施設、立地全てに満足です

ファミリー4人部屋ベッド(複数台)禁煙キッチン付に1泊しました。シングルベッド2台、二段ベッド1台でした。二段ベッドの下はソファベッドでしたが快適に眠れました。マンションタイプの宿泊施設でチェックインからチェックアウトまでセルフです。チェックイン時少し混み合います。部屋はとても清潔で、広さも充分です。歯ブラシはありません。洗濯乾燥機がありとても便利ですが、洗濯槽のホコリがひどかったので掃除してほしいです。洗濯洗剤もあります。最寄り駅まで徒歩5〜10分で着きます。コンビニも徒歩5分程度で立地は最高です。

掃除以外は大満足です

チェックインは非接触型。事前チェックインしていたのでとてもスムーズでした。
届いた開錠キーをノブに打ち込んで入室します。室内は広くて快適でした。使い勝手の良い場所にコンセントやUSBポートがあり、充電も
楽でした。タイプCポートはありませんの必要な方はお忘れなく。
ベッドの足元にキャリーケースが置けます。
持ち込んだ衣類はハンガー（オープンスタイル）と、2杯の引き出しに収納できました。
家電はトースターがバルミューダで後はほとんどSHARPでした。
洗濯機の上に液体洗剤あり。小物干しや洗濯カゴ、ハンガーも多数。洗濯ネットだけ持参して何回も利用させていただき、荷物も帰宅後の家事も減らせて助かりました。
スマートTVがあり、YouTubeやAbemaが観られました。
ワンフロア4室で、エレベーターを降りた後延々と歩く必要もなく、外出が気軽でした。
向かいのスーパーへはすぐ。8:30〜21:30と長い営業時間で便利でした。
もう少し歩くと成城石井やジョナサン、DAISO等もあります。
駅も複数アクセスできるため、行き先によって使い分けて利用していました。
ちなみに東京駅から日本橋経由で25分くらいでした。同じ東京駅からは江戸バスも利用可能です。
とても良いホテルでしたが、掃除は行き届いていません。水回りは気になりませんでしたが、室内は埃だらけでした。また2段ベッドの上段に上がると、前の宿泊者が残したと思われるお菓子の空袋がベッド横の棚の上にありました。
ただ、マキタの掃除機があり、自分で清掃することができたので、解決可能な不満ではあります。ちなみに清掃後の掃除機の中は埃で満杯になりました。
食器類も清潔とは言い難く、到着早々全て洗いました。食器用洗剤はキュキュットがありました。
トースターや炊飯器に付着した埃も気になり、持参したウェットティッシュが残り半分になりました。でもさっぱりしてその後快適に過ごせたので良かったです。
以上の点から、パジャマ、歯ブラシ以外にウェットティッシュの持ち込みもお勧めします。
清掃については色々書きましたが、ハード面での充実と治安やアクセスの良さは素晴らしいです。フロントスタッフさんも感じの良い方達でした。ぜひまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。

今回年末年始の一時帰国時に利用しました。浅草線で羽田へ直接アクセス出来るほか、複数の地下鉄駅が徒歩圏内にあることや、ホテルの向かいにスーパーマーケットがあるなど便利。部屋も3人で宿泊するのに十分な広さがあり、洗濯機やキッチンがあることで長期滞在に不自由なく利用出来ました。

チェックイン後、部屋開ける暗証番号を頂いたんですが合わなくて、スタッフさんに伝えしても雑な対応されて憤りを感じました。
部屋内は綺麗でとても快適でしたが換気扇が故障してて使えなく冷蔵庫内は前の利用者が使ってたと思われる牛乳が置いてあり、ちゃんと清掃してるのか不安になりました。

スタッフ対応と清掃の方はもう一度見直した方がいいかもしれません

あんまり気にしない方は宿泊してもいいかもしれません

よかった点: 部屋が広くて家族3人で快適に過ごせた。21:30まで営業しているスーパーが隣にあるので便利だった。キッチンに食器洗い洗剤とスポンジが用意されているので、洗い物もすぐにできる。今回は1泊だけだったが、洗濯乾燥機付きで長期滞在にも最適。

気になった点: 所々に埃があったり、床の掃除が甘いと思った。ホテルの敷地入り口に段差があるので、低い所があればバリアフリーになってよいと思った。東日本橋、人形町の駅から少し歩く。時間帯によっては、駅のエレベーターが行列していた。

