USJで突然あいにくの雨が降ってきて足元ビチョビチョになりました。ホテルに帰ってすぐに洗濯まわせて、そのまま浴室乾燥つけると翌朝には分厚い生地でもしっかり乾いた！！凄く助かりました！洗剤もたくさん置かれてました♪

初めてのアパートメントホテルの利用でなおかつ連泊だった為不安でしたが非常に広く綺麗なお部屋で、洗剤や食器、ドライヤーも完備されていて非常に良かったです。
少し不安な点があるとすればテレビをつけた際に1つ前の宿泊者かと思われるNetflixのアカウントが繋がれたままでプライバシーの面が少し怖かったです。それ以外は大変心地よく過ごさせて頂きました、ありがとうございます！

We have been to this property in 2024 Spring and 2025 Summer. Down the building has dinning, grocery, laundry, 7 minutes by walking to subway, cross the street to Dotonbori. Reasonable price n prompt communication. It was excellent to me.

The property was overall good — everything was in working order and it was just a few minutes’ walk from several metro lines, making it well connected. The only downside is that we were probably not given the same room we had selected during the booking process, so we were expecting a different and more comfortable room.

The place needs update as soon as possible. Need more kitchen utensils like glasses. The bed hard and old almost breaks down. Not enough towels. Location 8 min walk from closest station and 14 min walk to Namba station. Well I will locate my family next time close to Namba or umeda station. Better and clean and updated place.

We stayed for a couple of nights during the summer and we were generally happy with our stay. The apartment building is located next to a big road and even though the building itself is sound isolated the front door and the balcony door is not. The kitchen fan and the bathroom ventilation is also letting through sound from the roads and streets outside, so be prepared for that and to use earplugs during the night.
The cleaning was ok, during our stay we found black hairs in the clean towels, dirt on some surfaces and some food leftovers on the low table. But overall a nice stay with access to Dotonbori, shopping, street food and much more within walking distance.

Very clean with washing machine and a bathroom that has a drying room function.
Noise from the street outside especially on Friday night. Beds hard caused me backache and hip pain.

This hotel was great. In a quieter neighborhood. Large enough for us 5. Amenities were great. Beds were comfy. Very clean. Location was good enough. Walking to Dotonbori was around 15-20 minutes. Would stay here again.

Great home base for all operations in the Dotonbori area. Apartment had everything we needed and it was really nice and clean. Loved that it had a washing machine (with complementary pods!).

Good location. Close to Dontonbori and other shopping. Also close to train stations and we were able to get around town fairly easily. Room was a little dated but was very clean. Overall good deal for the price.

Place was great. 3 of us in this little apartment. There is a washing machine , stove , fridge,microwave and everything you need. The location is perfect literally near everyrhing. Dotombori is a few minutes walk and so is the train. Combinis 2 minute walk. Its as central as you will get. Dont worry the hotwater is enough for at least 4 people for those complaining about not enough hot water.

Best property we stayed in Japan! It was spacious, clean, and near the best spots in Osaka. It was only the 2 of us but if there was the need for 3 people the room will still fit. Walkable to multiple stations, and really close to dotonburi street too. Overall 100/10 place to stay and can’t wait to go back!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super – ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn, und die Anleitung zum Einchecken war klar und verständlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, und es gab Geschirr sowie eine Mikrowelle, was sehr praktisch war.

Ein paar kleine Verbesserungspunkte: Im Badezimmer gab es kein Handtuch, und es wären zusätzliche Haken sowie eine Ablagefläche für persönliche Dinge wünschenswert. Die Anzahl und Platzierung der Steckdosen war etwas unpraktisch, und auf der Fensterseite hätte ein kleiner Schminktisch oder eine Ablagemöglichkeit gefehlt.

Uns hat es gefallen einerseits entfernt genug vom großen Trubel aber noch nah genug um rüber zu laufen. Und man muss sich bewusst sein dass dort eine große Kreuzung/ Schneise von einer Autobahn ist und entsprechend lauter wird aber wir hatten im 7 Stock kein Problem mit dem bisschen Rauschen während des schlafens. Und Apartment war schön geräumig und für uns als Paar gut ausgestattet.

The localisation is central to many metro lines. The check-in was very clear and easy. There are many hidden gems restaurants at less than 5 minutes walk and many conviniente store are located nearby.

十分徬徨的取房經驗

入住當晚取房匙的過程中遇到困難，用酒店提供的密碼用了半小時都開啟不了信箱,剛好有其他房客經過提供協助亦都不能用密碼開啟信箱,她的信箱很容易開啟,兩人合力下再要花很長時間先開到信箱，到信箱開到裏面的keybox又開不到，都是不能取房匙，要尋找電話亭打電話去hotline但係服務員都是不能提供協助,提供的密碼不是錯但就是很難開啟信箱和keybox取不到房匙,不知是否不好運遇著失靈，慶幸在多方努力先可開啟key box,倘若當天未能取得房匙都不知如何是好十分徬徨，到達酒店而不能入住！請盡快更換有問題的配套，不希望下一個住客同我一樣徬徨無助，還要自費打電話去hotline

Service and location is great for price. Its more of a studio than an apartment. Definitely does not have 2 floors, maybe some apartments in the building do but this had 3 beds in 1 large room.

Like that it was within walking distance of everything. We were on the 7th floor and had no issues with street sounds and slept comfortably every night. Only issue was there was an odd smell inside but we just cracked the sliding door open to air out the place

Comfortable, good location, well equipped flat

The apartment was well equipped with all the basic things and price is reasonable. We were three including an 8 yr old and had a comfortable stay. Location is good and not very far from the subway station. Taxi from the apartment to Nankai Namba station costs JPY700. Area is lively and pretty safe with several convenience stores and many good restaurant options nearby.

The apart hotel unit was quite large for Japanese standards. It was nice to have the extra space to walk around and organize our things. The location was a short walk to local train stations and had some nice eating options very close by. Our only complaint is that we wish the building and accommodations were a bit nicer.

While the property was in a convenient location for trains and I appreciated the laundry and shower room with dryer setting, the photos of the property appeared outdated and staged in comparison to actual property. The couch had a sheet and towel over top covering a stain. The property was near a very loud elevated highway (bring your noise machine). The property would benefit from a few hooks/towel bar in the bathroom and extra pillows/blankets. Finally, the blow dryer works, but only in you hold it in a specific position. For the price and the standards of how Japan has been so far, I expected better.

Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store.

Spacious and walkable 10 minute walk to Dotonburi strip. Easy access to transit, ubering to other attraction in the city is 15-20minutes. Well priced for 5days stay with 5 adults.

Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience.

平價的公寓住宿～下次來大阪還是會考慮住這裡

2個人入住覺得很舒適，原先看評論蠻多都是覺得公寓在高速公路旁很吵，我住三樓的體驗是還好，住了四晚都睡得不錯。覺得有一點很方便是房內有洗衣機，洗完後可以直接在浴室使用衣服烘乾功能，以前的住宿都要另外跑外面的店，浪費很多時間，若在意衣物的人這間十分推薦，我個人都是每天洗衣服！離道頓堀大概8-10分路程，回機場走15分到上本町搭利木津也很方便。

There's plenty of space for a couple to live in and use as a nice hub for exploring the city. The convenience of being located within walking distance to Dotonbori means you can have a great night out and not have to worry about transport home. It's also really well-connected with transport links so you can get away from the area easily.

The host provided lots of clear instructions and was very responsive to any queries.

However, the property could do with a bit of a deep clean. It was clean enough to stay in, but the images didn't quite meet expectations. It's also located right by two busy roads, so it can be quite noisy, especially at night on the weekends.
