シャワー室のシャンプーはとてもいい香り、とても気に入っています。
9階のラウンジはちょっとカビの匂いがする、光も暗いから勉強には目に悪かったので、途中でスターバックスに場所変更しました。
全体的にはとてもよかったと思います。
機会があれば、また利用したいです。

出入口の自動ドアが、入る時はQRコード読み込まないと開きませんが、出る時は人が近付いたら開くので、ちょっとそこはどうにかならないかな、とおもいました。
ドライヤーの所とシャワールームの間にドアがあるのでしょっちゅう開いてました。
セキュリティ的にちょっと怖かったです。

カプセル内は意外と広くてパソコン作業もでき、熟睡できました。
ただ、イヤホンと耳栓は必須ですね。
共用スペースは清潔で安心して使えました。
外国の学生さんの利用が多い印象でした。

客室とロッカーが同じ階に無いので、少々不便。ロッカーのスペースが狭いので、先客が荷物の整理をしていると塞がってしまい、待たなければいけなかった。客室は快適だったが、寝床廻りに色々持ち込みたい人には向いてないかも。

交通のアクセスが私には都合が良くて東京滞在時の拠点にしています。
賑やかな場所にあるので、外の喧騒が気になる方もいるかもしれませんが、私は気にならない。
空調が、もう少し涼しいと嬉しいし、出来れば部屋着のサイズを選べると良いなと思います。
アイスノンとか、貸し出しがあれば借りたいです。暑くて目が覚めてしまうので。
今回は前回の経験から冷えピタを持参したら快適でした！

お気に入りのホテルなので、また使わせて頂きます！

急遽連泊させていただくことになったのですが、今回はカプセル内綺麗に清掃されていて安心しました。チェックアウト15分前に降りていき、ロッカースペースで準備をしていたのですが、たくさんの清掃員の方がいてチェックアウトの時間ですと急かされてしまいました。急いでお掃除したいお気持ちは分かるのですが、ロッカーでの準備はもう少しゆっくり落ち着いて準備させてもらえればなと思ったところです。

駅からのアクセスもよく、綺麗な設備で大変よかったです。宿泊カプセルもパーソナルスペースがしっかりと仕切られ、自分の空間を保つことができてよかったです。しかし清掃面において、カプセル内の髪の毛が気になりました。
清掃後の取り忘れなのかシーツ上に大量に髪の毛が見られました。新たにベッドメイキングされたものなのか、そのまま使い回しなのか、、また利用したいと思う分、残念でした。

どこも清潔で綺麗な建物です。お勧めできます。一番上の階にはラウンジがあり、1人席のコンセントもあるので、私は髪を巻きながらメイクしていました。
近隣は飲屋街(？)なのか、場所は分かりにくくタクシーを利用しました。チェックアウト時間の延長はできないのでいつもより早起きを頑張ることになりました。

外国人観光客にとっては、快適だと思います

普通に清潔で、普通に整理されていて、良かったです。が、

ラウンジの音楽のボリュームが大きくて、ミーティングで相手にも聞こえてしまい、とても困ったのと、７階のSleeping floor のニオイが気になりました。自分のポッドのブラインドを閉めれば臭いませんが、フロア入っての臭いだったので、第１印象があまり良くなかったです。

当たり外れがあるかも

新宿三丁目駅から近く非常に便利です。
部屋は当たり外れがあると思います。
私のフロアは夜中3時に帰宅して足音や物音が凄い日本人の方がいました。5時、6時に起きる人も当然いて物音でほぼ寝れませんでした。
施設自体は綺麗でした。
今まで数々ホステルなど宿泊してきましたがこんなに騒がしたかったのは初めてでした。

館内全てが女性専用なので安心して利用できました。ベッドは硬めで、枕は低めです。施設自体は狭いのですが、カプセルの中は狭さを感じませんでした。ラウンジの雰囲気が良かったです。フリードリンクやお湯のポットが無いので、入館前にコンビニ等で飲み物を忘れずに購入する必要があります。

