2泊しました。外国人スタッフさんだけでしたが全く不便はなかったです。22時過ぎにチェックインしたけど夜間のスタッフさんが(警備のかた)対応してくれたし、荷物の受け取りや配送も問題なかったです。立地はとても良く部屋の広さ、清潔感、アメニティ、コスパの点でおすすめです。

駅からも近く近くにコンビニも二軒あり良かった。
アパートメントタイプだったので本当に家にいる感じ。大きなダイニングテーブルがあり食事やトランプができて楽しかった。一泊だったのでキッチンは使わなかったが何泊かするなら自炊もできていいと思う。
帰りにはタクシーも呼んでくれて終始気持ちのいい対応をしていただきました。

一つ困ったのはバスローブ等部屋着が置いてなかったこと。22時過ぎに食事をして帰ってきたらフロントには人がいないので問い合わせもできず服のまま寝ることになった。
翌日チェクインしている人がフロントで5人分と言ってバスローブらしきものを受け取っていたので、申告すれば借りられたのかもしれない。
私達がチェックインの時にはなんの説明もされなかったのでその分いいねを一つ減らしましたが、それ以外はとても快適でまた利用させていただきます。

Room was well equipped and had a kitchen for those who would use one. Location is great as it’s close to train stations and all the shops and restaurants. It’s about a 15 min walk to Dotonbori. Staff speak good English which is a great help when you have questions.

This hotel was sooo nice. It was really clean, nice and spacious and we liked that the bedroom closed off from the living area. I liked that the toilet was separate to the main bathroom and had a nice deep bath to relax in after all the walking.

It was really close to two train stations, one only a few minutes walk away, and close to a 7/11. It was also within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shops and Dotonbori was walkable too.

The staff were super friendly and always took the time to see how our day was. We will definitely come back to Mimaru again when returning to Osaka.

7 minutes walk to shinsaibashi shopping street and 10 minute walk to dotonburi.
1 minute walk to a train line.
Luggage forwarding available.
Lovely staff.

They welcome us every day and night and we will chat about what we did that day!

We love staying here, everything is perfect!
This location is quiet and its so so so so close to Shinsaibashi.

The underground shops are all so good too! Especially a mini super market which has basically everything including ready to get home and heat it up dinners, or sushi or bento boxes or if you want to cook you could grab some meat, or breakfast breads if you want to try something else than family mart, Lawson or 711!

The staff were super nice and the property was in a good area but the pillows are terrible they kept falling out of their pillow cases and also uncomfortable. Mattresses were hard and my back and my husband’s back both hurt every morning. Shower and bathroom were fine, as expected.

Good location and good place to stay with kids

Good location near subway and walking distance to Namba area. Staff was super helpful and attentive and overall the hotel room was very spacious and a great place to stay with kids. We had some issues with the hot water (it seemed to be somewhat intermittent and we had to take some cold showers) and one of the bidets was not working. Also, the beds were super hard. Overall was a good place to stay.

Le meilleur hébergement de notre sejour. La chambre (hime room) est spacieuse. Le personnel est très attentif (nous avons meme eu un accueil en français). Les transports sont quasiment au pied de l'hôtel.
Pas de defaut sauf l'absence d'un lave linge alors qu'il y a la place pour l'installer.

The service at Mimaru Shinsaibashi North was impeccable. Very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The area is quiet and close by lots of places to eat and shop. We got a 2 bedroom so it was very roomy with a small kitchen area and fridge. Daily housekeeping which is also appreciated. We would stay at Mimaru hotels again.

The staff was super friendly, and the location was great. Our overall experience was great. My only negative comment is they charge for early check in, our room was ready at noon and they wanted $40 to allow us to check in early vs the 3pm check in.

Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke really good English. Our room was very clean and spacious. Kinda odd that the toilet is not near the shower/sink area, but we did not mind that. Shower pressure was great!

First time here and we were very pleased! Location was perfect close to train stations and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and of course Japans famous 7 Elevens. The space was perfect for our family of 3. We will definitely choose Mimaru for our next visit, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

외국어소통이잘되고 친절하고 깔끔합니다.

가족여행으로 오사카를 방문했는데 비행기가 지연도착해서 밤에 도착을 했는데도 친절히잘 맞이해주셨고
예약과정에서 실수로 체크하지못해 곤란한 사항이있었는데 크루님들이 원만히 체크인되도록 많이도와주셔서 좋았습니다. 한국어를 잘하시는 분이계셔서 소통에 어려움이없었고 시설은 깔끔하고 청결했습니다.
위치도 주변관광지로 이동하기에 너무좋았고 가족들모두 첫 오사카여행 숙소에 굉장히 만족했습니다.
다음에도 방문하고싶습니다.

