Favorite Place to Stay in Sakura Shinmachi

We had an absolutely perfect time here. Each unit was very well equipped with everything you need for a short term stay; also clean and comfortable. The property manager provided excellent service and was incredibly helpful in a pinch. The check in and check out process was easy. Easy walk to station, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be returning here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is not new but it’s very clean and easy access to the centre . There are lots of restaurants nearby. It was my second visit to stay at this place. I am sure that I will go back again next year.

It is an apartment style hotel in a quiet residential area with no noisy people at night.

上の掛け布団シーツがなくて布団には血がついてました。
寝るだけだったのでそこだけはきちんとしたものを用意してほしかったです。
あとアニメティがまったくなかったので全部持ってかなきゃいけないんだなーと思いました。

ベッドメイクを自分でするのは良いんですが、血液のようなシミがあり気になりました。部屋が全体的にかび臭く、窓を開けるとタバコのニオイでいかんともしがたく…。知人が滞在したときは快適たったと言ってたので、部屋によるかもしれません。
シャンプーなども詰め替え容器のままで、コロコロ下に落ちて不快です。100円ショップで簡単に買えるのになぜそのまま？使用量も多くなるし双方にメリットないと思うのですが。洗濯機も前の人のゴミが溜まってたので使用しませんでした。
滞在日にはメールをしてもテキストしても返信がなく心配になりました。チェックイン方法はチェックインの30分前に送ると書いておいてもらえれば良いと思います。

近くの公園でのイベント参加のため利用しました。初めて民泊を利用しましたがとても快適でした。カギの受け渡しなど心配でしたがよくわかりました。洗濯機や家電は便利です。トイレもお風呂も清潔です。こちら方面に来た時はまた利用したいです。

ビジネスホテルより良かった。

民泊初めてでしたが、部屋自体も綺麗で、良く掃除されてました。
今回は使ってませんが自炊も出来そうです。

衛星用品も歯ブラシだけ準備すれば問題なし。

真夏だったので入室前からエアコンガンガンかけてくれてたのが嬉しかったです。

コンビニ・居酒屋各店8分、スーパー・お弁当屋20分位でした。

写真どおりの部屋だが

滞在そのものについては何も言うことないのですが、スタンダードスタジオで「ダブルベッド1台」と書いてあるのに、ベッドはシングルベッドでした。写真を見れば確かにシングルベッドなので、問題ないのですが、どっちが正しいのか混乱しますね。

鍵の連絡がなかった。

宿泊当日になっても鍵の連絡がなく、記載されている電話番号に電話してもつながらず、メールを送っても返信がない。本当に困った。

施設としては問題ないが、不安になる

民泊であることを踏まえれば、施設の質としては良かったと思います。
しかし、指示された手続きを踏んだのに、チェックインの方法について指示する連絡が遅く、本当に予約が通っているのか不安になりました。フロントがないので、当日現場でどのようにすればチェックインできるのか、なるべく早く事前に知らせていただきたいです。

室内は新しく、清潔で、快適に過ごせました。
2階でしたので重いキャリーケースを運ぶのに少し苦労しました。ベッドが、おそらく90cm幅でしょうか、狭くて落ちないか不安でした。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが詰め替え用で、持つとやわらかく、多めに出てしまいました。23時ごろのチェックインだったため、閑静な住宅地をキャリーケースの音をたてて11分ほど歩くのが申し訳なかったです。

宿泊するにあたっての案内が明確で、日英で分かりやすかったです。住宅街に位置していて、夜も非常に静かで周囲の環境もよく、快適な滞在となりました。部屋には必要なものも揃っていて、とても清潔でした。

チェックイン時、外国人の方「掃除中」2名がちょうど玄関にいて、親切・丁寧に説明をしてくれました♪
普段は会う事が無いのでしょうが、自分は逆に会えて良かったです♪
こうゆう人達が管理人さんだったら安心して宿泊出来る宿だなと感じました♪

The place was great, the train station is about a 13 minute walk away which isn’t too bad considering it will take you straight to shibuya. It had air conditioning, a kitchen, a washer. It was basically an apartment! Very peaceful and quiet, never had to worry about any neighbors or noise. Very clean as well and the complimentary stuff is great. Hands down would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo who wants a good experience.

The apartment was perfect for a solo stay: comfortable, well located, and with easy access to the train station. What really made a difference was the scooter and e-bike rental parking nearby—it made getting around the city so much easier. Being so close to Shibuya was ideal for exploring Tokyo. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, and appeared to have been recently updated: the fridge looked new, excellent appliances, etc.

The bed was uncomfortable, needed a thicker mattress.
The table was rickety, and should be replaced.

No elevator so if you have mobility issues, stay on the first floor.

Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Quiet spot in busy tokyo

Really good spot to stay in Tokyo. Clean and very quiet. Nearby park and good food (try Ichi for bento lunches) within walking distance. Easy to walk to the train to Shibuya and access the rest of Tokyo. The hosts were great and I was able to stay an extra night in the same room at short notice. Affordable and there’s a washing machine in the room which made laundry easy, no dryer access but there’s a great clothes rack for drying on the small porch. It’s a good setup all around.

Small room with a day bed. Satisfactory stay had a couple hiccups with the stay, miscommunication with the owner over booking and had an issue with lighting, was fixed within the day. The neighbourhood and area was safe and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was provided in the room! The guest handbook provided was very detailed and had translation of the Japanese words on remotes and appliances, which is very helpful. It also explained things visitors may not know about Japan rules, such as how garbage is to be separated. The only thing that was a bit trying was the distance to the nearest train station, which was a good 10-13 minute walk each way. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners and walking is fairly typical in Tokyo but just a note to those that want to stay closer to a station. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property, especially for those on a budget.

Alojamiento a 10 min caminando a la estación más cercana, en promedio para llegar a las atracciones turísticas es de 40 min a 1 hora en metro, te recomiendo comprar en Klook pase de la compañía metro hay de 24 a 72 horas y lo puedes usar sin límite, solamente descarguen la imagen de la líneas de esa compañía.

The apartment itself came with all the necessities required for a comfortable stay. Pots, pans, a rice cooker, water heater, and laundry detergent were all provided. The house manual in English listed detailed instructions for how to use appliances as well as maps to places of interest for visitors.

All signs for trash separation and discard were posted in English for easy access. The self check-in and out process was easy and seamless.

The location is fantastic. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store, Seiyu, was a mere seven minutes away.

The apartment is also nestled nicely between two train stations that are only four or five stops from Shibuya for easy access to all of the tourist places of interest in Tokyo.

I stayed two weeks and enjoyed every moment of it.

Loved the area, was walking distance to station but it allowed for us to soak in the local views. Loved our stay here, was very small but we only needed the space to sleep etc. I recommend for a couple and if you are planning on jam packing your day to day activities!

Cockroaches and spiders in the room, limited comunication, and far from city attractions. Booked for a week for couldn't stay no more than two nights due to huge cockroach inside room.

The rooms are clean, small, and well appointed. English instructions are provided. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but a fair walk to the nearest subway stations (about 1km to Sakurashinmachi and Komazawa-Daigaku).

Japan Apartment Experience

The futon mattress that was on the bed frame was very thin and made for stiff joints in the mornings.

Everything else was great! All basic needs were available and the place itself was tucked in a very peaceful neighborhood.

The washer actually dries as well, that's why it washes for over 2hours on auto! The property was clean and has enough space for a big luggage without it getting to much in the way. The place is very well located with nearby grocery and convinience store. It had all the basic amenities and check in was a breeze. Thank you
