ホテル全体がとてもきれいで良かった。
シャワーもすぐにお湯が出て満足。
泊まった部屋は、少しこじんまりとしていて部屋で過ごすと言うよりは、観光で楽しんでホテルで寝るだけと思えばとても良い。買ってきた朝食を2階のテラスで食べたり、屋上から夜景を見たりとても満足。

3人で1泊しました。
部屋は狭かったが1泊なら十分かなと思います。
ソファーベッドがメイキングされていたのでゆっくり座ることは出来ませんでした。
１つ椅子があると良かったかなと思います。
立地はとても良かった。
シンプルなデザインも良き。
ベッドは硬くて寝心地はイマイチでした。

快適に過ごせる清潔なホテル

浅草寺近くの清潔感のある快適なホテル。

おそらく、宿泊客は外国人観光客の方が中心なので湯船がありませんでしたが、歩いてすぐの所に曙湯というとてもいい銭湯があり、せっかくなのでそちらでゆっくり浸かってきました。
スタッフの方の接客もすばらしかったです。

壁と床が少し薄いかな？と思いましたが周りの方もとても静かに過ごされていたのでまったくストレスありませんでした。

インバウンド専用かと思いましたが宿泊してみると居心地が良く日本のホテルとは違う造りで新鮮味を感じました。１つ日本人から言わせてもらえれば

快適、でも朝ごはん付きだとなお嬉しい

結論、よかったです。朝ごはんがついてるプランが見当たらないのが残念でした。ですが、全体的に綺麗で何より部屋の玄関が広めで快適でした。シャワーカーテンは少し匂いました。でもそれ以外のシャンプーなどの備品はローラアシュレイのもので使ったことがないのでとても嬉しい気持ちになりました。

コスパ最高、スタッフご対応、見晴らしも申し分なし！

素晴らしい滞在の時間を頂きました。
部屋からはスカイツリーが見え、必要なものが全て配備されていました。
一階のコンビニも遅くまで営業されていましたし、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。
夜中に屋上庭園から見る景色も最高でした。
またリピートさせて頂きたいです。

とても素晴らしい滞在だった。フロントスタッフも笑顔で応対してくれた。屋上の使用時間帯とテーブル等の有無を聞いたところ、すぐに察してくれ、フロントにあった椅子の貸し出しを申し出てくれた。

入室後、TVの接続がうまくいかないと電話すると、部屋まで来てくれた。その時教えてもらった通りやってもできなかった旨を、階下に行った時にひと言伝えただけなのに、その後別のスタッフが、接続の件で部屋まで行ってもいいかと聞いてくれ、接続できるまでしっかりと対応してくれた！ホテルスタッフの鑑‼︎

部屋も新しいだけに清潔で、シャワーブースの壁上方までしっかりと掃除が行き届いていた。

ファミリーツイン？( ソファベッド)の3人部屋だったが、テーブルもあり、冷蔵庫もあり、ちょっとした荷物やハンガーを掛ける工夫もあり、狭さを感じさせず、過ごしやすかった。調光機能があるライトがなかったので、少し残念、でも星を減らすほどのことでもない。

階下の売店もコンビニと比べてお値段もさほど変わらず、カクヤスと比べても物によって20円くらい違うだけだった。今回、隅田川ブルーイングが飲めなかったのが残念。

翌朝友人との待ち合わせのため、早めのチェックアウトで階下のカフェでも飲食できなかったが、くつろいでいる外国人観光客もいたので、コーヒーなども美味しそうだった。次回試したい！

夜風に吹かれてスカイツリーを眺めながら飲める素晴らしい屋上スペースがあるので、もうちょっと軽いアウトドアチェアを用意する、折り畳みテーブル(簡素でいいので)、足元を照らすほんの少しのLEDライトがあると、あの屋上はもっと活用されるのに……ともったいなく思ったが、私たちは貸切状態で使用できたので、それはそれで満足だった！

とにかく気持ちの良い接客をするスタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました♪ぜひまた伺いたいです。

Great value impeccably clean, modern design and good location close to asakusa and tobu-rail stations. You walk through the senso-ji shrine area to get to the hotel from the station. The area is full of shopping/dining opportunities. The complimentary facial cleansers and toner and face oil were refreshing and high quality

Great place to stay for visiting Asakusa, room was basic but very clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious. About 15 minutes walk to metro and a lot of eating options nearby.

