富士山側の部屋に宿泊した。富士山の眺めを遮るものがなく絶景が楽しめる。
車寄せに到着したが係員は電話で話し込んでいて3〜4分ほど待たされた。他には誰もいないので館内の人を呼びに行き戻ってきた頃に電話を切ってこちらに来た。
室内ではベッドとナイトテーブルの間に食べかけのポテトチップスの袋が放置れていた。

満点に近いと思います。

満点に近いと思います。ステキな滞在でした。なので、御礼方々気になった点を記します。

・お風呂の鏡がほぼ見えない。
　おそらく水垢だと思います。車関係のホテルなので、対策は山のようにあると思われます。
・朝食の飲み物が奥で目立たない。
　前を通ったのに気づかず、もう一度取りに行きました。おそらく入れ物のデザインからか、飲み物が見ずらいので気が付かなかったと思います。

お盆の真ん中、愛犬を連れてガーデンヴィラに家族4人で一泊しました。

まず、とにかく広くてビックリ。
全てにゆとりがあってバスルームも2箇所。
家族とはいえ大人4人…それぞれがプライベートに過ごしたい時もありますが、それが何の苦もなく叶っていました。
ガレージも広くてかっこいいし、建物周りの通路や植栽スペースもゆとりのある設計でした。

設備類の性能も良く、特にスピーカーと空調が素晴らしいです。
入室時のワンちゃんの匂いはもちろん調理の匂いも数時間後には無くなっているし、あんなに広い空間なのに冷房もしっかり効いてました。
ウッディなインテリアも素敵です。

スタッフさんの対応やサービスも素晴らしかったです。愛犬の名前を書いたウェルカムボードも嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

最高に満足しましたが、数点だけ欲を言わせてもらうと…

1つは、エスプレッソマシンの抽出口が最初から汚れてたこと。
もう1つは、プールが混雑しててなかなか利用できず、結局諦めたこと。
これだけちょっと残念でしたが、混雑する時期なので難しい部分もあるかと思い、特に気にはしてません。
今後の参考にしていただけたら幸いです。

今度はサーキットビューのお部屋を夫婦で利用したいなー♪

レースをホテルから観戦するためには連泊が必要。
スタッフ間の情報共有はなっていない。
誤請求がある。
早朝、ゲートオープン直後から車検非対応の爆音車両に起こされる。

立派なホテルだけにもったいないホテルだなぁ…という印象です。

Great amenities, clean and spacious. The view of fuji as we walked into the room was amazing. The hotel itself is clean, nicely designed and the details were on theme and perfect, down to the light switches.

The only issue is that the location definitely requires a car to visit the surrounding areas and there is not much to do at night in the area.

Made a birthday stay really memorable and went the extra mile to make it so special. Highly recommended and very good racing experiences on the track and Tom’s formula college, go karts, expert Fuji tour guide, racing simulator and more. Even had a nice pair of black kite birds fly by with the stunning Fuji view.

Property was great but if you are paying for a mountain view and it’s a cloudy day you won’t see the mountain but you would have still paid the premium. The hotel has also adds trivial expenses such as a hotel gift shop, paying for mini bar, and a gratuity fee on all restaurants and room service. You have to order set meals for breakfast 24 hours in advance and there are many restriction on hotel facilities like not having access to the terrace to view the race track

This was an excellent experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I liked everything about the hotel, including the motor speedway theme, design, ambiance, facilities, state-of-the art gym, pool, jacuzzi, hot spring water area, hospitality, and impeccable service and manners. It is the platinum standard. I highly recommend it without any reservations whatsoever ever!

If you’re a car enthusiast, Fuji Speedway Hotel is a total dream. From the moment you walk in, the whole place is filled with motorsport vibes—sleek design, racing-inspired details, and of course, being right next to the legendary Fuji Speedway.

The rooms are spacious and modern with epic views of Mt. Fuji and the track itself—nothing beats waking up and seeing that combo. The hotel also has cool touches that any JDM fan would appreciate, plus plenty of spots to chill after a day at the circuit.

