家族4人で宿泊しました。
水天宮前駅、茅場町駅、門前仲町駅の3駅から、ほぼ等距離で便利がよく、周囲も静かで過ごしやすかったです。
徒歩5分以内にローソンとまいばすけっとがあります。
特に散歩やランニングをされる方は、隅田川沿い、皇居方面、清澄白河など、多様なコースを楽しめます。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ulu
, room was very large with a great river view. 7-eleven just around the corner and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro.

Fantastic large well designed space with great views of the river. Staf friendly and helpful. 15 minutes walk to stations/bus stops. Some of the furniture was worn in places. Free snacks very much appricated :-)

The room was amazing, plenty of space for 4 people, and also had a kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Would 100% recommend this place and try to come back for future visits.

Extremely dependable and friendly staff. Clean facilities with modern appliances and contemporary furniture/bathrooms. Will consider staying at again if in the area.

Lovely quiet apartment with access to beautiful rooftop view of Sumida river and Tokyo skyline. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs for flexibility with check in out. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a great benefit also. 10 min or so walk to subway.

Sho was the best!

This hotel was honestly amazing! When we first arrived it was questionable, but Sho greeted us in and helped us to understand how things work. This young man made our stay a priority and we are so grateful. Hotel was amazing as well. Coffee was delicious and everything we needed was in it. Highly recommend staying here.

Otel çalışanlarından inanılmaz memnun kaldım ilgileri alakalari hoşgörüleri çok güzeldi. Otel odasının hijyeni temizliği ve içerisinde bulunan imkanların hepsi birbirinden güzeldi genel olarak genişlik büyüklük ve taahhüt edilenlerin hepsi harikaydı kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ediyorum daha büyük otellere gitmemize rağmen daha farklı otellerde kalmamıza rağmen Japonya turumuzda bizim en çok mutlu olduğumuz otel ulu Tokyo ailecek hepimiz aynı fikirdeyiz hepimiz çok mutlu ayrıldık Otel çalışanlarından bayan kano ve bay asu çok iyiydiler.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It has a lovely view over the river, and roof access that makes for a great spot for evening drinks and views of the city. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious especially by Tokyo standards. Little bit of a walk to the station but I love the fact that this hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the room makes for a nice relaxing oasis after a day in the busy city. Absolutely recommend staying here and I know I will again.

The staffs are super kind, always welcome us with big smiles on. Powerful AC, one of the units leaks water a couple times but they came to fix it right away. The place is spotless and spacious, our family of four adults stayed completely for three nights, and we were able to store our suitcases there for a few hours after we checked out, so we could explore the city a little more before catching our flight. Would come back when we visit Tokyo next time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was spotless, safe, comfortable, and very spacious. Location was very convenient to either walk to our destination and / or to public transportation.

However, what stood out the most is their staff, especially Sho. He is so attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Felt very welcomed every single time we saw him (at least half a dozen times). Also very helpful with how to work this and that in the room, how to book the Shinkansen, and with any other hotel needs. What a good gentleman!

Also received several recommendations from him for restaurants and we tried two and they both were excellent!

So thankful we stayed at Ulu Tokyo and will stay again when we return.

Fantastisch appartement bij sumida rivier.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Mooi Modern Groot . Goede locatie…. 10 minuten over prachtige brug naar metrolijn. Erg vriendelijke service medewerkers! Kortom een aanrader voor een heerlijk verblijf in Tokyo! Binnen 30 minuten op Sibuya!
Kom hier absoluut volgende keer terug ❤️
