快適に過ごせました。
洗濯機はお部屋についてると思ってましたがコインランドリーでした。
駅からも近いしコンビニも近いし、長期滞在でも不自由がないです。
ホテルのまわりはネオン街ですので、夜遅く出歩くのは注意ください。

施設は掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。フロントの方が外国人の方なのに日本語がとても上手でいろいろ質問しても答えていただいてよかったです。
錦糸町エリアが飲屋街であるせいか、夜中大きな声で騒ぐ人の声やゴミ収集車の音などびっくりしました。

ライブに行く為の宿泊で帰りが遅くなりましたが、近隣に飲食店が多くコンビニもあるので食べ物に困ることもなく過ごすことができました。
フロントの方の印象もよく気持ちよく挨拶や対応をしてくださりとてもいいホテルだと思います。
お部屋も綺麗ですごく居心地が良かったです。

部屋もとても綺麗でお皿やコップもあり過ごしやすかったです！
アメニティも雪肌精で親しみのあるブランドでした。
しかし朝ホテル周りの工事の音がドン！と大きく、５人中４人が目を覚ましました。かなりの騒音でした。
また、騒音トラブルを防ぐためだとは思いますが、プロジェクターの音が一定の大きさで再現されていて、大人数で話しているとほぼ聞こえないぐらいの音量設定でした。

　フロントの方がとても丁寧な対応をしてくれました。また、貸出品が先着順ではありますが、とても充実していてカードゲームやボードゲームの他にたこ焼き器やチェキも無料で自由に貸出してくださって、とても良かったです。部屋も広くて綺麗で値段も手頃だったのでまた利用したいと思いました。スカイツリーや浅草にも近いので観光にぴったりだと思います。

Very close to the train station. Many shopping and dining options if you google them. There are three malls within walking distance, and about 8 convenience stores. Many food courts with both Japanese and western (Italian, American, French) options. Beds were perfect.

Fantastic Stay for Family of Five

This hotel was perfect for our family of five with small children. The beds were great and having a table we very helpful for our children. The laundry was very affordable, easy, and convenient so we could pack less. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers from the kids. The location was close to the metro station and many nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel to any family with kids and will stay here again if we ever return!

This hotel is perfect for families. They have a small kitchen with stove and microwave which come in handy when you need to heat up food. The room is clean and staff is nice. Even though it’s a little pricey but if you want a spacious room for your family in Tokyo, it’s one of the top choices.

第一 次嘗試公寓式酒店, 之前看評論, 說備品可以自行取用, 這次去並沒有看到, 而是要向櫃台服務人員索取. 服務人員都很和善,態度也很好. 飯店周圍生活機能很好,交通也便利. 唯一美中不足的是廁所的味道, 有種說不上來的怪味道, 因為進到廁所才會聞到, 所以沒有要求換房間. 整體來說是滿意的, 願意再訪.

離錦糸町車站真的很近，大概就是過2個大馬路的距離。房間內提供刀子、砧板、鍋子、碗盤、餐具、電磁爐等等，很方便。救護車聲音不大，房間內聽不到別的房客的聲音。住了5晚，每天都會換毛巾、倒垃圾。櫃檯人員對孩子都很友善。最後一天退房剛好下雨，櫃檯很親切的說明雨天可能比較難叫車，也因為人數多，需要2台車，可以考慮走去車站或是幫我們叫車，最後還免費給我們愛心雨傘。整體住宿經驗很好。雖然旅館在南口，夜晚不要走巷子內就不容易感受到雜亂的環境。

Our family had a great stay at Mimaru Kinshicho. The staff was helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and clean, and all the basic amenities were available to use including coin laundry machines which we used often. The location was very convenient - close to a major/busy station and plenty of shopping and restaurants around. The one thing to wait is that I believe the south side of the neighborhood ( where the hotel sits) is known to be a bit of a red-light district. There is a gentleman's club on the corner across from the hotel and a horse- racing facility just down the street. Our kids are young enough that they didn't really notice, but for those with older kids, you may get questions. We were able to avoid that particular corner our entire trip as the station is on the other side, and we felt safe the entire time. I'd still recommend the hotel.

Very friendly staff, location although central and close to train station, you will hear ambulance and noise and also be aware at night you will see few "ladies of the night". That being said the apartment was very roomy and the kids loved the bunk bed!