アクセスも良く、比較的快適に滞在できました。
Wi-Fiのパスワードが宿泊スペース内に掲示してあればもっと良かったなと思いますし、私が暑がりなのもあるかもですが、ちょっとカプセル内が暑かったので涼しい工夫が必要だった。

清潔で過ごしやすいがプライベートには向かない

カプセルホテルとしては清潔感もあり設備も整っていて滞在しやすかった。シャワーブースもたくさんあってさほど混雑も感じず利用できるが、個人的にはお湯に浸かりたいとは思った。寝心地も普通に良くて窮屈でもなく快適。夜は少しの物音も響くので注意が必要。夜中に突然騒ぎ出す人もいて一度目が覚めました。

カプセルホテルでしたが、とても清潔で、店員の方も親切でした。ただ自動販売機は小銭を使えるようにして欲しい。外に飲み物を買いに行かなければならないのが不便でした。後は他人のイビキはやはり気になります。ラウンジの雰囲気が良かった。

新宿3丁目の奥まった場所にありますが、深夜遅くまで、そして早朝から外から騒いでる声が聞こえてきて、ゆっくり休めませんでした。客室が多いのに、エレベーターが1台しかなく、とても不便。シャワーの水量が弱すぎて、全然洗えない。近くのベッドに夜中ひどく咳き込んでいるひとが居た。その様な人は個室のあるホテルに泊まって欲しかった。

シャワーのお湯がほとんど出なかった。隣のブースはちゃんと出たので故障かと思いますが、定期的に点検はされているのでしょうか。
最低限の設備は整えていただきたいです。
スタッフの方の対応も良いものではありませんでしたが、、まあそこは値段相応かと思いました。

周辺は繁華街で朝方まで騒がしいので、夜遅くのチェックインはあまりお勧めできない。設備は問題ない。掃除も行き届いている。館内着のサイズが選べると嬉しい。ラウンジの自販機で耳栓を売って欲しい。

滞在者の騒がしさもなく、いびきは少し気になりましたが。眠れないほどではないです。
荷物を広げられる場所が少なかったですが、時間帯を気にすればそれほど気になりませんでした。

施設の使用感は凄く良かったです、スタッフさんも親切でした。

数ヶ月前に予約したのにチェックイン時に予約されてないと言われれ、暑い中やっと休めると思っていたのに少し気分が悪くなりました。
スタッフさんに調べてもらい無事に解決しました

チェックイン方法が分からず結局隣りにいた親切な方に教えて頂きました。

施設は便利でした、いつでも御手洗とシャワー使える、カプセル内暑い、部屋着も。

9階のラウンジが快適でした、ホテルのWi-Fiだっ繋がらずネット環境がもう少し便利になればと思います。

チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれてかなり助かりました。

カードキーで開閉するロッカーがなかなか開かず使い勝手が少々悪かったです。

駅からだいぶ離れている為なかなか辿り着けず、風俗街の奥で治安が少し悪くて怖かったです。

朝食がホテル外の提携喫茶店に行かねばならないのが少し面倒でした。

寝るだけであれば設備としては充分です。わかってはいましたが周囲の治安が悪すぎるので、到着が夜になる方にはおすすめしません。また、入ろうと思えば男性が簡単に入れてしまう作りなので、一階のシャワー室などは危険に感じました。清潔面では、カプセル内もちゃんと掃除してるのか？っていう感じのホコリや汚れがあって気になりました。

しかし、ベットの脇にある小物などが置けるスペースにホコリがかかっていたところが少し残念でした。

カプセルも圧迫感なく、館内着の素材が着やすかったです！

ただホテルの入口で数名並んでいると周辺のお店の前でたむろしてたり喫煙してる人達が外から覗いていたりして怖かったので、入口をどうにかしていただけるとうれしいです！

チェックインの画面入力時、個人情報やメールアドレスも入力・表示されるのに外から見えるのは心象的に良くなかった。
チェックインの入力で入口を背にしている際に妙齢の男性が外から暴言を吐いてきたが、施設のせいでは全く無いにしても滞在の間は良いイメージを持てなかった。
利用者の方は静かだし、シャワーもポッド内も清潔。ただ、自分には合わなかったなと思う。

カプセルホテルなので、多くは望みません。普通に満足でした。海外のゲストハウス等に比較すればシャワーブースやロッカーもとても清潔で使いやすいと思います。周囲の音などが気になる、共同設備を使うのはイヤって人には向かないと思います。
チェックインの時に、スタッフコールしてと出たので呼んだのに「なんで呼んだんだ」的な感じでした。

Very clean capsules hotel, with amazing position.

