ここで良かった！

お値段だけでみたら少しお高いかなぁって感じましたが、窓からの景色や露天風呂からの眺め、何よりお食事が丁寧で夜も朝もとても美味しくいただきました。雨が降り、直ぐに傘も貸して頂き、フェリー乗り場まで送っていただきました。
お気遣いに温かさを感じてまた来たいと思いました。お部屋のタオルも肌触りが良く気持ち良く過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

とても良いです

接客がとても丁寧でした。欧米系の外国人観光客の方が多いせいか、接客係の皆さんが英語がとても堪能で驚きでした。料理は地元食材を使った懐石料理で、とても美味しかったです。最上階の露天風呂は少し狭いですが、瀬戸内海と大鳥居が見えて、朝風呂がとても気持ち良かったです。

関わったどのスタッフさんも優しくとてもご親切で初めての赤ちゃんを連れての旅行も安心して過ごすことが出来ました。ただ、一つだけ残念だった点ですが…
お布団についてお部屋に通された際に確認したところ夕食をすませてる間にお布団を敷いていただけるとのことでしたが、夕食から帰宅しても布団は敷かれておらず、自分たちで敷いて寝ていたら、20時くらい？？に内線がなりお布団どうしましょうかとのこと>_<
赤ちゃんも寝かしつけて、自分たちも静かに過ごしていたので内線の音に驚いて赤ちゃんが起きないかとドキドキしました。

ホテルの場所は表参道に面していて、とても便利な場所でした。部屋は広くてゆったりと過ごせました。食事は夕食、朝食ともに美味しかったです。食事の部屋は、外から覗かれるため、ガラスフィルムが施されていたらと良いのにと思います。

GW連休に行きました。到着日は生憎の雨でした。持って行った折り畳み傘を、翌日までに乾かしておきます、と預かってくださりました。夜のナイトクルーズの往復送迎もしてくださり、寒いので、と使い捨てカイロを頂きました。部屋数が少ないこともあると思いますが、ホスピタリティを感じることの出来た旅行になりました。また、機会があれば行きたい宿です。

質の高いサービスで快適な滞在

予約後のメールのやり取りからサービスのレベルの高さを期待できました。実際に宿泊してみると、期待どおりの質の高いサービスを受けることができ、快適な滞在でした。インドネシアから来た家族3人もとても満足していました。一つだけ注文があるとすれば、夕食のご飯ものの前に出たかますの煮ものが、若干くせがあったためか、何人かはあまり手を付けなかったことです。

宮島観光

旅行カバンあって歩くのが大変ですが、商店街の入り口にあり、フェリー乗り場から近かったので助かりました。
宿につくと、スタッフの方がすごく丁寧な接客をして頂きました。
部屋では、お茶を作って持ってきていただきいたせりつくせりでした。
部屋もきれいで清潔感あり居心地良かったです。
部屋には紅茶、コーヒー、お茶など様々な種類があり、楽しめました。
ご飯も素材の味を引き立たせる様な料理ですごく美味しくて幸せでした。量もお腹が満腹になるほどあり満足でした。
次の日チェックアウトした後にも荷物を預かっていただき、観光しやすく助かりました。
とてもよい旅行になったのでほんと感謝してます。

初めての家族旅行。

初めての家族旅行で、最初は慣れない事ばかりだったけど、スタッフの皆様が優しく丁寧に説明や対応してくれました。朝食も豪華で美味しかったです。ちょっと子供には多かったですが。チェックアウト後も手荷物預かっていただいたので楽に観光や買い物もでき、イイ家族旅行になりました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

宮島の最高のホテル

宮島の表参道にあり、ロケーションもお部屋もスタッフの方も最高でした。お風呂も気持ちよく、夜朝など堪能させていただきましたし、夕食なし朝食のみプランでしたが美しく美味しくて夕食もいただけばよかったと思いました。宮島内の飲食店は営業時間よりだいぶ早く店じまいしているお店も珍しくないです。

