銀座方面へも徒歩圏内で、立地は非常に良かったです。

おおむね満足しております。ただ今回小さい孫と宿泊させて頂きましたが、洋式トイレで、子供には少々高いのではないかと感じました。出来れば宿泊内容で子供と宿泊が分かると思いますので、その場合には、トイレ用の足置きがあれば快適だと思われます。

新しいホテルで部屋、廊下、どれも大変清潔な状態だったので母と娘二人で全く施設へのストレス無くビジネスホテルで癒されました。特にリピートしたいと思ったのはラウンジの軽食とドリンクサービス。想定以上で満たされました。次回は朝食ビュッフェもいただきたいです

ゴールデンウィーク2日目に利用しました。東京到着後に荷物を預ける為ホテルに行きましたが、既に部屋の準備が整っており、部屋に荷物を置くことを快く承知してくださいました。更に部屋をグレードアップしてくださり子供達も喜んでいました。部屋は広く、静かでほこりも髪の毛もなくとても綺麗でした。更に浴室に洗濯機が洗剤付きで設置されており、使わせていただきました。おかげでスーツケース内の洗濯物が片付き、気持ちよく旅行を続けることができました。13時から22時までドリンクと軽食が無料で頂けます。大人は3杯まで日本酒を無料で提供され、おいしいお酒に出会うことができました。ホテルで購入もできるそうです。チェックイン時もチェックアウト後もフロントのスタッフさんの感じも良く、子供にもそれが伝わったようで珍しく子供から声をかけていました。毎回別のホテルを利用していますが、次回東京に行く際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。お世話になりました^_^

東京駅八重洲中央口から直線で行くことができ、成田空港までのバス乗り場もすぐ近くで、周りには兆行施設が多く、東京観光にもすぐに行けて、立地は抜群です。ホテルスタッフは外国人の方も多くいましたが、みなさん、礼儀正しく日本語にも長けていて気持ちのいい対応でした。部屋も比較的広々としていて、清潔で使いやすかったです。浴槽はありませんが、トイレとシャワーが別室で、シャワーは3か所から水が出てすごくよかったです。

東京駅から徒歩5分程度なのでとにかくアクセスが良い。飲食店やコンビニも側にあるし、13:00～22:00で無料のドリンクのサービスがあったり、お湯、電子レンジ、トースターなども使えて食べるのに全く困らない。洗濯乾燥機も部屋についているので、少ない荷物で長期滞在もできそう。

A few issues, but might stay here again.

I would stay here again. It was a quick walk to Tokyo Station. Only one block outside, then you could duck into the underground city to get to the trains and avoid rain and heat.

It had breakfast and dinner buffet, but I chose to skip it and just get food from a nearby restaurants.

However, the rooms I stayed in don't have any chairs! The only place to sit was on the bed. So I ended up sitting on the bed and using a small table to eat in the room. Normally I would eat at a restaurant, but I was too tired after sightseeing.

I also tried the laundry. There were two machines. Each supposedly can wash and dry in the same machine. I tried it, but the dryer didn't really dry the clothes and I didn't see a way to set the heat level, so all of my clothes came out hot and still damp, even after running the dryer option twice. So I hung clothes up around the room.

The room is small, nothing fancy, just enough space for the beds and shower and toilet. But that's all I needed.

Rooms are functionally windowless and lack basics

I'm not sure why this hotel has 4 stars. The room did not have so much as a table or a chair in it.

The window faces the neighboring building, at less than a meter away, leaving no light to enter the room. When I asked to change rooms the hotels staff said that all rooms are like this.

Not advertising these rooms as "windowless", which they functionally are, is dishonest. See the picture included in my review. This is what you will see out the window. This would be OK, had it been made clear before booking. I would have simply staid somewhere else.

Good location to transportation and great unlimited daily snacks in the afternoon/evenings. Rooms are a little tight as is the norm in Japan and wish they could do early check-ins but otherwise hotel and staff were wonderful

Location was walking distance to Tokyo Station and there is an underground mall that that connects between the station and the Hotel with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and in the evening they served snacks.

if you want to have breakfast there, make sure you go as early as possible because they run out of breakfast really early. If you need to do laundry, just go somewhere else because it takes 2 to 3 hours to dry clothes and the toy washer/dryer they have there.

Staff is super helpful and does a great job helping my family with everything we needed during our stay. A family friendly atmosphere. They have complementary evening snack that are perfect for kids. Staff helped us with making reservations to have our bags delivered to our next hotel. We would stay here again.

The in-room washer and dryer were a real lifesaver during our stay. And the breakfast and afternoon snacks were a hit with the kids! The staff was super helpful too, they even helped me send my luggage to our hotels in Kyoto and Osaka.

We loved our stay at Karaska Colours. It was such a convenient location. Staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. We spent our first 5 nights of our Japan trip here and it could not have been better. The snacks in the evenings, water in the rooms, slippers, and PJ’s were such unexpected delights. The location is amazing. Just down the street from Tokyo station, walkable to Ginza and the fish market area. We will return for one night before we fly home from Tokyo and we are already looking forward to it. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and we all stayed comfortably in one room (which is rare!). We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel is located only a few blocks from Tokyo station, which was convenient and a short walk. The room was minimalist, which was fine because we were there to visit Tokyo, not stay in our room. And it was clean. But three in the room was very tight (we were traveling with our adult daughter).

Rent och fräscht centralt boende.

Lite trångt familjerum, men det gick bra att förvara resväskorna i bagagerum. Bra att dusch och toalett fanns i separata rum - bra om man är flera.

Frukost ok, saknade lite fler färskvaror. Hade önskat att det även fanns lightläsk i loungen.

Great time in the heart of Tokyo

Fantastic location in the middle of Chuo City a mere block from the underground mall and a few blocks from the main Tokyo Station. Great afternoon snacks and beverages and full breakfast is outstanding. Rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and amenities. Very quiet in the room, so we got excellent sleep.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The front desk staff was professional and welcoming. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It had very nice amenities. The shower was amazing. You can have free snacks in the afternoon and evening. The location is convenient. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Really nice snack area. Triple twin bedroom rental - room was small with not much room for suitcases. Overall very clean but the one comforter looked like it had a small blood stain on it (we confirmed it was not one of us bleeding). We stored the luggage we did not need in their luggage storage area since the room was too small to have everything in there with us. It was a little odd but we exited the building, and stood there discussing which way we had to walk for transportation. I noticed that the suitcase I had the TSA lock had been turned to be two similar numbers and one random i.e 7-7-4. We then checked our other suitcases and found similar instances (believe it was 4 suitcases this occurred with). We took pictures right away but did not speak to the staff because we had to make our flight home.

Very modern and facilities look new. Free snack & drink between 1pm to 11pm. The mattress is a bit hard for me, but the rest are excellent. Easy connection train from Narita & Haneda. Takashimaya just a couple block from hotel.
