最高に綺麗で快適

五条駅方面なので適度に落ち着いたエリアであること、設備が最新でお部屋が広いこと、他の部屋の音漏れがなかったこと、スタッフの方々が親身に対応してくれたことでとても快適に過ごせました。朝食の種類も豊富でとても良かったです。

ランドリールームの使用状況がリアルタイムで見れるのも良いです。(夜は人気でフル稼働でした)ただ、100円硬貨しか使えないので準備が必要です。クレカ決済とか宿泊費と一緒に請求とかできたら嬉しいのですが…

せめてコーヒーだけでも…

新しく綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせました。朝食付きプランで滞在したのですがチェックアウト時は朝6:00に出発だったので朝食開始が7:00だったので朝食が取れず残念でした。 コーヒーマシンの電源が入っていたので、せめてコーヒーだけでもいただきたかったのですが、頑なに断られガッカリしました。

５人で宿泊

5人部屋に家族で泊まりました。2人と3人に扉で仕切られるので、いびきのうるさい2人と静かな3人に部屋わけるかつ事が出来たので快適でした。洗面所も　同じ場所ですか、2個あり混み合う事ないし、トイレも　2個あり、使い勝手が良かったです。朝食もビュッフェで美味しかったです。
ただ、残念な事は、ドライヤーが　サラサラになる物ではなかった事です。
それを改善されたら　満点です。

普通のビジネスホテル以下。理由は下記です。

①冷蔵庫無し、冷えない保冷庫。
→対応は預かって冷やすのみ。
②レストラン当日予約不可。
→代替提案も無し。
③コンタクトの補完液準備無し
→代替え無し
④部屋にクジがあり当たりがでるも
→サポートデスクの担当おらず何も貰えず。フロント代理対応しない。
⑤貸出用の傘が汚い、出口付近の傘立ては無くなっている。
⑥通行人の足音が室内に響き、ノックされているような音がする。

施設もサービスもビジネスホテルチェーン以下でした。残念です。

チェックイン時間を過ぎているのに、汚れたバスタオルの山が廊下にあったり、トイレにトイレットペーパーの芯が置きっぱなし。
ロビーでのドリンク注文にもスマホでログイン登録が必要だったり、朝食のご飯はカピカピだったりと、サービスレベルが一般のビジネスホテル以下でした。海外ではよく見かけますが、日本人は泊まらないと思います。部屋はきれいだったのに、せっかくの息抜き旅行が台無し。ヒルトン系にはもう泊まりたくないです。

We really liked the location, it's less than five minutes walk to the subway and a short walk to different bus stations. Nice room and common spaces. We would book again if in Kyoto.

This is the best Hilton Property I have ever stayed in. The front desk and food people were beyond excellent. The chef made a unique special GF pasta dish for me. At breakfast, all the dishes show allergen ingredients, so it was easy to find GF. The rooms are large compared to other Japan hotels we stayed in. The staff were helpful in finding my lost passport I left in a taxi and helped us with a money transfer-actually went with us to a bank. I cannot say enough about the service we received!

入住時前台搞錯了房型，我們訂大床房，入住後發現有另外一張單人床。回報給前台後，前台即時的處理我們的問題，整體服務不錯。早餐的選擇和變化不多，吃到第三天就膩了。

Nice hotel, well located near metro stations and bus stops. Staff awesome, room in good condition and tidy. Bed was nice and tight and it was very quiet in our room. Gym good, breakfast good.

Great stay for family of four

Room layout is really good, making stay with two kids very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a great value. Fitness center was very well equipped and not over crowded. Everywhere was clean. Laundromat is very useful and secure. Would defintely stay here again when visiting kyoto.

규모는 크지 않지만 짜임새 있고, 깨끗하고 친절한 호텔이다.

Very spacious rooms for a big city

Nice location-within walking distance to Gion. Rooms are spacious enough and the staff was helpful. Laundry facility in the basement was convenient-but the dryer needed to be re-filled with coins three times before clothes could be removed. This was a problem with all the machines since other guests using the facility complained of the same problem.

We have enjoyed our stay in Kyoto mainly due to the choice we made to stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, well kept and modern in all sense. Starbucks, restaurants, metro station, shops and the must visit Nishiki Market are all within walking distance. The restaurants in the hotel, the lobby and sitting area are all very comfortable and amazingly clean. The employees we came in contact with were all pleasant and courteous.

Amazing hotel, I loved the location and the easy access to subways. There is a family mart right outside and a 7-Eleven 4 min walk away. Front desk was very nice and spoke English very well. I wish I stayed longer!

Clean, modern hotel. The basic room was small but still had plenty of space for all our luggage. There was a wonderful staff member at the front desk who checked us in and helped us get our luggage transferred to our next destination. Conveniently located close to the train station.

Great!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto! The room was spacious, with plenty of luggage space, a nice sitting area, and lots of plugs and USB-C ports. The rain shower was excellent, and the Japanese toilet was impressive. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The breakfast, while decent, was the same every day and could use more variety. There’s only one restaurant on-site, but the food was good.

Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped hotel—I’d definitely recommend it!

Good rooms, bad food.

Great hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff but breakfast was somewhat lacking. Went at different times each day and there was always some food that had run out. Quality of the food was very variable and western options were either stale or non-existent. Japanese/Chinese options were also not always of a high quality. Much of the hot food was overcooked.

Stayed on two days after tour ended. I thought it was easier to stay in same hotel. I wish they had a bathtub in room, as other hotels I stayed in Japan.

Breakfast was adequate, although at times had to wait for space and warned 7-8:30 would be busy. Cold, runny scrambled eggs and other egg option not appealing.

Pleasant 20 min walk to the train station and shopping all around the area.

Conveniently located between Gojo and Shijo (Karasuma line) and Karasuma Stations (Hankyu line), as well as not too far from Kyoto Station, this hotel was excellent. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable with excellent amenities. Very much appreciated the laundry services. Also the bar/restaurant staff was great and very friendly. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the shops at Shijo-dori, but I appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle.

Good hotel

Good hotel with a very nice lounge area. Rooms were good and space efficient as expected. Situated between Kyoto station and the shopping/tourist areas made it quiet, although some walking was needed. From a western standard the breakfast has some improvement potentials .
