新しくできたようでとてもきれいでセンスのいいホテルでした。大浴場に泡のお風呂もあり疲れがとれやすかったです。
とても快適でまた泊まりたいと思うほどでした。
割引で土曜日に3万を下回ってたのもありがたかったです。

朝食券は当日でも買えると言われていたので、朝 購入しようとすると『食材が足りないので予約者だけとなってしまった』と言われた。無駄にせず、不足せずは難しいだろうが、それならビュッフェにすべきではない。予約者のみとなるならそれを宿泊者全員に伝えるべきだ。最終日の楽しみにしていただけに非常に憤りを感じる。確かに『忘れられない朝食』となった。お風呂を宣伝しているが、ロッカーの数に対して洗い場が少なすぎる。混んで当たり前だ。エレベーターが３基あるが、稼働が遅い。気にしないようにしていたが、朝食の件でどれも不満に感じてしまい、楽しかった４泊５日を少々台無しにされた。二度と泊まらないし、周りには一切勧める気はない。ただ、スタッフはとても丁寧だった。そこは満足している。

食事をお部屋でゆっくり取りたい派の私たちにとっては、テーブルも広くソファも寛ぎやすいスタイルのお部屋だったのでとても良かったです。

良いホテルです

大変快適な滞在でした。
都内のどこに行くにも便利な場所。
駅は3駅、比較的近いです。
新しいので、客室・他設備ともに綺麗。
大浴場の湯船が広いのが良いです。
また、機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

トータル良いホテルです

TV大画面で良い。ベッド広くて良い。テーブル広くて良い。部屋狭い。
朝食とても美味しい。大浴場広くて良いが床が滑りやすいので注意。
大浴場のミネラルウォーターの水はぬるい。

値段、立地、綺麗さ、大浴場と満足のホテル！！！

出張で4泊しました。
出来て間もないホテルとあって、本当に綺麗なホテルでした。またオープニング価格でお得に泊まることが出来ました！
溜池山王駅、赤坂駅、赤坂見附駅の３駅が利用可能で、都内どこへ行くのも便利でした。また赤坂周辺にはレストラン、居酒屋、バーなどが沢山あり、食事や飲みには困りませんでした。
ホテルには大浴場があり、温かい広々とした湯を堪能で出来で最高でした。ただやはり部屋の狭さが欠点。海外から来たので大きなスーツケースを広げるのは少々きつかった。。。
しかし値段、立地、綺麗さ、大浴場と満足のホテルでした！！！

とても綺麗で過ごしやすいです

年末年始の12/30-1/2の3泊しました。
新しいホテルなので綺麗です。

フロントにおいてある、自由に持っていける
ドリップコーヒーは美味しかったです。
自分で入れるタイプのものですが、
滞在期間中は何度でも使っても良いので
とてもありがたかったです。

Amazonプライムビデオも個人のアカウントで観られたので退屈しませんでした。

滞在目的は、大浴場が目当てで利用しました。

お風呂場には時計がなかったので、
何時か判らず更衣室まで見に
行かなければなりません。

お風呂に入る時に足を流すための
桶があれば良いかと思いました。

日本人顔もしくはアジア系の方で、
湯船にショーツのまま
入ろうとした方がいました。

しかしショーツを脱いでもそのショーツを
握りしめたまま湯船に浸かったり、
刺青お断りと入口に小さく書かれていても
気づかず？そのまま入った方もいました。

スマホも更衣室で利用している方もいました。

マナーの点については、
ホテル側でもう少し記載を大きくするなど、
配慮された方が良いでしょう。


朝食は3日間とも利用しましたが、
ほぼ毎日同じメニューだったので
同じものを食べるのがイヤな方は
連泊での朝食利用は向かないかもしれません。

総合的には良いと思いましたが、
インバウンドをメインに
今後、営業するのであれば、
お風呂の利用マナーとかを
厳しくする必要はないかもしれませんが、
そうでない場合は、対策しないと日本人からの評価は落ちるかもしれませんね。

全体的に高級感がありいいホテル！

外観も内観もとても綺麗で過ごしやすかった。部屋も広々と感じた。部屋までのアプローチも高級感があり、ラグジュアリーな気分になる。部屋の中の机も作業しやすかった。都心のホテルということもあり、部屋からのビューは期待しない方がいい。改善ができるのであれば大浴場のシャワーの持続時間を長くしてほしい。一回のプッシュで5秒くらい？しか流れが持続しないので、何回もプッシュしなければならなく、ちょっとイライラした。それを除けば全体的にとてもいいホテルだった。

The location is great restaurant, bars lively evening area. The room was standard budget hotel clean quiet with courteous staff. There’s an answer and lots of amenities soap and facemasks, etc… However I found this hotel, uncomfortable, and unexpected ways. This was the hardest I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. This was very uncomfortable and didn’t allow me to sleep well.
I’m 5 foot 8” inches with long legs the bathroom sinks kit right above my knees. The bathroom seemed to be on a miniature scale compared to the room.. the toilet and the bed were very low to the floor. Due to these things, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Das Hotel ist prima. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Fitnessstudio wäre noch prima, zumindest mit ein paar Gewichten. Das nur als Vorschlag am Rande.
Man kommt schnell zu unterschiedlichen Subway Linien und ist dadurch schnell überall. Es gibt auch tolle Izakaya um die Ecke. Wir kommen wieder!

Compared to the other hotels in this area, this hotel is the newest with a competitive price. The rooms are clean and well lit. With a double room we had space for two big luggages. It is walkable to three metro stations; akasaka (~3mins), akasaka-mitsuke (~7 mins) and tameiko-sanno (~7mins).

