　玄関を入ってすぐにビックリしましたが、土足厳禁のお宿です。外国の方にも日本を感じられて、ウケが良いのではないでしょうか？
　施設は綺麗で、サービスも良かったです。枕が合わないと寝られないんですが、ぐっすりでした。

部屋のスペース、無駄のない全体のサービスなど必要十分な対応でした。ありがとうございました。
また、中山道中津川宿沿に位置するロケーションは周辺観光移動に利便性は非常によく、またお宿周辺の食環境も選択肢が多いのがよかったです。

夕食も歩ける距離にいくつもあり、困りません。

靴で居室まで行かれず、スリッパを使う必要があるというのは悪くないアイデアだと思いますが、それであれば、玄関のところにスリッパを置いておくなどの対応が必要と思います。

なにもいいところはありませんでした

このアプリで2泊3日でホテルを予約したが1泊しか取れておらず追加の料金を支払わされました。

事前にホテルへ電話でも確認したのですが当日1泊しか取れていなかったのがとても残念でした。

2度とこのアプリでホテル予約は取りません。

駅から近く、周りにも食事する場所があり便利です。お部屋はコンパクトですが清潔感があり使いやすいです。ただ、1年前の同時期に滞在した時より倍の値段になっていたのは少し残念です。

入浴場にある脱衣所の床が濡れたままであること、喫煙所の煙草の臭いが、居室の奥まで臭っていたのが残念です。煙草を吸わない者にとって煙草の臭いは敏感なため、煙草の煙などの臭いを感じると、とても気になり不快でした。私が敏感すぎるのですが… 喫煙者への考慮や利益もあるのでしょうが、喫煙所のない宿が有っても良いかと思いました。それ以外、宿自体はとても良く、快く過ごせました。

駐車場が点在している点が利用しづらい。
ホテルは綺麗だから、土足厳禁なのでスリッパが用意されていない。
いくら土足厳禁でも、ホテルなので床が本当に清潔なのか不安。
館内は、ホテルにしては珍し浴衣で過ごせるのは良い。
総評的には、綺麗だし満足はしてます。

駅から近くだけど静かな通りにたっているホテルです。
温泉施設みたいに、入り口で履き物を木の下足入れに入れて上がり、気持ちのいい踏み心地に作られた館内のフロアーからもおもてなし感が伝わります。

徒歩5分にコンビニもあるので、館内にレストラン無くても平気でした。
大浴場も狭いなりに照明やアメニティ等にセンスの良さがあり、ゆったりと使えます。

コンパクトながらシンプルで美しいあたたかさが感じられる、ビジネスホテルというよりも、「癒し」を感じる「お宿」でした。

ビジネスだけでなく、女性の一人旅でもぴったり！
そう想える宿泊施設でした。

お部屋はコンパクトで無駄のない感じが良かったけど、洗面スペースが少し窮屈すぎた。
清潔感はあり、今時のモダンな感じも好印象でだった。土足では無いのも楽なような、衛生的にどうだろうなような？
スタップの方は大変親切で物腰柔らかで感じが良かった。

和、檜、宿、のコンセプトは理解できます。玄関で靴を脱ぎ下駄箱へ。そしてチェックイン。
館内は靴下か素足で。エレベーターにゴミと髪の毛。せめて室内ばきのスリッパは必要でしょう。朝食は手作り感が全く無し。電子レンジで温めて提供している物が数多く見られました。味は普通。檜風呂をイメージした大浴場は快適でした。ウィークデーで空いていたのかゆっくり楽しめました。部屋の洗面台、水だけしか出ないのには驚きました。給湯出来ないのが信じられないです。甲乙変化にとんだ口コミになりました。

Great breakfast, nice location, uncomfortable beds

Fresh and clean hotel with a very nice staff and fantastic Japanese style breakfast. Only bad thing was the beds were not very comfortable.

飯店旁邊有停車場，24小時才500日元。超級便宜。進飯店大堂開始不允許穿鞋，鞋子要鎖在大堂旁邊的儲物櫃，模式跟御宿野乃差不多。大堂有免費飲品。飯店有免費大眾温泉浴池。房間不小不大。如果洗手間有額外掛鉤會更好。早餐費用接近2000日元一人，和平台所講的是1320日元差三分之一。

Het hotel is zeer donker , dat vonden wij persoonlijk iets minder. Het ontbijt is super gevarieerd en lekker vers . Vriendelijk personeel .Upgraden van de kamer ging vlot . Onsen kwam van pas na een Nakasendo hike .

