ベッドのコンディションも良い。

収納たっぷりが良い

いつもスタジオデラックスツインルームに宿泊しています。部屋は狭くベッドもシングル2台ですが収納がたくさんあり、クローゼットが大き目でトランク等も入るので部屋の中がスッキリ片付けられます。キッチンは小さいですがお皿やコップ、キッチン用品も充実しています。
空気清浄機の下やお風呂場などお掃除不足はありました。洗濯機もキッチンのところにあるので使用中はテレビの音も大きくしないと聞こえないです。1階ラウンジで無料のコーヒー等のマシンもあり、部屋にネスプレッソマシンも用意されています。今回はアメリカのホテルを色々周った後だったので特に日本の設備の良さを実感しました。また次も宿泊させて頂きます。

清掃も行きどといているし、お風呂も広いので大満足です。
ただ、お風呂の温度がかなりぬるめ設定なので６０度くらいでお湯ためました。慣れれば大丈夫です！

Excellent value for money. It's new so everything is spic and span but quality of bed, sheets,is exactly how I like, having washer dryer is excellent, in room Nespresso is superb but they have Nespresso and tea downstairs in the lounge 24/7 which is great especially for someone with jetlag. They don't have restaurant or cafe but serve continental breakfast every morning during the week and there are hundreds of restaurants very close by and of course convenient stores as well. So considering all the above, price is cheap.

フロントの方の接客も素晴らしく
お部屋も綺麗で
バストイレ別そしてキッチンや洗濯機もあるので
最高でした
1番はわんちゃんと一緒に泊まれるので
とても嬉しかったです。

換気口からの外の騒音がひどい。。

設備が新しく、キッチン周りも使いやすく、とても良かった。ただ、残念ながら夜遅くになっても外部の交通音が非常に気になった。換気口が枕元にあるのは設計ミスじゃないだろうか。。。次回は耳栓を持参して、改善されていれば定期的に利用したい。

麻布十番商店街、六本木ヒルズが徒歩圏内で便利でした。wifiもストレスなく繋がりました。キッチンにたいていの道具は揃っていますがラップとキッチンペーパーはなかったです。包丁三本もいらないのでラップのようなものを置いてくださると助かります。清掃もきっちりしてくださっておりまた宿泊したいです。

The main problem is the air conditioner is directly above the bed and aimed at the bed. There is a smell and it’s just uncomfortable for the AC to be so close to the bed. Got sore throat from leaving AC on. Location is not that convenient since its far from all the tourist spots.

Check-in langwierig und ohne den gewohnten japanischen Charme, dafür gutes Englisch der westlich angelernten Mitarbeitenden. Das Bad im gebuchten Deluxe Studio erinnerte eher an ein Campingbad. In einem der Schränke waren jede Menge Barthaare. Der Teppich hatte einige Flecken, ansonsten war es sauber, besonders die Küche wäre bei Bedarf gut nutzbar. Die Betten sind hart, schmal und kurz. Der Balkon ist nur zum stehen gedacht, es fehlt jegliche Sitzgelegenheit. Man hat geräuschdurchlässige Wandlüfter eingebaut, direkt daneben das Bett gestellt. Aufgrund der Hauptverkehrsstraße und des nahe gelegenen Krankenhauses, war an erholsamen Schlaf teilweise nicht zu denken. Die Waschmaschine hat keine englische Anleitung vorliegen (im Gegensatz zur Badewanne) und hat den ersten Tag aufgrund einer Fehlermeldung nicht funktioniert. Housekeeping konnte nicht helfen und nach 18h war niemand mehr da. Keine Möglichkeit, Wäsche aufzuhängen. Auf den Fluren in jeder 2 Steckdose “Duft” Lampen. Definitiv nicht hochwertig. Alles nicht ideal! Positiv anzumerken ist lediglich der gut vorhandene Stauraum, falls man länger dort hausen muss.
Die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen, Wohngegend mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Geschäften. Gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn.

Love the location of this property! It has a deli nearby as well as a Lawson's. The unit is very clean and modern. We had full kitchen which was amazing! The bed was super comfortable and the cleaning staff kept our unit super clean! We also loved the washer/dryer which we used to wash our clothes before heading home. Highly recommend this place to stay!

공항에서 호텔까지 갈 때는 2번 정도 환승해야해서 힘들었는데, 도착하니까 너무 좋았어요! 우선 동네가 조용하고 깔끔해서 밤 늦게 돌아다녀도 안전했고, 호텔 방 안에 세탁기와 주방이 있어서 장기숙박 할 때도 좋을 것 같아요! 밤에 조용해서 아이들 데리고 여행하시거나 부모님 모시고 여행할 때 좋을 것 같습니다! 그리고 호텔 1층 야키니꾸집 맛있고, 아자부주반역 건너편으로 가면 24시간 슈퍼마켓과 로컬 맛집도 많습니다!

Pillow dilemma

Nothing wrong with hotel, typical Japanese business hotel with a kitchenette. Great location, truly a fine hotel. But their pillow selection is atrocious! Two pillows for a queen bed? Thin, soft, the worst, no support. So, if pillows are important, be forewarned, call ahead get some extra, ask for firm pillows.

Very bad smell of female period in the room and can’t stand…. It comes from carpet or air cleaner…. Air cleaner filter was terrible and it seems never cleaned or replaced… even opened window and changed air, bad smell…I bought air freshener at 7 eleven….