中途半端なホテル

宮島の老舗のホテルに泊まるつもりでしたが、新しいホテルだったのと口コミが高評価だったのいろはさんに泊まってみようと予約しました。
しかし、期待外れでした。外国人がたくさん宿泊するのを売りにしているようでしたが、風呂に入ろうとするとシンガポールの中年女性達が、トイレからスリッパはいたままがドアを開けっ放しで出てくる。湯舟の中にタオルじゃぶじゃぶ漬けて洗う。風呂から上がり体を拭かずにべたべたで脱衣場にいく。タオルは注意しましたが聞いてくれませんでした。とても、不快でした。

部屋に戻ると寒い。エアコンが暖房にならないので、フロントに連絡すると「こちらでで切り替えます。暖房、入れますか」とのこと。今日は11月4日ですよ。ふつう、暖房いれるでしょう。

他にも、料理は見た目はいいのですが、味は今一つだし、懐石料理と呼べるものではありません。従業員の方が、ワインの品揃えを自慢しておられましたが、まず料理だと思います。
主人も「ここの料理、おいしくないな」と言いました。

従業員の方（中国人）は、英語がペラペラでしたが、日本語の使い方がおかしい。日本人のお客様に正しい敬語が使えるようきちんと指導すべきです。

この内容で、この料金（京都の老舗旅館並み）はないですわ。二度と泊まりません。

抜群のロケーションです。

フェリー乗り場から近く、宮島観光にとてもよいロケーションに位置していると思います。とてもきれいなお宿です。お料理も地のものを多く使っているということでしたし、見た目もお味も良く楽しめました。温泉ではないようでしたが、お風呂も思ったよりも広くゆったりできました。特に露天風呂は海を臨むように配されているので、開放感が抜群です。入られることをお勧めします。
お部屋自体はきれいでゆったりとした作りでしたが、泊まったお部屋が「中庭をのぞむお部屋」ということでしたが、ほとんど明り取りといった感じの中庭？で、閉塞感があるお部屋です。このお部屋しか空いていない場合は、頭に入れて置かれたほうが良いと思います。
それと一つ残念だったのが、朝食会場のエアコンです。窓に近く眺めも最高のテーブルだったのでしょう。しかし、いかにせんエアコンがきつ過ぎました。風が強く、固形燃料で温める湯豆腐が全く温かくならず、出発予定時間が迫っていたので食べられずに出てきてしまいました。仲居さんが何度か温まり具合を見に来てくれましたが、打開策？を示されることがなく終わってしまったので、残念に思いました。

厳島神社を観光して疲れてもすぐにホテルに戻れるぐらいに、立地が最高でした。従業員の接客も丁寧でした。清潔感があり、モダンな空間が落ち着きました。心配していましたが、とても満足のいくホテルでした。宮島のホテルなら、絶対に人にすすめられます。

とてもきれいで清潔、スタッフも親切で感じが良く、居心地の良いお宿でした。
大浴場は温泉ではないようですが、厳島神社の鳥居が見える素晴らしい眺めで朝夕それぞれ異なる景色を楽しみました。
露天風呂は小さいと書かれていましたが、浴場では一度も他の人に会わなかったので独り占めできました。
入浴、朝食の際もエレベーターでも他の人に会いませんでした。
浴場のアメニティは他の方も書かれていた通りで良かったですし、部屋のアメニティもヘアバンドやボディタオルがあるのが嬉しいと思いました。
少し残念なのは通りに面した２階の部屋だったので、人通りが多いときは窓が開けられないことと、部屋の入口が狭く、出入りが大変だったくらいでしょうか。

便利で快適なホテル

厳島神社へ行く途中のメイン通りに面していて、とても便利なホテルです。
スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく滞在することができました。食事は、朝食のみ頂きましたが、とても美味しかったです。また、朝食会場のバルコニーから厳島神社の鳥居が綺麗に見えます。写真を撮っていた私たちに、写真を撮りましょうかと頼まなくてもスタッフの方が撮ってくださり、気遣いがうれしかったです。
部屋数が少ないため、大浴場や食事会場、エレベーターが混み合うこともなく、快適でした。大浴場の露天風呂からも、鳥居が綺麗に見えました。
宮島へ行く際は、また利用したいです。