Very friendly and helpful front desk, even checked us in a little early. The room was spacious, clean and fairly comfortable. I say fairly because both my wife and I found the futons to be quite firm. The bath products were outstanding! (Meet Tree). I’m planning on purchasing some in Ginza before flying home. You pickup your amenities in the lobby and carry them up to your room. You remove your shoes before entering the front desk area. The staff are all very helpful and cheerful.

This is a welcoming and relaxing hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast has options to suit Western and Japanese tastes. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the room only had quite a small window, the sofa bed covering was well-worn and we didn’t love the carpeting in the room. The room description on Expedia says ‘washer/dryer’ but the only washer/ dryer available is in the public bath area. Parking nearby was straightforward.

This is a hybrid between a Japanese style and western style hotel. You have to take your shoes off to approach the reception and to go up to your room, but then have the conundrum of how to roll your luggage up the ramp to reception (which starts from beyond the shoes off area), could have done without it when I arrived tired after my journey. Staff very friendly and speak English. The room was comfortable and I liked the onsen which I used twice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Nakatsugawa stay

On entry to this hotel, I was greeted by a very agitated staff member. The problem was I had not seen the sign to remove my shoes. This is not a realistic expectation given some of us who are older have bonier feet. Soft indoor slippers need to be provided. In the room, the towels are ridiculously thin as were the tissues and the bed is too hard. The room is a good size for Japan. The breakfast could supply more Western food

We had a really good stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. The room was cozy, the public baths were great, the staff were super friendly, breakfast was awesome and to top it all off the staff spoke English very well which made checking a breeze.

Rawsthorne family trip

Lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming and polite. Rooms are a decent size and equiped with everything you need.

We chose here because our purpose of the stay was to do the Nakasendo Trail. The reception staff were very helpful and provided us with maps in English.

My only issue would be that the bed was very hard. That said, that isn’t an issue for everyone.

We had a lovely stay at Onn Nakatsugawa before hiking a few sections of the Nakasendo Way. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and has several retaurants nearby. We enjoyed our meal of yakiniku and shabu shabu at Chicken House, which is right across the road. The rooms are very small but the onsen is great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. It even had allergens marked clearly. We would definitely stay again.

It is is a nice property, with spacious rooms and minimalist style. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and service is good. However some of the things that were unexpected are the following: you are unable to wear shoes (only socks throughout the hotel so if another guest spills something on the floor (which is what happened) it can be unpleasant. I appreciate the need to conserve on water but it is difficult to use a sink that is motion activated to wash your face and rinse, and with only cold water for the sink faucet. Otherwise all else was good. Very good location - close to the train station.

Stayed at Onn Nakatsugawa for a night before doing a day hike of the Nakasendo trail. The hotel is a short walk from the train station with various restaurant options nearby. The room itself is well appointed and spacious. There is also a public bath to relax in after a long day of traveling and being on your feet. A great experience overall.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The stay was very inconvenient due to the hotel’s strict shoe policy. Every time we entered, we had to take off our shoes and store them in lockers, which became frustrating. We were only allowed to wear socks inside, and while they provided slippers, they were uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay on our feet.

A unique property in a good location. The room was large and the toilet size was decent. Everything was clean and well organized. The complimentary/optional soup-rice dinner was delicious. Plenty of dining options and parking nearby.

We needed to walk a distance to find the hotel. However, We like the hotel room’s toilet is separated from the bath. The room is clean and new. Buffet breakfast is nice especially the bread buffet. The complimentary supper is simple & great.

The middle age lady staff at front desk is very helpful when we tried find car rental and she offered to help us to contact the car rental for us.

Good hotel but small room

The room is clean and comfortable. Location is good. Breakfast is quite good. The only problem is the room a bit small although we only had 2 small overnight bag. The public onsen is also small compare to the other hotel that we stayed while in Japan. Other than that everything else is good.

Very clean hotel & quiet. We only spent a night there and for that night the staff had prepared ochazuke for us to try, which we loved!
Breakfast was very good as well.
The public bath is on the smaller side, but quiet if you manage to be with very few people.

Booked the double queen with balcony room. Room size was small can’t open 3 luggages. Too cold to use the balcony so it didn’t make sense to pay more.
Room was not central air con, so by right you can adjust temperature. However, it was very very cold despite the adjustment. Lights were dim in room too.
Onsen was small but luckily there were not many guest. Breakfast spread is ok nothing special. Would not return.

The luggage delivery service associated with the hotel (not covered by the accommodation cost, though) is extremely helpful. I was surprised to learn that some restaurants were fully booked in Nakatsugawa (esp. on a cold early winter night), so it would've been helpful to know this information (i.e., some restaurants could be very busy over the weekend, etc.).
