簡易的な割に高い

画像のイメージと異なり狭かった。平米数を表示がなかった。廊下で話す人の声が聞こえた。ソファベッドのマットとブランケットは長いクッションに入っていたが、シーツはないのが気持ちが悪く、寝心地も硬かった。チェックアウトの際1階は工事が始まりフロントに人はいなく、QRコードでセルフチェックアウト。ホスピタリティは感じられず、とても簡易的な割には高いと感じた。

寒くなる前に屋上で家族と遊ぶためにチェックイン時間に到着した。清掃中で少し待った。しかし、対応してくれたお姉さまが、貸出ゲームを選ばせてくれたり、屋上の説明をしてくれたり、待ち時間は苦痛ではなかった。

最初入室したとき、部屋の清掃が出来ておらず、お菓子のカスや爪など落ちていたが、清掃を頼んだら速やかに掃除してくれました。
その他は施設もキレイで眺めもよく、朝食のパンも美味しかったです。

初日に止まった部屋は棚には埃が溜まっており、使用済みのコンドームの袋がそのまま置いてある、室内に備え付けのカップには埃が溜まっているなど、衛生面に良い印象がありませんでした。

その日の夜、ロフトを使用した子供がベッドが臭いと言い出し、嗅いでみるとベッドリネンから生乾きの雑巾のような匂いがしました。

スタッフに訴えると部屋の交換を提案され、案内されました。３泊の利用で、移動した部屋も最終日には別な予約が入っているとの事で、２日目に徹底した掃除を元の部屋に実施してくれるとの事で翌日元の部屋に戻りました。

翌日は部屋も清潔になっており、ロフトのベッドの臭いも解消していました。

スタッフは親切で、できる限りの代案を考案してくれましたが、そもそもの清掃面のポリシーが会社としてきちんと整備されていないのではと感じました。新築でまだ新しい施設で下町情緒とオシャレな間取りの共存する魅力的なホテルですが、清掃面をもっと考えないと今後一気に質が落ちるように思いました。

遅い到着になったのですがとても親切丁寧に対応してくださり、ホテルもとってもきれいでした。

バンクベッドスイートに宿泊しました。
日夜綺麗な景色、写真よりは実際狭いですが、それでも十分なスペースに、連れて行った母・子ども達も大満足でした。また、利用します！

Ok for a short stay.

We only stayed for two nights. We had a room with a bunk (full size bed in the bottom, twin size bed on top) and a day bed. The room is rather small for two adults and two youth. Found a couple hair on the sheet, therefore give a rating of 3-star as average. The facility looks modern overall, location is close to 7-11, JR station and a street of local eatery.

Breakfast is included though only the same 2 options available everyday. The hotel was compact but room was spacious enough for my family of 3 adults and 2 kids. My boys loved the bunk bed. Hotel is also within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and many restaurants. It is also near the train station and the view of the Sumida River was nice too.

Ruhige Lage

Das Hotel ist nur 6 Gehminuten von Ryogoku Station entfernt. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse.
Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Kleiderschrank.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This property was extremely small. Would not recommend for parties bigger than 3.
If you prefer staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a good location.
They also did offer free laundry, but they only have 1 machine for the entire building.

性價比非常低的酒店

酒店唯一好是裝修新的，但係相對這樣的價錢性價比非常低，基本沐浴後的潤膚霜都冇還收我五星級酒店價錢。
我住的是頂層天台房間，第一天大概晚上七時到他們說天台沒有開因為落雨但是這天整個東京是沒有落雨的很明顯他們不願意開就算落雨天台是我價錢範圍包的所以與天氣是沒關係只是找藉口。

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Enjoyable and very good utilisation of space within the room so it didn't feel cramp. It is a bit further from the city centre but relatively accessible via the trains/metro.

Perfect stay in a calm area but close to a lot of places of interest. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming! I would stay here again in the future.

Great find! Good coffee downstairs

Cute hotel with friendly staff and a great little cafe on the first floor! Room was spotless and perfect for our needs with two kids in tow. The space was well laid-out with a lofted bed providing extra room. Small, but spacious by Japanese hotel standards. The WiFi was super fast, which was a bonus.

The hotel was easy to access, quaint and well kept. The staff working were helpful!