The hotel is very nice and clean and in a very nice position. The staff is very helpfull and always eager to help with any doubts or request. They provide you with a clean set of towels, pijama, slippers, and toothbrush/paste every day, which is really nice!

On the down side it is quite impractical since you can't bring your luggage upstairs near your capsule (there is no space for luggage upstairs). But my bed was on floor 8 and my luggage was on floor 2, which was not very convenient if I forgot something in my bags, and being there only 1 elevator and no stairs to be used in the building it could take a long time before I reached the right floors, due to traffic within the hotel.

Also, even if the lockers are quite big and can easily fit a big and a small lugguage, there is no space to open them without blocking other people from accessing their lockers. It is quite impractical if you have to reshuffle and organise your bags.
There is a nice common room upstairs on floor 9, and you could use it to organise your luggage, but it is not ideal, since other people are also using the space to eat/work/organise their trip.

Also, during my stay, aircon was very very cold on all floors, and especially on floor 9, which was sometimes freezing.

Women’s Only Shinjuku: I love Shinjuku, I’ve stayed in Shinjuku before, but found it a bit odd this hotel is surrounded by men’s gay bars, just had no idea before I came so it’s about a 10minute walk to the cool Shinjuku fun stuff. At night I saw a few drag queens holding flyers (awesome), and one morning I did stumble across two middle aged Japanese men making out on my way to the nearby subway station (nice/good for you guys?) There was only one vending machine and it was out of order while I was there, with convenience stores at almost every corner I didn’t love it being a few blocks/3-5minute walk to the closest Lawson/FamilyMart. I stayed here one week, I then stayed a week at the co-ed Suidobashi 9h capsule hotel mid-trip for a change of pace and found the vibe a lot more welcoming. l would never stay here again/at a female only 9h capsule hotel unless I was with a female friend/friends and it was dirt cheap ($15-$20/night) AND I had no other option.

The showers were good but definitely not enough to accommodate the number of people staying in property, not enough sinks, toilet was small, the door to toilet doesn’t open completely so you have to squeeze yourself in, no handwash inside the toilets so very unhygienic. Saw staff member continuously cleaning the sinks and bins which was very good. Space to open luggage was basically none. The capsule felt like a sauna, no ventilation or air con inside the capsule. Capsule was spacious. Did it for the experience but won’t be doing it again ever

Rent og romslig nok

Første gang jeg opplevde å bo på et kapsel hotell. Det var strålende og en god opplevelse. At man ikke kan være der mellom 10 og 15 gjorde ikke noe for oss da vi uansett skulle ut og oppleve byen og virket til at det ble nøye vasket! Herlig med nett til ting for å frakte opp og ned til kapselen. Skapene fungerte også fint for oss som reiste med sekk. Opplevde også dette kapsel hotellet som ok med plass, store nok skap, og mange nok dusjer og vasker i forhold til andre senere kapsel hotell. Fint for noen dager i Tokyo:)

It was okay. For the novelty of it, the actual capsule pods were comfy and had lots of space. However the fact we have to keep our stuff in a tiny locker a few floors away is really inconvenient for getting ready in the mornings and nights. Plus, there was a loud snorer in my area and that drove me crazy. I wouldnt stay in a capsule hotel again.

Thieves. I paid ahead for a 13 day stay. Checked in, used my locker and went about town. Came back and they had “reassigned” my locker and pod. All my stuff was stolen by staff from the locker and could not be recovered. I still had several days in my stay left, but I paid to stay elsewhere. Entire floor was out and stuffy. No noise barrier between guests means you hear all snoring. Would never stay again.