I thought this was a very nice place to stay although I was a bit disappointed that the description of the room was for 6 but we were able to fit our family of 4 only. We had some last minute friends who were going to stay with us but we were told that the 2 additional beds were for children 6 years and younger. I felt like this should have been made more clear in the Expedia booking description. The room itself was very nice, clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub with shower and the toilet in a different room near the front door. The beds were pretty comfortable. I really liked the mini kitchen with the microwave, sink, mini fridge and small stove. Overall this was a very nice place to stay, convenient and close to transportation.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English communication. This apartment is definitely family- and infant-friendly, and I really appreciated that the bedroom was separated from the living area and pantry (no stove/cooking equipment) —it made things much more comfortable with a baby. The location is also convenient, with train stations nearby that made exploring Osaka easy.

The only downsides were that the laundry and dryer facilities are located at the reception area instead of in-room, and there were occasional stomping noises from the room above. However, aside from these minor issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel for families.

A really great family hotel near subway and just 2 blocks away from the popular Shinsaibashisuji Kita Shopping Arcade, a grand shopping street which stretches across a full 15 blocks from Chuo-Odori to Sennichimae-Dori where right at the end of this shopping street is the renowned Glico man in Dotonburi. Therefore, you simply do all your shopping here without having to carry bags full of stuff on a train.

Staff here can speak English very well and very helpful with everything you ever needed their assistance during your stay. The hotel has everything you needed, however, I found some minor in-room equipments that should be mandatory instead of renting them from the staff even though they are all free of charge. For instance, the bath stool and a vacuum cleaner, both should be equipped in the room. For the room itself, pretty spacious with great layout. I love the sliding door that separates bedroom from other areas of the room when closed. But the door is not sound proof nor walls, floor, and the ceiling so you can hear every foot steps from the upper room and since this is a family hotel so a lot of running noises from the upper floor every late night and early morning.

Your room is cleaned, minor, everyday with big cleaning every 3rd day of your stay which is good. The garbage is much less confusing than other family hotels I've stayed, only Can-Glass-Plastic bottles and other trashes. Laundry service is at 1ft floor even a smoking room is available.

We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping.

Hotel suites our needs well in location and accommodating a family of four with older children (though minors, counted as adults in most Japanese hotels).

The beds are hard, you can request additional mattress though we didn’t.

The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. Only wished the tv was in front of the bed so family can enjoy some movie time in bed. Other than that everything was great.

Great stay while in Osaka

We loved staying here, first time. Customer service amazing, room was very clean, space was great specially for a family of 4. Location was great next to transportation. Only bad was beds were a bit on the firm side but everything else was great.

I put up my son and his friends here, while I stayed nearby. You cannot go wrong with Mimaru properties if you want larger, clean rooms. I discovered another Mimaru property in Osaka nearer the Dotonbori, but this location was definitely quieter in a cleaner area.

It is my second time staying at a Mimaru property in Osaka, and reason for my return is that the hotel offers very spacious rooms suitable for small groups and location is always close by to dining and shopping. Staff is always friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out process is always convenient and easy. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Love this mimaru location, 3 min to Shinsaibashi Shopping district and we can take the stroll all the way to Namba. Close to two subway stations : Shinsaibashi and Nagaboribashi (closer). Wonderful multi-lingual staff, extremely helpful and accommodating. With two young kids, the room is roomy and comfortable. Kids and us had a great time staying at this hotel. I would suggest the hotel have Chromecast for rent or enable some sort of streaming platforms. The TV selection is limited for foreigner. That being said, one should never stay at the hotel watching TV, Osaka is too much fun to stay in the room.

최고입니다.

두 집 아이들데리고 방문했어요. 6명이 모두 잘수있는 침대가 있다는게 가장 큰 결정 이유였고, 생긴지 얼마안된곳이라 아이와 가기 좋다고 생각하였습니다. 도톤보리에서 거리는 좀 되지만, 지난번 도톤보리쪽으로 숙소를 잡았을때보다 훨씬 저렴하고, 깨끗하고, 조용해서 좋았습니다. 택시나 지하철 역 이용하기 편리하고, 주변에 맛집도 많아서 후회없는 선택이었네요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 영어도 모두 잘 하셔서 불편함이 1도 없었습니다. 다음번에 가족과 다시가게 된다면 또 방문할 예정입니다.

Great location, slightly away from main district so there's a bit of peace when returning to hotel. Love that the underground parking is just across the street. Everything was great, especially the staff and condition of room was very clean. Highly recommend.

This hotel was our most comfortable hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan! For our family of 4 (2 teens) it just fit us perfectly with the 2 extra bunk beds, kitchen, separate toilet room, dining area… highly recommend for those staying in Osaka!