初めての宮島宿泊

一人旅でアクセスしやすいところがいいと思って、このホテルにしました。
事前の宿泊確認の連絡をいただいた時から,チェックアウトまで,スタッフの方の丁寧で親切な対応に気持ちも温かくなりました。
ホテルの場所も分かりやすく,その後の散策にも便利な場所でした。館内は,とても新しく清潔感にあふれ,心地よい香りに包まれていて,リラックスできました。お部屋も事前に写真で見て予想していたよりもずっと広く,アメニティも充実していました。今回は朝食のみで和食を注文しました。食事は,大変満足のいく内容で,しかも海に面する場所でしたので、朝日に照らした海と厳島神社の大鳥居を見ながら朝食を楽しめました。大浴場は,そんなに広くはないのですが,清潔感にあふれ露天風呂からはライトアップされた厳島神社の大鳥居がきれいに見えました。
今回は,一人旅でしたが,女性同士で泊まるお宿としてもいいなと思いました。

食事もとてもこだわりがあり、味も、目で見ても楽しめる旅館

宮島に到着して、すぐに辿り着け、厳島神社・五重塔からもとても近く立地がとても良かったです。
大浴場も清潔感があり女子には嬉しい備え付けのシャンプー・コンディショナーも良い物でした。
食事もとてもこだわりを感じ、味は勿論ですが目で見て楽しめる食事でした。ゆっくりといただける空間でロケーションも良かった。
唯一宿泊した部屋がメイン道路に面していたため夜の騒音が気になった。

おもてなしの心

夫婦で１泊しました。夕方到着して、お風呂に入り（レモンが沢山浮かべてあった）、夕食を頂き，その後，ライトアップされた大鳥居まで散歩しました。全体におもてなしの心を感じるサービスでした。スタッフもいやいや仕事をしているのではなく、自然に、楽しげに振る舞っているのがよかった。

A wonderful stay

I was genuinely impressed with my stay. Check-in was seamless and warmly welcoming — the staff member who greeted me (I wish I’d caught her name) was attentive, engaging, and full of interesting conversation. She shared her own travel stories from Oxford and London, and even remembered I had an early departure, thoughtfully arranging a breakfast to take with me — a lovely touch.

The room itself was outstanding — easily the best night’s sleep I had during my time in Japan. The location is ideal: peaceful and tucked away from the crowds, offering a real sense of escape.

Dinner was pleasant, though not the highlight — the food was fine and service was great, but it’s not somewhere you’d come for a culinary standout. That said, during the day you can enjoy the street food stands nearby and opt for a lighter meal in the evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Itsukushima Iroha. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than one night. Short walk from the ferry terminal. The staff was so wonderful! The snack/continental breakfast room was lovely. Our room was divine! We were upgraded to a sea view room where we could enjoy the famous Torii gate from our window. The hotel was so quiet and serene, even as the streets outside were bustling with island visitors. This stay was a definite highlight of our time in Japan.

lovely night in Miyajima

We had a lovely stay in Miyajima, a stone's throw away from Itsukushima Shrine. Our ocean-view room had a view of the torii gate of the iconic shrine. Everything about the room from that view to the bedding to the bathroom was immaculate.

We also enjoyed a course (kaiseki) dinner facing the ocean, and Itsukushima Iroha catered to our vegetarian diet needs for dinner and breakfast.

To top it off, our friendly receptionist suggested some lovely local sights after we asked for some recommendations beyond the shrine.

Lovely hotel on the promenade overlooking the bay. We stayed 2 nights. Staff was exceedingly polite. Only problem is that everywhere to eat in town closes at 4-5 pm and the hotel offers only a very large prix fixe dinner that must be reserved in advance. A hotel in this price range should make allowances for guests who don’t want or need the full dinner experience.

Best Hotel I have ever been to. Superior Room with sea side view is super nice, with a view on famous Miyajima Torii. Very spacious rooms with nice beds, Japanese style seats and desk on tatami mats and western style chairs and desk. Very nice bathroom with onsen style tub. Lots of amenities. Do better than I did and book more than on night. I prolonged my stay, but unfortunately sea side was not available. Mountain side is also nice, but sea side is the side that you want!