洗濯機、レンジやトースター、大きめの冷蔵庫、食器など設備がとても良かった。
ただ、洗濯・乾燥を3回使用したら、“フィルターつまり”の表示が出て、フィルターを確認するとたくさん詰まっていました。
また、洗剤だけだと少し臭いがついてしまいました。柔軟剤もあれば良いかと思いました。

フロントの方はいないタイミングが多く、
チェックインチェックアウトは、スマートフォンから出来るシステムなので、最初戸惑いましたが便利で良いなと思いました。
6名での宿泊で、ソファベッドが少し寝づらく、布団で4名寝て、他の2名がベッドで寝ました。
それ以外は大変満足しています。
お風呂も部屋も広くて清潔でした。
周辺環境も静かで、治安も良く、コンビニも近くに2店舗あり、便利だと感じました。

みんなでワイワイするのに向いてる

家族５人(子供１人)で利用
シングルベッド２つ、ソファーベッド１つ、布団３つの部屋に宿泊

○良いところ
　玄関で靴を脱ぐスタイルなので、リラックス出来るし、子供が動き廻るのにもピッタリ！
　リビングのテーブルが大きくて、みんなでゆったりご飯を食べられる！
　全体的に新しい感じ！
　内装や設備が充実してる！　

△気になるところ
　清掃は甘かった。床にほこりや髪の毛が落ちていたり、キッチンの引き出しにもカスが残っていた。
　ソファーベットが軟らかすぎる。好みもあるかもしれないけど、腰を痛める沈み込みだった。
　家電や備品の使い方がわかりにくい。(IHコンロとか)
　駐車場がないのはわかってたけど、やっぱり不便だった。ホテル周囲にコインパーキングがたくさんあるけど、細い道、一方通行などが多くて運転しにくい。

広くてとても綺麗なお部屋でした！
オープンして1年ほどなので隅々まで綺麗です。

連泊する場合はお部屋の清掃を自分でやることになりますが、気にしない方であれば特に邪魔が入らず良いと思います。

チェックインチェックアウトはスマホでQRコード読み取ってセルフでやるタイプです。
スマホを使い慣れてないシニアの方には一応フロントで呼べば裏から従業員(おそらくバイト)が出てきてやり方教えてくれます。

エアコン故障トラブルの連絡が当日にあったのは不手際極まりないお粗末さを感じました。代替え案もグレードダウンの内容であった。こちらからの確認事項や対応提案をしてやっと色々と検討するといった誠意を感じない対応は残念でした。

This is a very good choice for a family staying for a few days or longer. Small kitchen well supplied. Washing machine. Easy to check in and out. Near 3 transit lines. Grocery store across the street and 7-11 / Family Mart nearby. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Had luggage storage and lock that was broken. Was not going to leave luggages unlocked and after some back and forth they let us store in their office. Drawers had stains, scissors still had sticky stuff on it, pillow was as flat as the bed, no lotion, just shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Neighborhood was good but not lots of restaurants around.

La propiedad tiene una ubicación privilegiada, zona tranquila, supermercado enfrente, 7eleven a 4min caminando, estación de metro a 6min caminando, eso es un gran plus. No tienen personal en recepción , si necesitas algo la comunicación es a través de una tablet, lo cual es raro, yo personalmente si prefiero tener alguien con quien hablar, sobre todo cuando tienes algún tema, mi lavadora no funcionaba y tuve que reclamar el problema vía correo, lo cual hacía lenta la comunicación. La limpieza en el cuarto no fue buena, primero porque todos los vasos del baño estaban sucios, los tuve que lavar yo para poder usar, las instalaciones en general no estaban limpias, regadera y lavamanos sucio. El otro punto que me sorprendió fue que no hacen limpieza a menos que estés ahí 7 noches, es muchísimo tiempo. Todos los hoteles en los que me hospedé en Japón por lo menos hacían la limpieza cada 3 días y aquí no fue el caso. Lo único positivo y destacable fue su ubicacion , por la limpieza del cuarto pienso que no volvería a hospedarme ahí. Ojalá pongan mas atención en esto para el futuro y mejora de su servicio.

Pros: supermarket, subway, and convenience stores nearby. Clean, safe, modern room and good amenities and facilities.

Cons: no front desk staff, only a texting service. But took 2 days for staff to respond in English for a query. Room cleaning service only on day 4, but we stayed for 8 nights and ran out of body soap as a family of 4 by the last 2 nights.

Overall would still recommend if you’re up for a safe and clean stay and not require concierge help.

