建物の構造が悪く上の階の喋り声、歩く重い振動音が気になるほどうるさかった。それ以外民泊宿としてはとても良かった。

阪神櫻川站2號出口，連馬路也不用過就能直走5分鐘內路程可到達。交通非常方便，距離難波只有1個站。去奈良40分鐘左右車程直達。民宿旁邊有露天停車場，民宿附近有麥當勞和超市以及一些餐廳。民宿是一層一間，不會有隔壁鄰居。有2間房，一間房是一張雙人床和一張單人床，另一間是榻榻米房，洗澡和洗手間分開，有洗衣機。

Hotel location is easy to find, close to a supermarket and Dotonbori. Room is decent, not on the spacious side, very clean, well equipped with laundry machine and all the kitchen necessities but no proper dining table. Can be noisy on the weekend because the roads are used by motorcycle yankies. Overall, my family is very pleased with our stay.

Great Stay

This property is so close to alot of things. The 7-11 was 1 min away which we loved. Dotonbori was amazing and just a few minutes away. This property has everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. We'll be back and will book here. Thank you

房間跟照片一樣 乾淨明亮整潔 廚房跟浴室設備很齊全

離車站很近 櫻川站旁邊就有一間超市買回家煮非常方便

有洗衣機跟浴室暖氣真的很棒 晚上洗完澡上衣服就乾了

可以不用帶太多衣服 節省行李廂空間可以買更多東西~~

有個小小缺點~前面就是大馬路 晚上會常常有消防車 救護車經過 早睡的人會覺得吵 晚睡的如我們就覺得還好11點過後就不吵了

有問題房東都會很快的回覆 真的是很好的住宿體驗

Minor annoyances for me:
Street noise, light sleepers will find this to be a problem.
Futons in first bedroom are a little thin, I used 2 for double thickness to sleep on.
Second bedroom has too many beds (1 double, 1 twin) making it too crowded to even walk around.
The unit has a washing machine, but no dryer. To dry the clothes you put them on hangers, hang in the enclosed shower and turn on the heater-ventilator. Clothes are dry in about 2 hours. Works well, but you still have to put everything on hangers, which takes more work than just throwing the clothes in a dryer. I took my washed clothes to the laundromat a few doors away.

Everything else was very good. Clean and well stocked.

The property was clean and tidy - easy checkin and easy to communicate with the property managers we enjoyed our stay here. The only recommendation i would have is if you are staying here try and keep the front windows closed as occasionally there can be some loud traffic.

Doesnt affect the property but can be jarring in the early hours.

TV is too small (20in or less) and TV does not allow Youtube link (non-Smart TV).

Location is good. 20mins walk to Namba Station and 15mins walk to AEON shopping mall at Dome City Osaka.

A 15 mins walk to the Osaka Loop train station as well.

There is a grocery store across the junction and a 7-eleven 2 mins away.

The apartment isn't well insulated from noise so you will hear ambulance, loud cars and motorbikes and the modified cars/motorbikes are really loud in Osaka.

There are mosquitoes and maybe bedbugs in the apartment. My family was bitten with more than 40 bites all together (family of 4 in late September).

Some pillows (the yellow coloured ones) were smelly. The pillow cases were probably never washed or changed.

One thing we liked is that there is only one apartment per floor so you get good privacy. There is only 10 floors so the lifts are not busy at all times. We only encounter fellow guests once during our 7 nights there.

However you can hear activities (foot fall etc) from one floor up.

The use of a physical key is a outdated way to enter the apartment. Electronics locks should be the way to go.

Overall still good value for money but I would not stay again due to the mosquito (or bedbugs) bites.

窗簾的遮光性不夠，晚上睡覺外面的路燈會照進房間，而且剛日出房間就很亮，對淺眠的人較不方便，其他都很好。

Clean but small

The place was clean and tidy however small for our family of 5. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable and it hard to get around the beds and didn’t have enough space to put our luggage. Overall we wouldn’t stay again here as it was too small for us.

Practical, clean and decent flat

Very practical, clean and decent flat. No fuss. Walking distance to station. Vending machine at front of the building is cheap too . 3 days stay. Nice to have one unit per storey so more privacy.

Apartamento cerca de NAMBA

Apartamento con una habitación con cama doble y cama individual justitas y un salon donde entran muy muy justo 3 futones (mejor 2) quitando la mesa japonesa del salón.
Al menos ducha separada de WC aunque sólo hay lavabo en la ducha y también lavadora.
Justo de menaje, porque de algunas cosas sólo hay 3 o 4. Bueno que hay 3 aires acondicionados. Apartamento tiene bastante luz y con los aires se puede aguantar el calor.
En principio puede acomodar hasta 6 personas, pero muy muy justito y teniendo las maletas cerradas y acumuladas en la cocina.

