オープンして間もないこともあり、大変綺麗で清掃も行き届き、大満足でした。
小さな子連れでの連泊でしたが、洗濯乾燥機やキッチンが大変便利でした！
３泊４日の旅行でしたが、本当に最小限の荷物で行くことができます。

近くにスーパーやコンビニがあるので、遊び疲れてもゆっくり部屋で各自好きな物が食べられるのは、本当に良かったです。
フロントに貸し出しのオモチャがいくつかあり、黒ひげやトランプ、ＵＮＯを借りました。
部屋によるかもしれませんが、スカイツリーも見えました！

どなたかのコメントで靴箱があればよかった等ご意見ありましたが、私たちが宿泊した際はきちんと設置されており、その他コメントで見かけたマイナス要素は、しっかり対策され、快適に過ごすことができました。

ワンルームマンションを改装されていることもあり、通常のホテルよりも防音されているように感じました。
上野動物園や浅草も歩いて行ける距離で、交通の便もよく、また東京に行く際はこちらにお世話になるかと思います。

浅草散策の為、家族で宿泊しました。
まだ出来て間もないホテルと言うこともあり、最新の設備でとても満足してます。バルミューダのトースターが良かったです。お部屋は和モダンで住むという感じで自宅にいるかのような過ごし方が出来ました。TVはYouTubeが見れました。お部屋で過ごすのに退屈しなくて良かったです。またリピートしたいと思うようなホテルです。いつか他のKOKO HOTELも利用してみたいです。

今回３泊させて頂きましたが、風呂トイレ別々だし、湯槽広いし、洗濯機もあり、レンジ、トースターも使いやすく冷蔵庫も普通サイズだしキッチンも使いやすい！食器類もお洒落で自宅に居るような感じてくつろげました。

Very convenient and safe location. It’s 5 extra minutes of walk than some other hotels. But in exchange you get to stay in quiet place with family size room including washer/dryer in your room. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very helpful.

There is a Lawson close to the hotel. We bought food from there every night before you went back to the hotel. I love the laundry they have inside the room, it’s extremely helpful for travelers. You need to walk about 8 mins to the nearby station but it’s not bad.
I like how it has a kitchen with all the things you need. Loved our stay!

附近有放置骨灰的寺廟，而且在我入住的時候，我向平台登記兩大人兩小孩入住，也有注記小孩的年紀，在check in的時候，飯店櫃檯要求加收費用，加收小孩子兩位的費用，但是這一點在平台上面並沒有這方面的說明，因為時間緊迫，只好繳納了現金，在此之前，我才住過KOKO，另外一間同系列的酒店，並沒有有這個情況發生，不知道是櫃檯人員的個人問題，還是有這個規定，平台沒有寫清楚，總而言之，入住體驗非常的不舒服，強烈不建議入住

Location is good, close enough to metro but a bit away from other major sights. Lots of food options near by. Convenience of kitchen amenities and washer dryer. Found and killed a few spiders in the room but they do seem to be everywhere. Overall, good stay.

We love our hotel room, simple but cozy, very quiet and spacious, reasonable size for the family of four. It’s clean and lots of amenities and the most amazing view of the sky tree Tokyo tower. Thanks for the upgrade, it was such a fantastic experience. Staff are very helpful and great customer service. Also the area has lots of shops and restaurants with affordable and cheaper prices.

Property is located in a mainly residential area just off “kitchen shopping street”. It’s a long walk to the closest transit station Tawaramachi on the Ginza line. There are a few scattered restaurants close to the hotel, but again a bit of a walk to get to the hub of activity closer to Asakusa station and Sensoji Temple. My biggest problem with our stay was the lack of action by management on a soaking wet carpet in our room on our arrival. The hotel manager came up to our room and attempted to soak up the water with paper towels, not addressing the source to the water leak. He said housekeeping probably spilled some water while cleaning the room. This was not the case and shortly afterwards the carpet was soaked again. No immediate and acceptable resolution was offered. He suggested an option would be for us to find another hotel to stay at and he would allow us to cancel our reservation without penalty. Not much of an option as it was late in the day and my family was tired after travelling all day. We ended up just staying in the room with the wet carpet and water leak as we only had a 2 night stay in this part of Tokyo. Just poor hotel management to sell a room with a water leak and soaking wet carpet. And when confronted, not being able to provide a suitable resolution. After our initial interaction with management, there was no further following to check on the water leak and condition of the room.

Great family stay

This a great family hotel in a quiet area of Asakusa with quick access to everything (metro, restaurant, Donki, supermarket, 711, Familymart). We had a room with king bed and bunk beds and it was the perfect size. We especially enjoyed the washer/dryer combo. Staff was super friendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo residence con i nostri due figli grandi. Posizione ideale per accesso ai trasporti sia metropolitana che JR/treni. Zona ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Alloggio piccolo ma nuovo e molto accessoriato. Due letti occidentali e due comodissimi letti su tatami. Fantastica lavatrice/asciugatrice (utilissima per chi viaggia con bagaglio minimo!). Cucina ben attrezzata: cioccolata caffè the a disposione. Personale alla reception molto gentile!! Insomma 'a perfect stay' per noi.

