立地面は最高でした。お部屋も綺麗。ハンガーが沢山欲しかった。洗濯した時に干す事のできるピンチハンガーやパラソルハンガーがあるといいなぁと思いました。

子連れ旅行に最適でした。

宿泊先を選ぶ時に朝食付きのホテルと迷いましたが、就学前の子供がいるため畳のあるお部屋が選べるこちらの施設を選びました。
結果、とても満足しています。

【施設全体】
　他の宿泊客に廊下やエレベーター、施設の出入り口で会うことはありましたが、一般的なホテルのように常駐のスタッフがいなくてもマナーの悪い利用者やトラブルは見かけませんでした。
室内にいる時に他の部屋の物音が聞こえることはなく、とても静かでした。

【お部屋】
　室内、お布団、食器などとても清潔で安心して利用する事ができました。
　お部屋が広々していて、収納も充実していたので室内が散らかる事なく快適に過ごせました。
　また、キッチンや洗濯機、浴室乾燥機などの設備も便利でした。


【キッチン】
　朝食は近くのパン屋さんで買ったパンと温かい飲み物で。朝食付きじゃないと不便かな？と心配だったのですが、普段のようにお部屋でのんびり食べられて、小さい子連れにはこれで良かったです…！
　備え付けの食器とキッチンバサミがありがたかったです。食器用の洗剤とスポンジも置かれていて助かりました。

【洗濯機・浴室乾燥機】
　小ぶりの縦型洗濯機でした。結構絡んでしまったので洗濯ネットを持っていくと良かったかも…と思いました。
　ジェルボールの洗剤も置かれていました。洗剤を現地で買うのは面倒なので助かりました。
　洗濯するつもりで着替えを少なめにしたので、宿泊中は毎日洗濯。浴室乾燥機のおかげで朝には乾くのでチェックアウトの前日も洗濯して帰宅後の負担を軽減できました♪
　ハンガーの数が限られていて我が家の場合はギリギリだったので、次に利用する時は何か用意したいと思いました。

　最初に洗濯機を使った時に排水ホースが外れていて水が溢れてしまったのですが、翌日電話で連絡すると点検と溢れた水を拭いたバスタオルの交換に来て下さいました。
　すぐに対応していただけて良かったです。

【チェックイン、荷物預けなど】
　新幹線で到着後すぐに荷物預けに行きました。
　京都駅出てすぐの所にレセプションがありますが、京都駅が大きいのでちょっと大変でした。ホテルへの送迎があるのはありがたかったです。
　スタッフの方はフレンドリーで施設利用の説明もとても丁寧でした。
　次も同じ施設か、系列の施設を利用したいです。

車の方は口コミの通りでチェックインがかなり面倒でした。電車の方は送迎がありそうなのでさほど苦ではないかもです。
部屋は広く快適かと思います。

一週間の滞在であったが、賃貸のマンションに住んでいるような感じで過ごすことができた。室内に洗濯機があるため、コインランドリーのように他の利用者がいるか気にする必要もなく、好きな時に利用することができたので、長期滞在者には良いと思う。IHのコンロもあったが、電子レンジがあったため利用することはなかったが、ちょっとした調理にできそうです。食器等も用意されていました。洗剤やゴミ袋など消耗品も用意されていました。
ホテルでのサービスを求めたりせず、暮らすように過ごすことができるので長期滞在者にはとても良いと思います。

滞在中タオルワンセットなので洗濯するか持参するのがいいです。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電磁調理器、食器等あるので長期滞在には便利です。

とてもよかったです

家族旅行で利用させていただきましたが、家族全員満足でした！
とても清潔感があり、気持ちよく過ごせました。

駐車場が不安でしたが、近くにいつくかあるし、たまたま隣の駐車場に停めれたので助かりました！
ただ早めに停めるとお値段が跳ね上がり、2400円くらいになりました。２日目は夜間のみでしたので300円で助かりました^ ^

車だったのでどこへ観光するにも便利でした。

洗濯して浴室乾燥できたのはとてもうれしかったです。一点要望があるとすれば、洗濯物を干すピンチハンガーがあると便利だと思います。

また京都旅行では利用させていただきたいです。

チェックインが大きな問題

チェックインに大きな問題がある。
ホテルから遠い場所にある。
チェックイン前に京都駅を利用する人は問題ないと思う。
それ以外の人は非常に不便。
チェックインの際もかなり時間かまかかる。
それ以外は快適。

アパートメントタイプの快適さ

　 地下鉄　烏丸御池駅　京都市役所前駅の二つと近く、大変便利でした。
　朝の散歩に　近くの京都御苑（御所）へ　夕方は　鴨川沿いに夕涼みと、楽しい滞在でした。
　新しい施設で部屋の備品もきれいで、快適でした。

