宿泊施設は大満足です。
清潔で、とても快適に過ごせました。
大人だけの宿泊ならよかったのですが、子供連れだと、立地が気になりました。

事前にチェックインをスマホにて済ませていましたが、到着してからどうやって中に入れば良いのかメールの内容だけでは分かりづらく、ホテルの人が居ないので電話をかけて尋ねてホテル自体に入る事ができました。その後も部屋への入り方が分からず再度電話。タッチパネル式でしたが、田舎者には分かりづらかったです。

部屋はとても綺麗でした。ただ、夜中に窓も開けていないのに、隣の人なのか騒ぎ声がとてもうるさく不快でした。
3泊しましたが、それは1日目だけで、他は静かでした。
USJに2日間行きましたが、交通の便はすぐそばにバス停もあり大阪駅までの行き来は、バスを利用すれば不便さはありませんでした。バスで10分位で、210円です。
ただ、あまり早朝過ぎるとバスも走っておらず、駅まで歩きましたが若干距離があるかな？て感じでした。1日目は分からずに歩いてホテルへ向かいましたが、道に迷いクタクタになりました。

洗濯機があったので、着替えを少なくして持ち物を減らして行けたので助かりました。洗剤は無いと事前にホームページで確認していたので、持参しましたが、ありました。浴室乾燥機が付いていたので、夜干した洗濯物が翌朝には乾いていたので、そこが何より良かったです。自宅に帰って、3泊4日分の洗濯をする手間が省けました。

旅行の際、ホテルを選ぶ基準が、何よりも拘るのがお風呂で、トイレと分かれていて、洗い場がある所から探すのですが、こちらのホテルは全体的にアパートみたいな作りで、洗い場は若干狭く感じましたが、許容範囲で十分くつろぐ事ができました。
歯ブラシは部屋には置いておらず、フロントにあるとの事でしたが、有料でした。念の為持参して良かったです。そこの記載はホームページにしっかり有料と載せてほしいです。
ボディソープ、シャンプー、リンス、手洗いソープ、どれも独特な強い香りがあり、好みがあるかと思います。5歳の子供にも使用しましたが、匂いがキツかったです。
食事は夕飯1回、朝食1回だけホテルで取りましたが、レトルトのパウチのカレーを鍋で温めたくらいです。炊飯器が無いとの事でしたので、チンするご飯も準備していきました。炊飯器があればとても良かったです。冷蔵庫は冷凍庫もあって、大きさもそこそこのサイズだったので、飲み物を何本も凍らす事ができました。
他に不便だと感じたのは、宅配を送ることができない事でした。

総合的にはかなりいいホテルだったと思います。
もしまた大阪に行く機会があれば、お安いし綺麗なので、再度利用したいと思える施設でした。

対面せずにスムーズなチェックインができて、エントランスと部屋での暗証番号入室などセキュリティ面で安心でした。
大きめ冷蔵庫や電子レンジなど家電も揃っていて、近隣にスーパー・コンビニもあり、長期滞在でも不便なく過ごせます。
その分、フロントが不在なので、タオルの不足等、質問への対応に時間がかかる点は仕方ないと思います。
洗濯機を利用したのですが、フィルターにほこりくずがあったのと、ハンガーなど干す場所が少なかったので工夫が必要でした。
居心地は良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。

家族旅行で2泊お世話になりました。
「事前チェックイン」とありましたが、結局最後まで方法がわからず。22時頃のチェックインとなりましたが、ビデオ通話にて親切に教えていただき無事できました。口コミで読んでいたので、エントランスと部屋の鍵情報は写真とって家族で共有しました。
ただ残念だったのが、部屋にあった掃除機にゴミがそのまま入っていて、しかもマスクが入っていたので気持ち悪く感じました。あと2段ベッドの下にある簡易ベッドを出すのにソファーを移動しないと出せなかったりしたのが大変でした。
これを除けばキレイだし、洗濯機も大助かりで過ごしやすかったです。
洗濯用洗剤、柔軟剤はないので持ち込みです。

家族4人で泊まりました。
駐車場がないのは知っていましたが、提携しているパーキングもないとの事…
しかし目の前やホテルの裏手にパーキングがあり車での旅行も困らないと思います。
部屋は基本的にキレイでしたが、ソファを引き伸ばしてベッドにする際、隙間からゴミがいっぱい出できてビックリしました。
洗濯機や大きめの冷蔵庫は助かりました！
浴室乾燥もあるので小さい子供がいる家庭にはおすすめのホテルではないかと思います。
値段も安いのでまた大阪に行く際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

初めての場合は少し戸惑いますが、部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすいです。

家族旅行で利用しましたが、非常に清潔で気持ちよく利用することが出来ました。良い部分が多かったですが、残念なのは梅田駅からホテルまでの最短距離を歩くと繁華街を通り客引きの女性が並んでおり、家族で通るにはあまり環境が良いとは言えない。迂回ルートを選ぶか、バスなどの交通機関を利用することをオススメします。

タブレット入力や入室操作方法が少しわかりにくいかもしれません。でも、タッチキーで鍵の心配をしなくていいのが快適でした。
施設はとても快適で、周辺にコンビニも多く、不自由はありませんでした。

The location is good and 10 mins walk from subway . There are several things that they could improve on. 1). I am 5”10 and I hit my head several times to the hood of the stove, the cabinet doors and etc. if you are over 6 feet, it may not fit you. Everything are done online or without much interaction with human which feels odd that when I arrived in a Tokyo hotel, I was greeted with the Japanese experience. Otherwise it is not bad

They didn’t send the code to get in on time. People at the virtual front desk are not helpful at all. No place to store luggage; not even recommendations. Code given was wrong so we had to get into the building thanks to another guest. Some bulbs in the bedroom were not working. A/C is not enough for the entire apartment.

