部屋がとても綺麗で居心地も良く、子連れだったのでキッチン付きもありがたかったです。
すぐ近くにコンビニもありましたが、ホテル前の通りはスピードを出す車がよく通るのでとても危ないです。

札をかけたので新しいタオルは置いてくれましたが、ゴミの回収はしてくれませんでした。
ゴミ箱も凄く小さいからどんどん溜まっていきました。

設備などきれいでゆったりできました。
商店街や広電の駅にも歩いて10分でいけるため観光には良い立地でした。
コンビニもホテルから出てすぐにあるため軽食なら困らずに買い物できます。
朝食を依頼していたのですが、ヨーグルトグラノーラかたまごサンドのどちらかだったので好みか違う人は依頼しないほうが良いと思います。

クイーンベッド2つの間に本棚のような仕切りがある部屋タイプでしたが、お互いのベッドの照明やスマホの明るさが気にならないのでよかったです。赤ちゃんを床でハイハイさせざるを得ない時があるので、部屋に入ってすぐ靴を脱ぐスペースがあるのもよかったです。洗濯乾燥機、レンジ、洗剤スポンジもあって、家のように過ごせました。夫が近くに買いに行ってくれたお好み焼きも美味しかったです。

家族5人で宿泊しました。調理器具や食器類が準備されており、部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、キッチン上の棚からの水漏れや椅子の脚下部のゴムが破損してガタつきがあるなど、メンテナンスはいまいちかと思います。

改善期待して、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

立地的には中心部から少し離れていて不便だが歩けない距離ではない。周辺に小規模な駐車場が沢山あるが、時間によるのかもしれないが昼前はどこも満車で探すのに苦労した。部屋は二段ベッドの上段が暑く、温度設定を上段に合わせると下段は寒くなり、エアコンの温度調整に一晩中苦労した。施設は綺麗で作りも面白かったが、写真で見るよりかなり狭かった。

家族4人の旅行で今まではツイン2部屋を予約してましたが4人で泊まれるこんなタイプのお部屋を今回初めて知って予約しました。2段になっているベッドがそれぞれ基地みたいで子どもたち大喜びでした。2段のベッドと言ってもそれぞれとても寝心地がいいもので大満足だったし、リビングスペースも十分にあり朝ごはんを4人で食べれるテーブルもあり普段の生活をするように滞在できました。チェックインがQRコードででき、ルームキーが暗証番号で、と全てがスムーズ。日本の他のホテルも今後こうなってほしいと思うシステムでした！

新しく広くて快適。電源が多く、最近の旅行で困りがちな充電も楽々でした。チェックインも困っていたらすぐスタッフが助けてくれた。
ただ部屋の食器は口紅がついていて、掃除が心配に思えた。

まだ新しい施設でとても綺麗でした。
4人で宿泊で、ベッドが4つだったのでとても快適でした。キッチンや洗濯機付きでバストイレが別なのでグループでの宿泊にとっても最適だと思います。
繁忙期では無いからかもしれませんがコスパ最強です。
初めてのセルフチェックインでしたが、スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださったのでスムーズにチェックインできました。
機会があればまた絶対に宿泊したい施設です。

大人5名で、泊まらせて頂きました。
お部屋も、新しくオシャレで、大変満足して
過ごせました。洗濯機もミニキッチンもあり
お皿、コップ、フライパン、お箸やスプーンなど、揃っていました。
お風呂も、広くて快適でした。トイレも別で、
よかったです。ベッドも広く、大人2人でも
余裕がありました。2段ベッドのような楽しい部屋で、上は、シングルが二つありました。
コンセントが、たくさんたくさんあり、便利でした。マンションタイプのようですが、よる
まで、ホテルの方がいて、朝はピザやハンバーガーなども、買えます。
また利用したいです。

フロントの方もお気遣いの会話をしてくれ、チェックインもスムーズでした。
お部屋は新しいのもあり清潔で、備えものが痒いところに手が届くようにありすごく快適に家族で過ごせました。機会があったらまた宿泊したいと思うホテルでした。

チェックインの際、フロントの方がいらっしゃり、スムーズに行えました。
駐車場もホテル裏手にあるコインパーキングに停め、不便さはありませんでした。
お部屋も素敵で、洗濯乾燥機までついていて洗濯を2回させてもらい、帰ってから楽になるなーという感じでした！
一緒に宿泊した子供たちも大満足で、またリピートしたいと思います。

Hiroshima Highlight

Spacious room for the whole family and great location. We could walk to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Washer/dryer in the room was a bonus but a full laundromat is on the same block. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The room was large, we had the family bunk. It was clean, well kept and had all the amenities except for an iron. Rooms appeared very well kept and free take away breakfast was great.
It’s in a quieter area so I didn’t feel there was a plethora of dining options. However, the bus stop is across the street or just down the block depending on which way you’re heading and getting to a more bustling area with a lot of options is super easy.
Staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. Great hotel. If you want to be in the heart of lots of shopping and food, I’d pick another place. For our family of 4, it was more important to have the space as well as being in a nice hotel and this accomplished both.