This property is located in a quiet street in a wonderful prefecture of Tokyo. Asakusa is accessible to the train to the airport, the Shinkansen (leaves from Ueno only 1 train stop away or a short cab ride), and has great dining and shopping options.
We were really happy with the accomodation which also included a washing machine/dryer in the room.
The small kitchen and dining area was super helpful. A small room but very functional!
The hotel staff were really helpful and kind also.

It was such a pleasant experience staying at KOKO Hotel Residence Asakusa Kappabashi! The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to popular spots like Sensoji Temple, local restaurants, and shops.

Even though there’s no daily cleaning service, the hotel provides a vacuum cleaner and plenty of fresh towels, which made it easy to keep the space tidy during our stay. One of the best parts was having a washer and dryer right inside the unit—it made traveling with kids so much more convenient!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a family. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo!

Convenient and spacious. They have baggage storage which is absolutely a needed amenity in Tokyo. Hallways are outdoors so you are semi exposed to the elements. Konbini is a walk but hotel does offer a vending machine on site. Extremely convenient to have.

This hotel was very good! The staff and cleaning was amazing! We especially liked the tatami bed, it was very very comfortable. You can borrow a nintendo from the lobby and this was a big hit for my kids. The staff contacted our next hotel and arranged shipment of our luggages beforehand.

We were upgraded at check-in to a traditional Japanese room which was wonderful. As a family of four with two children, this room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English for us to communicate. The room was clean and equipped with many amenities such as laundry, a tea kettle, and silverware. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was one of our favorite properties that we stayed at in Japan. It’s centrally located to great neighborhoods with shopping and eating. It is in a quiet area, but you can be in the action within a 5 to 15 minute walk. The amenities and space were excellent. We also received a complementary upgrade! Which was great after staying in small hotels for a bulk of our time and Japan.

We arrived on a Monday evening - prior to our arrival I was already kind of freaking out, as I have an eighteen month old who enjoys climbing and I was so worried about him climbing down the bed if we were asleep. Anyway, when we arrived they had informed me that the crib was already in our room - whoooo relief!

Took a cab from Narita - I know it’s expensive, but the sense of not having to deal with transportation especially with a toddler just gave us a much clearer and better start to our vacation.

As soon as we got settled in, we went for a walk around the neighborhood, it was so quiet and I felt very safe. I mean, I’ve felt that way everywhere in Japan (this is my fifth visit), second for my toddler but definitely easier when he was an infant lol, my husbands second and my stepsons first time. There’s a Lawson and a 7/11 just two blocks down, which made it so convenient. Food places were just about 10-15 minute walk. Also, there’s a Don Quijote just about 20 minutes (they are open all day, made those sleepless nights from jet lag helpful).

We went to the Samurai museum which is within walking distance. We even walked to Senso-ji Temple. We loved just exploring the area. Our first night, we even walked back from Akihabara lol - which was about a 45 minute walk, but we didn’t mind it, my kid actually loved it - we were able to pass by Ueno market area.

Asakusa and Ginza stations are about 12-15 minutes walking.

We arrived very early to the hotel (8am) and opted for a 12pm check in which costs an extra 6000 yen. As we were with a 1.5 year old and a 4 year old, we were happy to simply pay for it as we were extremely exhausted from our night flight. To our delight, we were upgraded to a Superior Deluxe Family Room which was a very spacious room for a family of 4. It had a seperate tatami room with a sliding door, which was perfect for us as we were able to get the kids to sleep and also able to relax and watch tv at night without waking up the kids. We especially loved the washer and dryer in our room as it dried our clothes in one go. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends as we experience great service from the staff as well.

I don't think it's a white lie. I think that saying is not pleasant and not necessary.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. We had the convenience of a small kitchenette though the tap water tasted and smelled strongly of chlorine. They don’t offer cleaning services, which is a shame. The area isn’t as walkable and about 15 minutes from the nearest major train station.

Quiet location

Asakusa is a very touristy area but this hotel was not in a main street and was quiet.
The room was very well equipped for cooking. It was clean and comfortable but as with other hotel rooms in Japan, it was small.
The hotel staff spok english and was very helpful.

Comfortable stay

The room was comfortable, the best thing was that it has a washing machine and drying too. One down thing was they spilled my coffee on the table but didn’t clean it up and it was all over my book and also underneath the tissue box. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Property was very clean and the room was big enough for 4 girls traveling with 5 suitcases and 4 carry ons. I would have liked a bigger bathroom sink area but that’s just personal to the amount of people sharing the room. They had full kitchen and one in all washer dryer unit. We didn’t need to use it but it was nice to have as an option. It’s close to 2 different subway lines anywhere between a 8- 10 min walk and close to convenience stores and some local shopping and dining. They have this fried chicken restaurant right around the corner and recommend going for an afternoon snack. The staff were polite and they do receive luggage transfer. I didn’t need to send luggage from there but I do believe they offer luggage transfer as well but never fully inquired as it was our last hotel stay before flying out. Would recommend booking and felt the price was reasonable.

This was a fantastic hotel. Reception staff was very helpful and the room was extremely nice. We ended up having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room which were huge bonuses. My family of four stayed and we were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and after we left my kids wouldn’t stop talking about how much they missed that room. I’d very highly recommend staying here.