家族5人で泊まりました
リビングとベッドが繋がっていて開放的で広く、とてもくつろぎやすかったです
洗面脱衣所が2人分のスペースなのも贅沢で使いやすかったです

和モダンな雰囲気も素敵で、マンションの一室なのに非日常感を味わえました

京都らしい素敵な通りを抜けて落ち着いた道沿いに施設があり気持ちよく、
コンビニや100均も！歩いて5分くらいのところにあったため助かりました

マンション全体をホテル仕様に改装してあり近くには民家があるため、夜をパーティー目的ではなく普通に過ごす感じならとてもおすすめです
赤ちゃんやお子さん連れなどの声は大丈夫と思います


困ったこととしては、チェックインをする場所が地図と違っていて（自分の変わりに兄に行ってもらったところ）閉鎖中と書かれてあったり、
エクスペディア のチャットになぜか気づいてもらえなかったことです
（高齢の祖母と腰を痛めている20代の息子がいたので、お風呂場にイスがあるか知りたかった）
電話で直接問い合わせたところ、親切に対応いただきました

お風呂のイスはなかったのですが、検索していた他の施設の中には置いてあるところもあったので、大人数が泊まれる部屋にだけでもあると助かる人もいるのではと思いました


またマットレスの敷きパッドが一枚足りなかったのですが、シーツなど他のものが多くあったのでそれで寝られました



外観もお部屋も清潔感があり、ホテルの感覚で過ごせました
場所も京都らしい通りの近くで気分良く、100均も近くにあり、とても便利でした

祖母の87歳の誕生日を祝う、15年ぶりの家族旅行で、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました
また利用したいと思える場所でした

Do not stay at RESI Apartments, you’ll regret it. You can’t check in at the apartment itself; instead, you have to go to a separate check-in building located 45 minutes away. The process involves a 20-minute walk, a 25-minute metro ride, then waiting another 20 minutes to check in, followed by a shuttle ride to the actual apartment. The entire process takes almost 2 hours just to check in!

I’ve never experienced such an inconvenient and ridiculous check-in process. There are plenty of other places to stay that don’t require this kind of hassle. Avoid RESI Apartments.

Our room was impeccably clean and toiletries were provided which was nice. The beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe and quiet. Lots of shopping and dining choices within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Location was ideal , quiet and pleasant area.

The apartment was far too stuffy. We were not allowed to have the balcony doors open , only 10cm , so we had no access to fresh air. My partner has breathing difficulties and can’t have the air conditioning unit on all the time. Had we known this previously, we would have chosen a different apartment in Kyoto. It’s not ideal that it’s not mentioned in the posting either !!

The carpets really need cleaning, lots of stains.

Staff here was excellent incredibly accommodating they helped us with our luggage, which is imperative when you’re traveling from multiple cities. At the front desk, however they also have one of the best teas that Japan has to offer that they brew themselves in-house on the daily.

Overall very good experience. The kitchen was fully functional if a little tight. Really liked the location as it wasn’t too close to Kyoto station (and hence, all touristy) but it wasn’t far either. Quite central and a short walk to karasuma oike station. Also, having a washing machine in the room was AMAZING!
The only very small complaints would be that the carpet had a few small stains and the room was a bit small, then again, almost every hotel in a major city in Japan is small.

we like it very much, Samiya who help us in checking very accommodating, The instruction is very clear, got shuttle from the place were we check in to the apartment hotel. overall my family is happy liking the place very much. we can stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay at overall, good location.

The hotel was a good stay overall, it was close to a lot of nearby places in Kyoto as it is in a residential area. There are only 4 towels so if you have 3 guests staying you will have to do a load of laundry every night if you want your towels to be dry the next day for your next shower. The check in process went smoothly although it is not near the accommodation. However, they supply a shuttle bus service to take you directly to your hotel so that solves the issue of transporting all of your luggage on a bus or train. Not a bad stay overall.

Le logement est parfait et très bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup aimé . Un peu à l'extérieur du centre, facilement accessible par Métro. Il faut prévoir 10 minutes de marche entre le métro et l'appartement . Environnement tranquille et sécuritaire . Beaucoup d'offres de restauration de qualité à proximité, il faut toutefois réserver. Nous ne connaissions pas cette bannière qui offre beaucoup de logements de qualité . je recommande fortement.

Très bel appartement avec un rapport qualité/prix des plus acceptables. Les transports en commun sont proches ainsi que les restaurants et l'épicerie. Secteur tranquille et appartement super propre. Un peu compliqué pour retrouver le bureau près de la gare pour l'inscription. Nous étions dans la suite.

Great location, perfect for a family stay.

We really liked this hotel and suited our family. We stayed in the room with a double bed and tatami area where our 2 children stayed. We appreciated the washing machine with soap and 2 toilets! The area was quiet which suited us well and was safe walking from bus/ metro stations. We had plenty of transport options around also a good selection of bakeries to chose from for breakfast. I liked the drying room and they gave you laundry soap which was great. I would definitely stay here again, a short walk to the food market in Nishiki and surrounding shopping areas.

