが、連泊でないにも関わらず、スパのお風呂を無料で利用させてくださいました。ゴール地点からも近く、冷え切った体をすぐに温めることができて、ありがたかったです。
また東京マラソンに出場する機会がありましたら、是非利用させていただきます。

残念ながら

ホテルはとても良いです。ただ、帰りにコンシェルジュにいた女性の一人、たぶん帰国子女と思われるのですが、シフトや同僚の文句、メールの内容などを大声で話していたのが、とても聞くぐるしかったです。
バックヤードでなされるべきことの判断もつかない人を、表に出すのはいかがかと思いました。

こじんまりしたフロントなどで無駄がなくてよい。「静かでよく眠れる」といううちの60代の夫婦の最大評価ポイントは満点でした。朝食はいつも美味しい。コーヒーも。
タクシーにホテル玄関がわかりにくいので、分かりやすい外部表示に改善すべき。
小生、182㎝、85㎏なのでバスローブが小さいのは不満でした。これは改善してもらいたい。

癒されました

娘と2人で滞在しました。スパの利用ができたのは疲れを癒すのに大変良かったです！スタッフの方も皆さん親しみやすい雰囲気で、ラグジュアリーホテルですが、とてもリラックスできました。朝食もとても美味しかったです！

廊下での音と付近の部屋のドアの開閉の音は少し気になりましたがその他は問題なし。それよりフレンチレストランの食事は最高でした。久しぶりに丁寧なお料理を頂きました。お味も最高、そしてスタッフのサービスもとても気持ちの良いものでした。ここはまた必ず来たいと思いました。

フロントは狭くビジネスホテルです。清掃係の大声での無駄話が多く、廊下の音も筒抜けなのでうるさくて眠れません。社員教育がなっていません。不愉快でした。

東京駅から歩いて1-2分。静かな落ち着いたホテルでした。
窓からは東京駅の線路が見えて、電車が間近に見られます。
有楽町駅も徒歩圏内。便利なホテルです。ビルの地下にはコンビニ、一階には神戸屋(パン屋)があります。

世界に通じるホテル

立地も良し、サービスも良し、いう事ないホテルでした
ベッドメーキングもきちんと時間通りでしたし、ルームサービスも細かいところまで行き届いていました。

子供にも優しい

ちょっとチェックインが遅くなっただけだけど、ラウンジで快適に待つことができました。遅くなったのは、チェックイン時に突然伝えた、子供同伴とエクストラベッドの所為だったと思われますが。。。親切かつスマートな対応は流石といった感想。
部屋に入ると、子供も喜ぶ(親もチョット感激)の仕込みが沢山！
名前通りの素晴らしいスタッフでした。

それなりでした。

ホテルはこじんまりした感じでした。
台風の為、ホテルで過ごす時間が長かった分、もっとこうだったら…という欲が出てしまいました。
スパがもう少し広く、スチームサウナではなく、普通のサウナもればもっと楽しめた。
TVは3DTVでDVDの貸し出しもあったので楽しめた。
最寄りが東京駅という立地でこちらに決めましたが、東京駅といっても広く、地下から向かうには遠回りしなければ行けません。
こちらのホテルに辿り着くのに地理に慣れても大変でした。
それを知ってか、キャリーを空港までのバス乗り場までバスの発車時刻に合わせて持って下さり、助かりました。
全体的には悪くなかったです。

3000円のバースデーケーキがあるんですが
とてもいいですよ。
無料でフルーツタルトももらえます。

素晴らしいホスピタリティ

滞在中、子供が熱を出してしまったのですが、すべてのスタッフの方々に温かい心遣いをいただき、まるで自宅にいるような気持ちで安心して看病することができました。交通の利便性は当然よいです。総合病院も近くにあり、家族旅行にも最適のホテルだと思います。ルームサービスやスパも利用しましたが、どちらも満足いくものでした。あらゆる層の旅行者に最適なホテルです。

とても心地よい空間でした。

東京駅近辺といっても八重洲口が工事中とあって、小さなトランク持ちでもホテルまでたどり着くのが大変でした。コンシェルジュがホームまで迎えに来てくれるサービスを利用すればよかったです。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、室内で利用した枕がとても気に入ったのですが、丁寧に調べてくれました。部屋は十分すぎるくらい広く、とても心地よい空間でした。時間があまりなくて、スパが利用できなかったのが残念。次回はぜひスパも利用したいです。

さすがフォーシーズンズ。サービスが細かいところまで行き届いていて、心地よい滞在が出来ました。是非、また記念日などの特別な日に利用したいと思っています。結婚式の前日、当日の２泊の利用でした。お祝いのシャンパンをプレゼントして頂いたり、突然の対応なども親切にサポートして頂き、やはり一流のホテルは違うな・・・・と関心しました。

都会の隠れが的ホテル

家族３人で2泊３日のスィートでの宿泊でした。こじんまりとしていて とても静かなホテルで快適でした。
部屋はとてもひろく まるで 自宅でくつろいでいるようでした
エスプレッソマシーンなども部屋に完備されていて
喫茶店に行く必要などありませんでした。
アメニティーグッズがすべて L'OCCITANE で統一されていて使いごこちも良かったです
また ぜひ宿泊したいです

トレインビュー 最高でした！

１月１日より家族で２泊利用しました。予約後にホテルへ電話をし、こちらからのリクエストを伝えた時から、チェックアウトまで、フォーシーズンズらしい対応が大変心地良かったです。このホテルは、新幹線が見ることができるお部屋が人気というのが納得です。大変良い眺めを満喫しました。東京駅に近い立地も便利でしたし、我が家にいるような、くつろいだ心落ち着いた滞在ができました。個人的には目白より丸の内の方が好きになりました。

The hotel is conveniently located outside Tokyo station which lots of dining options shoppings surrounding it. Besides, the service was excellent and the room was good size and clean. We really enjoyed the freshly baked madeleines. They were so good and delicious. However, we were disappointed with the toilet bowl. We had stayed in a few hotels prior to checking in Four Seasons on this trip. All the hotels we had stayed, from 3-stars to 5-stars, had the most updated toilet bowls with remote control flushing. This hotel is still using the conventional flushing.