5인가족이 머물렸는데 편안하고 너무 좋았습니다. 에어컨, 세탁기 등 모든 시설이 만족 스러웠습니다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 미리 체크인 방법에 대해 사전 공지를 해 주셨으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 메일을 확인 하지 못한 상태에서 숙소 1층에 도착해서 닫혀있는 문을 보고 한참을 당황했네요. 더운 날씨에 가족들 모두 밖에서 한참을 서 있었네요. 다행히 호스트와 통화가 되어 문제는 바로 해결할수 있었지먼요. 이 부분은 사전 공지를 해 주시는 것이 좋을 듯 합니더. 나머지는 거의 다 좋았습니다.

The apartment is smaller than expected but the location is good for you to travel around Osaka. The metro station is just 1-2 mins walk and you can access to Namba is just one stop. Dining choice is very limited but there are convenience stores in 3 mins walking distance. Good for couples and small family with limited budget.

Newer and clean unit. Close to subway station, restaurants and convenient stores. Very friendly and accommodating host. We got there earlier than check in time and he let us store our luggage in the unit so we didn’t have to haul the luggage around town. The unit was ready and he let us checked in lot earlier than expected. Super nice. Highly recommended!

Fin leilighet, koselig greit opphold!

Fint opphold i en rolig del av Osaka. Litt støy fra gaten på kvelden, men rolig på natten. Perfekt for 2 eller 3 personer!
Mulighet for matlaging, men et lite spiseområde på kjøkkenet. Terommet var eneste oppholdsrom, så ingen stue.
Funket uansett fint for oss.

We stayed in this apartment with our family of 5 and it was a little cosy but fine if you just want a place to sleep. The washing machine was convenient and we loved the option to dry clothes quickly with the bathroom ventilation system. There was nowhere for a family to sit together and eat without packing up the bedding each day, but the kitchen and fridge/freezer were a good size. Good access to shops, restaurants and multiple train stations. A little noisy being on a busy street.

Small and quaint. Clean, and close to two train stations, which made it very convenient for us. There’s a Lawson, 7-11, and a small grocery mart down stairs and less than a 5 minute walk. There’s also a laundromat less than 2 min walk which was helpful since it rained during our stay. Very secure system to enter/exit. Loved our stay.

Close to transport, grocery, convenience stores and cafes. It is a very convenient location to move around Osaka. Comfortable beds but traffic noise was loud at night with motorbikes and police and ambulance sirens.

After some issues with initial contact, check-in went smoothly. Arrived at 9PM, retrieved my key, and went up to the room. Each unit is the whole floor, so no knocking walks. Unit was secure, very clean/bright, well-equipped, and looked like a recent build. Could’ve fix 6 in this unit easily, so for the 2 of us, the space was ample. Things to note: 1) HS line train station exit 2 is 100 yds from your front door—very convenient. 2) A 7-11 is a 100 yds in the other direction. Stopped there right after dropping bags in the room. 3) a coin laundry is on the way to the train station. Will need this if you want to machine-dry your clothes. Idiots like to review their mopeds at odd-hours of the AM & when others are checking in you can sometimes hear it. But other than that, we had no issues at all. Good price vs. Staying at a hotel, hot water, AC, washing machine/fridge/microwave/gas stove, elevator access, and building security, coupled with location a few minutes from Dotonbori made this a big winner for us.

Had an excellent stay here. It's conveniently located to the train station, coffee shop and restaurants. You have the whole apartment floor yourself. Loved the option of sleeping on a futon or on a bed. Can also do your laundry or cook a meal. Will definitely stay again when I visit Osaka.

Cute little apartment with kitchen, laundry, wet shower/bathtub combo. Love that the bathroom was separate with bidet. The beds are comfortable, but awkward since no space to walk or open the closet to use. The tea room/tatami was a nice touch. Not sure who was on the above floor but they were stomping or making a lot of noise after 11pm. The check in process took awhile because i didnt get the keycode by email. They said they sent it but i recieved everything but that. It was frustrating as it took like 30 mins and 3 calls. First call no answer. Second someone said something in japanese and hung up. Third time 3 people barely speak english so it wqs a little frustrating since we were tired. But after that was cleared up we enjoyed our stay. The expedia says dotonbori is 16 min walk away. It was like a 25 min walk. Other than that the subway is close by along with several convenience stores.

We lost our phone and didn't have the lock box code. Contacted the building representative. And he was nice to meet us at 11pm and give us the code for the apartment key. So above and beyond normal service. Would definitely stay there again. Also, it slept four adults with ease. Perfect experience.
