初めて泊まりましたが、家族旅行には大変便利なホテルです。

スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、立地の良さと施設の清潔感・新しさがあり、部屋も十分に広く、滞在中は快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Hotel in a more quiet area

This hotel is located in the business district and is more quiet than tourist areas like Shibuya. It is a connected resturant on the second floor.

Close to Tokyo Station

Location is good, close to Tokyo Station and an easy trip to Tsukiji Fish Market.
Rooms were small and the picture showed a washing machine, however there wasn’t one in the room.
They did have a coin laundry in the building.

Booked 2 bdrm/ 2 bath. Lots of space and in unit laundry. 7/11 downstairs. Great location near Hatchobori station and Tokyo station. Close to Tsujiki market and easy travel to Ginza.

We had a fantastic stay at MIMARU Tokyo Station East! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to Tokyo Station and close to great food and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

離東西線約500m 離JR京葉線八丁堀站要遠一點（大約2倍距離？
床頭燈有灰塵 其餘還行
我們獨立房間內室比較潮濕一點，開了整天的暖氣有改善
櫃檯人員十分親切而且英文可以溝通
樓下就是便利商店旁邊有藥妝店，這一點很方便！

The 2 bedrooms unit is comfortable. The living room with a sofa and a dinning table is comfortable for resting after a day of sightseeing and shopping.
The hotel is in between two stations of the Hibiya line. It's very convenient. It is also a easy walk to the Tokyo station, Ginza and Nihonbashi areas.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay at Mimaru Tokyo Station East. Thankyou.

公寓式房型對我們家庭來說十分完美，距離捷運站很近，附近餐廳便宜好吃，晚上寧靜不吵雜，但步行一陣就會到鬧區，樓下就是便利商店太方便。日本房間永遠打掃地乾淨無比，這趟旅程的住宿令人滿意。房型照片和實際一樣。

Fantastic location for a family exploring toyko for 10 days.
The rooms were perfect and spacious and the views we had on the 14th floor of sky tree was stunning.

However surprised that we didn’t have service each day (beds made bathroom tidied up) considering we thought this was 5 star hotel. Personal for us the beds were incredibly hard and after a long stay were felt quite stiff.

Wish they provided eye masks as the sunrise is early and the blinds are traditional.

Overall the hotel was wonderful though, would recommend.

Perfectly large roomed and located hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Mimaru Tokyo Station East. The reception staff were fantastic and offered their assistance many times, which was highly appreciated.
Our room was large... extremely large for Tokyo standards. We had two separated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room and kitchen. We even had our own washing machine/dryer (which was well used).
The location was close to several train stations, restaurants and coffee shops.
We all loved our nine night stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the subway. The people who work there are very helpful. The room I stayed had hardly any views to outside. I couldn’t tell if it was sunny or raining. The beds were not comfortable.

Great location. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture was pretty minimalist, nothing fancy. Staff were lovely. Bed was hard but that was common in Japan. Slight smell in the toilet room.

Great sized room for our family of 6. So close to multiple subway stations and 15 walk to Tokyo Station (for bullet train). Good for quick train trip to Disneyland which was great after very long day doing 25,000 steps. A little bit longer to Shibuya but is fine. 7/11 in building. No gym or games room but otherwise good amenities.

The hotel accommodated a family of 6 comfortably. Our room had two full-size bathrooms, which is great when you're trying to get out of the room quickly and explore. It's close to many convenience stores and train stations.

Todo bien solo detalles de limpieza. Por ejemplo el día que tenia entendido cambiarían sábanas y toallas pienso que no lo hicieron ya que dos toallas estaban dobladas y mojadas. Los espacios son suficientes y a 2 cuadras tienes el metro. Hay tiendas y minisuper saliendo del hotel. La comunicación fue excelente ya que me ayudaron a agendar taxi, con traducción para preguntar por una medicina y varias dudas.

Property was ok, disappointed that the washing machine was not in my room and I had to leave the room every time a load was finished and then dry it ect. Must more convenient to have facilities in the room. Area is very business district focused.

Train stations to the north and south are within 5 minutes walking distance. 7 eleven at bottom floor to this hotel and washers and dryers on 3rd floor for non suite rooms. What more to ask?