Each morning we received a full breakfast with coffee/juice. We are a family of 4 and started our Japan trip off here.... it will be hard to beat!

La habitación está demasiado pequeña, no se ve así en sus fotos..éramos 3 personas y no cabían nuestras maletas.. por el precio que pague, más de 4000 por noche, podría haber conseguido un mejor hotel, se me hizo caro para lo que era, además de que no se hace la limpieza diaria , ni tender las camas, no fue la mejor experiencia.. lo bueno es su personal que es muy amable y que la regadera tenía buena presión del agua.. la zona está bien y es tranquila, pero podría estar mejor si estuviera más cercana a las estaciones. El desayuno demasiado sencillo.. solo un yoghurt con granola y café.. nuevamente, creí que esta sobrevalorado.

This was nice service from the receptionist, but the room was quite tired with multiple stained seating area cushions. Good if you don’t mind a really tight space, but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone over 30.

Super cute, modern, hipster boutique hotel. Loved the design of the room with bunk beds, large daybed by the window.

Coffee is excellent and it's less than 10min walk to the station which has everything you need.

Quiet small hotel with spacious room. Walking distance to station and food options. Staff were very kind and helpful. I did find it difficult to speak to someone about a question I had prior to checking in. But overall it was a lovely experience staying here.

There was liquid dropped on the floor when we checked in and the sofa has stains. They cleaned floor but couldn't clean the sofa so we had to ask bed sheet to cover the stains. Good thing of the hotel is very quite.

Lovely room designed with modern bunk beds. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan which 3 were 4.5 stars standard, my 8 years old son actually loved this hotel the most due to the lovely bunk beds design!

The room is not too big but enough to accommodate 4 sleepers comfortably (though limited space for luggage). It has a lovely sofa by the window where you get to see the river and bridge next to the hotel.

Great quality beds, clean room, the staff at the receptions are very helpful and friendly. It's about 12 minutes walk to the Ryogoku Station. Will recommend if you are looking for simple, modern design and doesn't want to break the bank. We stayed here for a night at the end of our holiday before going to Narita Airport to catch our flight back to London.

Great place to stay on the edge of Ginza. The room was great as was the breakfast. The bar/reception area provided a nice spot to spend some time in in the evening. Also provided luggage storage if needed.

A good easy spot to stay on the first night in Tokyo. Also conveniently located on the trainline for both airports. Wish we'd stayed there at the end of our trip too!

Great hotel, more than comfortable for our family of 4. Was great it had Netflix etc you could log into for the kids to ease them off to sleep. Easy check in and departure. Close to two different train stops. Lovely view over the river.

Little hotel

Staff was helpful. Quiet location, pretty close to train and metro stations 8-12 minutes.
Rooms are very small.
Breakfast is poor. Only 2 options.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed.

Super fint værelse. Vi blev opgraderet uden beregning og generelt var personalet rigtig søde. Desværre var tagterrassen på intet tidspunkt ledigt under vores ophold / den skal åbenbart reserveres på forhånd. Morgenmaden enkel og lækker.
Gåafstand til metro og andre seværdigheder.

Fint hotell, men väldigt små rum.

Fint och rent hotel, men väldigt små rum med väldigt lite förvaring! Man får intrycket av att det finns en takterrass som alla kan utnyttja, men det är bara sviterna som har tillgång till dessa.

적당한 가격에 편히 쉬다 왔어요.

객실이 좁은 편이었으나 2층 침대가 있어 4인 가족 지내는 데 큰 어려움은 없었고, 지하철 역도 걸어다닐 만 했습니다. 조용한 주택가에 위치해 있어서 밤에 시끄럽지도 않았고 조금만 걸어가면 편의점이 있어서 간식거리 사기도 좋았습니다. 다만 우리 가족이 머문 객실은 화장실에서 약간 하수구 냄새가 올라와서 별점 하나 깎았습니다.

Clean comfortable and great view!

Just wrapped up 6 nights here. About half way through our stay we upgraded to a bigger room. We had two adults and 2 children. Try to get the queen bunk room if you have more than 3 people because the smaller room is a little tight (doable, but the bigger room had a nice sitting area that made a big difference). The staff we super nice and helpful.