First time staying at an apart-hotel. It is super convenient to be able to do laundry in the unit. The utensils and microwave provided also allowed more flexibility for eating food from convenience store or other take out places. The main down side is that the sink does not provide sufficient warm water from the tap. I had to use the hot tub faucet to wash my face with warm water. Another is that the garbage bin did not provide replacement garbage bags. It means we have to ask for garbage bags during a longer stay. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice and quiet, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store around the corner and a 24 hours convenience close-by. The desk is not staffed often but you can reach them from there 24 hours, and they respond quickly. Several smaller close-by restaurants. At least two train stations are very walkable from here.

Property was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood which I liked. There was also a grocery store right across so it was easy to buy toiletries, bento boxes and fresh fruit. The rooms were clean and spacious for Tokyo standards. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future

From the time we entered the room it was extremely dirty and not cleaned at all. The utensils were extremely dirty and kept used as it is. The shower was broken but your staff could not fix it inspite of telling her. Communication is a big problem and nobody present in the hotel to contact.

地方足夠，三個28吋行李完全打開都無問題；有齊全的廚房設備，可以輕鬆翻熱在便利店買的食物；感覺像住在日本住家多於住在酒店，check-in checkout 都主要是自助形式；雖然通常要走5-10分鐘到達鐵路站，但因應路線我可以前往不同的站口，有幾條地鐵線都搭到。如果下次再住東京我都會選擇同一間酒店。

飯店設施齊全，房間內有微波爐、烤箱、洗烘脫洗衣機等等，烘衣時蠻小聲的，並不打擾我們睡覺，但烘完第一次還不會乾，需要再烘第二次。周邊步行3分鐘就有二家便利商店，飯店旁邊（隔一馬路而已）有一家超市開到晚上9:30，東西都蠻便宜的。附近有三個捷運站，交通方便。飯店採自助服務，有人說check in有點耗時，但若能先填好飯店前二天發信請我們事先填寫的資料，到現場只需掃QRcode，確認資訊即可，十分快速。房間門是使用密碼鎖，一開始一直打不開門，原來是因為風阻的關係需要出一點力打開。房間空間規劃很好，空間相對也蠻大的，畢竟東京大多飯店房間都超級小的。我們一共住三晚，沒有打掃對我們來說還好（垃圾桶還有蠻多空間的😆），checkout也是只需掃QRcode即可。check out後可自行將行李寄存於一樓。櫃台有時會有服務人員，如果不是很重人員服務的，這間公寓式飯店很推薦。

This is an excellent hotel for families to stay in. We stayed in the room with 2 bunks and double bed for adults - there was lots of room for suitcases, and even a dining table and chairs and kitchenette. The location was so central - just a 5 mins walk to 3 different subway stations, and a supermarket next door, and 3 convenience stores for those cheap family breakfasts! This was by far our favourite hotel on our Japan trip - great location in central Tokyo, reasonably priced, and space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommend staying here for a reasonably priced, large sized family room in central Tokyo.

Staff are great, respectable and eager to help. The room is roomy, but the bunk bed was not very comfortable, I wish it was a regular bed. All the amenities inside the room, fridge, stove, washer. It was a pleasant stay overall.

We loved the place. There is a grocery store right across the street that sold A5 wagyu for $10-$15 U.S. dollars per steak. Cooked A 5 wagyu in the room. Washer and dryer in the room. Best place to stay for families.

It’s a self checkin service hotel and it very much feels like you’re actually living in Tokyo! We loved the space and location but definitely don’t expect your room to be cleaned daily or get typical hotel services. We got the room that had a separate sleeping space for our baby and it was perfect for our stay! Great amenities like a kitchen with everything you need to make food, and even a grocery store just across the street, it did feel like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

There was no need to speak with anyone. Everything we needed was right there including a set timer to ensure the toilet seats were heated when using at night and the auto light timers all hands free. The grocery store across the street was amazing and the izakayas were equally as amazing. Nothing beats Canada, but Tokyo is definitely up there in terms of respectful and pleasant, kind people. This was a central place to stay close to everything. Even had a sakura lined street in full bloom and a shrine. It’s was pleasant.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice overall, a good grocery store across the street. For a westerner, since there is not a breakfast culture in Japan and the location is not in such a tourist area there were limited options. Convenient to a few subway lines which was great for getting around.

Having four beds was a plus, don’t pack large though we had four carry on and four backpacks and had to work around them all the time. This is normal as we stayed at two more locations, larger brand names including one at Disney and still had the same issue.
