USJで突然あいにくの雨が降ってきて足元ビチョビチョになりました。ホテルに帰ってすぐに洗濯まわせて、そのまま浴室乾燥つけると翌朝には分厚い生地でもしっかり乾いた！！凄く助かりました！洗剤もたくさん置かれてました♪

初めてのアパートメントホテルの利用でなおかつ連泊だった為不安でしたが非常に広く綺麗なお部屋で、洗剤や食器、ドライヤーも完備されていて非常に良かったです。
少し不安な点があるとすればテレビをつけた際に1つ前の宿泊者かと思われるNetflixのアカウントが繋がれたままでプライバシーの面が少し怖かったです。それ以外は大変心地よく過ごさせて頂きました、ありがとうございます！

The entire apartment was spotless and very clean. They provided shampoo, conditioners, body wash, slippers, toothbrushes, and plenty of necessities. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for the stay!

Staff was very helpful when i arrived. I got there too early but they took my bags in and placed them inside my apartment while i went out and explored the city. The apartment itself was amazing! Washer worked perfectly and the neighbors were very respectful. I have no complaints and i will definitely rebook this when i visit again!

The room was extremely loud. Road noise is no joke as it’s located directly adjacent to a major highway. Loud motorcycles and sirens wailed all night long and caused major issues trying to sleep. The room itself was so so, a double bed is quite small for a couple a the day bed was not made / prepared for sleeping. With that said, the staff handled our last minute cancellation very well and professionally. I appreciated them being so helpful with our early departure

O apartamento é espaçoso e está bem localizado, entretato, ao ficar próximo a uma avenida tem ruido de trânsito. As instruções para o check-in foram enviadas em tempo e foi facil acessar. Tem um mercadinho bem próximo e lojas de conveniência. Tinha uma maquina de lavar pequena e sabão. A cozinha estava equipada com alguns utensilios básicos.

The deluxe loft was very spacious. Perfect for 3 people, but could have slept more if needed. Everything was super clean. Short walk to Dontonbori area.
You can hear some cars on the highway but it wasn’t loud or annoying. Overall, excellent place. Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka and looking to be close to the main tourist attraction of Dontonbori

We were SHOCKED by how spacious this room was! There was a fully equipped kitchen, the toilet was separate from the bath area, the shower was roomy. It also felt a lot cleaner than the last place we stayed at in Tokyo. There was lots of space in the room we chose to lay out 4 suitcases. The host was very helpful and replied quickly. Good area decently close to dotonbori, convenient stores, laundry mat, and stations. The only downside is that there's a very busy street right outside the door, so you can hear the heavy traffic. Normally this wouldn't be so bothersome but there are 3 motorcycles that pass by in the middle of every night that are extremely loud... Be prepared to jolt out of your sleep the first few nights but I still would highly highly recommend staying here.

I loved the space. So much space especially when we have so much luggage. The walk to Dotonbori is longer than I expected, about 20 mins but it's very close to the train station Nipponbashi.

Great room, little bit of a walk to get there from the train station but not bad. Namba Walk underground shopping center is a good way to get there if it is raining. Easy access to Dotonbori

Perfekt für Osaka

Super große Zimmer, vollständige Küche, Waschmaschine im Bad. Zugang über Code und Schlüssel, Kontakt im vorraus war perfekt. Trotz Autobahn direkt am Gebäude war es ruhig. Zugang zu den Zimmern ist bei der Autobahn, Fenster des Zimmers in die andere Richtung.
Auch gute Lage in Osaka... Alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und mehrere Metro Stationen in der Umgebung. Preis-Leistung ist super

Apartment is nice and spacious, very close to Dotonburi as well. It’s a little loud with the highway, but not too crazy. The laundry machine is very useful for those travelling lightly. The host is very responsive as well!

Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to do laundry in the unit as well! We were not sure about emailing our information at first, but did research and found that it’s required to submit your info by the Japanese government, so it was no problem in the end.

We were within walking distance of so many restaurants and a ton of shopping, but far enough away that the street is much quieter.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and are glad we chose this accommodation for our trip.

L'état de la chambre devrait être mis à jour, les équipements sont vieux. De plus, la chambre était légèrement sale, rien d'extrême, mais la douche est jaune et il y a de la poussière. L'hôtel est localisé près d'une autoroute, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger c'est à éviter.

