清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。エレベーターでカードキーをかざさないと客室に行けない、大浴場に入らないようになっているので、セキュリティー面での安心感はあります。また、朝食会場や大浴場の混雑具合、コインランドリーの使用状況なども客室で確認出来るのでとても便利でした。

朝食がどれも美味しかったです。
ランドリーがあったのですが、終わっていてもなかなか取りに来ない方がいるので困った。各階にあると良かった。ランドリーのところに自販機や電子レンジが一緒だったので人が密集することがあるので別々の方が良いと思った。

全てに配慮が行き届いています。大浴場は清潔でドライヤーはリファの物でした。
朝食はどれも美味しく、お水以外にレモン水があったり、ドレッシングに人参ドレッシング、エリンギやレンコンの天ぷら、おはぎと手作りで美味しい他のホテルのモーニングでは見かけないような物がありました。

ホテルの大浴場は広くてきれいで、浴槽も２つあり、特に乳白色のお風呂の方は、窓が開いていて外気が入って来て気持ち良く利用出来ました。ただ、気になる点がありました。脱衣所の中にスリッパを履いたまま、入って来る人がいるのを数回、見かけました。脱衣所の入り口に〝ここでスリッパを脱いでください〟という看板があるのに、海外の人なのか？…看板が全然目に入って無いのか？…分かりませんが…。
脱衣所入り口の看板をもう少し、大きくするとかして、スリッパを履いたまま脱衣所を歩き回る人を無くすようにして欲しいと思いました。

新しくできたようでとてもきれいでセンスのいいホテルでした。大浴場に泡のお風呂もあり疲れがとれやすかったです。
とても快適でまた泊まりたいと思うほどでした。

朝食券は当日でも買えると言われていたので、朝 購入しようとすると『食材が足りないので予約者だけとなってしまった』と言われた。無駄にせず、不足せずは難しいだろうが、それならビュッフェにすべきではない。予約者のみとなるならそれを宿泊者全員に伝えるべきだ。最終日の楽しみにしていただけに非常に憤りを感じる。確かに『忘れられない朝食』となった。お風呂を宣伝しているが、ロッカーの数に対して洗い場が少なすぎる。混んで当たり前だ。エレベーターが３基あるが、稼働が遅い。気にしないようにしていたが、朝食の件でどれも不満に感じてしまい、楽しかった４泊５日を少々台無しにされた。二度と泊まらないし、周りには一切勧める気はない。ただ、スタッフはとても丁寧だった。そこは満足している。

都内のどこに行くにも便利な場所。
駅は3駅、比較的近いです。
新しいので、客室・他設備ともに綺麗。

値段、立地、綺麗さ、大浴場と満足のホテル！！！

出張で4泊しました。
出来て間もないホテルとあって、本当に綺麗なホテルでした。またオープニング価格でお得に泊まることが出来ました！
溜池山王駅、赤坂駅、赤坂見附駅の３駅が利用可能で、都内どこへ行くのも便利でした。また赤坂周辺にはレストラン、居酒屋、バーなどが沢山あり、食事や飲みには困りませんでした。
ホテルには大浴場があり、温かい広々とした湯を堪能で出来で最高でした。ただやはり部屋の狭さが欠点。海外から来たので大きなスーツケースを広げるのは少々きつかった。。。
しかし値段、立地、綺麗さ、大浴場と満足のホテルでした！！！

とても綺麗で過ごしやすいです

年末年始の12/30-1/2の3泊しました。
新しいホテルなので綺麗です。

フロントにおいてある、自由に持っていける
ドリップコーヒーは美味しかったです。
自分で入れるタイプのものですが、
滞在期間中は何度でも使っても良いので
とてもありがたかったです。

Amazonプライムビデオも個人のアカウントで観られたので退屈しませんでした。

滞在目的は、大浴場が目当てで利用しました。

お風呂場には時計がなかったので、
何時か判らず更衣室まで見に
行かなければなりません。

お風呂に入る時に足を流すための
桶があれば良いかと思いました。

日本人顔もしくはアジア系の方で、
湯船にショーツのまま
入ろうとした方がいました。

しかしショーツを脱いでもそのショーツを
握りしめたまま湯船に浸かったり、
刺青お断りと入口に小さく書かれていても
気づかず？そのまま入った方もいました。

スマホも更衣室で利用している方もいました。

マナーの点については、
ホテル側でもう少し記載を大きくするなど、
配慮された方が良いでしょう。


朝食は3日間とも利用しましたが、
ほぼ毎日同じメニューだったので
同じものを食べるのがイヤな方は
連泊での朝食利用は向かないかもしれません。

総合的には良いと思いましたが、
インバウンドをメインに
今後、営業するのであれば、
お風呂の利用マナーとかを
厳しくする必要はないかもしれませんが、
そうでない場合は、対策しないと日本人からの評価は落ちるかもしれませんね。