Sehr sauberes Hostel, Check-in ist durch den Selfservice jederzeit möglich und sollte doch etwas sein, dann ist trotzdem Personal da. Die Spinde und Duschen befinden sich im 1., 2. und 3. Stock und die Schlafpods im 4-8. Stock. Im 9. Stock gibt es eine Lounge mit genug Möglichkeiten zu sitzen, sein Handy auszuladen oder sich etwas zu trinken zu holen. Es ist extrem sauber und wird auch jeden Tag mehrmals geputzt! Von 9 bis 14 Uhr gibt es die allgemeine Reinigung, in der Zeit kann man sich nur in der Lounge aufhalten. Es gibt jeden Tag frische Handtücher, einen Schlafanzug, Slipper und Zahnbürsten - das war wirklich mega und der Schlafanzug auch richtig bequem (niemand muss den aber tragen, das ist freiwillig). Von der "Überwachung" des Schlafes hab ich nicht wirklich was mitbekommen und das Bett an sich war auch wirklich sehr bequem 😊
Die Lage ist auch super, leicht zu finden, nur wenige Minuten von der Bahnstation entfernt, ein Lawson direkt um die Ecke und die Gegend war auch eher ruhig, obwohl einige Bars (speziell für LGBTQ) in der Nähe sind. Wer möchte, meine persönliche Meinung, kann hier auch schnell Anschluss zu anderen Reisenden finden.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! 😊

밤에 잠도 안자고 아침까지 계속 노래를 부르는 이상한 여자 때문에 너무 힘들었지만 스태프가 층을 바꾸어주었다. 실내가 좀 추웠음. 캡슐내에서는 usb잭만 꽂을 수 있었음. 그외에는 쾌적. 주말에는 매우 혼잡했다. 한가한 평일이라면 다시 이용할 의향있음.

The pods felt very clean and quiet, I just wish the pillow was more comfortable. It felt like the pillow was a sack of beads.
Otherwise convenient if you want a cheap place to stay. The locker room is quite small so keep that in mind if you have larger luggages as you arent allowed to bring it to the pod floors. It also does get crowded in the morning so time your check out with that in mind.

It's relatively close to Shinjuku station. The capsules are fine (like every 9H capsule). Unfortunately the lights for the main room are left on, so light comes around the blind. A bad choice given that they're theoretically measuring how well you sleep.

A First Experience, Will Try Again

This was my first time trying out a Capsule and kinda knew what to expect. overall a lovely experience except for the small space for Lockers is not so convinient but safe for female travelers as this was all Female.

The Storage and Shower rooms are on the same floor but you would sleep on the different floor. My Medium Hardcase and Carry on could not fit in the locker so that was a bit uncomfortable but as there is just only females we got in and out of the locker room alright as not everyone is using the spaces at the same time.

The Lounge area is lovely, you can eat there or browse on your laptop and there are a couple of private cubes you use aswell.

The Capsule spaces are very lovely and clean. I slept well both night until I heard someone walked in with their shoes. You get a bag with Nightware, Slippers and tooth paste and Toothbrush to use so no need to bring Night wear on your vacation as most hotels give them to use.

On first night someone took my Capsule but the staff got me a new one. The guest did not follow the rules and should not stay at Capsules anymore.

locker is quite tiny, so try not to come with a big suitcase, otherwise you may need to put it outside the locker and block the way.

Amazing facility!!! It was beautiful, comfortable and clean! This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel and I'll definitely stay here again. I love that the lockers where close to the hygiene area and the entrance has a QR code so only residents can enter. I felt completely safe here rooming with all women is wonderful! The outside environment is incredible as well! It is a living environment!

Cozy and clean pod hotel. It is comfortable because it is woman only. However some people let their alarm run early in the morning without turning off. Please have a note for them to consider others sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful.

This was such a great place to stay for my first time in japan as a solo female traveler! Check in was super easy, the facilities were clean and generally amazing! Staff was really helpful and kind! The hotel is very close to the main areas of shinjuku but is in a lovely area near great food and interesting bars! The lockers here are also larger than other capsule properties, and i found that my checked bag could fit in it comfortable with room to still put stuff in. I really hope to come back on my next trip to japan, I had a great time and felt very safe my entire time here.