Great place to stay in Hiroshima

Great place for families. The photos make the room look bigger than it is but we really enjoyed our stay and we're very comfortable. The only advice to travelers might be if you are looking for dining options, lay attention to the surroundings because the red light district is very near and you probably don't want to eat in that area at night if you are traveling with family. You'll figure which side quickly...not difficult.

The sraff had poor English, and amlost didn't provide service, as there was only one lerson who also operated the hotel's coffee shop. At 10 P.M there was nobody to talk to.

The room we stayed was great for four of us two teens and two adults. Breakfast in the morning was great and also right across from the 7-Eleven if you needed an extra smoothie or coffee. Super easy to check in and check out.

Our favorite of 6 hotels we stayed at on our trip to Japan. Clean, modern and stylish room with very comfortable beds, kitchenette, table, laundry and cafe. Easy to walk to downtown Hiroshima, Peace park, train station, restaurants and shopping. Hiroshima is a must see on your trip to Japan and this Fav property made it even better. I would consider other Fav properties after staying here.

The hotel can be reached by bus from Hiroshima Station (second stop). The bus stop is very close to the hotel. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Hiroshima Peace Museum and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The hotel is also in walking distance to the Hondori district.
Our room was well designed and clean.
The only downside was breakfast, which is was a prepackaged meal that we had to pick up at the reception and eat in the room. But since it was included in the room rate, we did not mind.

As a budget option this apart hotel is fine. We had an economy family room, that although was on the small side was adequate for a few nights. The washer/dryer in the room was a big help, however gave the room a chemical/plastic smell when in use. We therefore had to open a window which let in a lot of noise.
There was also limited storage space for clothes.
The basic breakfast was actually pretty good and it was a short walk to the nearest train station although the location was pretty out of the way for where we wanted to visit.

Short Hiroshima stay with the family

I booked this for my family of four including two kids of 5 and 7 to stay for two nights and we absolutely loved it. It was modern, spotless, spacious and had everything we really needed. I should add that it seemed very quiet. We didn't hear anyone else in the hotel at all. The employee who helped us check-in was also very patient as he spoke a little english and we speak far less Japanese. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious apartment 10 min walk to memorial

We had enough space for all 5 of us to stay in one bedroom but somehow (even though I had asked about this directly to the hotel), we ended up booking two rooms. Anyway, we had a lot of space. Washing machine is very quiet and good. The apartment is located about 10 minutes walking to the memorial.

New property. Clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Excellent coffee and our rate had breakfast included (large egg sandwich or granola, fruit and yogurt). It was a 18 min walk to the peace museum on easy sidewalks). A very short bus ride from Hiroshima station. The only thing for others to note is the size of the room. We were five people (parents and teenage children) and all had carry on luggage. It would have been very hard to open/store luggage if our suitcases were larger. We chose staying here as we all wanted to be in the same room as the beds accommodated 6 people. Overall we loved it.

Great to have a large room with kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel was in a convenient location with most sights within walking distance. Including lots of restaurants. It meant we were able to relax in an apartment sized room and regroup ahead of the second week of our trip.

Very spacious family room

Room was very spacious and in great condition. Some coffee in the room would have been good. Great location in the city. Check in was a bit awkward as the Roman alphabet wasn't accepted for the pre-check.

Amazing hotel, stayed in the deluxe studio. Super large room with everything you need. Only a 7 min walk to the main shopping district. Plenty of convenience stores out the front also. Would definately stay there again.

For the price it’s extremely decent, breakfast is limited to 2 options, the rooms are fairly clean (dust here and there) the location is a 5 min walk from a bunch of soaplands and clubs, so do keep that in mind when booking in this area with kids or family. Other than that it’s a bit of a walk from the nearest station.

Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize und 2 darüberliegenden Einzelbetten gebucht. Dadurch hatten wir viel Platz, da diese Familienzimmer mit bis zu 6 Personen belegt werden können. Es ist alles sauber und sogar ein Waschtrockner ist vorhanden. Bei Ankunft hatte unser Zimmer 26 Grad, da man erst die aircondition selbst mit der Fernbedienung einschalten muss. Muss man wissen 😉

The room was very comfortable, and I was surprised to discover it had a washing machine! The bed was very comfortable. I only have two gripes. First, the check-in process was frustrating. It's supposed to be fully automated, but as I've learned at other hotels that have similar systems, it takes as much time and requires as much human assistance as regular human check-in. I hate it. It's not the right way to welcome a guest. Secondly, I wish I'd known my room had barely any natural light and looked out onto the wall of the building next door. Whereas rooms on the other side of the building have lots of light. This is important information to know in advance. I would have definitely requested a different room.