The service was excellent. Thank you to the front desk staff and concierge staff for all the help with taxis, directions, and calling restaurants for us. Special thanks to Yuna for helping us find the right train at Tokyo Station at the end of our stay. Also thank you so much for the breakfast staff who helped us get everything we needed each morning, especially for our child who is gluten free. Our deluxe premium room was large and so sunny This hotel is convenient to the subway and Ginza and is a serene respite from busy days in Tokyo.

We had the most fabulous stay at this property. Our room was sizeable, immaculately clean and well serviced. Everything was seamless at this hotel and made for a very comfortable base after many very busy days in Tokyo. Super conveniently located for travel and always felt safe. An aging Four Seasons and it shows. Understaffed and clearly in the route to a renovation in July. The hotel is also next to the train station - convenient is you’re travelling but you get train track noise in the rooms.

Great place to stay if looking for a place near Ginza. Very nice rooms (probably more on the modern side and not the cozy/warm side). People complain about train noise but it’s charming and a part of central Tokyo IMO. A noise maker app using the in room Bose speaker drowns it out at night. About a 10min walk to Ginza and <5min walk to trains. Staff are SUPER nice and friendly. Concierge made us an unforgettable sushi omakase experience. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent vacation stay here - so much so that I canceled a different hotel I had booked in Tokyo to come back. Every staff member was wonderful and they went above and beyond in every way - I wish I wrote down more names, but would like to thank Quentin, Matsao, and Keiju among others. If you stay, I recommend the breakfast, which has a lovely champagne and breakfast bar - it was a lovely highlight before and the walking! Everything was very clean in rooms, just a couple areas in the spa room needed a little love in the high moisture areas. View looked out to a construction site, but I didn’t hear any noise.

Beautiful, clean and great service. Only thing I would add is a plugin near the mirror outside of the bathroom. There was one in the bathroom, but I hate to hog the bathroom while doing my hair…. But everything else was amazing.

We’re very happy with our stay here. Exceptional service!!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and I say this with comparison to other four seasons hotels in Japan. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were very patient and helpful in offering us trip tips and guiding us to the stations, actually platforms we needed to go. Room was also clean and quiet, everything worked great. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo. Thanks!

POR FAVOR!!! No mal gasten su dinero reservando en ese hotel. Es Viejo, huele mal, las habitaciones súper chicas, no tienen vistas buenas a Tokio porque de hecho el hotel solo tiene 7 pisos del edificio en donde esta. Inodoros viejos y las regaderas de plástico. En verdad a los que estamos acostumbrados a quedarnos en Hoteles Four Seasons, créanme el de Tokyo no tiene nada de lujo ni buenas amenidades.

Por último y lo más importante, es que no es nada nadaaaaa barato por lo que me animé a tomarme el tiempo en hacer esta reseña y evitar que alguien más mal gaste su dinero.

The service was impeccable...perfect in every way. Location is great, very close to Tokyo Station. The rooms are very good, although not quite up to the standard of what I would consider 5 Star. We were very happy with our stay, and I would probably give 5 stars if the price wasn't quite as high. You are paying for the Four Seasons name, and there are other 5 Star hotels in Tokyo that are not only a better value, but a better overall experience.

Thank you to the staff, who could not have been more welcoming, more accommodating, and more helpful during our stay. Well done.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. The location is great as it gives easy access to many restaurants, shops and transportation within a 3 year-old’s walking distance.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They helped us ship a suit case to our next destination and even allowed us to store a suit case at the hotel for 5 days after checkout.

The rooms were absolutely fantastic. They are spacious with plenty of storage space and are immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large as well and the kids really enjoyed taking baths.

The hotel pays a lot of attention to details, especially to accommodate the kids. They offered bath toys, personalized welcome snacks, kids’ bathrobes, origami paper and other children’s activities. Our kids were sad to leave this hotel.

Overall, I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and I hope to return in the near future.

There is not enough great things we can say about this Hotel!! The staff were absolutely amazing!! I have never had such amazing customer service until this hotel. They were very attentive to ever need or want we asked for. Going out of their way to book anything we were interested in seeing or setting reservations. Breakfast was always amazing. Room was very clean and spacious. We were so spoiled by everyone, we hated to leave. We look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel again.

Very conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. With a 5 mins walk, there is a huge underground shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants. My son loves anime and happy to find a “Jump Shop” in the underground shopping area there. The hotel is 1@ mins walks away from Ginza too!

Honeymoon experience

Incredible experience staying at the Four Seasons. Service was top notch - we were picked up at Tokyo Station, and walked directly to the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special for our honeymoon...and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Hotel has a ‘boutique’ feel compared to a larger property, which we really liked.
