素泊まりで安くは無いけど、セキュリティーはしっかりしてるし、キッチンで自炊も出来るし洗濯機もあるしお風呂も広いしベッドもキングサイズ♬コンセントが1箇所だけなのが残念。ベッド周りに欲しいな🙏

祇園周辺も徒歩圏内でバス停も近く便利
スーパーやコンビニも近くにあり食材もすぐ手に入りキッチンでの調理もできて快適でした
滞在で困ったことはなかったのですが
ひとつ気になったのはトイレなどの換気扇のよごれやベッドにほこりがたまっていた点
今後改善されるともっと気持ちよく利用できると思えました。
よい旅ができました。ありがとうございました。

Nice location, walking distance to Kiyomazu temple and Gion area. Full facilities room with kitchenware, microwave, washing machine, laundry powder, comfortable bed.

アパートのようなホテルです。キッチン、洗濯機があります。近所にスーパーもあり、生活に便利です。長期滞在にも向いています♪

部屋も綺麗で清潔でした！
残念な所が２つだけ、常備されているお皿に洗っても落ちない汚れが広範囲に付いていた、多分カレーを作ったんでしょうね…。
ベットがダブルベットとなっていましたがシングルのマットレスを並べただけだったので寝ていると真ん中に隙間ができる。
それ以外は全く問題ないです！

A perfect spot to enjoy a week in Kyoto
Near the Kiyomizu-dera ...on the main path that leads to the temples
One block from bus stops and easy and fast to get a taxi
I mostly walked , because Kyoto is very flat and has lovely pedestrian paths all over the city
Great simple dining options nearby
Having a full kitchen allowed me to eat in a lot
A good family market was 2 blocks away
The washer in the unit was great to get rid of my dirty clothes

Location, roomy and comfy

Amazing hotel. Location perfect. Room very spacious. Has a wardrobe and kitchenette, including a washing machine. Really handy. Bed was comfy. The best sleep we had in Japan. We'd stay here again and recommend.

This location is great as it's near some of the sights to see in Kyoto. My room was in good condition. There was a little noise coming from outside the hotel at night, but nothing too bad.

We weren’t told that we will be checking in at a different location, which was the entire home. I didn’t mind this but I wish we were told in advance as we were traveling multiple luggages with children.

The condition of the house was good, although stairs were dusty. I didn’t bring this up as we were out most of the time.

Struttura locata in una posizione molto strategica, per visitare a piedi molti luoghi di interesse, a soli 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus, supermercati e ristoranti a pochi passi e in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Gion. La camera è moderna e molto spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi, inoltre dispone di una piccola cucina e di una lavatrice. La consiglio vivamente.

This was a fantastic find! It was a comfortable room with private bathroom, laundry and kitchenette which is perfect for longer stays. Very close to a bus stop, which made touring the city easy. Comfortable bed was a huge plus! Highly recommend if you want to stay in Gion.

This small place might not be everyone but I liked it for its convenience to an historic temple, shopping, scenery, kitchen and laundry facilities and local restaurants. The staff was friendly and excellent.

Loved this place! Enough room for the 3 of us. Beds were huge and comfortable. Heating worked great. Fridge, microwave, small kitchen, and washing machine was provided. Would recommend anyone to stay here!!!

It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep.

Loved our stay at West Japan Kyōto Kiyomizu! Warm and cosy, traditional Japanese house, with everything you need, easy access to transport and walking distance to some of the top local sights and markets.

가족여행으로 별장을 이용했는데
성인 5명이서 이용하기엔 좁고 불편합니다
가격이 싸서 이해는 갑니다만 호텔의 정보가 너무 부족했어요 예상과 전혀 다른 방이였습니다. 이런 줄 알았더라면 방을 하나 더 잡았을텐데.. 그래도 좋은 추억 만들었습니다.
아이 2명 어른 2명이면 가족방으로 적합할 수 있겠네요.

The bed was extremely comfortable western style bed. The location was fabulous and the room was huge! It was great that they stored our bags while we walked around on the last day of our trip. There were amble towels and having the washing machine in the room was so nice after sweating in the summer heat. They also lad adequate hangers. The only things I would like to change would be to add hooks in the bathroom for towels. Also you will need to bring extra cups and paper towel if you need - there were only two mugs no water cups. Overall I would highly recommend

Excellent service, the room was very clean and cozy. There is a washing machine and a little balcony so you can dry out your clothes.
The property is located on a very quiet and charming place. Id definitely come back to kyoto and stay here again.

Strongly recommended hotel

Strongly recommended. Amazing location that allows you to walk to the most popular destinations. Close to 711 and bus stop. Room was large and clean. Onsite washing machine was super convenient. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it’s nice to have. While they don’t offer the same toiletries as business hotels, you will get the basics. We’ll come back to this hotel again

어릴적 시골 느낌도 느낄 수 있었고, 잠자는 방의 돗자리 향이 멋졌고 복층 구조라 느낌이 좋았다. 청결 상태도 좋았다. 아쉬운 점은 벽에 옷걸이가 없는것(옷 건조대가 있지만)

Close to everything. Excellent customer and comminication service. Lots of clean towels provided inside the room. Ventillation all throughout the unit for fast-drying clothes after washing.
