施設はきれいでスタッフの方も丁寧で良かったです。ドーナツが選べるモーニングサービスがあり、朝ゆっくりできました。1000円追加で11時までのレイトチェックアウトができ、バスタオル等レンタルも可能で便利でした。
1点、ドミトリーで外国人ゲストが深夜2時半ぐらいまで荷物整理をしていて、ガサガサ音やファスナー開け閉めが響いて眠れなかったです。それ以外は満足でした。また泊まりたいと思います。

清潔感あり、外国人以外はみな静かにしてるので、とても気持ちいい。部屋が狭いので、エアコンで乾燥が激しく、小さな加湿器ではまかなえない。共同でも部屋に小さなテーブルがあった方がいい。朝食は早くても8時30分から、日本人には合わない気がした。

There is the cafe on grand-floor, It's was nice.
But there is no restaurant around hostel. So have to walk 5-10min to near the station(Asakusa-bashi or Akihabara).

スタッフ皆さんがラフな感じで、丁寧な対応で親切でした。あるピンチにも快く対応していただいて救われました。
バスルームもスッキリしてしてキレイでした。
プラン内の朝食のドーナツやカフェのサービスは、とても有難いです。私好みのドーナツでした。また友人にも紹介させていただきたいです。

共用空間も広く、落ち着けるスペースで、ベッドも広くて快適。
今回、夜遅くチェックインしたのに前日の使用した後のベッドメイクがされておらず待たされた。疲れていたので残念。

清潔感はとても良いです。受付の方も私の質問に対して丁寧に教えてくれました。予めチェックインをしておけば、23時以降にホテルに戻っても裏口からセキュリティーコードの入力で出入りが可能なので助かりました。名前にAkihabaraとありますが、浅草橋駅の方が近いです。
もちろん全然秋葉原からも歩ける距離なので気にならない程度です。

全体的に良かったですが、ロケーションがもう少し駅に近ければなお良かったですね。殆どので宿泊者はスーツケースを持った若い旅行者だったので、やはり、仕事帰りのサラリーマンには、あってなかったです。

ディズニー帰りでチェックインギリギリに行ってしまったのですがとても親切に対応していただけました！部屋も綺麗でとても良かったのですがトイレとお風呂が自分の部屋になく少し不便でした😿歯ブラシを忘れてしまい買ったのですが、歯磨き粉がタブレットであまり良くなかったので行く際には歯磨きセットは忘れないようにした方がいいです！

シンプルなサービスでよかった。アメニティの香りが良いです。元都内在住で秋葉原に用事があり宿泊しました。家族で宿泊しましたが、このような宿泊施設は若い子達が気軽に旅行できる機会が増え良いと思います。

施設はとても清潔でしたし、満足でした。
宿泊者が夜中に大声を出したりしていましたが、施設側も注意喚起をしてくれているので、これは宿泊者側のマナー問題ですね。
空港に行くなら都営浅草線の浅草橋駅から一本ですし、秋葉原からも徒歩10分程度なので、JR線、日比谷線なども使え、少し歩くことが問題なければ、立地はいいかと思います。

I have stayed at this hotel for two holidays in Tokyo so they are doing quite a lot well for me to have returned.

Positives.

Lockers are avalaible in the dormitory style rooms and you dont need to have your own padlock to use them.

Bedding is clean and comfortable there are also roller blinds for privacy for all of the sleeping bunks.

One set of towels are included with additional sets avaliable to rent at 300 Yen.

10 to 15 minuite walk from Akihabara station and only a few stations away from Tokyo and Hamamatsucho. Useful for Narita Express to Narita Airport and the Monorail to Haneda Airport respectively.

Very near a Family Mart and the even bigger Life Supermarket as well being very close to a very good bakery and Thai restaurant

Shared kitchen facilities are basic with a hot water dispenser and microwave but its enough for most instances. There is also a restaurant based within the communal room that cook from their own kitchen space from 10am to 10pm.

On site washing machine and tumble dryer.

Shower facilities are clean worked with no issues. Hairdryers were an issue before but they seemed to have been replaced on my second visit.

Free small breakfast of coffee/teas and a doughnut.

