Ho soggiornato al Flower Terrace Shinjuku e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia scelta. Questo hotel, che merita a pieno le sue cinque stelle, è l'opzione perfetta per chi cerca un mix di convenienza, comfort e una posizione strategica a Tokyo.

Il Flower Terrace Shinjuku si trova in una posizione invidiabile, nel vivace quartiere di Shinjuku. A pochi passi dall'hotel si trova la stazione della metropolitana Higashi-Shinjuku. È importante notare che non si tratta di una stazione JR, quindi chi arriva con il Japan Rail Pass dovrà fare una breve passeggiata di circa 1,4 km per raggiungerla, ma la comodità della metro nelle immediate vicinanze compensa ampiamente questo piccolo dettaglio.

La zona circostante è un vero paradiso per i viaggiatori: pullula di ristoranti, caffè e locali notturni, offrendo infinite opportunità per esplorare la vita notturna e la gastronomia locale. Le linee della metropolitana sono incredibilmente ben collegate, rendendo semplice raggiungere qualsiasi altra parte della città.

Una delle prime cose che ho notato è che la struttura non è presidiata da un desk di accoglienza, ma questo non è affatto un problema. Anzi, è evidente che i gestori hanno pensato a ogni singolo dettaglio per garantire un soggiorno impeccabile e senza intoppi. La comunicazione è stata chiara e puntuale prima e durante il nostro arrivo.
L'hotel è nuovo. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, in particolare la lavatrice è stata utilissima.

Shinjuku is the entertainment and red light area, be aware of this when booking.

The Hotel itself and its communication was great - very detailed instrucrions, check in, check out, all automated. We had everything we need and are fully satisfied with our stay.

We loved our stay here. The accommodation is quite spacious and very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze and the amenities provided were great. There were umbrellas to borrow at the front and being able to do laundry was a bonus.

Excellent location just 1 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, 1 minute from the supermarket and right above a convenience store. You can walk to downtown Shinjuku in 12 minutes and it's off a main road where there are lots of buses (we took one to go to Shibuya). The check-in and check-out are done on an iPad in the entrance, and they give you the entry codes for the building and for your apartment. It was quick and easy.

The apartment was great, it was exceptionally clean with plenty of toiletries, toilet rolls, detergent for the washing machine, coffee sachets and slippers. Lots of household items included for your convenience, like a huge lint roller, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, clothes hangers, drying rack for small items. The washing machine was great, and I loved the heater/fan in the bathroom where you can set it to 'dry' mode and it will dry your wet clothes in a few hours. There's a kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric stove and cutlery and utensils for cooking. I loved that there were 3 sinks (in the toilet, next to the shower room and in the kitchen) so it meant no one had to wait to brush their teeth.

There are many detailed instructions (with photos) showing you how to open the sofa beds, use the electronics, how to sort/dump the rubbish, and even recommendations for local shops and restaurants. Easy access to room. Great communication, even notified us we could access the room earlier. They had plenty of amenities and umbrellas to borrow. The drying room was great. Luggage storage was ideal for us leaving late in the day.

A very clean flat at a central place.

Very central (near Higashi Shinjuku Metro Station). Very clean. There is no reception but instructions for check in, check our as well as for the use of flat were very clear. Washing mashine and active drying possibility in the bathroom was very valuable for us.

Awesome stay! Checkin and checkout were seamless. Convenient location near metro station. Very clean, and literally has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We like the super market across from the street and convenience store just downstairs. The Sukiya place is literally next door that offers 24H beef rice and other food - perfect for solving the hunger while dealing with jet lag lol

Perfect apartment for a family of 4, right in the nice part of Shinjuku and so close to the train station. I would definitely recommend staying here. Check-in was super easy. We loved the drying room in the shower. So easy to do a load of washing then hang it in there to dry. Thanks for an awesome stay : )

Great location with walkable access to all the local points of interest and several train stations. Rooms were well appointed and lovely and clean. We had 2 adults in one room and were very comfortable but 4 adult children were a bit tight in the second room. Was a great option for the 6 of us though. Nice quiet location. Would stay again.

Our family had a perfect stay at the property. It's very convenient: close to the subway station, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife area. We can wash and dry clothes inside the room! Would definitely stay there again when we're in Tokyo next time.

This place is great. It was clean, spacious and the location was great. Subway station is very close, but also you could to Shinjuku in 10 min. I would highly recommend this. If you are a gamer the Square Enix office in literally the next building. Very cool building and worth checking out.

Great location, with an easy (10 minute) walk to Shinjuku train station. Good dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a Family Mart directly next door for convenience.
Self check-in/check-out is very easy on the iPad in the lobby and can be done at any time given that no staff are needed to be present.
Fit 2 adults and 2 children (<12) comfortably.
All up, an excellent option if you want to stay in Shinjuku.

This was a great place to stay. No one at the lobby. They send you a code and you use it to enter.

The room itself was well stocked, and had sofas that could be converted to beds. The bathroom was well stocked with a washer. This did not dry the clothes fully and you had to hang the clothes to dry.

Small kitchen which we did not use. There is a Mini mart right next door and a bust stop and subway stop in walking distance.

Well-designed flat that makes the absolut most of the space available. Nice balcony and well lit space.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews

We woke up in the middle of the night because our shower smelled like sewage. The dust in the AC unit messed with our sinuses badly. It was way too small for three people. The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on so we had to share the actual bed. Not sure why this place has such high reviews.