We were worried that Kinshico was a little far from main touristy things in Tokyo. But this place was fantastic! Super easy access to trains and busses going in every direction. Tokyo is huge so it takes a while to get from A to B no matter where you are. This hotel was friendly and welcoming, clean and we had plenty of space to spread out as a family of 4 with two teenagers. Reception staff were super helpful - in paricular with booking us at Tokyo Skytree on our first evening, and last minute organising a car to get us to the airport very early in the morning. We loved it!

A memorable and pleasant experience in MIMARU

We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Tokyo Kinshicho — it’s truly an outstanding apartment-style hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. Even before our arrival, they were responsive and helpful in assisting with our requests and reservations. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted, and we were especially grateful to one of the front desk staff who spoke fluent Chinese and had studied in Taiwan — he was incredibly kind and even helped us carry some borrowed items up to our room.

The hotel is very family-friendly. We were provided with a baby bathtub, bed guard, and even a diaper disposal bin. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, which was perfect for our child to sleep safely on the floor without worrying about falls. While we were waiting in the lobby one day, the staff even offered traditional Japanese toys to our child — such a thoughtful gesture.

The in-room amenities were also top-notch. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a humidifier, air purifier, microwave, dishes, chopsticks, a sink, and even a large dining table. After a long day exploring the city, coming back to the room truly felt like returning home.

If we have the chance to visit Japan again in the future, MIMARU will definitely be at the top of our accommodation list.

Excellent location with direct buses from Haneda, direct bus to Disney and direct lines to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Area is safe and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still plenty of dining options. Room is spacious and the separate toilet and bathroom is wonderful when you have 4 in a room. We made full use of the little kitchenette too! Excellent choice for families.

The staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean and spacious. On site delivery service to airport is super convenient. We spent a week in Tokyo and were able to ship all our luggage to the airport before heading to Kyoto for a few days.

We will definitely visit again!

This is the second time we stayed with Mimaru. And we love our 4-night stay in Kinschicho more. Location is everything! Convenience store is just around the corner. Few minutes walk to JR/JO stations and shopping mall. Staff are very helpful and cheerful. We received their own design postcard with discount code as a welcoming gift! We will definitely visit again!

일본을 자주 왔다갔다 했지만 어린아이들까지 데리고 오는 도쿄는 처음이라 걱정이 많았습니다. 다른 호텔들도 뷰가 좋고 이래저래 좋은 곳은 많지만 이렇게 4인 가족이 각자 독립된 베드에서 편안하게 쉴 수 있고 식사를 하거나 쉴 수 있는 넓은 공간이 확보되어있는 호텔을 사실 일본에서는 찾기 쉽지 않은데 미마루 도쿄는 그런점에서 최고였습니다. 후기들을 거의 다 읽어보고 갔는데 안좋은 후기도 있어서 걱정을 했지만 직접 가보니 단점보다 장점이 많은 호텔이었습니다.

일단 저는 벌레를 너무 무서워하는데 일본 특성상 바퀴벌레가 많은데 이 호텔에서는 만나지 못했습니다. ㅎㅎ 그리고 바로 아래에 로손, 패밀리마트가 있어서 저녁을 먹고 관광하고 돌아와서 또 다시 출출해졌을 때 간단히 저녁식사가 가능했습니다.

또 72시간 도쿄메트로 이용권을 끊었는데 첫날 오후 3시 경에 발권해서 킨시쵸역에 연결되는 도쿄메트로 권으로 4일차에 오다이바 나가기 위해서 시오도메역까지 알차게 사용했습니다. 그 이후는 오후에 유리카모메 1일권, 전차를 경험해보고 싶다는 아이를 위해 JR 이용해서 처음으로 교통비 1일 총 만원 정도 사용한 것 같습니다. (이전까지 스카이트리, 황거, 메이지신궁, 시부야, 아사쿠사, 해리포터 스튜디오, 다시 시부야 돌아다녔는데 추가 교통비 없이 패스권으로 해결) 그리고 마지막날 공항으로 가기 위해 스카이라이너를 타기 위해 우에노 역으로 이동하는 금액 5천원 정도를 썼어요. (아이 1명은 미성년자라 공짜) 킨시쵸 오는데 왜 스카이라이너를 탔냐고 하실 수도 있는데 아이가 어리고 짐이 많아서 넥스나 지하철보다는 지정좌석제인 스카이라이너를 타는게 낫겠다 싶어서 그렇게 했어요. 그런데 나중에 다시 방문한다면 마지막날은 그냥 택시를 타는 것을 추천합니다. ㅎㅎ JR 사람이 많아서 저희는 괜찮은데 탑승하신 다른 분들께 민폐더라구요.