However house keeping is questionable. We found dried blood stains on the inner lining of the toilet seat, a blood dot stain on the pillowcase and, bed was sloppily done for the first couple of nights like in the pic.

Location is great if you’re looking for a somewhat quieter part of Tokyo to stay, but still want fairly quick access to the subway lines to get around. Staff was incredibly helpful, and check in/out is mostly done at a kiosk with clear English options. The breakfast has a nice spread of light meats and breads to start your day, and the rooms have all amenities you would need for a short stay.

Great rooms and service, we loved the deluxe double with two sitting areas for a larger than average Tokyo room. We could both access our luggage comfortably. The 7-11 in the hotel was also super convenient.

Akasaka Area

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Overall value for price paid for Tokyo hotel ( with Onsen ). If you want to get away from the crowds Akasaka is a good option ith multiple trains/ buses from central Tokyo, Rooms are small but it is what it is for Tokyo.

We enjoyed our first stay in October 2024, and our second stay in April 2025. The staff are professional and courteousous. The facility is clean and efficient. An added bonus is the 7Eleven downstairs and the easy access to three metro stations and walking distance to Akasaka center.

Love everything about this hotel. 2 stations within walking distance, Akasaka station for subway and Tameike Sanno station for the Metro (3 stops to Ginza and 5 stops to Shibuya).
Lots of good options for restaurants and pharmacies and cosmetics store. Very clean, great breakfast (we only did twice for breakfast) very good breakfast but can be repetitive if you stay longer. The water pressure in the shower is great, staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended and will stay again next time

Average quality hotel

The hotel relies on the machine for check in - it slows down the process rather speed up. The onsen is more like warm tap water only. Location is convenient - close to subway and surrounded by many restaurants and convenient stores.

I could not recommend this inn enough. The convenience of having a 7/11 down stairs was truly great. The inn was within minutes of a train station and was truly in a great location. There were many shopping locations such as Bic Camera, Sundrug, and Don Quijote nearby. I will definitely be returning to this inn next time I come to Tokyo. Originally, before my stay I was looking into the APA hotels, I read a couple reviews about this Inn and I would 100% say do not even bother with APA. This has everything you need, laundry, convenience store, onsen, daily room cleaning and provided clean towels and set of pjs. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.

After the intensity of Tokyo it’s so nice to return to Akasaka, great restaurants, bars, plenty of train options, taxi and uber and of course a 7-11 downstairs

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Vor dem Check-In besteht die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck verstauen zu lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, so wie wir es fast überall in Tokio erfahren durften. Die Zimmer sind, wie häufig, eher klein und für zwei Personen sollte ein möglichst großes Zimmer gebucht werden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ggf. könnte das Badezimmer modernisiert werden und in dem Zuge Einengungen anstatt eine kleine Badewanne verbaut werden, um den Platz besser ausnutzen zu können.

The location of the hotel is excellent with 3 metro lines close by. The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and OK for 2 people with carry on. Self serving lockets to store luggage if required. Excellent hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo.

A-1 for solo travel

One of my favorite Tokyo hotels for solo travel. Wonderful sento (public bath), tasty breakfast, clean, quiet & convenient. Room size adequate. Plenty of restaurants & cafes in lively neighborhood. Easy access to mass transit that connects to both Haneda and Narita airports. I've stayed here half a dozen times, and will again.

Clean, modern, and great location

Turned out to be one of our favorite stays. The hotel exterior is beautiful from the outside and love that a 7 eleven is connected downstairs. Inside is also nice and modern. The rooms are small, but that is expected of Tokyo, and the bathroom was the smallest we’ve seen compared to all the hotels we ever stayed in Japan, however the room was still comfortable and clean so that was a plus for us. The room worked for us traveling as two people. Also liked the location of the hotel since the subway (about 10 mins walk) was on the direct lines that easily took us to main spots around Tokyo. It was located in a quiet area, felt more local, with subways nearby, and restaurants and drugstores all walking distance. Behind it, it was more of a working area with buildings and a hidden small fushimi inari shrine look-a-like area that we randomly found while exploring as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Akasaka Hotel

Compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was just ok. There were issues with check-in and the staff didn’t seem interested or available to provide any assistance outside of checking in and out. Location was fine, although a bit hard to find at first, and the room, while small was comfortable, except for the pillows which were exceptionally hard.

Wonderful stay

Fabulous stay. Storage was a bit of an issue (but not unusual for Tokyo. Bed was hard and pillow was harder still, yet I didn’t have a problem sleeping, just not what I was used to. Room had everything you needed and coffee, tea and other amenities available at the front desk. Onsen was lovely.

Nice new hotel property in a relatively quiet nearby to the national government centre offices and buildings, which is also walkable to the imperial palace and Ginza areas if you are so inclined. Decent dining options in the area and close to multiple train lines.

Washrooms are small which is typical of the Japanese single unit-bath, but clean. If you require a softer pillow, just need to request from the reception desk.

This is a great hotel. It is clean and the staffs are wonderful. 7-11 is in the same building and it is so convenient to go downstairs to get drinks or food. There are several JR line nearby so going to other places are very quick and easy. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel. I will definately book this hotel again.

A really nice hotel that has three different train stations within 5-10mins walk that'll take you to main tourist attractions. Also loved the restaurants nearby and the staff were always super friendly and eager to help. Room is clean and is quiet.

Great location, great breakfast, great stay.

Great spot. We’ll be back here at some point I’m sure. Clean and small economy rooms which are perfect for couples who pack a little lighter. Breakfast has no right to be that good, it’s fantastic. Excellent location.