We recently stayed at Flower Terrace in Shinjuku during our Tokyo trip and had a great experience. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and within easy reach of convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a big plus after busy days exploring the city.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washer/dryer, kitchenette, and comfortable beds. The space was thoughtfully arranged and perfect for a family of four. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the hosts was clear and prompt.

One small note is that the bathroom area is a bit compact, but that’s expected in Tokyo. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great Area Super Clean!

Super convenient location and the interior of the hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a Family Mart right outside and you’re close enough for walking distance but far enough for a quiet area from Golden Gai. There is a luggage service as well so they can ship it to and from hotels/airports. They’re also super helpful if you have questions as there’s an iPad you can chat with them. Contactless check in rocks!

Having a washing machine and a drying room is so useful doing laundry at the end or in the middle of the trip. Location is superb… close to shinjuku but not in the middle of it. Subway stop is just few steps away.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og alt hvad vi havde brug for til 4 dages ophold i Tokyo. Tæt på tog stationer, indkøb, shopping, restauranter og templer. Vi kunne ovenikøbet vaske tøj og tørre det i tørrerummet, i lejligheden.
Vi var fuldt ud tilfredse med vores ophold og vi vil anbefale stedet til alle vi kender:)

Great location! Within walking distance from major Shinjuku shopping and dining area. 2 mins walk from supermarket and 5 mins walk from Fukushima Line station and 4 stops from Shibuya. Although hotel had no lobby helpful staff was available on site and a phone call away. Thank you!! The in-room laundry washer and bathroom dryer saved time and hassle-free. Able to use provided locks at bottom of stairs on the ground floor or outside of hotel room entrance to store luggages when arriving early before check in time and after early checkout. Will definitely come stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

Great services from the time we arrived through the time we checked out. All amenities were available. Although there was no lobby but some of the staff were present or just a phone call away! Loved the ability to do in-room laundry. It saved a lot of time and headaches. Located about 10 mins walk from major Shinjuku main shopping and eating area! Will come back and stay here again!

Segundo periodo en el que estuvimos alojados en este establecimiento durante nuestro viaje. Al ya tener experiencia para realizar la entrada no nos fue difícil. El contacto con el hotel lo realizamos siempre a través de correo electrónica. No hay recepción en la entrada pero no tuvimos inconvenientes.
Mi comentario puede ser el mismo que el anterior. Muy buena zona para alojarse, bien comunicado. Cómodo, con espacio reducido pero suficiente para alojar 4 personas. Dispone de lavadora, pequeño frigorífico, microondas, así como algunos platos y cubiertos, fregader y cocina elçectrica (que no usamos)
Sin duda hotel recomendable si se visita Tokio en familia.

호텔닷컴에 올라와 있는 사진은 실제보다 훨씬 넓어 보입니다.. 물론 실제 스펙이 아닌 사진으로 착각한 나의 잘못도 있지만.. 숙소 크기는 아쉬웠습니다.

Wonderful experience. Communication was excellent with prompt responses from owner/ management office. Ability to do laundry and dry it was great. There was 2 adults and 2 children during our stay and we did not feel cramped so all.

Even if the place was just 32sqm, it had everything i needed for a nice stay w my 2 children...3 beds (2 were sofabed), a fridge, kitchensink. 2 pax would have been perfect for its size. Separate area for toilet and shower. Mariko showed us the storage area to get more pillows. We also love the location and it was less than 5 minutes to the bus and subway. Unlimited coffee sachets, free slippers and toothbruth and you can borrow umbrellas. Then family Mart was right beside us. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

I came in early and they were super accommodating by allowing us to check in early. There were pre-filled out Yamato sheets to help out, especially if it's your first time filling out these forms.

Dejligt sted

Meget ren og central beliggenhed. Roligt kvarter. Tog og bus tæt på. Family mart lige udenfor. Nemt at finde og nemt at tjekke ind og ud. Vi var 4 voksne og 1 barn. Når dobbelt sengen er slået ud er der ikke meget plads, men vi skulle bare sove der. Toilet og bad for sig en fordel når man er 5. Der er vaskemaskine og man kan tørre tøj på badeværelset. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.

The property was very clean. If you happen to see the staff there they are very helpful and provide great service if needed. One of the amenities that was very useful was the washer/dryer.

The property is within walking distance to the train.

We enjoyed our stay as it was clean and the amenities we needed were readily available for our use, better than regular hotels. It was also near the train station and convenience stores. It was walkable to shopping areas and restaurants. We will stay there again if and when we visit Tokyo.

Excellent property and location in the heart of Shinjuku Was able to conveniently access the luxury shopping areas and dining in Shinjuku. The subway station was just 2-mins away. Tokyo.
Although the room was small for 3 people (with the sofa-bed unfolded), there was just about enough room to walk around.
It had a good washing machine with the shower/bath area used for warm-air drying. Small but great kitchenette and refrigerator. Room had a great AC. Easy check-in and check-out on the console in the lobby.

Self check in and out are a little bit awkward, we like interacting with people.
Otherwise, absolutely no objection.

Too small and the linens need to be changed

Although it claims sleep for three and has a bed , a sofa bed and single sofa becomes a bed, but the room is so small that literally made impossible or difficult for three people to sleep in it. The linen sheets are thin and worn and not clean so are the blanket. We stayed very uncomfortable three nights. The positive side is the hotel has easy self check in and out also a convenient location. The Shinjuku shopping district and subway is within walking distance.
