子連れ3世代で利用しましたが、部屋をアップグレードしていただき快適に過ごすことができました。部屋は綺麗ですし、キッチンや家電も活用できてよかったです。

オープンして間もないこともあり、大変綺麗で清掃も行き届き、大満足でした。
小さな子連れでの連泊でしたが、洗濯乾燥機やキッチンが大変便利でした！
３泊４日の旅行でしたが、本当に最小限の荷物で行くことができます。

近くにスーパーやコンビニがあるので、遊び疲れてもゆっくり部屋で各自好きな物が食べられるのは、本当に良かったです。
フロントに貸し出しのオモチャがいくつかあり、黒ひげやトランプ、ＵＮＯを借りました。
部屋によるかもしれませんが、スカイツリーも見えました！

どなたかのコメントで靴箱があればよかった等ご意見ありましたが、私たちが宿泊した際はきちんと設置されており、その他コメントで見かけたマイナス要素は、しっかり対策され、快適に過ごすことができました。

ワンルームマンションを改装されていることもあり、通常のホテルよりも防音されているように感じました。
上野動物園や浅草も歩いて行ける距離で、交通の便もよく、また東京に行く際はこちらにお世話になるかと思います。

浅草散策の為、家族で宿泊しました。
まだ出来て間もないホテルと言うこともあり、最新の設備でとても満足してます。バルミューダのトースターが良かったです。お部屋は和モダンで住むという感じで自宅にいるかのような過ごし方が出来ました。TVはYouTubeが見れました。お部屋で過ごすのに退屈しなくて良かったです。またリピートしたいと思うようなホテルです。いつか他のKOKO HOTELも利用してみたいです。

今回３泊させて頂きましたが、風呂トイレ別々だし、湯槽広いし、洗濯機もあり、レンジ、トースターも使いやすく冷蔵庫も普通サイズだしキッチンも使いやすい！食器類もお洒落で自宅に居るような感じてくつろげました。

Excellent customer service, very clean and relatively spacious room for Tokyo - comfortably fit my husband and I plus our two teenagers. Great location, short walk to a number of train stations. Beds a little hard. But seems to be the norm in Japan. Would definitely stay again.

Smooth check-in. Large room with great amenities that was perfect for our family of 5. 7-Eleven close by and right off Kappabashi street for shopping. It was a little far from the subway but nice in the mornings to see kids going to school and locals going to work, so didn't feel touristy.

A very cute and lovely hotel. Within walking distance to many tourist attractions in Asakusa. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery store, many dining options, and even Skytree (although you might want to take the train for this one)! The rooms are a good size for Japanese standards, and our family loved the washer/dryer combo, the stand-in shower/tub combo, the bidget equipped toilet, and the cool bunk bed! Our room even had a view of the SkyTree tower. We had a wonderful stay, and would love to be back again!

The room was very comfortable. The beds were great. We loved the kitchen which had everything we needed. We really liked the snack and drink machines available in the lobby which was very convenient. We really loved the complimentary green tea bags and cocoa packets in the lobby. And the staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. We loved our stay here!

Hotel was about 10 steps off Kappabashi street. About 10-15 walk to train stations depending on where you want to go. Grocery store nearby. 7-11 near hotel was not well stocked, but I seen an Lawson being built nearby. Easy walk to Sensoji temple. We also walked to Tokyo Skytree crossing the river. Hotel room was nice, had a small stove, toaster oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer. All in one washer and dryer in room. 2 twin beds, couch that turns into bunk beds and a dining table to seat 4. Toilet was separate from the show room.

My parents and I had the best stay! We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo but we were greeted with friendly faces and they kindly told us that they upgraded our room. I forgot which room they upgraded us to but it was huge compared to our other hotel rooms in Japan. It made our last n ight very memorable and we had the most insane view of the Tokyo Skytree! Arigato gozaimas Koko Hotel! We will be back!

Laundry machine didn’t work. Spoke with Manju and she was extremely helpful and provided a helpful solution. I felt so bad she went out of her way and even cut her hand.

The room had a humid bad moist odor smell to it. I wouldn’t rent here again if I had the choice

We had the best stay at KOKO hotel! Everything was clean, rooms are perfect size! Plenty of spaces compared to other hotels. The walk to the station pretty decent. Depends on where you go. Senso Ji temple about 15 minute walk so many food close to the hotel. There’s Uniqlo and don quijote close buy i get to shop my clothes to wear next day. FYI the washer takes about 4 hours including dryer, sometimes clothes are still wet. But i like they have washer in the room so convenient and they have free soap ask at the lobby. One of our rooms got upgraded and it’s pretty big for party of 4 with 2 kids. All the staff were nice and helpful. They have all the toiletries you need, glad i didn’t bring any toiletries, free facial wash, toner, oil, and cream, coffee and water, they are all in the lobby. You can leave the luggages at the lobby if you want to stroll before and after while waiting for room or if you have a late flight. Bonus points for parents with kids. They have rental stroller for free, diaper, wipes, high chair. Taxi to Ginza 3300 yen not to bad. Uber is good too to avoid the long walk. Highly recommended. Def will stay here again or any KOKO HOTEL.