The facility was very clean, rooms are spacious (compared to typical hotel
Rooms in Japan), and a 7 eleven at the bottom floor. Rooms are VERY quiet despite being located in a metropolitan area (Tokyo station east location). 6 washing machines and dryers available to reduce luggage. Only issue are other patrons using multiple machines and dryers but that’s not Mimaru’s fault. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Japan. Worth the added cost of an apartment hotel, well worth it for a family of four (two young children). Thank you Mimaru for a wonderful stay!

Not so good a stay...

Unfortunately my experience at Mimaru wasn't one to recommend. Despite being assured that our room faced a quiet alley, it was noisy with what sounded like garbage trucks or road works past midnight and into the early hours, and other nights people smoking and the smoke came through air vents into the room. Our room was right next to the lift and laundry at the end of the corridor - note to self, ask for higher floors. The pillows were small and hard and mattresses on the bulk beds were very thin like we were on planks. We were there for 7 nights and I would say this was the worst stay I've experienced in Tokyo. Probably the only good things to mention were 7-11 right downstairs and a pharmacy next door.

Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked.

On point with the Mimaru brand

Our experience at this Mimaru location was wonderful. The front desk staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was conveniently located near several train stations, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was incredibly handy.

Additionally, the on-site laundry facilities were a great bonus and worked perfectly, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

Fourth and Best Tokyo Hotel

Fourth trip to Tokyo and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at, so far. So much space compared to most other Japanese hotels. Staff were all polite and easy to communicate with. Location is good as it’s between two subway stations, close to Tokyo Station, and direct JR line to Tokyo Disney Resort. 7-Eleven on the first floor was so helpful. Did not have any issues with the cleaning schedule. We used the free luggage storage area after check-out since we had a later flight on our last day. Overall, a 5-star experience.

We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. We were happy with the location and found it incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful and the 7/11 was directly downstairs which was very convenient. The restaurant Saizeriya on level 2 was a good option for dining when we were too tired to walk. We liked Denny’s down the road for a la carte breakfast.

Not bad, it works just had higher expectations considering the other reviews. A tad overpriced in my opinion but it might just be due to the season and how busy Tokyo usually is. Good for a family

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days with our 3yo and 5yo daughters. The kitchen was small but functional. The girls' bath was full sized which was great. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that they generally tried to clean our room in the afternoon which conflicts with the kids' nap schedule.

Great location, only a few minutes to 2 different subway stations. Room was comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. They even had games and events for the kids and families.

Convenient to JR lines and metro subways. Easy to get around Tokyo. Staff is great. Limited bureau space in the unit. Bed or couch is the only location to open your suitcase. No coffee machine. 7-11 on the bottom floor has decent coffee.

我們住的是相連的2個4人房，房價不便宜，以為是一般公寓型房間，但是裡面沒有洗衣機，如果要洗衣服需要到外面洗衣間排隊，不是免費的每次需要300日円。整潔度不錯。如果沒有帶到拖鞋可以跟櫃檯要。

Good for families staying for long time and needs kitchen to cook. If you are staying a couple of days with a couple or single. Skip it. It I pricey and not worth extra price for plates cooking ware ect. For same price get a more luxurious hotel.

Cute apartment, clean, 2 bedrooms close to everything, 7 eleven on bottom floor, lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was there was no room for your luggage. Other than that it was perfect.

Another great property of the Mimaru chain. Located in a mainly business office district it’s in a quiet neighborhood and not in a party or nightlife area. There are a couple of train stations close by but it’s about a 15 minute walk Tokyo Station but it’s only 2 bus stops away. There’s a 7-11 on the first floor and several other convenience stores on the same block. Property and staff are excellent.

Our stay at Mimaru Hotel was great. It was comfortable for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, small living room and kitchenette. The bathroom is small but to be expected. It is very convenient with 7-11 store in the building and close to the subway stations and 10 minute walk to the JR Shinkansen station. There were stores and restaurants around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We always stay at Mimaru Tokyo East every time we go to Japan as it has so many options for transport - easy to get to from Haneda (Narita is a little bit more tricky if you have lots of luggage but still ok), walkable to Tokyo station and close to Odaiba. West side of Tokyo is a little far but that’s normal in Tokyo.

Property is super nice for family with kitchen and bunk beds and separate twin room with 7-Eleven on ground floor which is so convenient.

Staff at front desk are super friendly and speaks great English. All in all, well stay there again for sure!

Very well maintained property in quiet location but not far from subway and Ginza. It is spacious in Tokyo standard.
The pillows are not supportive. There isn’t shelves for clothes to store, but lots of hangers.