Great hotel,great staff,great location.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, as before the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is excellent,great facilities and fantastic location. The rooms are comfortable, modern,clean, well equipped and cleaned and replenished daily. We wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again when we visit Tokyo again. Thankyou for another great stay.

A brand new (or newly renovated?) hotel located just north of Sensoji temple. There are nice restaurants and cafes within a few minute walk. The rooms are not big but have good amount of storage space for luggage and clothes. They had free laundry facility as well.

Perfect location to all the highlights of Tokyo. Room very clean, serviced everyday with towels, bottled water, toilet paper and beds made. Free laundry which was perfect. We found the rooms very quiet until our last night when a family with young children arrived and turned their room into a party. Only some staff spoke English which made it difficult at times to receive accurate information, but this seems very common in Japan.

Tokyo stay

The location of the hotel was very good, it was clean and the comfort room and shower was all good, the only thing that was less good were the beds, a bit too hard for my taste!

The mattress on the wood frame was too thin making it hard to sleep! Toilet did not have any soap or waste basket. No closet to hang clothes & 1 bar was not sufficient! In shower, nowhere to hang clothes, rack too high!
Staff went out of their way to assist us & them being bilinqual was very helpful! Japanese breakfast was very good! Overall, enjoyable stay!

I really liked the hotel. Amazing location just on the back of senso-ji temple. The room was very spacious and clean. One very helpful detail of the hotel when you travel with kids is the laundry room. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to everyone.

We can warmly recommend this hotel - it was absolutely perfect for us in every way! Great location, walking distance to everything from a beautiful temple, nice shopping streets, restaurants and cafes and the subway station. (And seven elevens and snack shops).
Wonderful staff that helped us in the best way possible with every inquiry.
Great room that had everything we needed, including a small fridge, daily bottles of water, free amenities, schampoo/conditioner/soaps, water kettle, even a self-service mart downstairs. Free access to laundry machines and dryers. As first time visitors to both Tokyo and Japan, the Asakusa area was perfect for us. Traditional strolling areas, yet easy access on the Ginza line to areas like Shibuya and Ginza. We would happily come back to The Other Space Asakusa Hotel - thank you so much!

Een heel fijn hotel dat ideaal gelegen is in de regio van Asakusa. We hadden de premier kamer en deze was ideaal van grote. Ons reisgezelschap had de superiorkamer en deze was dan weer heel klein met amper ruimte.
Het bed was echt heel erg hard, hier zat niets van vering in en er zijn ook niet echt gordijnen om het licht buiten te laten.
Het personeel kan wel echt veel vriendelijker, we kwamen om 14u45 aan in het hotel en we mochten nog niet inchecken, dit ging pas om 15u00. Het niveau van Engels dat ze spraken was ook echt ondermaats, wat ons wel verbaasde. Het hotel biedt de mogelijkheid om nog extra kussens bij te vragen, dat is echt super! Alleen, bij heg uitchecken moesten we deze perse nog terug mee naar beneden brengen, dit werd ook op een heel vreemde, klantonvriendelijke manier gezegd.
In het algemeen vonden we het wel een super hotel!

Great hotel & even greater location!

This is an amazing hotel right behind the Senso-ji temple with an easy entrance to the temple, Hoppy Street, Nakemise Street. You have the entire Asakusa area at your door. The hotel is amazing. A lovely lobby with comfortable places to sit and enjoy a hot tea or coffee. Free washer/dryers for guest to use. The rooms are so perfectly designed however, our bed was like a slab of cement. While I completely recommend this hotel, please be prepared for a mattress far firmer than anything you will find in the US!

Great location close to Asakusa station. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The only downside was that the bed and pillows were very firm and slightly uncomfortable.

Cafe was great as was the little shop for things we forgot. Staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate 4 people, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They were small pallets on top of wood.

The hotel was very close to the Senso-Jii shrine albeit a little further from the subway station. The staff were very polite and helpful, with at least one member who spoke English available at all times (which was great because my Japanese was much worse than I'd hoped. Family room was small (but this is Tokyo) and met all our needs. Would definitely use again the next time I come to Tokyo.

The OTHER SPACE is in a very good location but still away from the tourist crowd. As a bonus, the vending machine out front had Dr Pepper!! Didn't take us long to start dropping yen in that thing. Oh, the donut shop right next door has CINNAMON ROLLS to get up early for. We wished we found that out on the first day.

