Unfortunately the hotel staff was not the most accommodating staff. They did help with calling a taxi. Hotel resturant buffet will ask you leave exactly 10am. The rooms were very warm, they will give you a fan.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo. The front desk team is excellent, the rooms are perfectly laid out, and the subway is very close. All the finishes in the rooms are luxurious, and there is a high level of attention to detail overall. The neighborhood feels authentic and peaceful. Five stars across the board!

交通方便，環境寧靜的飯店。
房間浴室很大，整潔乾淨，房間打掃還算乾淨。
公共空間的清潔度，就有待加強，隨處可見房客留下的痕跡。
客房內的床偏軟，睡不習慣軟床的千萬別嘗試。
飯店的旅客來自世界各地，但中國人居多。
個人清潔備品飯店放在一樓大廳給房客自行取用。
飯店提供代收郵件的服務，有需要的話請先聯繫飯店服務人員。
這次入住五晚，第一天晚上入住時就被大廳沙發區的垃圾嚇傻了，桌上及垃圾桶都是垃圾，飯店人員確視而不見，接下來的四天也都是如此，原來都是房客使用後留下的，垃圾量太大飯店消化不了的原因吧！
在交通方面，離飯店最近的地鐵站是新宿線濱町站大約100公尺還有電梯很方便。
離飯店走路約15分鐘的人形町站有淺草線及日比谷線，日比谷線有電梯。同樣的路程還有半藏門線的水天宮前站。
如果幸運一點飯店安排的房間樓層高一點打開窗簾可以看的晴空塔。

Hotel is a walking distance from really good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and convenience stores. Very accessible by subway - three different lines that take you everywhere.

Courtesy consideration for customer required

Hotel understands the continuous stay with 3 nights of same room type and 1 night another more expensive room type, should either helps to avoid having customer to move or provide courtesy services when asking customer to move twice.

Very clean, with kind staff. Convenient stores, some food spots and subway stations were walking distance (5+ mins). Only stayed 2 days but great experience.

Service was good, everyone was kind. The rooms were clean although very small, with a tiny closet and no drawers, but I had this same experience in another hotel in Japan, so no surprise.

The breakfast was not good, they have buffet of western and Japanese food but, while trying to cater to everyone, they don't focus on the taste, and it was actually bad.

The hotel is located close to several subway stations, one of them is just across the street, but if you are trying to get to more "toursty" areas like Ginza, you have to walk a bit more to the other closest line, but it was no big deal.

I think this hotel might be better for business travelers just because of that specific reason, as I would try to be closer to tourist areas when I go back to Tokyo for tourism.

But overall it was a good experience.

Everything is seamless and beautiful. They have free amenities for you to use daily. The breakfast is fresh and so good with great options. Walking distance from restaurants. Markets and 7eleven. I felt so safe.

le personel n'est pas profesionnel. ils rient et parlent comme si je n'existe pas lorsque je passe. que'est ce qu'il y a de drôle? aussi, lorsque je pose une question, la fille avec queue de cheval a roulé les yeux comme si elle se moquait de moi. j'ai simplement demandé une bouteil eau . je n'ai eu aucune pendant 6 jours alors qu'il est promis d'avoir 2 à chaque jour. ce n'est pas normal. aussi, lorsque je pose mes questions sur le onlinechat , ils ne me repondent pas non plus.
est-ce que le staff raciste?. malheureusement mauvaise experiance. je suis une personne très poli.

My favorite hotel in Tokyo. The front desk team are so warm and welcoming, the rooms and housekeeping are immaculate, it is a beautiful modern hotel next to a splendid park with a subway stop right next to it that will take you almost anywhere in Tokyo. Always a 10 out of 10.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und man braucht nur 2 Minuten zur Shinjuku Line. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.
Hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und das Personal war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Werde im Dezember 2025 wieder nach Tokio reisen und auf jeden Fall im Hotel wieder ein Zimmer buchen.

작지만 알찬 호텔입니다. 작지만 방에 욕조도 있었고 어메니티도 자유롭게 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요. 특히 배스 솔트와 헤어 오일이 꽤 좋았습니다. 방도 작지만 센스 있었어요.

Very clean, amazing front desk and housekeeping, next to a beautiful park, subway 20 steps from hotel, rooms layes out perfectly and for every budget. I truly feel at home here, and the beds are the most comfortable.

Nice hotel, good location. Some tweaks needed.

Nice hotel. Good location. Clean but shower was a little grimey at the bottom. Oddly when I asked for help with bringing my luggage down to the lobby they said no - very odd and unhelpful. Staff speak broken English - it could be better. To avoid waste they keep toiletries in the lobby which I liked.

Power socket not working for hot flask. Side table is loose and can see all the electric cable behind. Weird smell at the lobby. only 3 washing machine at laundrymat. I had 4 person in room but they always provide 2 towel after cleaning, should have replace 1 for 1.

Looking at above, the staff should be more attentive and ensure all damage facitlities should be repair asap for next resident.

We thought it was safe, quiet with all the amenities of an upscale boutique hotel stay. We stayed at Koko Nihonbashi and it was excellent in all ways. Great management and courteous, helpful staff. Beautifully presented Japanese buffet breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.