단점이 있다면 수건에 자체적으로 먼지가 조금 많았다는 점입니다. 그래서 사용하기 전에 욕실에서 한번 털어줬는데 아이들 바디로션 바를때 먼지가 살짝 뭉치더라구요. 그래서 드라이기로 몸 털어주고 로션을 발라주니 괜찮았어요. 이점만 빼면 정말 이 호텔은 단점이 없습니다.

도쿄는 언제든 다시 가겠지만 아이를 데리고 방문한다면 근처까지 와서 택시를 타는 방법을 택할거 같습니다. 그럼 정말 이동이 편할거 같아요. 스태프 분들 모두 건강하시기를요. 감사했습니다.

The experience at Mimaru Kinshicho was great. We stayed for 6 days, family of 5, and our room was so nice and clean. The staff at the front was very helpful and spoke English which made it great. Everyone was very respectful and the hotel was very nice. I certainly recommend anyone to stay here. What also made it great was that they have a currency exchange machine right on the lobby.

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 5. It was immaculately clean and the staff is fantastic. I thought I had booked another room, so they happily changed us to the room I thought i booked. We were able to get everywhere we needed to from the hotel. Taxi, bus, and train were all very accessible. We had a scare with my four year old that had an allergic reaction from eating a Brazil nut. The staff was eager to help us. Yadav, Flora, and Joey were incredibly supportive and helpful. Eoghan was so friendly and gave us many recommendations for the trip. I loved them all! They made our stay very comfortable and we appreciated their kindness. It had a kitchenette to make simple meals, and my kids loved the twin bunk bed. They watched our bags after we checked out and told us about a bus just down the street that went directly to HND airport. We're so grateful for this hotel and their staff.

지하철도 가깝고 넘 만족했어요

미마루 체인은 처음이었는데 4인이 묵었는데 크기는 넉넉했어요 싱글침대도 작지않고 방에있는 매트로 엄청 두툼해서 침대같은 느낌이었습니다.
춥지도 않았고 공기청정기와 가습기가 함께있어서 많이 건조하지도 않았고 아주 푹 잘잤습니다
제가 예약했는데 친구들이 숙소 좋다고 다들 좋아했어요

The rooms in Mimaru Tokyo Kinshicho is large by Japanese standards, the location is great as it is near to metro and rail. There's a 24 hour supermarket nearby as well. Highly recommended.

This was a super cute hotel and very accommodating for 5 people. We had the double bed bunked beds and 2 single beds that were in another room. Very spacious and close to a ton of shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a fan for my birthday as a souviner. They offer luggage drop off which is a plus as well. Will definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. Room was a fantastic size and incredibly clean. Transport connections from the hotel are great. I have seen other reviews with comments about the red light activity around the hotel, this was honestly not as issue for our family, suspect it would be much worse in other areas. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were very considerate and often called the lift when we arrived to save us looking for the key card to activate the lift request.
Always pleasant when we arrived or left the hotel.

一如mimaru系列的品質，這間在錦糸町的mimaru房間舒適乾淨，服務人員親切態度佳，飯店離JR錦糸町駅不遠，附近有多家百貨公司和超市，路口也有三家超商，但藥妝店選擇較少，要家電、藥妝採購，可能還是去上野、秋葉原選擇較多。此間飯店較常被提及的救護車聲音，是滿常聽見的，還沒來住時也會擔心太吵，但實際入住後覺得音量在可接受的範圍，可能太累了，每天都很好睡（稱讚一下床和枕頭棉被都很舒適），上班日附近有施工聲音，如果一早就要出門，就不太有影響。如果要去迪士尼，南口有直達巴士可以搭乘，不過因為錦糸町是第二站，有可能會滿坐。唯一覺得不方便的是成天空港到錦糸町的交通，雖然有ACCESS和JR成田快速，但乘車時間長，且不一定會有座位，帶著孩子和行李搭車實在勞累，回程時選擇搭計程車到京成上野坐skyliner舒適快速很多。

Our family of five had a comfortable and wonderful five nights stay. We would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Our room was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the location - we were in the city but in a quieter spot and could experience a bit of the local life as we walked to the subway station each day.