Free Wifi in the rooms and communal space

Friendly and welcoming staff.

We r 5 members family staying at the big room with its own restroom & shower room.the good thing is the luggage can be left till 18:00 after checkout which is very convenient before we departure to airport. Good place we may stay again.

Felt safe and clean. Nice vibe and the staff are so friendly. So great to have access to a kitchen where we can heat our food and make a tea whenever we want. The donuts every morning was a really sweet little treat!

didn't specify it's a hostel with shared bathroom, toilet (I walk in to use the toilet and there is a man walk out from shower- even in public bathroom men and women don't use the same bathroom- law suit will happen soon for this place!) The place is old, outdated, not allow to eat and drink in the room, but the lounge with 2 tables and extremely dirty and smell. price was not cheap when we book for 3 bunk beds and 3 towels and you do your own housekeeping 75$/night. We lost 450$ and immediately book a different hotel for next 5 days. I think Expedia need to review the grading and take this dumpster off their advertise so other travelers wouldn't get scam like us (overheard others complained when we walk by). People party, screaming and yelling until after 1am. If I could I would give NO star for this place.

This cozy hostel offers a pleasant stay. We reserved the family room at a price point comparable to a hotel. It did come with the valuable benefit of a private bathroom. However, it lacks some traditional hotel services.

不會再來

訂了3人房，住了5晚，旁邊是混合床位，很多人出出入入很吵，隔音不行。
廁所及浴室清潔一般，有味道
共用廁所男女混合不方便又尷尬
房間很髒，有灰塵及頭髮，晚上睡覺皮膚很癢，被子及床都好污糟
房間沒有清潔，員工不友善，太可怕了
沒想到有這麼多好評現實卻相反
每天都想趕快離開，很差勁的體驗

A group of Japanese who returned after 1:00 a.m. were shouting loudly as they walked down the aisle of their room. They must have been drunk. The drunks outside were also yelling so loudly and bothersomely that I could not sleep.
It was a dormitory room for four people, but it was so small that there was no space to spread out our suitcases. In the morning, the restroom was crowded, with six people standing over two sinks to put on their makeup. It was too small.

The room was very dirty, with lots of dust near the bed, which made me really sick. Also, the bathroom was not very clean (lots of hair) and the toilets were a bit dirty as well.

The staff was not helpful nor welcoming, they were not opened to answer any questions.

The other clients were loud and were making a lot of noise at 2am, laughing and using the hairdryer.

On Google Maps, it says it is a 3 stars hotel, but it is clearly a hostel. I would not recommend.

The room we stayed at was the triple room with the bunk beds and tatami mats. It was more spacious than I expected. There was also a women’s only washroom which was nice. The room and washroom were both clean. About a 15 min walk from stations so it was a bit further out.

Dorm room, so it can be a mixed bag depending on the people you’re sharing the space with. Curfew isn’t strictly enforced, lights don’t shutoff past curfew, there’s been a couple nights where the lights remain on because people are coming in at 3am… closing the door loudly as there aren’t any door closures to mitigate the lack of care from your roommates.

Lounge area has good ambience on the ground floor. Washrooms are clean, can be busy during morning and bed hours, but there are multiple floors for you to use.

Lockers are provided with a key, narrow so fits carry-on only, but deep enough to fit a couple with room above to hang a couple clothes.

For the price, I can’t complain too much, good for the few nights I was there, can’t imagine staying longer. Walking to the transit station is roughly 10-15mins. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the rail heading to Akihabara.

Too bad this time I was sharing with a couple of obnoxious folks.

Great experience for the kids!

Loved out stay, a mom with 2 young kids. The kids loved the capsule hotel theme and I loved that we were still able to have our own room and the tatami bed with space to leave all our stuff comfortably. We had a long vacation in Japan, with many hotels with much higher star-ratings but the Cocts was our kids favourite! Highly recommended!

My kids and I had the 3 person room. It had 2 pods and a bed. This was the most comfortable bed I had the entire trip. It is a very nice inn and in general I felt like it was clean and we got Donuts in the morning :)
Since it is a shared bathroom it might not be so clean, depending on who you share it with.
