南座観劇の際に利用しました。劇場から近くて便利。ラウンジが快適で飲み物サービスもよかったです。また朝食の種類が多くて満足しました。

Superb hotel. Will use again

Great hotel room, everything is neatly thought out to cater for the small space. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great if included in the package. Location is perfect for going out in the area and close to the subway.

Excellent location, just up from the main Dotombori street entrance!

Very clean with necessary amenities. Buffet breakfast included and a lounge that offers free beverages in the evening!

제가 짜둔 일정으로 다니기 편했고 고층 방을 이용하니 전망도 좋았습니다!

다음에 또 이용할꺼에요.

무엇보다 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소앞에 돈키호테, 맛집이 있고 신호등 하나 건너면 도톤보리에요. 역이랑도 가까워서 다니기 수월했고 숙소도 깨끗하고 친절해서 좋았어요.

總共入住6晚
第二天就換房間，補差額（兩大一小要記得改成四人房，不然空間太小）
八樓有一間吸煙室，所以味道還是會傳到房間，所以盡量不要選八樓！

優點：地點位置非常好！隔壁的拉麵店跟逛街的地方都非常近，離地鐵站也非常近！（出口24有手扶梯）
飯店也有配合到機場接送的，所以回程最後一天非常方便！（自費）
備品都給得很足！床的枕頭也很好睡！

缺點：普遍英文還是非常的差！（夜班的韓國人英文Goog )

早餐雖然是到10點可是9:30就是最後入場進去的時間，可是並沒有告知這件事情！

因為離市區非常的近，隔音設備沒有很好，所以晚上都可以聽到外面跑車的聲音（如果你是很好睡，走很多路的應該就沒差，因為回到飯店就是秒睡）

Chambre minuscule dans un excellent hôtel

Extrêmement bien situé, petit déjeuner excellent mais chambre archi minuscule semblable a une cabine de bateau. Ok pour une nuit voire deux et juste pour dormir parce qu’on n a clairement pas envie d’y passer du temps surtout si on est claustrophobe. Dommage car hormis ça, tout y est !

Very convenient location. Right on Dotonbori, 3 min walk to the subway entrance, Lawsons just across the street. Rooms are well thought out. There are small shelves with a hanging area on the wall. Small shelf over the mini fridge with a plug in. Our 24 inch suitcases slid under the bed which gave us a lot of floor space back. Our favorite hotel during our Japan trip, no complaints.

Hotellet ligger lige ved Dotonbori og Namba station og værelset var fint i sig selv. Desværre havde vi vindue ud til et stort ventilationssystem, som larmede i døgndrift og sengen var ret hård.

Amazing location. Right by dotonburi with many shopping and food options. Room was clean and amenities were great. Staff was also lovely. Close to many convenience stores and the area was lively even late at night.

Nice modern hotel right off the main area of Dotonburi. The staff were extremely helpful and even rushed to get our luggage sorted for a luggage transfer which was a life saver. The hotel also offers a free self-serving food and drinks bar which we took advantage off. Overall we loved our stay and would happily stay again!

The vessel inn is 5 minutes from Dōtonbori - but that means the area is super crowded, dirty and crazy busy. Honestly, thats down to the tourist (I have found the rest of Japan to be incredibly clean and the locals most welcoming and polite). Fortunately, the hotel was quiet, the rooms clean, and the staff spoke good English and were incredibly helpful. The rooms are small (like most Japanese rooms) but the beds were way too firm for us (much like sleeping on plywood). Sadly, the beds are a dealbreaker for me, so I wouldn’t book again.

The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. The included breakfast buffet was incredible. The size of the room was larger than I expected from a hotel in Japan. The area is very touristy but very convenient near a major train station, shopping, restaurants and bars. It was very easy to get to Kansai Airport from this hotel.

Close to the station, right under the Dontonburi sign, short walk to the shops & station, popular ramen place next door too. Room layout was great (Economy Double Room 1 Double Bed)
Complimentary toiletries and supplies are located at reception (Level 2) if needed.
Staff were great, buffet breakfast was overly diverse (from toast to spaghetti bolognese)

The hotel serves welcome drink till 11pm. We left some stuff at room and the staff kept for us. However the hotel does not offer overnight luggage storage.

Really good location and so close to dotonbori. The cleanliness in the room unfortunatley let it down, hair on floor and bath/shower water wouldnt drain properly.

In good spot of the city but horrible hotel. The staff were off and not very helpful. I found blood on my duvet cover and asked to changed it but they didn’t even apologize. No amenities in the room even water bottles! Not a fun stay.

Perfect location - central to Namba and Dotonbori, but on a quieter side street to the main action. Service is excellent, rooms modern and clean, and a great breakfast too. Highly recommend when visiting Osaka for a few days.

Great location, away from the hustle of Dotonbori area, but still on the same street and across the street. Greta ramen place next door and pharmacy as well if needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, free drinks (juice/ tea) available even though we didn’t pay for breakfast option. Rooms are small compared to western hotels, but location made up for it.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. We had to check out one day prior because the flight was canceled and had to anticipate our return but they would not give us a refund for the final night. First they told us they would contact Hotels.com to see if they would approve the refund, then I reached out to the website and an agent called the hotel but the manager did not approve the refund. Also, rooms are extremely small and bed small and uncomfortable.

Amazing location but tiny rooms

We loved the location, ideal for food shopping and getting around. Avoid the economy rooms as they are just so small. Not enough space for 2 adults and luggage, although the space is reflected in the price. If you are after budget then they might be a good option. Great free soft drinks all afternoon and evening which we loved.

地點超棒，這次入住的房型很有設計感、空間足夠。另外1樓從14:00-23:00有提供免費飲料很方便，比較美中不足的是房間的清掃可以更留意小地方，相信會更完美！

This hotel is in an A location with minute walk to Dotonbori, shopping streets, so many restaurants and sights. And very close to subway and airport limo bus stop. The rooms are small but a comfort double has enough room for luggage. Hotel is very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful.