My wife and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is right in the middle if Miyajima where all the tourists go. We had dinner at the hotel and it was great. Highly recommended to stay here.

While it was disappointing that the torii are shrouded in scaffolding we were impressed with the wonderful service and lovely facilities at the Kurayado Iroha. I agree this is a luxury hotel at a premium price, but disagree with reviews that say it is not worth it. You are paying for location, excellent service, delicious food and impeccable attention to detail. Even the artwork in the bathroom of our room was lovely. The rooftop hot springs were exquisite with a spectacular view of the Torii (when they are again viewable) and every detail of our dinner and breakfast were beautiful. We have been to many ryokan in Japan and we consider this one of the best in the more modern category. Special appreciation to Yuya at the front desk who was an especially helpful host to us as it was our first time to Miyajima!

Very High Quality Japanese experience

If you want to have experience of high quality Japanese services, this is the place to go. The dinner is Wonderfull. After 6 00 pm, the island is a quite place as thousand tourist move back to Hiroshima. All staff are at the top.

Service was impeccable! When you map to the location it takes you to the back of the accomodation so you would need to walk round the block to the front, but it’s totally worth it. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast was perfect. You have a great view of the Torii gates even though still far.

Nice but expensive (economic room disappointing)

Positives :
- extremely good service, lots of attention.
- well placed hotel with good options for food around.
- very nice breakfast.
- ryokan atmosphere

Négatives :
- the view on lake / tori is only for a few rooms that are even more expensive.
- the economic option / street view is quite disappointing : very noisy early in the morning, no view...
- the view from the onsen on the tori is nice but the open air onsen is very small compared to other onsens.
- overall a bit overpriced (but it’s true for most establishments in Miyajima or ryokans in general ...

服務員跟進貼心及有禮。
房間沒特色，收取的費用達高級酒店，但只提供一般的設備，沒什麼特色。
早餐服務很好，食品也很有特色，

Best location to all the key attractions!
Easy to find
Staff are very considerate, guiding you to your room and showing you around the place as well as facilities in your room. We were even provided with sweets and green tea. Made you feel welcomed!

Alojarse en la isla de Miyajima es una experiencia en si misma, altamente recomendable. El hotel Kurayado Iroha es además el broche de oro para esta experiencia. Excelente servicio y calidad.

Great honeymoon stay

We travelled all over Japan for our honeymoon. We stayed on Miyajima Island one night at Kurayado Iroha and it was superb. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, good location. Very comfortable futons. The Japanese breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The Onsen was both indoor and outdoor. Excellent. We hope to stay there again one day!

Mala experiencia y mal servicio.

Llegamos al hotel a las 19:30. Cenamos cena japonesa. Realmente muy especial... me encanta el sushi, pero los pescados secos y fuertes son demasiado duros. Menu muy caro y no estaba incluida ni siquiera una cerveza en un menu a 100€.
Precio de la habitacion carisima y todo muy viejo aunque disfrazado de ”tradicional”... mini bar con agua... pero tenia coste adicional... en el desayuno pedimos un vaso de zumo y nos dijeron que tenia un coste adicional... despues de otros 100€. En fin un experiencia decepcionante..:

Hotel tradicional en una isla con encanto

Este hotel es muy recomendable, ya han ido varios conocidos y todos han tenido una excelente experiencia.
El restaurante y la cena Kaiseki impresionantes.
Lo único malo es la temperatura del onsen, demasiado caliente pero es la costumbre japonesa q sea alta.
Una visita a la isla de Miyajima es un “must” para realizar un viaje autentico a Japón.

Hotel con encanto

El hotel se encuentra en la isla de Miyajima y es una experiencia única hcer noche allí una vez q los turistas se han ido. El restaurante del hotel es exquisito! Tiene tb acceso a un onsen, lo único malo es q el onsen no sea mixto, hombres y mujeres por separado. Si vas con tu pareja, lo bueno sería compartir la experiencia juntos.
