フロントにあるスタッフの方おすすめの近所の飲食店の冊子も素晴らしいです。
京都の情報を親切に教えてくださいます。

清潔で、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。周辺は静かで部屋でゆっくりすることもでき、チェックアウトの1時間延長(有料)の対応もできました。フリードリンクの種類が豊富で、ちょっとした軽食も食べれるのも良かったです。また、京都に来た際は泊まりたいです。

駅近でとてもいいし、また利用したい。

オープン初日にたまたま宿泊しました。バスはないけど、大きなシャワーでしたし、ベッドも広く快適でした。宿泊費も安い方ではないでしょうか??
残念ながら、フリーで飲食できるスペースにはおじゃま出来ませんでしたが、次回は利用してみたいです。

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and well designed bathrooms. Soothing colours and decor. I liked the location as it was a short walk from many points of interest and a subway stop but outside of the tourist zone.

Cute little hotel. Very clean. Nice bathrooms. I LOVED the fact that there was onsite coin laundry. They also had a nice afternoon lounge with some drinks and snacks. Breakfast selection was limited, but freshly prepared.

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, it was fantastic!! I stayed with my 2 teens (we know they can be ahem a challenge to delight) and they are raving too! Loads of space, huge well appointed room and bathroom, fabulous lounge which we took full advantage of. Really walkable, delightful staff and breakfast to die for. We will be back for sure!!

Must stay hotel in Kyoto!

The General Kyoto Shijo is the best hotel! This is my second time staying there and it did not disappoint. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to Nishiki market and lots of other amazing sites in Kyoto.

Cute Boutique Hotel

We only stayed here for 1 night but it was a pleasure. The staff is so nice and wonderful. They had our room ready as soon as we got here well before check in time. They also honored our “VIP” status and gave us free breakfast for 2. Additionally, the lounge offers free snacks and beverages throughout the day, including alcohol. Overall, we loved it. I highly recommend

This is an excellent hotel, with a small, but lovely lounge. We received a call the morning after checking in that our status with Expedia provided free breakfast. This was very nice. The staff are excellent. Would stay again.

The General Kyoto is a lovely property with a very helpful staff. They made our stay everything we could hope for. Their front desk people were a great help in every thing we needed. Highly recommend it.

My stay at the general kyoto was my favorite of my travels. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with special requests. The hotel was very clean and offered many amenities, and it was very affordable. Cannot recommend enough!!

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The staff were great and very friendly. The room was clean, spacious and updated - and the bed was comfortable. Our favourite part was the bar and snacks that were available in the afternoon/evening plus the breakfast :)

They had a nice and quiet lounge to relax and enjoy some snacks with the added comfort of reliable internet to do some work. The location is convenient to getting around Kyoto either by walking, bus, or train.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very new and slightly larger than your standard room in Japan. Beds were comfy, bathroom was spectacular, and the lounge had free drinks and snacks. About a 10 minute walk from the subway. Would highly recommend this place!

Comfortable, Modern Stay with free drinks!

Great stay at The General Kyoto - an easy 15 minute walk to a great dining/restaurant area and the Gion District. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room and a nice bonus of a Lounge with free (!) drinks and snacks during the day and cocktails, snacks & desserts at night.

우선 방이 이쁨.
공간이 넓어서 큰 캐리어도 펼쳐 둘 수 있고 이동에 불편함 없음. 캐리어 여러개 동시에 펼칠 수 있음.
직원분들이 매우 친절함. 영어로 소통 가능.
라운지에 웰컴 드링크와 간식들 비치되어있음.

Bien situé près de la station de metro Shijo l( deux station de la gare de Kyoto) le personnel est aidant , courtois et nous a suggéré de bons restaurants autour, chambre agréable et éclairée. Bon petit déjeuner inclus. Arigato goseimasu

룸 컨디션 너무 좋고, 일반적인 호텔 분위기가
아니라 약간 일본식으로 꾸며져서 좋았습니다.
룸 청결하고 마실 수 있는 차와 커피가 있었어요. (물은 없어요) 욕실에 가운도 끈이 아니라 원피스 타입이라 편하더라구요.
저희는 시간이 안 맞아 이용하지 못했지만 2층 라운지에서 간단한 음료를 무료 제공한다고 하더라구요 (무려
일본에서!!!)
다만 방에 커튼이나 블라인드가 없어서 이른 아침부터 눈이 떠져서 그것만 빼면 다 좋았습니다.
직원분들 모두 친절하시구요.

근처에 니시키 시장도 가깝고 역도 가까워서 교토 다시 간다면 또 묵을 의사도 있습니다.

我們大約下午一時到步。房間準備好就可以提早 check in。職員親切有禮。

房間整潔。環境寧靜。設有自己的 lounge.

地鐵站步行約七分鐘。附近有巴士站能去到清水寺祇等地方。不遠處有很多食肆，每晚我都外出宵夜。但店舖較早關門。

價錢合理。

唯獨是沒有自設的浴場。

As soon as we walked in we got a very warm welcome at the reception. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered to help us with our luggage. During our stay we felt very well taken care of. The hotel itself has a modern look but still had a warm feel. Its about 7 to 10 mins walk to the Nishiki market and again 7 to 10 mins to the nearest subway station. Theres snacks and tea/drinks available in the lounge which were free to have. Id definitely recommend staying here, and I'll becoming back myself in the future.

전체적인 분위기는 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 도움이 필요할때마다 친절하게 도와주시고 했습니다. 위치도 좋아서 니시키 시장 및 이동을 할때마다 좋았고, 근처에 백화점도 있어서 위치가 좋은 편입니다. 조식이 조금은 아쉬웠지만, 저녁에 라운지에서 간단한 식음료가 제공이 되어서 좋았습니다. Room 내부 조건은 좋았고, 살짝 아쉬운점은 침대 밑을 조금 더 신경써서 청소를 해주었으면 합니다.