My third time staying at Oakwood. Unbeatable location in Azabu Juban. Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. It would have been great if Oakwood could have offered flexibility without quoting me a full night charge to access my room early. I understand if the hotel was sold out (which I don’t believe it was), however, it’s small things like this that will make travelers more inclined to return again.

Would definitely love to stay here again.

Very well kept property. Clean and spacious. Room is well equipped with everything needed, including a small pantry with fridge and freezer, cooking utensils and cutleries, washing machine. Plenty of storage space.
Front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful, explaining the location of convenience stores and supermarkets in the neighborhood, access to subway stations etc, which was a really warm personal touch. The hotel offered a daily 500 yen credit that can be used in the major convenience stores for skipping their housekeeping service which was a fun incentive. I dropped the keys to my suitcase in the lobby on the day of check out. Their customer service team handled the situation promptly and helped to return the key to me by courier. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would love to stay here again in my future trips.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oakwood. The room was the right size for or stay. The staff was responsive and knowledgeable of the area. We enjoyed the coffee shop on the first floor. The hotel is convenient to the subway, and various restaurants. The location is more subdued than other areas, but that was perfect for us.

We trust the Oakwood brand.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel, so we know about the convenience of the location, room size and amenities. The big pluses are the washer, dryer and microwave inside the room. If you are lucky enough, you may get assigned a room with the view of the Tokyo Tower from your terrace, which we did. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3pm. Overall, we trust the Oakwood brand.

Super bra!

Det var andra gången vi bodde hos Oakwood. Vi var väldigt nöjda med rummet och personal är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen var även rent båda gångerna och luktade fräscht.

Hotellet är nära till tunnelbanan som enkelt kan nås till de stora stationerna genom att byta linje en gång. Dessutom är det nära till Roppongi och Azabudai Hills (gångavstånd). Highlighten är såklart att man kan se Tokyo Tower, så även via balkongen kan man ta kort av den.

지금까지 가본 도쿄의 어느 호텔보다 좋았습니다.
일단 넓은 공간과 깨끗한 시설, 편의시설 하나하나 부족함 없이 잘 되어있습니다. 저희는 셋이 머물렀는데 방 두개를 연결하여 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 배려해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다.

아자부주반이라는 지역에 처음 머물러봤는데 위치가 너무 좋네요.
롯본기에서 가깝고 긴자나 오모테단도 등등 가기가 쉽구요,
요즘 가장 핫하다는 아자부다이힐스에서도 아주 가깝고 좋습니다. 비가 오는 날에는 택시를 타고 가까이 다닐 수 있어서 좋았어요.

다음부터는 도쿄에 오면 반드시 이곳에 머무르려고 합니다.
다른 옵션들과는 비교가 안되는것 같아요.

The apartment had a generous amount of space. High quality utilities, with everything we needed to cook and do the laundry.
There's a supermarket 2mins walk away.
The only issue we had was the air conditioning, we couldnt get it to cool down the room enough.

Brilliant Aparthotel. Big for Japanese standards. Azabujuban is my favourite part of Tokyo. Like a little village in the centre of Tokyo. Great food, walks, etc.

Staff fantastic, too. Hotel only a few years old, everything modern and comfortable.

Great Stay in Oakwood, Azabu

It's located in a nice and quiet area. It takes only a few minutes walk to the subway station. My room was clean and staff was helpful. A washing machine was inside my room which was great as I compared it with my stay in Kyoto where I had to take chance to see if it was available or occupied by other guests. I also had a coffee maker with daily compliment coffee capsule which I enjoyed very much.

Highly Recommended even after just one visit

A very pleasant experience for my family and I. First time staying at an Oakwood property. I found the check-in easy, the agent checking us in polite and professional. And the room itself excellent for our needs. Nice touches like actual glassware (including wine glasses) along with every basic utensil needed with which to cook. It took a little while to figure out how to use the clothes washer, and the ever-so-important "dryer" feature, which is certainly not as familiar to those of us accustomed to a separate clothes dryer.

Pros:
-spotlessly clean, everywhere we looked
-quiet, even though located facing a relatively busy street
-convenient location to grocery store, several convenience stores and Tokyo Metro stop
-complimentary delicious, complete "buffet-style" breakfast adjacent to lobby
-coffee/tea available at all times
-laundry soap included

Cons:
-breakfast available weekdays only
-mattress quite firm
-only one pillow on each bed (we asked for more, which was provided)

Pretty good

Stayed here twice now. If you are staying with two people in a room, I’d recommend you take the room with the wider bed. Essentially, you are trading off bed width for a table and a chair if you take the narrower bed. Not worth it, in my view.

Staff helpful and kind, communication not always perfect though.

The room is much smaller than another Oakwood hotel in Yokohama. The cleanliness of the room is also worse. Much dust and hair on the floor. There is also some blood in the freezer! The breakfast is nice.

너무 좋은 호텔

도쿄에서 찾아보기 힘든 큰사이즈의 룸형태입니다.
도쿄타워가 한눈에 보이는 테라스도 있고 아자부주반역까지 가까워 위치도 훌륭합니다.
직원분들도 너무 친절해서 다음에 도쿄에 가족여행을 온다면 또 방문하고싶네요.