Overall, the stay was good. The beds were clean, and it was nice to have a dining room area to relax in after a long day. As always with Resi Stay, the bathroom was great—the option to heat the shower is a really nice touch.

The kitchen, however, is best suited for someone under 5’4” (162 cm). It was difficult to cook and wash dishes comfortably, and I bumped my head a few times. I’ve stayed at other Resi Stay properties and didn’t encounter this issue before.

One downside was the patio doors—they were locked with a child safety feature and a metal bar, so they couldn’t even be slightly opened. When the room’s ventilation is turned on, it creates negative pressure because the vents pull in more air than the room allows to come in naturally. There’s a square panel above the patio doors that can be pressed to let in outside air, but the airflow is still weaker than what the ventilation system pulls out.

It was also a bit confusing not having a reception desk onsite. I noticed several guests made the mistake of going directly to the hotel without checking in at the reception center first.

Great sized property for a family holiday. Good facilities like the kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom also serves as a drying room, so we don’t have to wash again on our holiday. An unexpected gift! Walkable to station and imperial palace.

Es un airbnb, es el check in más largo que he realizado , la recepción se encuentra retirado de la propiedad aunque ofrecen transporte , uno tiene que encargarse de su limpieza , sacar la basura , camas etc , si no es el estilo de viaje, hay otras opciones , buena ubicación .

Well furnished serviced apartment, located in a quaint and clean neighborhood.

Walking distance to the metro as well as various attractions.

Check-in process is a tad annoying in that you need to do it off-site via their central office, meaning you need to wait against other tenants/renters from their many other properties in Kyoto.

Check-out process was seamless.

The room was a really good size. The building was clean and quiet. It was really nice to have laundry although it would be great if they provided a drying rack. This place is in a quieter neighborhood so definitely count on a lot of walking or using the bus to get around (the bus is very convenient and you can use your Suica card, just note that it's a flat rate of 230 regardless of how far you go).
It would be nice to be able to use the balcony at this building but I guess the agreement with the locals does not allow it.
Overall I would recommend this place.

Gross and crazy long checkin process

Checkin was unnecessarily long and drawn out. It took almost an hour in a hot overcrowded room. After the long trip there, the last thing we wanted to do was sit in a waiting room to check in to a hotel. It honestly began to feel like a bit of a scam. After processing, there was a van to drop is off. However, Upon entry to our room, there was a dirty towel on the floor and the toilet was dirty also and needed to be cleaned. Bed linens were spotty and questionable so we spread out towels to lay on . Would not recommend.

가와라마치, 교토고엔까지 걸어다니기 좋습니다 단점은 근처 식당들이 가격대가 높은편입니다 또한 편의점과 마트가 좀 멀고요. 그래도 교토역에서 시간대가 맞으면 셔틀버스를 타고 올수있으니 좋습니다. baggage carry service도 있는데 유료입니다. 좌변기와 세면대 2개씩 있는게 좋아요.

Hotel lcoked down patio window!super dangerous

It’s our 2nd time long stay in Kyoto and we selected this hotel since the location. We stayed 23 nights in this hotel. The checking lobby is at Kyoto station and there was free shuttles to bring us to the hotel. The hotel location, room style/size/cleaness/convenience are quite good, I can give 5 stars . But two thins are really bad that only deserve 1 star to me. One thing is hotel only offers one time cleaning during my 23 night stay , to me which is acceptable but I’m not enjoy this condition also think not reasonable. Another thing is the worst and extreme dangerous! I even doubted it violate public safety law policy or law : the hotel locked the window of patio, they told me it not allowed to enter patio and they need to locked the window physically. Then I found out if there is fire alert or something dangerous happens, we don’t have chance to escape from the patio window. We don’t have chance and I don’t know if the glass could be easily broken while urgency. This is extremely not put hotel guest safety and life into a good method to deal with neighborhood quiet requirement( not allowed to enter patio).
The window lockdown is indeed an extremely violation of hotel guest , I serious recommend the hotel find the way to deal with this, this serious safety concern give the hotel 0 stars since they didn’t consider fire/urgent escape into a good way.

New apartment but a bit off central location

We are a family of four and stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. The apartment is in new condition and have good internal fixtures with two toilets and double sinks bathroom vanity which are great for multi people stay. The only negative is its location. It is a bit far from the main shopping street where all the main bus stops are. It is about 20 minutes walk which is all right at the start of a day but is quite tiring after a full day of sightseeing.

需要注意check in是在京都車站不是在住宿地點，入住前一天才收到通知沒注意所以多跑一趟，整體住宿環境很不錯雖然離車站有點距離，散步過去一下就到了
