室内が乾燥していて設置されていた加湿器では不十分だった。それ以外はとても清潔で広く必要最低限で過不足ないサービスで快適だった。

とてもおしゃれで清潔感がある。浴室に広い洗い場があるので、子連れにはとても助かった。トイレの壁紙や家具など、洗練されていて豪華さもあった。また宿泊したい。

近くに駐車場もたくさんあり、駅も近いことで利便性がよく、立地的にもおすすめします。部屋は清潔で広さも十分にあり、エアコンも効くし、不便なことは何もありませんでした。チェックイン、アウトも簡単でよかったです。また利用したいと思います。

ホテルの前に駐車場が有り三が日でも料金は変わらず良かったです。
室内もお風呂も広くて良かったです。
チェックアウトも簡単でスムーズに出れたのも良かったです。

全般的に、良かった。
最近、朝食ががっかりすることが多いので、逆に、朝食のサービスも無いホテルを選択し、正解でした。
騒音も気にならなく、良かった。
クチコミが良い理由がわかったような気がしました。

家族旅行で宿泊させて頂きましたが、子供達も部屋に大満足で過ごしやすいくつろげるお部屋でした。

目の前にコインパーキングがあるし、駅も近いし良かったです。

10月に行きましたが、ロビーにハロウィンのツリーがあったりして可愛かったし、チェックイン時に子供達にちょっとしたお菓子を下さったりと心配りがありがたかったです。

前の宿泊客のゴミがゴミ箱に入ったままだったが部屋や、トイレ、浴室などは清掃が行き届いていてとても綺麗でした。
目の前にコインパーキングもあり広島駅までも近く、良かったです。
スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
また広島に来る際は利用したいです。

家族旅行で利用させて頂きました。場所はナビで直ぐに分かりました。駐車場は目の前にコインパーキングがあり、今回週末利用で1400円でした。チェックイン時の対応も凄く良く、安心出来ました。1階の部屋でしたが、綺麗で広さも充分でしたし、アメニティも全く問題無かったです。コスパは高いです！一応マイナス面も。夜お好み焼きを食べに行くのにお店を紹介して頂いたのですが、要予約で入れず結局広島駅まで歩きました。それと部屋に設置してあったドライヤーが使用中に壊れてしまいました。退館時に伝えて謝罪されました。でもまた広島に伺った際には利用したいです！

とても広くて綺麗なお部屋でした。トイレと浴室・洗面が別々なのも良かったです。
駅近なのも、周辺に豊富な飲食店も、コンビニもあって便利でした。
また機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Nagi hotel is a very small hotel and there was only 2 other units on our same floor. We had a great room with ample space for our luggage and unwinding after a long day out exploring. The housekeeping service was good and it took us a moment to understand how their luggage storage system works but it wasn't complicated and we really appreciated they stored our luggage when we were away. We had a short stay so we didn't explore the neighborhood much but it is about 7-10min walk to Hiroshima station and 3-5 minutes to the cable car style bus station which is convenient for getting around town. I would definitely recommend staying here especially with the room size we had which is great for 2 persons. It was like staying in our own Japanese apartment and less like a hotel.

Assez près de la gare et des boutiques. Il y a des vélos électriques à louer à la porte de l’hôtel qui s’est avéré très pratique pour se promener dans la ville et se rendre aux attractions sans prendre le métro ou le train. Chambre de belle dimension et salle de bain propre grande et fonctionnelle. Je le recommande puisqu’il s’agit d’un établissement coquet et ayant très peu de chambre par étage. Cela rend le séjour intime et agréable.

Great stay

The room was fabulous, would happily have stayed more nights. Great value for money and all the things you needed. Staff were friendly. Very close to Hiroshima station. A great find and definitely recommend.

It was great!

Our hotel stay was excellent. The name however implies a bar (lounge) or restaurant which there was none. A minor misunderstanding on our part. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Hiroshima.

The hotel room is quite spacious for the four of us (4 adults) and comes with a wonderful range of amenities, including tea, coffee, and more (unlimited). Pyjamas and phone charging cables are also provided. They have spacious bathrooms wich separate from the toilet. Bed or mattress is very comfortable as well as the pillows. There are 2 pillows for each of us. The room is very comfortable and warm.

Since we arrived too early for check-in, we were able to store our luggages first, allowing us to explore without any hassle. When we went back to the hotel, our luggages already in our room.
The staff is friendly and very polite but I wish they speak in English a little bit more so we can communicate much easier.

The property location is close to the car street stop. The rest is a little distance but it's walking distance.
Definitely recommend the hotel for those looking for a spacious room.

Very close to station, less than 10 minutes across the bridge and road. Big room, pyjamas provided, water dispenser provided.

It is a small hotel but the executive twin room is big enough to fit our family of 4 adults. The only downside is without laundry facility and the nearest is probably 10 minutes walk. The hotel also charges extra for room cleaning/make up room, but free service for change of towels and clearing of trash.

Beds were comfy with very warm duvets. The bathroom/shower was exceptionally nice and clean. Juding by the room, the place looks new or recently renovated. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel just a short walk from Hiroshima Station. The room is larger than average for most Japanese hotels, clean, and quiet; there’s also free amenities and water downstairs. Another plus, the hotel is entirely smoke-free. You can find plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby too. Whenever I return to Hiroshima, I definitely would stay here again!

Bästa hotellet jag någonsin bott på

Personalen var både servicevänliga och personliga. Bästa servicen jag någonsin varit med om.

Mysigt hotell med stora rymliga rum. Ångrar att vi inte stannande ytterligare en natt.

Bra läge dessutom!

Kommer definitivt komma tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Japan.

This hotel was a gem. It is small and hard to find at first, but inside is super cozy, decorated with minimalistic but thoughtful, well designed furnitures. Room was big for a Japanese hotel room. Everything was meticulously cleaned. It’s super walkable from the JR Hiroshima station. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and eager to help.