全体的に高級感がありいいホテル！

外観も内観もとても綺麗で過ごしやすかった。部屋も広々と感じた。部屋までのアプローチも高級感があり、ラグジュアリーな気分になる。部屋の中の机も作業しやすかった。都心のホテルということもあり、部屋からのビューは期待しない方がいい。改善ができるのであれば大浴場のシャワーの持続時間を長くしてほしい。一回のプッシュで5秒くらい？しか流れが持続しないので、何回もプッシュしなければならなく、ちょっとイライラした。それを除けば全体的にとてもいいホテルだった。

Super convenient hotel. Staff and ameneties were perfect! Check-in/Check-out was seamless. Highly recommend the breakfast, it was delicious and opened at a convenient time. Way better than eating at 7/11 in the morning. 10/10 would recommend. Metro lines are nearby, easy to travel from and to Shibuya/Shinjuku etc.

From the outside this place looks nice but that will not last into the room.
Pros: great location, convenience store attached, great staff.
Cons: room was so small as a single person i was cramped cannot imagine sharing with a partner, the plave has too many rooms so we would often have to wait for lifts and re order as they would be full, same with the laundry room. Overall not enough amenities for how many people they try to service.
We stayed here 5 nights and it was just fine I wouldnt bother to stay again.

Everything about this property is great.
EXCEPT. I have never experienced pillows like it in my life. In what can only be described as something similar to prison, you are provided with one pillow per person which are a “bean bag” texture filled with stones and the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced in my life. I paid over £200 for a night and this hotel, and was flabbergasted at this. I have stayed in hostels with better pillows than these. I requested more pillows from reception in a weak attempt to be a tiny bit comfier, but was told they do not provide additional pillows.
For this reason alone, I would not advise anyone who likes sleeping to stay here. Outrageous.

Everyone about this hotel was lovely, but our room was way smaller than I expected. Probably good for 1 person. If it’s 2 or more people, I’d look in a different location. But my partner and I LOVED that there was a 7 Eleven in our building and that it was central to so many cool bars and restaurants. It’s also a few minutes away from the train station.

The staff and rooms were great. Public baths were big and clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Location is good and close to many transport options for all main Tokyo areas with ease.
Laundry was very convenient, improvement can be made to allow process tracking with an app or webpage and not only the in room TV.

Das JR WEST GROUP VIA INN PRIME Akasaka ist grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, ideal gelegen, um Tokio zu erkunden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Onsen, den ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Leider wurde ich jedoch im Zimmer vom Personal bestohlen. Das Hotel war nicht bereit, für diesen Vorfall Verantwortung zu übernehmen oder den Schaden auszugleichen. Dieses Verhalten hat meinen gesamten Aufenthalt überschattet.

Daher kann ich das Hotel trotz guter Lage und Ausstattung nicht empfehlen.

Mixed feelings

This hotel was good for a low budget hotel. Very few amenities. Location was great, walking distance to a couple subways. Many restaurants, convenience stores, and bars within a few blocks. Negative aspects were no shelves or drawers to unpack clothes (I had to use the desktop), only 1 pillow that was super hard (went out and bought a softer pillow after a terrible night sleep), and they don’t allow visitors up to your room. I was there to drop my son off at university and after traveling for some time, we had a few hours before he was able to move in to his dorm so he had to wait in the lobby. They did allow me to keep my baggage there for a few hours after checkout without any fees.

This was our first hotel in Japan so we had 0 expectations but omg this hotel was so perfect nearby the lobby was a door to 7 eleven (you need your room key to access) the staff was so friendly and everyone speaks english so it's too easy to communicate, its near by 3 different metro stations so it was so easy to move in tokyo :) I completely recommend this hotel he had a wonderful experience

值得推薦

飯店設施較新，為商務型飯店，位置在3個地鐵線附近, 距赤阪地鐵站步行約5-10分鐘。有自助check-in，飯店人員英文溝通ok，距日枝社會步行約5分鐘。到表參道或澀谷地鐵約4站距離(千代田線)。房間簡潔舒適(一個26吋可全開，2個也ok但是會較為擁擠)，附設有洗脱烘洗衣(500日元/次)，樓下有7-11逛完街補貨方便(飯店末附瓶裝水，只有飲水機)。缺點是衣物與浴巾吊掛空間較為不足，只能吊掛在玄關處，另外冰箱相較於其他商務旅管較為小一些，2L水瓶大概就滿了。

Excellent hotel! Clean, modern, helpful staff. Decent amount of space for two adults in the Via Inn single room. Double bed was firm, comfortable, and felt larger than I was expecting! Breakfast buffet had large selection of quality food, much better than other buffets we’ve had since. Attractions and metro within 5-30 min walks away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was equipped with everything you could want for a trip! Everything was so thoughtful - from the amenities you can take from the lobby area, well-designed public baths, and laundry facilities. We especially appreciated that for Tokyo, the room itself wasn't a tiny shoebox. There was definitely enough room to open up a suitcase or two. Even though they advertise no housekeeping for short stays, the staff still offered to empty our trash bins everyday and a quick tidy up including new towels every night. Located in Akasaka, the hotel is between two different metro lines so very convenient to get around central Tokyo. For tourists especially, quick walk to the Ginza Line means all the major attractions are easily accessible!