Premier hotel de notre voyage au Japon et déjà une superbe adresse. Nous été surclassés dans une suite familiale (1 grand lit pour les adultes et des tatamis pour les enfants) avec cuisne et machine à laver. Avec une belle vue sur la sky tree. L'emplacement est idéale, proche du temple d'asakusa et de plusieurs stations de metro/gares.
Il n'y a pas de petit dejeuner mais du café et du thé en libre service à la réception ainsi qu'un distributeur d'onigiri.
Le personnel parle bien anglais et est très serviable, notamment pour l'envoi des bagages.

This is my third time staying at this location. I loved the residential area. I was surrounded by locals most of the time, and the good thing was that the hotel is located in the heart of Kappabashi, known as the kitchenware district in Tokyo. I was also just a 10-minute walk from the 24/7 Donkie store and the Sesoji temple. Highly recommend this location or any KOKO hotels.

C’est une localisation parfaite, selon moi. Très tranquille mais vous n’avez qu’à marcher environ 7 minutes et vous trouverez magasins, restaurants.
La chambre est propre, la cuisine est équipée, si vous voulez prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Et il y a toujours quelqu’un à la reception pour vous aider. J’adore

Accommodating front desk staff. Room amenities in the room always available at the lobby, you just help yourself with whatever you need. I like the passcode access to ride the elevator. Having the washer/dryer machine in the unit is a plus. Walking distance to train station and Tokyo sky tree and Asakusa area. Restaurant options and convenience/supermarket nearby

Very convenient and safe location. It’s 5 extra minutes of walk than some other hotels. But in exchange you get to stay in quiet place with family size room including washer/dryer in your room. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very helpful.

There is a Lawson close to the hotel. We bought food from there every night before you went back to the hotel. I love the laundry they have inside the room, it’s extremely helpful for travelers. You need to walk about 8 mins to the nearby station but it’s not bad.
I like how it has a kitchen with all the things you need. Loved our stay!

附近有放置骨灰的寺廟，而且在我入住的時候，我向平台登記兩大人兩小孩入住，也有注記小孩的年紀，在check in的時候，飯店櫃檯要求加收費用，加收小孩子兩位的費用，但是這一點在平台上面並沒有這方面的說明，因為時間緊迫，只好繳納了現金，在此之前，我才住過KOKO，另外一間同系列的酒店，並沒有有這個情況發生，不知道是櫃檯人員的個人問題，還是有這個規定，平台沒有寫清楚，總而言之，入住體驗非常的不舒服，強烈不建議入住

We love our hotel room, simple but cozy, very quiet and spacious, reasonable size for the family of four. It’s clean and lots of amenities and the most amazing view of the sky tree Tokyo tower. Thanks for the upgrade, it was such a fantastic experience. Staff are very helpful and great customer service. Also the area has lots of shops and restaurants with affordable and cheaper prices.

Property is located in a mainly residential area just off “kitchen shopping street”. It’s a long walk to the closest transit station Tawaramachi on the Ginza line. There are a few scattered restaurants close to the hotel, but again a bit of a walk to get to the hub of activity closer to Asakusa station and Sensoji Temple. My biggest problem with our stay was the lack of action by management on a soaking wet carpet in our room on our arrival. The hotel manager came up to our room and attempted to soak up the water with paper towels, not addressing the source to the water leak. He said housekeeping probably spilled some water while cleaning the room. This was not the case and shortly afterwards the carpet was soaked again. No immediate and acceptable resolution was offered. He suggested an option would be for us to find another hotel to stay at and he would allow us to cancel our reservation without penalty. Not much of an option as it was late in the day and my family was tired after travelling all day. We ended up just staying in the room with the wet carpet and water leak as we only had a 2 night stay in this part of Tokyo. Just poor hotel management to sell a room with a water leak and soaking wet carpet. And when confronted, not being able to provide a suitable resolution. After our initial interaction with management, there was no further following to check on the water leak and condition of the room.

Great family stay

This a great family hotel in a quiet area of Asakusa with quick access to everything (metro, restaurant, Donki, supermarket, 711, Familymart). We had a room with king bed and bunk beds and it was the perfect size. We especially enjoyed the washer/dryer combo. Staff was super friendly.