Between the friendly staff, great food, and the unbeatable location for anyone who loves cars, this is hands down one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

First class experience. Suberashi!

First class. The location, staff, food, activities, and facilities were all truly five-star. Having visited Fuji Speedway before, we knew what to expect — yet the moment we arrived at the new Fuji Speedway Hotel, standing proudly beside the Western Gates, it was clear this would be a special stay. The hotel did not disappoint!

Beautifully presented and architecturally inspiring, the facilities exceeded every expectation of a hotel of this caliber. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with special mentions to Asami for her warm hospitality and Mt. Fuji climbing tips, the General Manager for an unforgettable tour of Fuji Speedway, and Head Chef Koji for an incredible birthday dinner.

Motorsport fan or not you will be in heaven, I cannot recommend Fuji Speedway Hotel highly enough! Thank you to the wonderful staff and to Hyatt for providing such an unforgettable experience. Mata ne!

We are from Los Angeles and are here for a family get away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!!

All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English.

Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's toothbrush for my 7 year old!

Doesn’t have a lot of food choices onsite (if you don't have a car with you). Our family tried the Robata Oyama restaurant (Japanese cuisine) and are pleasantly surprised! Good quality is very good.

Overall- exceptional experience and would highly recommend!

Fantastisk sted, spotless og god service. Anbefaler rom mot banen hvis du er glad i bil. Eneste vi kan sette fingeren på er at den japanske restauranten var ganske dyr og ikke helt etter vår smak. Men det virket å være bra mat for de som liker godt det som står på menyen. Hvis jeg drar tilbake til Fuji er dette hotellet jeg kommer tilbake til.

Séjour extraordinaire dans un hôtel d’exception. Le service est excellent, les repas également, la vue sur le Mont Fuji parfaite, tout le confort adapté (dans une très belle chambre). L’hôtel est sur le thème de l’automobile et du sport auto, avec un circuit très proche.

First off, the hotel was amazing, the room and onsen were superb, the pool looked wonderful but I didn’t use it. The amenities, all great. We had a delicious italian dinner and found enough to eat at the breakfast buffet as vegans (albeit overpriced for the vegan options but probably reasonable for anyone else). We had a dead-center view of Mt. Fuji except she only poked her head out for 30 seconds but that’s not the hotel’s fault and I knew those odds going in.

I’m only giving it 3 stars because I was disappointed to learn that I couldn’t see the actual racetrack from anywhere in the hotel other than from a few tables in a cafe which requires a purchase, which I would be fine with except I was only there for 1 night and it closes early. By the time I got settled and went down for a drink (before dinner) it was already closed - so I never got to see it.

My second issue, and this is on me for not doing enough research but the location isn’t convenient to anything else in Fuji. I spent about $100 one way on a taxi to get to the pagoda. The hotel called the taxi for me but as I was about to get in, I thought to ask if it would be hard to find a taxi to get back and they said probably - and it was. It felt like something they should let people know up front.

Again the room was amazing and I wish I had another night to enjoy it and the hotel but I wouldn’t stay there again because of logistical reasons.

We were party of 4 - came for business to Japan and decided to spend couple of days in Fuji area

Hotel condition is pristine, the location is divine with an amazing view to Fuji mountain.

Rooms decor is modern and lightly racing themed with taste

The gym is Amazing! It’s missing a gym straight bar but it pretty equipped.

There is a racing simulator you can reserve which is pretty nice (much harder than you think)

The breakfast is awesome - with a buffet and main dish ordering

Couple of minor improvements - 1. gym lacks an Olympic straight bar
2. Tour the room when possible
3. We ordered couple cocktails from the bar which weren’t tasty

This is a true 5 star hotel - highly recommended !

Amazing experience for car enthusiast. Waking up to the sound of race cars. This property is alittle expensive, but all the amenities and services make it worth it. I wish there are some cheaper dining options around. Not everybody wants to go fine dining every meal. Transportation is not the most convenient. We rented a car to drive there.
