外国の方にお勧めホテル

日本人の宿泊客は少ないようです。外国の方には使い勝手の良いホテルかもしれません。地下鉄の駅から少し遠いので雨降っていると大変かもしれません。駐車場の制限がありますので、近隣のコインパーキングを使用しなければなりません。１泊5,000円の料金が発生します。

水廻り特にバスルームが気に入りました。
清潔感も有りルーム内ではとても快適でした。

但し、ツインルームとはいえベッドサイズが少し小さく感じました。

それと、施設内にマッサージ等のサービスが無いので外部に依頼し、入室して貰う旨フロントに依頼しましたが、了承得られなかった事が残念でした。

それ以外は快適に過ごすこと出来ました。
有難う御座いました。

Hotel seems new, friendly and helpful staff, however the room size is very small and the amenities were not good. We had large luggage and really struggled to manage in the room. Not all amenities were placed in the room rather you need yo get it from the reception. Eg: shower capIf you need a shower cap, not very practical.

The property was nice. Staff was friendly and the bar opened late so we got to end our night with amazing drinks. The room was spacious and bathroom was nice :)! Def will come back, there’s lot of hotels that says king bed but not king in Japan but this property def had king bed for us’

Just a fantastic hotel! Comfortable rooms, great lobby, nice breakfast, and wonderful neighborhood with an easy walk to some great restaurants and easy access to the train. Staff was friendly and so engaging!

Prima verblijf als afsluiting van onze rondreis door Japan. Een hoop hotels gehad en deze was naar ons idee het meest luxe van allemaal. Tevens het meest westers kwamen we achter, wat ontzettend fijn was.
Ontbijt vonden we behoorlijk prijzig voor wat er aangeboden werd aan assortiment. Maar wel smakelijk ontbeten.

首先酒店房間、浴室非常整潔，房間寬敞和設計新穎。雖然自肋早餐食物選擇一般，但食物味道不錯。前台服務員很樂意聆聽客人需要。她們態度誠懇和很有禮貌，面帶笑容，非常親切。酒店附近有個公園，步行約10 分鐘內可到達。沿途都有少量食肆和步行大約5分鐘有Aeon 超市。出酒店門口左右兩邊都有地鐵站。又或可步行30分鐘可以去到大阪城公園和梅田嘅百貨公司，如阪急、阪神。整體來說我們十分滿意這間酒店。

Great!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Spacious rooms, modern, and clean rooms, when compared to many other hotels in major cities of Japan. Beds were fairly uncomfortable and pillows definitely need an upgrade but besides that, this was our favorite hotel during a larger trip across Japan.

This hotel feels geared more towards stays for business than leisure. If you’re looking to be a tourist be prepared to take transport each time you want to go somewhere. Staff were great however! Friendly and helpful.

職員親切有禮，雙床房間隔寬敞舒適，有足夠空間放置行李，房間附送的瓶裝水不錯。床很舒服，不過枕頭有點偏軟偏薄。自助早餐菜式選擇不算太多，但可以無限單點奄列（歐姆蛋）等蛋類，另外有自助窩夫（華夫餅）機，好吃又好玩。沒有自助洗衣機，需要洗衣服的旅客可能要留意。

Hotel room is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. While the hotel is not close to major attractions or shopping centres, it is a short walk to a subway station and only couple stations from the main tourist area.

Modern and comfortable hotel close to metro statio

Super comfortable and beautiful hotel, a few minutes to a metro station. There’s a family mart nearby and a good supermarket in front of the metro station (higobashi).
Breakfast was reallly good too and they had ice and water on each floor.
And finally, they allowed us to stay in one of our rooms until 4pm on the day of check out and we were very grateful.

후기가 많지않아 걱정했지만 완벽한숙소!

여행내내 있을 숙소라 마음에 들지 않을까봐 걱정했는데 너무 좋았습니다.
룸컨디션이 중요한 저에게 딱이였어요! 낯선곳에서 잠을 잘 못자는 우리가족은 이 호텔에서 완벽히 잠들었어요. 덕분에 여행내내 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 호텔에만가면 매우건조하여 목이 아팠는데 가습공기청정기가 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 직원분들도 친절해서 덕분에 여행내내 행복했어요.
오사카에 가게되면 또 들를께요. 감사합니다.

We enjoyed our stay at Voco Osaka Central. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel is located right near the subway. While the immediate area has a handful of restaurant options, most visitors will want to travel down to Dotonbori or other locations for food and entertainment. The subway made this easy.

Overall, one of the better hotels I stayed at in Japan (I was there for 3 weeks, and stayed in about 5 hotels).
Bed was very comfortable.
Staff English proficiency was refreshing.
Definitely will stay again if in Osaka

New comfortable hotel

We were a couple staying for three nights in a corner room.
Service was very good. New, fresh and really stylish design. Bed gives a “heaven” feeling. Room was perfectly made up.
Had Japanese breakfast one morning and that was fine. Quiet surroundings but with many restaurants and bars. If you want to stay very close to Metro and the touristic areas it might not be best option. For all others we clearly recommend this hotel.

Exceeded expectation

I was very excited to stay here. Fell in love with the attention given to the design details. The location was great. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and the walk to nearby stations is not too far.

The room itself that we booked was a reasonable size. The beds are a little on the harder side but still comfortable, though the absence of a top sheet solely in favour of a doona was an unusual experience for me personally. The daily room cleaning made everything feel constantly fresh, which was great. The air-con could only be set to 22°C which would have been better if it could have gone lower, but it sufficed. The curtains block out the light really well, and we couldn’t hear the traffic and the other people staying either. The restaurant was overpriced, in my opinion, but it is a beautiful space to spend some time in. The fitness room is a bit light on variety of equipment but you can still manage to get a good workout done there.

Service was friendly and English was good. All in all, very happy with the experience and I would stay here again.