My only suggestion is to add some hooks! For the door in the room's bathroom itself and the public bath area. It was tricky because they wanted you to dry off before stepping back inside the change area but there's nowehre to put your towel inside the bath.

This hotel is in a convenient location, the 7-11 on the first floor is the best!! It is also a few blocks away from a few different public transit lines. The staff were nice and helpful and their loungewear is comfortable. The rooms were a tad small though.

The hotel was great. Very conveniently located close to the Akasaka station, making it easy to get round. The staff were friendly and helping. Amenities were great. Would stay here again.

Eine tolle, saubere und zuvorkommende Unterkunft. Sie liegt perfekt gelegen, denn gleich darunter befindet sich ein 7-Eleven und mehrere Bahnlinien sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein und es fehlt ein Schrank/Regal, aber man kommt zurecht. Der Service ist super und bei Fragen wird einem schnell geholfen. 👏
Das saubere Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, wer mag kann aber auch ins hoteleigene Sento (Nach Geschlechtern getrennt & Tattoos nicht erlaubt) gehen, was wir viel und gerne genutzt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen, besonders auch, um ersten Kontakt mit einem Onsen zu machen. ☺️ ♨️
Kostenloser Kaffee und Eiswürfel sowie Waschmöglichkeiten runden das positive Erlebnis ab. 😇
Preis-Leistung ist super. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen 🙌

very polite personal. and in the center of tokyo. the metro station is just 5min. around the corner. to tokyo tower also 20 min. by feed. the best is the own 7eleven in the first floor of the hotel. the breakfast is also nice. asian/international meals. the room minimalistic stylish👍. huge bed (in my single room) big tv, fridge etc. should i've come back to tokyo the "via prime inn akasaka" will me see again! thank you!

The location is great restaurant, bars lively evening area. The room was standard budget hotel clean quiet with courteous staff. There’s an answer and lots of amenities soap and facemasks, etc… However I found this hotel, uncomfortable, and unexpected ways. This was the hardest I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. This was very uncomfortable and didn’t allow me to sleep well.
I’m 5 foot 8” inches with long legs the bathroom sinks kit right above my knees. The bathroom seemed to be on a miniature scale compared to the room.. the toilet and the bed were very low to the floor. Due to these things, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Das Hotel ist prima. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Fitnessstudio wäre noch prima, zumindest mit ein paar Gewichten. Das nur als Vorschlag am Rande.
Man kommt schnell zu unterschiedlichen Subway Linien und ist dadurch schnell überall. Es gibt auch tolle Izakaya um die Ecke. Wir kommen wieder!

Compared to the other hotels in this area, this hotel is the newest with a competitive price. The rooms are clean and well lit. With a double room we had space for two big luggages. It is walkable to three metro stations; akasaka (~3mins), akasaka-mitsuke (~7 mins) and tameiko-sanno (~7mins).

However house keeping is questionable. We found dried blood stains on the inner lining of the toilet seat, a blood dot stain on the pillowcase and, bed was sloppily done for the first couple of nights like in the pic.

Location is great if you’re looking for a somewhat quieter part of Tokyo to stay, but still want fairly quick access to the subway lines to get around. Staff was incredibly helpful, and check in/out is mostly done at a kiosk with clear English options. The breakfast has a nice spread of light meats and breads to start your day, and the rooms have all amenities you would need for a short stay.

Great rooms and service, we loved the deluxe double with two sitting areas for a larger than average Tokyo room. We could both access our luggage comfortably. The 7-11 in the hotel was also super convenient.

Akasaka Area

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Overall value for price paid for Tokyo hotel ( with Onsen ). If you want to get away from the crowds Akasaka is a good option ith multiple trains/ buses from central Tokyo, Rooms are small but it is what it is for Tokyo.

We enjoyed our first stay in October 2024, and our second stay in April 2025. The staff are professional and courteousous. The facility is clean and efficient. An added bonus is the 7Eleven downstairs and the easy access to three metro stations and walking distance to Akasaka center.

Love everything about this hotel. 2 stations within walking distance, Akasaka station for subway and Tameike Sanno station for the Metro (3 stops to Ginza and 5 stops to Shibuya).
Lots of good options for restaurants and pharmacies and cosmetics store. Very clean, great breakfast (we only did twice for breakfast) very good breakfast but can be repetitive if you stay longer. The water pressure in the shower is great, staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended and will stay again next time

J’ai particulièrement apprécié de rester 10 nuits dans cet hôtel. Celui-ci est très bien situé et proche de plusieurs restaurants et stations de métro. De plus, le personnel est très agréable et l’hôtel est particulièrement propre. Je recommande.