Dans le positif, nous avions une chambre au 5e et nous nous sommes senti en sécurité. L'hôtel est situé près de tous les attraits touristiques, des métros et des konbini, donc très pratique.

Emplacement ideal pour decouvrir le Dotonbori. A moins de 10 minutes a pieds des gares, metro. Kombini service Yamato a quelque pas. Hotel style appartement, parfait pour des vayageur qui aime l'autonomie. Je recommende et j'y retournerais.

We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me.

The property was overall good — everything was in working order and it was just a few minutes’ walk from several metro lines, making it well connected. The only downside is that we were probably not given the same room we had selected during the booking process, so we were expecting a different and more comfortable room.

The place needs update as soon as possible. Need more kitchen utensils like glasses. The bed hard and old almost breaks down. Not enough towels. Location 8 min walk from closest station and 14 min walk to Namba station. Well I will locate my family next time close to Namba or umeda station. Better and clean and updated place.

We stayed for a couple of nights during the summer and we were generally happy with our stay. The apartment building is located next to a big road and even though the building itself is sound isolated the front door and the balcony door is not. The kitchen fan and the bathroom ventilation is also letting through sound from the roads and streets outside, so be prepared for that and to use earplugs during the night.
The cleaning was ok, during our stay we found black hairs in the clean towels, dirt on some surfaces and some food leftovers on the low table. But overall a nice stay with access to Dotonbori, shopping, street food and much more within walking distance.

Very clean with washing machine and a bathroom that has a drying room function.
Noise from the street outside especially on Friday night. Beds hard caused me backache and hip pain.

This hotel was great. In a quieter neighborhood. Large enough for us 5. Amenities were great. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Location was good enough. Walking to Dotonbori was around 15-20 minutes. Would stay here again.

Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!).

Place was great. 3 of us in this little apartment. There is a washing machine , stove , fridge,microwave and everything you need. The location is perfect literally near everyrhing. Dotombori is a few minutes walk and so is the train. Combinis 2 minute walk. Its as central as you will get. Dont worry the hotwater is enough for at least 4 people for those complaining about not enough hot water.

Best property we stayed in Japan! It was spacious, clean, and near the best spots in Osaka. It was only the 2 of us but if there was the need for 3 people the room will still fit. Walkable to multiple stations, and really close to dotonburi street too. Overall 100/10 place to stay and can’t wait to go back!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super – ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn, und die Anleitung zum Einchecken war klar und verständlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, und es gab Geschirr sowie eine Mikrowelle, was sehr praktisch war.

Ein paar kleine Verbesserungspunkte: Im Badezimmer gab es kein Handtuch, und es wären zusätzliche Haken sowie eine Ablagefläche für persönliche Dinge wünschenswert. Die Anzahl und Platzierung der Steckdosen war etwas unpraktisch, und auf der Fensterseite hätte ein kleiner Schminktisch oder eine Ablagemöglichkeit gefehlt.

Uns hat es gefallen einerseits entfernt genug vom großen Trubel aber noch nah genug um rüber zu laufen. Und man muss sich bewusst sein dass dort eine große Kreuzung/ Schneise von einer Autobahn ist und entsprechend lauter wird aber wir hatten im 7 Stock kein Problem mit dem bisschen Rauschen während des schlafens. Und Apartment war schön geräumig und für uns als Paar gut ausgestattet.

The localisation is central to many metro lines. The check-in was very clear and easy. There are many hidden gems restaurants at less than 5 minutes walk and many conviniente store are located nearby.

十分徬徨的取房經驗

入住當晚取房匙的過程中遇到困難，用酒店提供的密碼用了半小時都開啟不了信箱,剛好有其他房客經過提供協助亦都不能用密碼開啟信箱,她的信箱很容易開啟,兩人合力下再要花很長時間先開到信箱，到信箱開到裏面的keybox又開不到，都是不能取房匙，要尋找電話亭打電話去hotline但係服務員都是不能提供協助,提供的密碼不是錯但就是很難開啟信箱和keybox取不到房匙,不知是否不好運遇著失靈，慶幸在多方努力先可開啟key box,倘若當天未能取得房匙都不知如何是好十分徬徨，到達酒店而不能入住！請盡快更換有問題的配套，不希望下一個住客同我一樣徬徨無助，還要自費打電話去hotline
