God værdi for pengene

Vi boede en familie i 4 nætter. Det var meget fin værdi for pengene. Ligger relativt centralt, nemt at komme til bussen.
Roligt kvarter.
Engelsktalende hjælpsomt personale i receptionen.
Dejligt med det lille køkken, hvor vi kunne lave lidt morgenmad. Vi anvendte møntvaskeri på gangen flere gange, nemt og hurtigt. Vi anbefale til andre rejsende.

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, en la recepción Gin (espero escribirlo bien) , fue sumamente amable, el hotel ofrece rastrillos, cepillos de dientes, y ligas de cabello, lo cual fue muy práctico. Caminando hay dos tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca, estaciones de metro y camiones también en menos de 10min caminando. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Very nice affordable place to stay. Pretty walkable to everywhere. The only negative was not always having access to a front desk person and they couldn’t call a cab for us. But I would stay here again.

앱을 깔아서 체크인을 미리 해두어야 했습니다. 어렵지는 않았어요. 주차는 주변의 코인파킹을 이용했구요. 숙소는 여러명이 숙박할 수 있는 형태였고 괜찮았습니다.

Awesome Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it’s a very niche spot located in a quiet area. The room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials a hotel guest could need.

Getting there was a breeze—a quick ride from Kyoto Station via Uber, which cost only about USD 10. If you prefer public transport, it's about a 15-minute walk from the nearest station.

Overall, it was an awesome stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kyoto.

Fantastic room with ample storage space. Modern decor, very clean bathroom, separate toilet/vanity/shower. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and it still felt roomy. Great to have a kitchenette also so we could heat up meals and buy groceries. Close to bus stops with buses only a10 minute ride to Central Kyoto. Loved our stay there! Would book this place on our next trip to Kyoto.

Muy buena eleccion, muy bien comunicado

El apartamento era amplio, muy limpio y con todos los utensilios necesarios, aunque no cocinamos porque muy cerca hay supermercados con comida preparada rica y variada. Podimos llegar a muchos sitios a pie( nos gusta caminar) pero muy cerca pasan casi todos los autobuses (el mejor sistema de transporte en kioto). Silencioso, comodo, en calle tranquila. Si vuelvo seguro que repito.

Check in through the Kabin app Does not work, check in tablet in lobby does not work and left us stranded for an hour trying to check in after 11 PM, in room safe, did not work, websites has luggage storage and it’s a shared storage with no security so it is not really luggage storage I so it is misrepresentation through the website and unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this ridiculous.

The hotel is very new and the dinning area of the room is the best part of the stay. Since it is located at a small lane, it is not car friendly, so there is no drop off place at the entrance, and you have to drive your car out of the lane if there is a car approaching.

Mala experiencia

La habitacion es pequeña y con una ducha en el suelo que moja todo el baño. No hay posibilidad de desayuno y al llegar (y no antes) nos avisan de que el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones solo es para reservas de cuatro noches y vaya...nosotros hemos reservado tres asi que sin limpieza, sin desayuno y con el baño empapado. Mala experiencia

Fantastic guest house like stay. Comfortable beds and a convenient kitchenette.
Fab location with bus stop just outside. Quite a bit out of the city/central station but a quick bus ride beats that for the price and amenities.

Positif : le personnel parle parfaitement anglais.
Négatif :
- le prix est très élevé
- nous avions réservé un lit bébé pour un bébé de 20 mois, on nous fournit un lit pour un bébé de 1 an. Notre fille est aussi longue que le lit et peut très facilement en sortir.

Et encore, la personne à l’accueil nous dit qu’il n’est pas sûr qu’il y ait un lit disponible.

Had a great time at the hotel. Quite walkable to nearby sites like Nishiki Market. Very close to bus stops (3 minutes walk), a bit of a longer distance to train stations. Within 5 minutes to Lawsons and 7-11 and there is a small local shopping street next to Lawsons with some cafes, restaurants, produce/grocery stores, and other stores.

Beware that taxi drivers might find it difficult to find the hotel. It took a bit for the driver to figure it out and still ended up one street over from the hotel. You will definitely need the address in Japanese.

Room was large enough to comfortably hold 3-4 people. Beware though that bunk beds are not soft and just a thin mattress/futon on a hard base. I didn't mind it but if your sensitive about it, don't book the room with bunk beds. Some areas were dusty (shelves/drawers inside the dresser, the ledges beside the beds). We just wiped it off ourselves. Because we stayed for 2 weeks, cleaning was arranged every 3 days.

Kitchen is tiny with 1 burner, so you definitely can't make a feast, but it worked for simple stuff like noodles. Super convenient. All cutlery, dishes and pot/pan are in the room already. We requested a knife and cutting board at reception during their open hours.

All in all, a nice quiet place to stay. Very happy with the hotel.

Great place with nice staff, my friends and I have really enjoyed our stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is about 15 mins walk to the closest subway station. There is a bus stop near by, but the operating hours are shorter for buses.

This was our 2nd hotel during our 14 day trip through Japan. Overall it was our favorite; the cleanliness & location was great. The front desk has weird hours & the staff answering the phone was only Japanese speaking so it was a bit hard asking some questions but overall it wasn’t that big of an issue. Would stay again.

near supermarkets and transports, friendly staff and there have self-help luggage keeping which helped us a lot, quite at night and there are full set kitchen gears provided in room, only one thing is that be attention of the working hour of their staff, not around-the-clock, anyhow recommend