The property was clean and tidy. No new available towels, robe, or toiletries per day (no reception to ask for it anyway). Check in and check out is all virtual. It took us 15mins walk to the nearest train station.

走路不久就有藥妝店 和餐廳

住宿很乾淨 洗衣機很方便

This hotel is a good deal while staying in Osaka compared to other hotels that I’ve searched. Close to the Osaka Umeda Train Station. I recommend it for families.

Det bedste ved overnatningsstedet var at der var vaskemaskine i lejligheden.

Området var lidt ubehageligt, da der var meget øde.

Derudover skal man være opmærksom på, at det er en virtuel reception, så man kan ikke tjekke ind, inden kl 15, eller opbevare sin bagage.

No recomiendo para Nada!

No hay recepción (con personal), el check in es complicado con una iPad.
A nuestra llegada 4 personas, las camas no estaban tendidas, uno de los lugares para dormir es un Tatami japonés, muy incómodo, el otro es un sofa cama, muy incómodo, algunas sábanas estaban viejas y con hoyos, las literas están espantosas, porque rechinan todo el tiempo, cada vez que alguien se cambia de posición o se mueve durante la noche, las dos literas rechinan horrible, la ubicación no es mala. Según ellos anuncian que con cocina completa, pero sólo hay dos cazuelas bien pequeñas y faltan todos los instrumentos para cocinar bien, faltan toallas para secar los trastes y en general faltan muchas cosas en la cocina, tampoco hay vasos, sólo Tazas, hay muy pocos enchufes en la habitación para recargar tu celular. No hay suficiente. Espacio para poner 4 maletas de cuatro personas, A nuestra llegada el check in complicado ( mediante una videollamada! y no te guardan tus maletas siendo que tienen muchísimo espacio para ayudarte con el tema, cuando viajas en Japón normalmente en los hoteles te guardan tus maletas para que tú mientras tanto toda la mañana puedas visitar la ciudad en este hotel no te ayudan en lo absoluto!

Property was spacious and fully equipped. The beds are not the comfiest but they are clean. Shower is great. Love that they have a full kitchen equipped with fridge, stove. There’s also a washer in case you need to wash. Access to the building was a little confusing but nothing you can’t figure out.

This property has a cloud check in process via ipad on arrival which was difficult- no staff were available when we arrived. The codes to the entrance were also difficult to understand and didn’t work. I had to videocall someone and had no idea who I was talking to as they didn’t display their video (although I was expected to display mine). There are also steps up to the entrance with no lifts /ramp available. The worst part of the experience was the rock hard beds. I would not return despite the place being clean

Overall good place to stay while in Osaka and Umeda station. Facilities are good including great shower and in suite washer. Tatami and beds were good. Only negative is the toilet smelled bad.

Close 10 min walk to the Midosuji and Sakaisuji and Tanimachi lines allowing you to get to the different parts of Osaka. 36 bus for those tired days of you want to avoid the walk.

Many conbinis and Life supermarket nearby. Good food options as well close to 2 shopping streets.

Overall a good place as long as the facilities stay clean.

Great accommodation! Best for family of four. There’s a kitchen for cooking, microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Washing machine is a plus. There is no dryer, but you can use the bathroom drying/heating option.

Beds were very hard. And we had a little trouble at first getting into the property as it wasn't clear how to enter the code to get the bottom entry door to open and the support staff were hard to understand and also didn't seem to know. Eventually we got it to work.

Aucune instruction en anglais dans la chambre même pour le chauffage, les lits non faits … accès plus que compliqué même pour accéder au lobby… pas de personne physique pour répondre à vos questions!
Excellent endroit si vous voulez passer votre séjour à jouer aux devinettes…

화장실, 욕실, 세면실이 각각 다 따로 있어 일행이 많을 때 특히 편리함. 세탁물은 밤에 세탁기로 빨래해서 욕실에 널고 건조기능을 켜두면 아침엔 말라있음. 주변에 편의점과 슈퍼가 가까워 간단한 먹거리 사러가기 좋음. 전철역도 숙소에서 1Km 정도라 짐만 없다면 다니기 괜찮은 거리임. (캐리어 있을땐 좀 멀게 느껴젔어요) 특히 오사카 교통의 요지라고 볼 수 있는 우메다 역이 가까워 어딜 가기에도 위치가 좋다 생각함. 사실 여기 너무 좋았기때문에 후기를 길게 썼었는데 사진 편집하다 다시 돌아오니 다 사라져서.. oTL.....글이 간단해짐ㅋ 오사카 간다면 또 묵고싶은 곳. 근데 처음엔 체크인 수소과 들어가는 입구찾기가 좀 힘들어요.

Highly recommended

I stayed here for three days, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is very convenient, with two nearby stations, markets, and convenience stores within easy reach. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. I also really appreciated having a laundry machine.

The only minor improvement I’d suggest is dusting the air vents and heaters. But overall, this place is excellent, and I highly recommend it! I would definitely stay here again.