Fine for a few nights

The hotel was compact and clean. The staff were all very helpful. It was nice to have a bar downstairs. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately but otherwise the stay was fine, and the location is great.

I stayed here with my two young adult sons and although the room was tight (as is common in Japan) the property is clean and the staff friendly. Our checking and out was smooth. Yes, beds hard as many have said, but I slept well. It doesn't take too long to get to Asakusa Station - maybe 10min walk (which also has a direct to Narita). Loved that it is in a real neighbourhood, strolled the river walkway and if you do your research there are some great places to eat. The Sensō-ji Temple area can get very packed but because it's so close you can visit at quieter times. It's fascinating to visit the other parts of town but I think I would stay here again and managed to get all over town pretty easily from Asakusa. Go and have a beer up at the 22nd floor of the Asahi HQ building - you'll likely have to wait, but view is awesome.

Exactly what we needed - the rooms were efficiently sized and the staff was great. The cafe has very good options for breakfast and the proximity to the Senso-ji temple grounds is another plus.

This hotel is close by Senso-ji temple and various subway lines. The area around the hotel is usually quiet and they have a cafe with a store inside. Overall, not bad.

Very clean, friendly staff. It is not too close to the train station compared with other hotels we stayed at. The beds are traditional Japanese style, but a little hard for our backs. The surrounding areas are excellent, plenty of restaurants, shopping stores and the Senso-ji temple which is incredible.

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. There is also a fantastic roof garden with views of Sensoji, Asakusa and the Sky Tree and is a great place to sit with a drink or food anytime of the day. We loved Other Space Asakusa and would book to stay again.

Didn’t end up sleeping well.

Great location close to the shrine but not near any metro station. The futon bed was unusually hard - too hard for most. We struggled a bit to find a good place for breakfast nearby - at least one where one could sit down. Saying that, the hotel itself did offer a limited breakfast.

This was a typical small Tokyo hotel room however we appreciated the dedicated room WiFi and the dedicated cast ability to the TV. It is located in a great area in Asakusa. The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. The only downside was the laundry. Trying to do a load took 4 1/2 hours and was still wet. Definitely not made for heavy items like jeans and sweaters. So if you’re planing on washing through the trip maybe wash smaller loads every day.

Great location, walking distance to Asakusa station, clean room with reasonable space, good value for money. Since it is tatami, the bed may seem a bit harder for some people but it’s good enough for me. Service was more like a hostel, no complaints with the price we paid for. Will consider this place again if we visit again next time.

We had a pleasant stay at this property and found it to be quite enjoyable. The rooms were of a reasonable size and very comfortable. However, one minor inconvenience was the absence of an in-room safe to secure our belongings (such as money and passports). Interestingly, I experienced the same issue at another hotel outside of Tokyo, so it seems this may be a common practice in Japan.

The service was really good. It is like 2 min from Senso-ji in the heart of Asakura. The room itself was a little tight but works for a single traveler. I also really liked the 24 hr convenient store which totally self serve.

Asakusa stay

Local bakery just around the corner, convenient store in less than 5 mins walk, metro in 10-15mins walk, lots of restaurants on the way to metro, rooftop has great view of the skytree, overall nothing to complaint except maybe the Tatami was a bit hard for my back, maybe perfect for elderly, would rate 10 if there’s a mattress for my poor back! Front desk also very helpful!

Good value hotel in Asakusa

There is easy access to Sensō-ji, and the train station is a 5-10 minutes' walk. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, and it feels safe and comfortable to walk around in. The bed is nice, and there is optimal space for us as two persons to store our belongings. We will come again.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Superior Twin room. It’s got a traditional tatami-style bed and a futon bed so it’s more spacious than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. Very comfortable, and the hotel is quite well-maintained. We also found the really nice rooftop garden on our last day! The hotel is in Asakusa which is a great place to stay even though it’s a bit touristy. It is just behind Shinsho-ji so it’s a nice, quieter neighbourhood if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. It’s got great dining options, and you can easily connect with the public transportation. Highly recommend!

wonderful accommodations, kind and helpful staff, perfect location if you’re interested in visiting local shrines. great for solo traveling, felt very safe. highly recommend a late night walk by the temples & the water—as well as a stop by neko-en if you love cats :)
